1Aircraft vulnerability modeling and computation methods based on product structure and CATIA显示文摘Survivability strengthening/vulnerability reduction designs have become one of the most important design disciplines of military aircraft now. Due to progressiveness and complexity of modern combat aircraft, the existing vulnerability modeling and computation methods cannot meet the current engineering application requirements. Therefore, a vulnerability modeling and computation method based on product structure and CATIA is proposed in sufficient consideration of the design characteristics of modern combat aircraft. This method directly constructs the aircraft vulnerability model by CATIA or the digital model database, and manages all the product components of the vulnerability model via aircraft product structure. Using CAA second development, the detailed operations and computation methods of vulnerability analysis are integrated into CATIA software environment. Comprehensive assessment data and visual kill probability Iso-contours can also be presented, which meet the vulnerability analysis requirements of modern combat aircraft effectively. 2High-performance Li-ion batteries based on graphene quantum dot wrapped carbon nanotube hybrid anodes显示文摘Since Akira Yoshino first proposed the usage of the carbonaceous materials as an anode of lithium ion batteries(LIBs)in 1985,carbonaceous materials such as graphite and graphene have been widely considered as LIB anodes.Here,we explored the application of novel carbonaceous UB anodes incorporating graphene quantum dots(GQDs).We fabricated a freestanding all-carbon electrode based on a porous carbon nanotube(CNT)sponge via a facile in-situ hydrothermal deposition technique,creating coaxial structure of GQD-coated CNTs(GQD@CNTs)through electrostatic interaction and n-n stacking with tunable loading and functionalization.This hybrid structure combined conductive CNTs with highly active GQDs,in which GQDs with predesigned functional groups provided massive storage sites for Li ions and the 3D CNT frameworks avoided the agglomeration of GQDs,together contributing to a high specific capacity(700 mAh·g^-1 at 100 mA·g^-1 after 100 cycles)and rate performance.Even at a high current density of 1,000 mA·g^-1,the reversible specific capacity remained at 483 mAh g-1 after 350 cycles.In particular,the mechanism study demonstrated the important role of oxygen functional groups of GQDs in promoting the performance of the LIB anodes by controlled grafting of GQDs onto various porous-carbon and metal-foam based structures.Xuewei Zhao Yizeng Wu Yunsong Wang Huaisheng Wu Yawei Yang Zhipeng Wang Linxiu Dai Yuanyuan Shang Anyuan Cao 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:7
3Melting and shrinkage of cryosphere in Tibet and its impact on the ecological environment显示文摘Global warming is having a profound impact on global ecological systems,and has inevitably induced changes in the cryosphere,one of the five layers of the earth.Major changes include the shrinking and reduction in the area and volume of both the mountain glaciers and the ice caps covering the North and South poles,and the melting of permafrost and thickening of the active frost layer.Swift changes in the cryosphere have inevitably induced ecological and environmental changes in its zone.While some of these changes are beneficial to mankind,such as an increase in water circulation,short term increases in water volumes and the enlargement of the cultivatable area,others are extremely hazardous,like the flooding of lowlands caused by an increased sea level elevation,debris flow caused by glaciers,glacier lake bursts,undermined building safety caused by permafrost melting,the deterioration of alpine cold meadows,and the surface aridization and desertification of land.Tibet,having a major part of the cryosphere in China,is home to the most widely spread glaciers and permafrost,which play a vital role in regulating water resources,climate,environment and the ecological safety in China and Asia.However,due to global warming,the glaciers and permafrost in Tibet have recently changed dramatically,exhibiting shrinkage and melting,which threatens long-term water resources,and the ecological and environmental safety of China.Based on existing research,this paper discusses the relationship between global warming and the melting and shrinkage of the cryosphere.The results show that the cryosphere's melting and shrinkage in Tibet are the direct result of global warming.The melting of glaciers has led to a series of disasters,such as changes in river runoff,the heightened frequency of debris flows induced by glaciers and the outbursts of glacier lakes.The melting of the permafrost also resulted in a series of ecological and environmental problems in Tibet,such as the degradation and population succession of the alpine grassland and meadows,the aridization of the land surface,and the occurrence of freeze-thaw erosion.JianGuo ZHANG YingLi WANG YunSong JI DeZhi YAN 2011Journal of Arid Land2011,3,4:4
4Corrosion Behaviors of Nitride Coatings on Titanium Alloy in NaCl-Induced Hot Corrosion显示文摘TiN and TiAlN coatings were deposited by arc ion plating on titanium alloys to study their hot corrosion resistance when they were exposed to NaCl at 600℃.The microstructure and corrosion behaviors of nitride coatings were studied using scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,electro-probe microanalyzer and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that nitride coatings with the different compositions and the ones with the same composition but different thicknesses presented different hot corrosion resistance.TiN and thin TiAlN coatings showed poor corrosion resistance.Serious internal oxidation attacked the alloy substrate.Their corrosion products were mainly consisted of non-protective TiO2 and sodium salt.By contrast,the thick TiAlN coating presented outstanding corrosion resistance.Besides sodium salt,the corrosion products were composed of protective Al_(2)O_(3).The increasing thickness of TiAlN significantly enhanced the hot corrosion resistance.The corrosion mechanisms of alloy,TiN and TiAlN coatings were discussed in detail.Mingming Zhang Yipeng Feng Yahui Wang Yunsong Niu Li Xin Yongfeng Li Jianxiu Su Shenglong Zhu Fuhui Wang 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,10:3

6Al2O3 supported hybrid Pd-CeO2 colloidal spheres and its enhanced catalytic performances for methane combustion显示文摘Fabrication of novel nano-catalyst with improved activity and stability has been a hot topic in heterogeneous catalysis. Herein a novel approach was designed to synthesize Pd-CeO2 colloidal assembled spheres(CASs) in one-pot fashion. The Pd clusters were encompassed by the CeO2 nanocrystals with a high dispersity. Based on this hybrid structure, the Pd/ceria interface area can be greatly improved. After Pd-CeO2 CASs was supported on γ-Al2O3, its catalytic activity for CH4 combustion was evaluated. The result shows that Al2O3 supported Pd-CeO2 CASs exhibits an improved catalytic activity and stability,compared to the Pd/CeO2 catalyst prepared by impregnation method. 7Catalytic wet oxidation of N,N-dimethyl formamide over ruthenium supported on CeO_2 and Ce_(0.7)Zr_(0.3)O_2 catalysts显示文摘A series of Ru supported on CeO_2 and Ce_(0.7)Zr_(0.3)O_2(CeZrO) was prepared by incipient-wet impregnation method and investigated in the catalytic wet oxidation of N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF) in batch reactor. The physicochemical property of the catalysts was characterized by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET), X-ray diffraction(XRD), H_2 temperature-programmed reduction(H_2-TPR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and thermogravimetry(TG). Compared with 3%Ru/CeO_2, 3%Ru/Ce_(0.7)Zr_(0.3)O_2 catalyst exhibits much higher performance for DMF degradation due to the promotion of Ru dispersion and the transfer of active oxygen, and 99% DMF conversion and 97% COD elimination are obtained at 453 K,2.5 MPa oxygen pressure after 5 h. The reaction mechanism of DMF degradation was suggested. The carbonaceous species deposition and oxidation of Ru can be responsible for catalyst deactivation. 8Analysis of photoluminescence behavior of high-quality single-layer MoS2显示文摘The ability to tailor and enhance photoluminescence (PL) behavior in two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is significant for pursuing optoelectronic applications.To achieve this,it has been essential to obtain high-quality single-layer MoS2 and fully explore its intrinsic PL performance.Here,we fabricate single-layer MoS2 by a thermal vapor sulfurization method in which a pre-deposited molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) thin film is sulfurized over a short period (for several minutes) to turn into MoS2.These as-grown MoS2 crystals show quite strong PL,which is about one order of magnitude higher than that of chemical-vapor-deposited MoS2.Temperature- and power-dependent spectroscopy measurements disclose the apparent influence of sulfur (S) vacancies on the PL behavior and the noticeable free-to-bound exciton recombinations in the luminescence process.The fact that PL intensity of the sample in vacuum sharply lowered down relative to in air reveals that the high PL is facilitated by molecular adsorption on S vacancies in air.And multi-channel decay processes coupled with S vacancies are revealed in the time-resolved PL spectroscopy.In our work,single-layer MoS2 with high PL is synthesized and its defect-induced PL features are analyzed,which is of great importance for developing advanced nano-electronics and optoelectronics based on 2D structures.Lu Xu Liyun Zhao Yunsong Wang Mingchu Zou Qing Zhang Anyuan Cao 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:2
9The comparison of Cu(II) adsorption capability of baker’s yeast, nano-titania and their composite adsorbent显示文摘The anatase nano-TiO2 powder, with crystal size between 40 and 80 nm, was prepared by the liquid phase hydrolysis of TiCl4. At the same time, the nano-TiO2 was utilized with the baker’s yeast biomass as a composite adsorbent to adsorb the Cu ions in the artificial aqueous solution. The investigation showed that the composite adsorbent had a fine adsorption efficiency. The TiO2 in the composite ad- sorbent could cooperate well with baker’s yeast to improve the adsorbing capability of Cu2+ under the following experimental conditions as well: a quantity of composite adsorbent of 5 g·L?1, pH≥4.0, an adsorption time of 40 min and an initial concentration of Cu ions of 10 mg·L?1. In addition, the results of measurements, obtained with a scanning electron microscope, an infrared spectrophotometer and a Zeta potential analyzer, revealed that the baker’s yeast and nano-TiO2 produced the composite ad- sorbent through coordination and hydrogen bonds in particular, etc. The stability of the composite adsorbent and the amount of titania loaded were largely dependent on the concentration of hydrogen ion in the solution.ZHANG YunSong WANG RenGuo WANG XianXiang LEI SanZhong TONG DongMei 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,9:2

14Photocrosslinkable Col/PCL/Mg composite membrane providing spatiotemporal maintenance and positive osteogenetic effects during guided bone regeneration显示文摘Guided bone regeneration membranes have been effectively applied in oral implantology to repair bone defects.However,typical resorbable membranes composed of collagen(Col)have insufficient mechanical properties and high degradation rate,while non-resorbable membranes need secondary surgery.Herein,we designed a photocrosslinkable collagen/polycaprolactone methacryloyl/magnesium(Col/PCLMA/Mg)composite membrane that provided spatiotemporal support effect after photocrosslinking.Magnesium particles were added to the PCLMA solution and Col/PCLMA and Col/PCLMA/Mg membranes were developed;Col membranes and PCL membranes were used as controls.After photocrosslinking,an interpenetrating polymer network was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)in Col/PCL and Col/PCL/Mg membranes.The elastic modulus,swelling behavior,cytotoxicity,cell attachment,and cell proliferation of the membranes were evaluated.Degradation behavior in vivo and in vitro was monitored according to mass change and by SEM.The membranes were implanted into calvarial bone defects of rats for 8 weeks.The Col/PCL and Col/PCL/Mg membranes displayed much higher elastic modulus(p<0.05),and a lower swelling rate(p<0.05),than Col membranes,and there were no differences in cell biocompatibility among groups(p>0.05).The Col/PCL and Col/PCL/Mg membranes had lower degradation rates than the Col membranes,both in vivo and in vitro(p<0.05).The Col/PCL/Mg groups showed enhanced osteogenic capability compared with the Col groups at week 8(p<0.05).The Col/PCL/Mg composite membrane represents a new strategy to display space maintenance and enhance osteogenic potential,which meets clinical needs.Feilong Wang Dandan Xia Siyi Wang Ranli Gu Fan Yang Xiao Zhao Xuenan Liu Yuan Zhu Hao Liu Yongxiang Xu Yunsong Liu Yongsheng Zhou 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,7:1

19Brain organoid-on-chip system to study the effects of breast cancer derived exosomes on the neurodevelopment of brain显示文摘Early human brain development can be affected by multiple prenatal factors that involve chemical exposures in utero,maternal health characteristics such as psychiatric disorders,and cancer.Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide arising pregnancy.However,it is not clear whether the breast cancer might influence the brain development of fetus.Exosomes secreted by breast cancer cells play a critical role in mediating intercellular communication and interplay between different organs.In this work,we engineered human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)-derived brain organoids in an array of micropillar chip and probed the influences of breast cancer cell(MCF-7)derived-exosomes on the early neurodevelopment of brain.The formed brain organoids can recapitulate essential features of embryonic human brain at early stages,in terms of neurogenesis,forebrain regionalization,and cortical organization.Treatment with breast cancer cell derived-exosomes,brain organoids exhibited enhanced expression of stemness-related marker OCT4 and forebrain marker PAX6.RNA-seq analysis reflected several activated signaling pathways associated with breast cancer,medulloblastoma and neurogenesis in brain organoids induced by tumor-derived exosomes.These results suggested that breast cancer cell-derived exosomes might lead to the impaired neurodevelopment in the brain organoids and the carcinogenesis of brain organoids.It potentially implies the fetus of pregnant women with breast cancer has the risk of impaired neurodevelopmental disorder after birth.Kangli Cui Wenwen Chen Rongkai Cao Yingying Xie Peng Wang Yunsong Wu Yaqing Wang Jianhua Qin 2022Cell Regeneration2022,11,1:1
