| 1 | Deep carbon cycles constrained by a large-scale mantle Mg isotope anomaly in eastern China显示文摘Although deep carbon recycling plays an important role in the atmospheric CO_2 budget and climate changes through geological time,the precise mechanisms remain poorly understood.Since recycled sedimentary carbonate through plate subduction is the main light-δ^(26)Mg reservoir within deep-Earth,Mg isotope variation in mantle-derived melts provides a novel perspective when investigating deep carbon cycling.Here,we show that the Late Cretaceous and Cenozoic continental basalts from 13 regions covering the whole of eastern China have low δ^(26)Mg isotopic compositions,while the Early Cretaceous basalts from the same area and the island arc basalts from circum-Paciic subduction zones have mantle-like or heavy Mg isotopic characteristics.hus,a large-scale mantle low δ^(26)Mg anomaly in eastern China has been delineated,suggesting the contribution of sedimentary carbonates recycled into the upper mantle,but limited into the lower mantle.his large-scale spatial and temporal variation of Mg isotopes in the mantle places severe constraints on deep carbon recycling via oceanic subduction. | Shu-Guang Li Wei Yang Shah Ke Xunan Meng Hengci Tian Lijuan Xu Yongsheng He Jian Huang Xuan-Ce Wang Qunke Xia Weidong Sun Xiaoyong Yang Zhong-Yuan Ren Haiquan Wei Yongsheng Liu Fancong Meng Jun Yan | 2017 | National Science Review2017,4,1: | 23 |
| 2 | Inhibitive effect of triptolide on invasiveness of human fibrosarcoma cells by downregulating matrix metalloproteinase-9 expression显示文摘Objective:To explore the molecular mechanisms of antitumor properties of triptolide,a bioactive component isolated from the Chinese herb Tripterygium wolfordii Hook F.Methods:Human fibrosarcoma HT-1080 cells were treated with different doses of triptolide for 72 h.Then the expression and activity of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2 and -9 were measured and the invasiveness of triptolide-treated HT-1080 cells was compared with that of anti-MMP-9- treated HT-1080 cells.Results:18 nmol/L triptolide inhibited the gene expression and activity of MMP-9,but not those of MMP-2,in HT-1080 cells.In addition,both 18 nmol/L triptolide and 3μg/mL anti-MMP-9 significantly reduced the invasive potential of HT-1080 cells,by about 50%and 35%, respectively,compared with the control.Whereas there was no significant difference between the effect of 18 nmol/L triptolide and that of anti-MMP-9 on invasive potential of HT-1080 cells. A scheme for building detection and reconstruction from LIDAR data is presented with an object-oriented method which is based on the buildings’ semantic rules. | 5 | A Fast Approach for Predicting Aerodynamic Noise Sources of High-Speed Train Running in Tunnel显示文摘The aerodynamic noise of high-speed trains passing through a tunnel has gradually become an important issue.Numerical approaches for predicting the aerodynamic noise sources of high-speed trains running in tunnels are the key to alleviating aerodynamic noise issues.In this paper,two typical numerical methods are used to calculate the aerodynamic noise of high-speed trains.These are the static method combined with non-reflective boundary conditions and the dynamic mesh method combined with adaptive mesh.The fluctuating pressure,flow field and aerodynamic noise source are numerically simulated using the abovemethods.The results showthat the fluctuating pressure,flow field structure and noise source characteristics obtained using different methods,are basically consistent.Compared to the dynamic mesh method,the pressure,vortex size and noise source radiation intensity,obtained by the static method,are larger.The differences are in the tail car and its wake.The two calculation methods show that the spectral characteristics of the surface noise source are consistent.The maximum difference in the sound pressure level is 1.9 dBA.The static method is more efficient and more suitable for engineering applications. | Deng Qin Tian Li Honglin Wang Jizhong Yang Yao Jiang Jiye Zhang Haiquan Bi | 2022 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,3: | 1 |
