1Analysis of the binding sites with NL-101 to amino acids and peptides by HPLC/MS/MS显示文摘The binding between NL-101, a novel nitrogen mustard anti-cancer drug, with amino acids and peptides has been investigated by high performance liquid chromatography electrospray tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC/ESI-MS/MS). This study offers supporting data of the interaction among drug and amino acids and peptides, which could potentially explain the cytotoxic and mutagenic effects of the drug. Collision-induced dissociation(CID) experiment demonstrated that under the same collision energy, the amino group combined with NL-101 adducts are sensitive and often produce more fragment ions; the carboxyl group combined with NL-101 adducts are hard to break and display fewer fragment ions. In addition, when other group(like sulfhydryl group) of amino acids binds to NL-101, CID spectra show different fragmentation pattern. 2Double perovskite anti-supported rare earth oxide catalyst CeO_(2)/La_(2)CoFeO_(6)for efficient ventilation air methane combustion显示文摘Ventilation air methane is one of available resources with a massive reserve.However,most of ventilation air methane is discharged into the air and pollutes the environment.Catalysts with high temperature resistance(>800℃)for ventilation air methane are very essential for utilization of the ventilation air methane.We mainly prepared catalysts CeO_(2)/La_(2)CoFeO_(6)and La_(2)CoFeO_(6)/CeO_(2)and comparative samples CeO_(2)and La_(2)CoFeO_(6)by the simple sol-gel method and calcined them under 9000C,and tested the catalytic performance of ventilation air methane combustion under the condition of 5 vol%H_(2)O.The experimental results show that the light-off temperature(T_(1O))and complete combustion temperature(T_(90))of the ventilation air methane combustion reaction of CeO_(2)/La_(2)CoFeO_(6)catalyst are 417.4 and 587.7℃,respectively.T_(1O)and Tgo of La_(2)CoFeO_(6)/CeO_(2)only reach 425.5 and 615.8℃.The T_(10)and T_(9O)of CeO_(2)/La_(2)CoFeO_(6)are 417.4 and 587.7℃,which are lower than those of La_(2)CoFeO_(6)[T_(10)=452.4℃and T_(90)=673.0℃)and La_(2)CoFeO_(6)/CeO_(2)(T_(10)=425.5℃and T_(90)=615.8℃).Therefore,the catalytic performance of the anti-supported rare earth oxide catalyst CeO_(2)/La_(2)CoFeO_(6)is better than that of La_(2)CoFeO_(6)and supported catalyst La_(2)CoFeO_(6)/CeO_(2).Xiaojiao Gao Zehua Jin Ruisheng Hu Jia'nan Hu Yaqin Bai Pan Wang Jie Zhang Chunxiao Zhao 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,4:1
3Vibration properties and transverse shear characteristics of multibody molded beetle elytron plates显示文摘This study utilized cantilever experiments to investigate the vibration properties of multibody molded beetle elytron plates(BEPs),which is a type of biomimetic sandwich plate inspired by beetle elytra;the corresponding shear characteristics were further revealed by a finite element method(FEM). The following results were obtained:(1) Experimental results suggest that the maximum displacement response of the BEPs was about 25% less than that of a honeycomb plate with almost the same first natural frequency,which indicates that a BEP with reasonable structural parameters has the potential to replace a honeycomb plate to achieve better vibration performance;(2) The trabecular structure not only enhanced the shear stiffness of the core layer in column areas but also the skins in the honeycomb wall areas,thus changing the distribution of the shear force in the different components and improving the mechanical performances of the BEP;and(3) Although this enhancement effect from trabeculae was not uniform,the average shear force proportion of the skins(or core structure) in the entire BEP structure was very close to that of the honeycomb plate. 5Large-Area Gravure-Printed AgNWs Electrode on Water/Oxygen Barrier Substrate for Long-Term Stable Large-Area Flexible Organic Solar Cells显示文摘Large-area AgNWs electrodes(25 cm×10 cm)were fabricated through roll-to-roll printing on the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)modified water and oxygen barrier substrate.The modification of the barrier film with PVA improved the wettability of silver nanowires on the barrier films and led to the formation of homogenous large-area AgNWs networks.The mechanical flexibility,especially the adhesion force between the silver electrode and the barrier film substrate was dramatically improved through PVA modification.The efficiency of 13.51%for the flexible OSCs with an area of 0.64 cm2 was achieved based on the PET/barrier film/PVA/AgNWs electrode.The long-term stability showed the flexible OSCs based on the PET/barrier film/PVA/AgNWs electrode have a significantly improved stability relative to the device on PET/AgNWs electrode,and comparable air stability as the rigid device with glass/ITO device.The unencapsulated devices maintained nearly 50%of the original efficiency after storage for 600 h in air.After a simple top encapsulation,the flexible devices remained at 60%of the initial efficiency after 2000 h in the air.Therefore,the flexible AgNWs electrode based on the barrier film would have the potential to improve the air storage stability of organic flexible solar cells.Hao Wang Yaqin Pan Yunfei Han Zhuo Chen Tianyu Liu Lianping Zhang Qun Luo Chang-Qi Ma 2024Chinese Journal of Chemistry2024,42,5:0
6Plant and animal positive-sense single-stranded RNA viruses encode small proteins important for viral infection in their negative-sense strand显示文摘Positive-sense single-stranded RNA(+ssRNA)viruses,the most abundant viruses of eukaryotes in nature,require the synthesis of negative-sense RNA(-RNA)using their genomic(positive-sense)RNA(+RNA)as a template for replication.Based on current evidence,viral proteins are translated via viral+RNAs,whereas-RNA is considered to be a viral replication intermediate without coding capacity.Here,we report that plant and animal+ssRNA viruses contain small open reading frames(ORFs)in their-RNA(reverse ORFs[rORFs]).Using turnip mosaic virus(TuMV)as a model for plant+ssRNA viruses,we demonstrate that small proteins encoded by rORFs display specific subcellularlocalizations,and confirm the presence of rORF2 in infected cells through mass spectrometry analysis.The protein encoded by TuMV rORF2 forms punctuate granules that are localized in the perinuclear region and co-localized with viral replication complexes.The rORF2 protein can directly interact with the viral RNA-dependent RNA polymerase,and mutation of rORF2 completely abolishes virus infection,whereas ectopic expression of rORF2 rescues the mutant virus.Furthermore,we show that several rORFs in the-RNA of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)have the ability to suppress type l interferon production and facilitate the infection of ve-sicular stomatitis virus.In addition,we provide evidence that TuMV might utilize internal ribosome entry sites to translate these small rORFs.Taken together,these findings indicate that the-RNA of+ssRNA vi-ruses can also have the coding capacity and that small proteins encoded therein play critical roles in viral infection,revealing a viral proteome larger than previously thought.Pan Gong Qingtang Shen Mingzhen Zhang Rui Qiao Jing Jiang Lili Su Siwen Zhao Shuai Fu Yu Ma Linhao Ge Yaqin Wang Rosa Lozano-Durán Aiming Wang Fangfang Li Xueping Zhou 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,11:0
