1microRNAs in heart failure显示文摘Heart failure is the leading cause of mortality in the world and represents the fastest growing subclass of cardiovascular diseases.An increasing body of evidence indicates an important role for microRNAs (miRNAs)in the pathogenesis and progression of heart failure.miRNAs are a class of small non-coding RNAs about 20 to 24 nucleotides (nt) (a few less than 20 nt) to regulate target gene expression at the post-transcriptional level.Mature miRNAs are formed after shearing a period of hairpin loop structure,the length of 70-80 nt and single stranded RNA precursors (pre-miRNA) with Dicer or nuclease as similar as Dicer.They primarily function posttranscriptionally by base pairing to sequence motifs in the 3' untranslated region (3'UTR) of target mRNAs in a sequence-specific,tissue-specific and developmental stagespecific matter.1-3 miRNAs have the role of regulation of cell proliferation and death,neuronal differentiation,ontogeny and other biological function.In 2006,scientists noticed that miRNAs play an extremely important role in the occurrence and development process of heart disease.To date,many miRNAs that play a role in diverse aspects of cardiac remodeling and heart failure development have been identified.Xing Yujie Gao Dengfeng Liu Zhongwei Niu Xiaolin 2014Chinese Medical Journal2014,,18:4
2Modeling and test on height adjustment system of electrically-controlled air suspension for agricultural vehicles显示文摘To reduce the damages of pavement,vehicle components and agricultural product during transportation,an electric control air suspension height adjustment system of agricultural transport vehicle was studied by means of simulation and bench test.For the oscillation phenomenon of vehicle height in driving process,the mathematical model of the vehicle height adjustment system was developed,and the controller of vehicle height based on single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm was designed.The control model was simulated via Matlab/Simulink,and bench test was conducted.Results show that the method is feasible and effective to solve the agricultural vehicle body height unstable phenomenon in the process of switching.Compared with other PID algorithms,the single neuron adaptive PID control in agricultural transport vehicle has shorter response time,faster response speed and more stable switching state.The stability of the designed vehicle height adjustment system and the ride comfort of agricultural transport vehicle were improved.Chen Yuexia Chen Long Wang Ruochen Xu Xing Shen Yujie Liu Yanling 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,2:3
3Isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium for ternary system of ethanol, ethyl propionate and para-xylene at 101.3 kPa显示文摘Isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium(VLE) data for the binary system ethyl propionate(2) + para-xylene(3) and ternary system ethanol(1) + ethyl propionate(2) + para-xylene(2) at atmospheric pressure(101.3 k Pa)were obtained by a VLE modified othmer still. All the experimental data passed a point to point consistency test of Van Ness method, which verified the data reliability. The Wilson and UNIQUAC activity coefficient models were employed to correlate the binary VLE data to obtain binary interaction parameters. Based on binary interaction parameters, ternary VLE data of ethanol(1) + ethyl propionate(2) + para-xylene(3) were predicted by Wilson and UNIQUAC models, which proved that predicted values are consistent with the experimental data.Furthermore, azeotropic phenomenon between ethanol and ethyl propionate disappears when the mole ratio of para-xylene and binary system of ethanol and ethyl propionate is 1:1. 5Environmental contribution to needle variation among natural populations of Pinus tabuliformis显示文摘Variations in the phenotypic characteristics of conifer needles is a consequence of genetic evolution that has been widely used in geographic variation and ecological studies.Although many studies are based on an in situ sampling strategy and generally realize the contribution of environmental effects to variation in needle traits,it is still uncertain which needle traits are most influenced by genetic effects and which are most influenced by the environment.Using both a common garden experiment to eliminate environmental heterogeneity and an in situ sampling strategy,we compared 18 Pinus tabuliformis needle traits among 10 geographical populations.Using both sampling strategies,we found significant differences in needle traits among populations and among individuals within populations.Differences in the‘‘among-population’’variance component between the two sampling strategies revealed the environmental contribution among natural populations for each trait.The among-population variance in the following traits exceeded 8%:needle length,number of stomata within 2 mm(NS2),number of stomatal lines on the planar side,number of resin canals(RCN)and the resin canal area(RCA).For the stability of needle traits,NS2,RCN,RCA,ratio of the vascular bundle area to the RCA(VBA/RCA),and MA/RCA differed significantly in more than five provenance changes between the common garden populations and natural populations,which may be susceptible to environmental effects.Conversely,the crosssectional area,mesophyll area(MA),MA/(VBA+RCA),and MA/VBA were phenotypically stable.Geographic variation patterns and systematic relation of needle traits differed between the two sampling strategies,suggesting that in situ sampling results may reflect environmental effects and deviate statistical parameters for genetic study.Future studies of genetic evolution in the context of geographic variation should be based on appropriate sampling strategies and stable phenotypic traits.Jingxiang Meng Xinyu Chen Yujie Huang Liming Wang Fangqian Xing Yue Li 2019Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,4:1
6The O2-ZmGRAS11 transcriptional regulatory network orchestrates the coordination of endosperm cell expansion and grain filling in maize显示文摘Maize(Zea mays)endosperm filling is coordinated with cell expansion to enlarge the grain size,but the mechanism coupling the two processes is poorly understood.Starchy endosperm cells basically contain no visible vacuoles for cell expansion.During grain filling,efficient synthesis of storage compounds leads to reduced cytoplasm and thus lowered cell turgor pressure.Although bioactive gibberellins(GAs)are essential for cell expansion,they accumulate at a low level at this stage.In this study,we identified an endosperm-specific GRAS domain-containing protein(ZmGRAS11)that lacks the DELLA domain and promotes cell expansion in the filling endosperm.The zmgras11 loss-of-function mutants showed normal grain filling but delayed cell expansion,thereby resulting in reduced kernel size and weight.Overexpression of ZmGRAS11 led to larger endosperm cells and therefore increased kernel size and weight.Consistent with this,ZmGRAS11 positively regulates the expression of ZmEXPB12,which is essential for cell expansion,at the endosperm filling stage.Moreover,we found that Opaque2(O2),a central transcription factor that regulates endosperm filling,could directly bind to the promoter of ZmGRAS11 and activate its expression.Taken together,these results suggest that endosperm cell expansion is coupled with endosperm filling,which is orchestrated by the O2-ZmGRAS11-centered transcriptional regulatory network.Our findings also provide potential targets for maize yield improvement by increasing the storage capacity of endosperm cells.Chen Ji Lina Xu Yujie Li Yuxin Fu Shuai Li Qiong Wang Xing Zeng Zhongqin Zhang Zhiyong Zhang Wenqin Wang Jiechen Wang Yongrui Wu 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,3:1

8Ecological Restoration Technology and Benefit Assessment of Karst Rocky Desertification Mountains in Xixiu District of Anshun City显示文摘Ecological restoration refers to the containment of soil erosion,restoration of water conservation,climate regulation,maintenance of ecological functions of biodiversity,and improvement of ecological environment and landscape pattern based on self-repairing capacity of the nature and combined with appropriate artificial measures. Since the natural restoration process of karst desertification mountain is very long,it needs to be supplemented by artificial vegetation restoration. This paper introduced the ecological restoration technologies implemented in karst rocky desertification mountains in Xixiu District,Anshun City of Guizhou Province,and also introduced the afforestation tending management measures. 9High speed laser cladding as a new approach to prepare ultra-high temperature ceramic coatings显示文摘Ultra-high temperature ceramic(UHTC)coatings are used to protect the hot-end components of hypervelocity aerocrafts from thermal ablation.This study provides a new approach to fabricate UHTC coatings with high speed laser cladding(HSLC)technology,and places more emphasis on investigating the formation mechanism,phase compositions,and mechanical properties of HSLC-UHTC coatings.Results show that a well-bonded interface between the coating and the tantalum alloy substrate can be formed.The coating is mainly composed of(Zr,Ta)C ceramic solid solution phase with a content of higher than 90% by volume and Ta(W)metal solid solution phase.At a relatively high powder feeding rate,the ZrC ceramic phase appears in the coating while a dense ZrC UHTC top layer with a thickness of up to~50μm is successfully fabricated.As for the mechanical properties of the HSLC coatings,the fracture toughness of the coating decreases with the increase of powder feeding rate.The increase of carbide solid solution phase can significantly improve the high temperature microhardness(552.7±1.8 HV0.5@1000℃).The innovative design of HSLC ZrC-based coatings on refractory alloys accomplishes continuous transitions on microstructure and properties from the substrate to the UHTC top layer,which is a very promising candidate scheme for thermal protection coating.Qiyao Deng Pengfei He Chuan Sun Yang Li Yue Xing Yujie Wang Jinglong Li Xiubing Liang Xin Wang Yujie Zhou Yujun Cai 2024Journal of Advanced Ceramics2024,13,2:0

11Exploring the growth mechanism of CuSbSe_(2)thin film prepared by electrodeposition显示文摘Copper antimony selenium(CuSbSe_(2))has advantages of adjustable band gaps from 1.09 eV to 1.2 eV,high light absorption coefficient(>105 cm-1),and low grain generation temperature(300—400℃),which is suitable for the preparation of solar cells.However,the stable range of CuSbSe_(2)(CASe)phase is narrow,which is inevitable to form Sb_(2)Se_(3)and Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)second phase during the preparation process.In this work,selenization annealing of Sb/Cu metal layer to prepare CASe thin films with pulse electrodeposition process was studied,and the growth mechanism of CASe film was analyzed.Cu and Sb reacted with Se to form Cu_(2)Se and Sb_(2)Se_(3),respectively.Then Cu_(2)Se and Sb_(2)Se_(3)further reacted to generate CASe.Since the formation temperature of Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)was lower than that of CASe,the preferential formation of Cu_(3)SbSe_(4)led to layer separation.When the annealing temperature was too high,CASe decomposed to form Cu_(3)SbSe_(3)and Sb_(2)Se_(3).Additionally,by increasing the heating rate,the separation of CASe thin films was effectively improved,and the CASe thin films with relatively high crystallinity were obtained at 360℃with heating rate of 30℃/min and selenization time of 20 min.WANG Ruihu BI Jinlian LI Wei YUAN Yujie XING Yupeng YAO Liyong 2023Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,9:0
12Iron single-atom/clusters catalysts derived from iron-rich Enteromorpha after urea-saturation for Fenton-like reaction显示文摘Fabrication of single atom catalysts(SACs)by a green and gentle method is important for their practical Fenton-like use.In this work,a high effective iron-based catalyst was prepared from the iron-rich Enteromorpha for NPX degradation via peroxymonosulfate(PMS).Both Fe-SACs and iron-clusters was fabricated from the intrinsic iron element in Enteromorpha after the urea saturation.The Fe-SACs/clusters can achieve 100%of NPX oxidation within 20 min with the k_(obs)of 0.282 min^(-1).Quenching tests indicated that the radical pathways were not dominated in the catalytic systems,and strong electron transfer process can be induced in the Fe-SACs/clusters+PMS system by using the NPX as electron donor and FeSACs/clusters/PMS^*complexes as electron acceptor.This result was consistent with the phenomenon observed in the galvanic oxidation system.In addition,the Fe-SACs/clusters was deposited onto the ceramic membrane(CM)by the spraying-crosslinking process to form a Fe-SACs/clusters@CM,which showed an effective and continuous NPX degradation in a heterogeneous PMS system.Yujie Zhang Siyi Liu Dongdong Chen Xing Xu 2024Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3:0
