| 6 | Confined Ni-In intermetallic alloy nanocatalyst with excellent coking resistance for methane dry reforming显示文摘Carbon dioxide and methane are two main greenhouse gases which are contributed to serious global warming.Fortunately,dry reforming of methane(DRM),a very important reaction developed decades ago,can convert these two major greenhouse gases into value-added syngas or hydrogen.The main problem retarding its industrialization is the seriously coking formation upon the nickel-based catalysts.Herein,a series of confined indium-nickel(In-Ni)intermetallic alloy nanocatalysts(In_(x)Ni@SiO_(2))have been prepared and displayed superior coking resistance for DRM reaction.The sample containing 0.5 wt.%of In loading(In_(0.5)Ni@SiO_(2))shows the best balance of carbon deposition resistance and DRM reactivity even after 430 h long term stability test.The boosted carbon resistance can be ascribed to the confinement of core–shell structure and to the transfer of electrons from Indium to Nickel in In-Ni intermetallic alloys due to the smaller electronegativity of In.Both the silica shell and the increase of electron cloud density on metallic Ni can weaken the ability of Ni to activate C–H bond and decrease the deep cracking process of methane.The reaction over the confined InNi intermetallic alloy nanocatalyst was conformed to the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)mechanism revealed by in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(in-situ DRIFTS).This work provides a guidance to design high performance coking resistance catalysts for methane dry reforming to efficiently utilize these two main greenhouse gases. | Wenming Liu Le Li Sixue Lin Yiwei Luo Zhenghong Bao Yiru Mao Kongzhai Li Daishe Wu Honggen Peng | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2: | 3 |
| 7 | GhKT2: a novel K^+ transporter gene in cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)显示文摘Potassium is an essential nutrient for plant growth and productivity of crops. K+transporters are important for K+uptake and transport in plants. However,information on the function of K+transporters and K+channels in cotton is limited. The KT/KUP/HAK protein family is essential for a variety of physiological processes in plants, including nutrient acquisition and regulation of development. This study, identified a K+transporter gene,Gh KT2, expressed in the roots of cotton(Gossypium hirsutum) cv. Liaomian17. The deduced transcript of Gh KT2 is highly homologous to Cluster II of KUP/HAK/KT K+transporters and is predicted to contain 11 transmembrane domains. Gh KT2 has been localized to the plasma membrane, and its transcripts were detected in roots, stems, leaves and shoot apices of cotton seedlings.Consistently, b-glucuronidase(GUS) expression driven by the Gh KT2 promoter could be detected in roots, mesophyll cells, and leaf veins in transgenic Arabidopsis. In addition,the expression of Gh KT2 was induced by low K+stress in cotton roots and p Gh KT2::GUS-transgenic Arabidopsis seedlings. The Gh KT2-overexpression Arabidopsis lines plants were larger and showed greater K+accumulation than the wild type(WT) regardless of K+concentration supplied. The net K+influx rate, measured by the noninvasive micro-test technique, in root meristem zone of Gh KT2-transgenic Arabidopsis lines was significantly greater than that of WT. | 13 | Core-shell-structured Co@Co4N nanoparticles encapsulated into MnO-modified porous N-doping carbon nanocubes as bifunctional catalysts for rechargeable Zn–air batteries显示文摘Designing the highly catalytic activity and durable bifunctional catalysts toward oxygen reduction/evolution reaction(ORR/OER) is paramount for metal–air batteries. Metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)-based materials have attracted a great deal of attention as the potential candidate for effectively catalyzing ORR/OER due to their adjustable composition and porous structure. Herein, we first introduce the Mn species into zeolitic-imidazole frameworks(ZIFs) and then further pyrolyze the Mn-containing bimetallic ZIFs to synthesize core-shell-structured Co@Co4N nanoparticles embedded into MnO-modified porous N-doped carbon nanocubes(Co@Co4N/MnO–NC). Co@Co4N/MnO–NC exhibits the outstanding catalytic activity toward ORR and OER which is attributed to its abundant pyridinic/graphitic N and Co4N,the optimized content of MnO species, highly dispersed catalytic sites and porous carbon matrix. As a result, the Co@Co4N/MnO–NC-based Zn–air battery exhibits enhanced performances, including the high discharge capacity(762 mA h gZn-1), large power density(200.5 mW cm-2), stable potential profile over 72 h, low overpotential(<1.0 V) and superior cycling life(2800 cycles). | 14 | Impact of residential building heating on natural gas consumption in the south of China:Taking Wuhan city as example显示文摘With the development of social economy,heating in the south of China has been concerned widely.As one of the energy sources of decentralized heating,natural gas(NG)has been used more and more popularly.This paper aimed to study the impact of residential building heating on NG consumption,and took Wuhan city,the representative city needing heating in winter of the south of China due to its location and climate,as an example.Firstly,a typical residential building model was established through DeST software.The heating load was simulated,and the corresponding NG consumption index was calculated.Secondly,appropriate methods were used to forecast the basic data of Wuhan city in 2020,including households and per capita gross national product(GDP),etc.Thirdly,the NG consumption of residential buildings with and without heating were predicted.Finally,the impact of residential building heating on NG consumption was analyzed.The results showed that the average annual household heating consumption of residential building in Wuhan city in 2020 was 2100 kWh/household,and the NG consumption using for residential building heating was 295 Nm 3/household.In addition,the NG consumption of residential building generated by space heating with 100%heating rate was 2.82 times the NG consumption generated by the stove and water heater,showing that residential building heating had a large impact on NG consumption.This study can contribute to choosing appropriate heating method in the southern cities of China,and further planning the gas pipe network in these cities. | Jiankai Dong Yiru Li Wenjie Zhang Long Zhang Yana Lin | 2020 | Energy and Built Environment2020,1,4: | 1 |

| 19 | TNF-α,IL-6 and hs CRP in patients with melancholic,atypical and anxious depression:an antibodyyarrayanalysis related to somatic symptoms显示文摘Background The association between inflammation and major depressive disorder(MDD)remains poorly understood,given the heterogeneity of patients with MDD.Aims We investigated inflammatory markers,such as interleukin(IL)-6,high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hsCRP)and tumour necrosis factor-α.(TNF-α)in melancholic,atypical and anxious depression and explored whether baseline inflammatory protein levels could indicate prognosis.Methods The sample consisted of participants(aged 18-55 years)from a previously reported multicentre randomised controlled trial with a parallel-group design registered with ClinicalTrials.gov,including melancholic(n=44),atypical(n=37)and anxious(n=44)patients with depression and healthy controls(HCs)(n=33).Subtypes of MDD were classified according to the 30-item Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology,Self-Rated Version and the.17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale.Blood levels.of TNF-α,IL-6 and hsCRP were assessed using antibody array analysis.Results Patients with MDD,classified according to melancholic,atypical and anxious depression subtypes,and HCs did not differ significantly in baseline TNF-α,IL-6 and hsCRP levels after adjustment.In patients with anxious depression,hsCRP levels increased significantly if they experienced no pain(adjusted(adj.)p=0.010)or mild to moderate pain(adj.p=0.038)compared with those with severe pain.However,the patients with anxious depression and severe pain showed a lower trend in hsCRP levels than patients with atypical depression who experienced severe pain(p=0.022;adj.p=0.155).Baseline TNF-α(adj.p=0.038)and IL-6(adj.p=0.006)levels in patients in remission were significantly lower than those in patients with no remission among the participants with the atypical depression subtype at the eighth-week follow-up.Conclusions This study provides evidence of differences in inflammatory proteins in patients with varied symptoms among melancholic,atypical and anxious depression subtypes.Further studies on the immunoinflammatory mechanism underlying different subtypes of depression are expected for improved individualised therapy. | Hongmei Liu Xiaohui Wu Yun Wang Xiaohua Liu Daihui Peng Yan Wu Jun Chen Yun-Ai Su Jia Xu Xiancang Ma Yi Li Jianfei Shi Xiaodong Yang Han Rong Marta Di Forti Yiru Fang | 2022 | General Psychiatry2022,35,5: | 1 |
