1Optimal configuration for photovoltaic storage system capacity in 5G base station microgrids显示文摘Base station operators deploy a large number of distributed photovoltaics to solve the problems of high energy consumption and high electricity costs of 5G base stations.In this study,the idle space of the base station’s energy storage is used to stabilize the photovoltaic output,and a photovoltaic storage system microgrid of a 5G base station is constructed.Aiming at the capacity planning problem of photovoltaic storage systems,a two-layer optimal configuration method is proposed.The inner layer optimization considers the energy sharing among the base station microgrids,combines the communication characteristics of the 5G base station and the backup power demand of the energy storage battery,and determines an economic scheduling strategy for each photovoltaic storage system with the goal of minimizing the daily operation cost of the base station microgrid.The outer model aims to minimize the annual average comprehensive revenue of the 5G base station microgrid,while considering peak clipping and valley filling,to optimize the photovoltaic storage system capacity.The CPLEX solver and a genetic algorithm were used to solve the two-layer models.Considering the construction of the 5G base station in a certain area as an example,the results showed that the proposed model can not only reduce the cost of the 5G base station operators,but also reduce the peak load of the power grid and promote the local digestion of photovoltaic power.Xiufan Ma Ying Duan Xiangyu Meng Qiuping Zhu Zhi Wang Sijia Zhu 2021Global Energy Interconnection2021,4,5:5
2Optimal configuration of 5G base station energy storage considering sleep mechanism显示文摘The high-energy consumption and high construction density of 5G base stations have greatly increased the demand for backup energy storage batteries.To maximize overall benefits for the investors and operators of base station energy storage,we proposed a bi-level optimization model for the operation of the energy storage,and the planning of 5G base stations considering the sleep mechanism.A multi-base station cooperative system composed of 5G acer stations was considered as the research object,and the outer goal was to maximize the net profit over the complete life cycle of the energy storage.Furthermore,the power and capacity of the energy storage configuration were optimized.The inner goal included the sleep mechanism of the base station,and the optimization of the energy storage charging and discharging strategy,for minimizing the daily electricity expenditure of the 5G base station system.Additionally,genetic algorithm and mixed integer programming were used to solve the bi-level optimization model,analyze the numerical example test comparison of the three types of batteries and the net income of the configuration,and finally verify the validity of the model.Furthermore,the sleep mechanism,the charging and discharging strategy for energy consumption,and the economic benefits for the operators were investigated to provide reference for the 5G base station energy storage configuration.Xiufan Ma Qiuping Zhu Ying Duan Xiangyu Meng Zhi Wang 2022Global Energy Interconnection2022,5,1:4
3Endemicity of H9N2 and H5N1 avian influenza viruses in poultry in China poses a serious threat to poultry industry and public health显示文摘The H9N2 and H5N1 avian in fluenza viruses(AIVs) have been circulating in poultry in China and become endemic since 1998 and 2004, respectively.Currently, they are prevalent in poultry throughout China. 4Is there a close relationship between synonymous codon bias and codon-anticodon binding strength in human genes?显示文摘Synonymous codon bias has been examined in 78 human genes (19967 codons) and measured by relative synonymous codon usage (RSCU). Relative frequencies of all kinds of dinucleotides in 2,3 or 3,4 codon positions have been calculated, and codon-anticodon binding strength has been estimated by the stacking energies of codon-anticodon bases in Watson-Crick pairs. The data show common features in synonymous codon bias for all codon families in human genes: all C-ending codons, which possess the strongest codon-anticodon binding energies, are the most favored codons in almost all codon families, and those codons with medium codon-anticodon binding energies are avoided. Data analysis suggests that besides isochore and genome signature, codon-anticodon binding strength may be closely related to synonymous codon choice in human genes. 5Comprehensive evaluation of 5G+smart distribution network based on combined weighting method-cloud model显示文摘With the large-scale application of 5G technology in smart distribution networks,the operation effects of distribution networks are not clear.Herein,we propose a comprehensive evaluation model of a 5G+smart distribution network based on the combination weighting and cloud model of the improved Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy-Entropy Weight Method(FAHP-EWM).First,we establish comprehensive evaluation indexes of a 5G+smart distribution network from five dimensions:reliable operation,economic operation,efficient interaction,technological intelligence,and green emission reduction.Second,by introducing the principle of variance minimization,we propose a combined weighting method based on the improved FAHP-EWM to calculate the comprehensive weight,so as to reduce the defects of subjective arbitrariness and promote objectivity.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model of 5G+smart distribution network based on cloud model is proposed by considering the uncertainty of distribution network node information and equipment status information.The example analysis indicates that the overall operation of the 5G+smart distribution network project is decent,and the weight value calculated by the combined weighting method is more reasonable and accurate than that calculated by the single weighting method,which verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed evaluation method.Moreover,the proposed evaluation method has a certain guiding role for the large-scale application of 5G communication technology in smart distribution networks.Xiufan Ma Ying Wang Zihao Liu Xiaoyu Feng 2022Global Energy Interconnection2022,5,6:2

10Emergence of a novel reassortant avian influenza virus(H10N3) in Eastern China with high pathogenicity and respiratory droplet transmissibility to mammals显示文摘Decades have passed since the first discovery of H10-subtype avian influenza virus(AIV) in chickens in 1949,and it has been detected in many species including mammals such as minks,pigs,seals and humans.Cases of human infections with H10N8viruses identified in China in 2013 have raised widespread attention.Two novel reassortant H10N3 viruses were isolated from chickens in December 2019 in eastern China during routine surveillance for AIVs.The internal genes of these viruses were derived from genotype S(G57) H9N2 and were consistent with H5N6,H7N9 and H10N8,which cause fatal infections in humans.Their viral pathogenicity and transmissibility were further studied in different animal models.The two H10N3 isolates had low pathogenicity in chickens and were transmitted between chickens via direct contact.These viruses were highly pathogenic in mice and could be transmitted between guinea pigs via direct contact and respiratory droplets.More importantly,these viruses can bind to both human-type SAα-2,6-Gal receptors and avian-type SAα-2,3-Gal receptors.Asymptomatic shedding in chickens and good adaptability to mammals of these H10N3 isolates would make it easier to transmit to humans and pose a threat to public health.Kaituo Liu Pingyun Ding Yuru Pei Ruyi Gao Wenwen Han Huafen Zheng Zhuxing Ji Miao Cai Jinyuan Gu Xiuli Li Min Gu Jiao Hu Xiaowen Liu Shunlin Hu Pinghu Zhang Xiaobo Wang Xiaoquan Wang Xiufan Liu 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,5:1

18Enhanced pathogenicity and transmissibility of H9N2 avian influenza virus in mammals by hemagglutinin mutations combined with PB2-627K显示文摘H9N2 avian influenza viruses(AIVs)circulate globally in poultry and have become the dominant AIV subtype in China in recent years.Previously,we demonstrated that the H9N2 virus(A/chicken/Eastern China/SDKD1/2015)naturally harbors a mammalian-adaptive molecular factor(627K)in the PB2 protein and is weakly pathogenic in mice.Here,we focused on new markers for virulence in mammals.A mouse-adapted H9N2 virus was serially passaged in mice by infecting their lungs.As expected,infected mice showed clinical symptoms and died at passage six.A comparison between the wild-type and mouse-adapted virus sequences identified amino acid substitutions in the hemagglutinin(HA)protein.H9N2 viruses with the T187P t M227L double mutation exhibited an increased affinity to human-type(SAα2,6Gal)receptors and significantly enhanced viral attachment to mouse lung tissues,which contributed to enhancing viral replication and virulence in mice.Additionally,HA with the T187P t M227L mutation enabled H9N2 viral transmission in guinea pigs via direct contact.AIV pathogenicity in mice is a polygenic trait.Our results demonstrated that these HA mutations might be combined with PB2-627K to significantly increase H9N2 virulence in mice,and this enhanced virulence was achieved in other H9N2 AIVs by generating the same combination of mutations.In summary,our study identified novel key elements in the HA protein that are required for H9N2 pathogenicity in mice and provided valuable insights into pandemic preparedness against emerging H_(9)N_(2)strains.Kaituo Liu Yaqian Guo Huafen Zheng Zhuxing Ji Miao Cai Ruyi Gao Pinghu Zhang Xiaowen Liu Xiulong Xu Xiaoquan Wang Xiufan Liu 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,1:0

20Analysis of the characteristic sequence of intein and revision of its motifs显示文摘Since the first intein (Sce VMA) was found in Saccharomydes cerevisiae ATPases gene in 1990, more and more inteins were identified. It is necessary to analyze the new inteins to understand the sequence charateristics of inteins. By searching protein and nucleic acid database systematically, 101 inteins were found, of which 69 inteins contain homing endonuclease motifs. We only analyze the 69 inteins since most inteins are the classic inteins with homing endonuclease motifs. We found that the distribution of these inteins is particular among species and protein.
