| 1 | Predictors of kidney tubular dysfunction induced by adefovir treatment for chronic hepatitis B显示文摘AIM:To investigate the predictors of proximal kidney tubular dysfunction(PKTD)induced by adefovir dipivoxil(ADV)treatment for chronic hepatitis B.METHODS:Seventy-nine patients(age at the evaluation of PKTD:56.9±10.7 years)with chronic hepatitis B undergoing long-term oral antiviral nucleos(t)ide analogue treatment were consecutively recruited.PKTD was defined by the presence of at least two of the following five abnormalities:phosphate diabetes,nondiabetic glucosuria,metabolic acidosis,β2-microglobulinuria,or renal hypouricemia.The single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in the SLC22A6 gene encoding human organic anion transporter 1(h OAT1)and ABCC2 encoding multidrug resistance protein 2(MRP2)were analyzed using the Taq Man Allelic Discrimination Demonstration Kit.RESULTS:Nine(30.0%)of the 30 ADV-treated patients were diagnosed with PKTD,while no patients without ADV developed PKTD(P<0.001).Three patients with ADV were diagnosed with symptomatic osteomalacia.Among the patients who took ADV,those with PKTD were of higher age at initiation,had significantly longer treatment duration,and had a significantly lower body mass index than those without PKTD.The incidence of PKTD dramatically increased after 96 mo from the start of ADV administration.In contrast,the SNPs were not correlated with PKTD.Logistic regression analysis extracted older age at initiation(OR=5.0,95%CI:1.1-23.4;P=0.040)and longer treatment duration(OR=3.2,95%CI:1.2-8.6;P=0.020)as significant factors associated with PKTD.CONCLUSION:Our results suggest that the tubular function of the kidney of older patients undergoing longterm ADV treatment should be carefully evaluated. | Motohiro Shimizu Norihiro Furusyo Hiroaki Ikezaki Eiichi Ogawa Takeo Hayashi Takeshi Ihara Yuji Harada Kazuhiro Toyoda Masayuki Murata Jun Hayashi | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015，21，7： | 18 |
| 2 | Feasibility of gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection with continuous low-dose aspirin for patients receiving dual antiplatelet therapy显示文摘BACKGROUND Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) for gastric neoplasms during continuous low-dose aspirin(LDA) administration is generally acceptable according to recent guidelines. This retrospective study aimed to investigate the effect of continuous LDA on the postoperative bleeding after gastric ESD in patients receiving dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT).AIM To investigate the feasibility of gastric ESD with continuous LDA in patients with DAPT.METHODS A total of 597 patients with gastric neoplasms treated with ESD between January2010 and June 2017 were enrolled. The patients were categorized according to type of antiplatelet therapy(APT).RESULTS The postoperative bleeding rate was 6.9%(41/597) in all patients. Patients were divided into the following two groups: no APT(n = 443) and APT(n = 154). APT included single-LDA(n = 95) and DAPT(LDA plus clopidogrel, n = 59)subgroups. In the single-LDA and DAPT subgroups, 56 and 39 patients were received continuous LDA, respectively. The bleeding rate with continuous singleLDA(10.7%) was similar to that with discontinuous single-LDA(10.3%)(P >0.99). Although the bleeding rate with continuous LDA in patients receiving DAPT(23.1%) was higher than that with discontinuous LDA in patients receiving DAPT(5.0%), no significant difference was observed(P = 0.141).CONCLUSION The bleeding rate with continuous LDA in patients receiving DAPT was not statistically different from that with discontinuous LDA in patients receiving DAPT. | 20 | Inversion of Venus internal structure based on geodetic data显示文摘Understanding the internal structure of Venus promotes the exploration of the evolutionary history of this planet.However,the existing research concerning the internal structure of Venus has not used any inversion methods.In this work we employed an inversion method to determine the internal structure of Venus using observational or hypothetical geodetic data;these data include mass,mean radius,mean moment of inertia and second degree tidal Love number k2.To determine the core state of Venus,we created two models of Venus,an isotropic 3-layer model with entire liquid core and an isotropic 4-layer model with liquid outer core and a solid inner core,assuming that the interior of Venus is spherically symmetric and in hydrostatic equilibrium.A series of the sensitivity analysis of interior structure parameters to the geodetic data considered in here shows that not all of the parameters can be constrained by the geodetic data from Venus.On this basis,a Markov Chain Monte Carlo algorithm was used to determine the posterior probability distribution and the optimal values of the internal structure parameters of Venus with the geodetic data.We found that the 3-layer model is more credible than the 4-layer model via currently geodetic data.For the assumption of the 3-layer model with the k2=0.295±0.066,I/MR^2=0.33±0.0165,andρ=5242.7±2.6 kg m^-3,the liquid iron-rich core of Venus has a radius of 3294+215-261km,which suggests a larger core than previous research has indicated.The average density of the mantle and liquid core of Venus are 4101+325-375and 11885+955-1242kg m~^-3,respectively. | Chi Xiao Fei Li Jian-Guo Yan Wei-Feng Hao Yuji Harada Mao Ye Jean-Pierre Barriot | 2020 | Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics2020，20，8： | 1 |
