1Recent progress on the recycling technology of Li-ion batteries显示文摘Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)have been widely applied in portable electronic devices and electric vehicles.With the booming of the respective markets,a huge quantity of spent LIBs that typically use either LiFePO_(4) or Li N_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(z)O_(2) cathode materials will be produced in the very near future,imposing significant pressure for the development of suitable disposal/recycling technologies,in terms of both environmental protection and resource reclaiming.In this review,we firstly do a comprehensive summary of the-state-of-art technologies to recycle Li N_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(z)O_(2) and LiFePO_(4)-based LIBs,in the aspects of pretreatment,hydrometallurgical recycling,and direct regeneration of the cathode materials.This closed-loop strategy for cycling cathode materials has been regarded as an ideal approach considering its economic benefit and environmental friendliness.Afterward,as for the exhausted anode materials,we focus on the utilization of exhausted anode materials to obtain other functional materials,such as graphene.Finally,the existing challenges in recycling the LiFePO_(4) and Li N_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(z)O_(2) cathodes and graphite anodes for industrial-scale application are discussed in detail;and the possible strategies for these issues are proposed.We expect this review can provide a roadmap towards better technologies for recycling LIBs,shed light on the future development of novel battery recycling technologies to promote the environmental benignity and economic viability of the battery industry and pave way for the large-scale application of LIBs in industrial fields in the near future.Yuqing Wang Ning An Lei Wen Lei Wang Xiaotong Jiang Feng Hou Yuxin Yin Ji Liang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4:10
2Elevated Neurosteroids in the Lateral Thalamus Relieve Neuropathic Pain in Rats with Spared Nerve Injury显示文摘Neurosteroids are synthesized in the nervous system from cholesterol or steroidal precursors imported from peripheral sources. These compounds are important allosteric modulators of c-aminobutyric acid A receptors(GABA_ARs), which play a vital role in pain modulation in the lateral thalamus, a main gate where somatosensory information enters the cerebral cortex. Using high-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry,we found increased levels of neurosteroids(pregnenolone,progesterone, deoxycorticosterone, allopregnanolone, and tetrahydrodeoxycorticosterone) in the chronic stage of neuropathic pain(28 days after spared nerve injury) in rats.The expression of the translocator protein TSPO, the upstream steroidogenesis rate-limiting enzyme, increased at the same time. In vivo stereotaxic microinjection of neurosteroids or the TSPO activator AC-5216 into the lateral thalamus(AP-3.0 mm, ML ±3.0 mm, DV 6.0 mm)alleviated the mechanical allodynia in neuropathic pain,while the TSPO inhibitor PK 11195 exacerbated it. The analgesic effects of AC-5216 and neurosteroids were significantly attenuated by the GABA_AR antagonist bicuculline. 4The Identification of the Cryptosporidium ubiquitum in Pre-weaned Ovines from Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in China显示文摘Objective Cryptosporidium spp.are prevalent globally and sheep are an important zoonotic reservoir.Little data regarding the rates of Cryptosporidium infections in ovines in China are available.This study assessed the prevalence of Cryptosporidium spp.in pre‐weaned ovines from Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in the Sichuan province of China.Methods A total of 213 fecal samples were collected from pre‐weaned ovines and were examined microscopically (following modified acid fast staining).In addition,18S rRNA genetic sequences were amplified from fecal samples by nested PCR and phylogenetically analyzed.Results The prevalence of Cryptosporidium in the collected samples was at 14.6% (31/213) and four isolates identified by PCR belonged to the Cryptosporidium cervine genotype (Cryptosporidium ubiquitum) demonstrating that this species was the primary sheep species found in sheep in China.Conclusion The present study suggested that the high incidence of Cryptosporidium in sheep poses a significant public health threat and that surveillance practices must be established to prevent zoonotic disease of humans.SHEN YuJuan YIN JianHai YUAN ZhongYing LU WeiYuan XU YuXin XIAO LiHua CAO JianPing 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,3:5
5Effects of quenching temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of H13 mandrel steel显示文摘Optical microscope,stereomicroscope,scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and mechanical property testing were used to research the effects of different quenching temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the H13 mandrel steel.The results indicate that following an increase in the quenching,the degree of alloying is enhanced due to the carbides dissolving gradually in austenite,which improves the hardenability of the specimens,as well as their room and high-temperature strength.At the same time,the fracture toughness increases due to the increment of the martensite number and the interparticle distance of the carbides.However,extremely coarse grain and martensite can decrease the impact toughness.Optimal performance can be obtained after quenching at 1060℃ and double tempering at 620℃.Consequently,the service life of the H13 mandrel steel is extended significantly.TIAN Yuxin LU Minghe CAI Haiyan YIN Guanghong XU Zhou 2010Baosteel Technical Research2010,4,3:3
6Anacardic acid(6-pentadecylsalicylic acid) induces apoptosis of prostate cancer cells through inhibition of androgen receptor and activation of p53 signaling显示文摘Anacardic acid(AA)is a mixture of 2-hydroxy-6-alkylbenzoic acid homologs.It is widely regarded as a non-specific histone acetyltransferase inhibitor of p300.The effects and the mechanisms of AA in LNCaP cells(prostate cancer cells) remain unknown.To investigate the effect of AA on LNCaP cells,we had carried out several experiments and found that AA inhibits LNCaP cell proliferation,induces G1/S cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of LNCaP cell.The mechanisms via which AA acts on LNCaP cells may be due to the following aspects.First,AA can regulate p300 transcription and protein level except for its mechanisms regulating function of p300 through post-translational modification in LNCaP cells.Second,AA can activate p53 through increasing the phosphorylation of p53 on Ser15 in LNCaP cells.AA can selectively activate p21(target genes of p53).Third,AA can down-regulates androgen receptor(AR)through supressing p300.Our study suggests that AA has multiple anti-tumor activities in LNCaP cells and warrants further investigation.Jing Tan Binghai Chen Leye He Yuxin Tang Zhiqiang Jiang Guangmin Yin Jinrong Wang Xianzhen Jiang 2012Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2012,24,4:3

8Apparent diffusion coefficient evaluation for secondary changes in the cerebellum of rats after middle cerebral artery occlusion显示文摘Supratentorial cerebral infarction can cause functional inhibition of remote regions such as the cerebellum,which may be relevant to diaschisis.This phenomenon is often analyzed using positron emission tomography and single photon emission CT.However,these methods are expensive and radioactive.Thus,the present study quantified the changes of infarction core and remote regions after unilateral middle cerebral artery occlusion using apparent diffusion coefficient values.Diffusion-weighted imaging showed that the area of infarction core gradually increased to involve the cerebral cortex with increasing infarction time.Diffusion weighted imaging signals were initially increased and then stabilized by 24 hours.With increasing infarction time,the apparent diffusion coefficient value in the infarction core and remote bilateral cerebellum both gradually decreased,and then slightly increased 3–24 hours after infarction.Apparent diffusion coefficient values at remote regions(cerebellum)varied along with the change of supratentorial infarction core,suggesting that the phenomenon of diaschisis existed at the remote regions.Thus,apparent diffusion coefficient values and diffusion weighted imaging can be used to detect early diaschisis.Yunjun Yang Lingyun Gao Jun Fu Jun Zhang Yuxin Li Bo Yin Weijian Chen Daoying Geng 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,31:3
9Developing polydopamine modified molybdenum disulfide/epoxy resin powder coatings with enhanced anticorrosion performance and wear resistance on magnesium lithium alloys显示文摘Epoxy resin powder coating has been successfully applied on the corrosion protection of magnesium lithium alloys.However,poor wear resistance and microcracks formed during the solidification have limited it extensive application.There are limited approaches to exploit such anti-corrosion and mechanical properties of magnesium lithium alloys.Herein,the epoxy resin powder coating with polydopamine modified molybdenum disulfide(MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating with 0,0.1,0.2,0.5,1.0 wt.%loading)was well prepared by melt extrusion to investigate its anticorrosion performance and wear resistance.The results revealed that the addition of MoS_(2)@PDA enhanced the adhesion strength between coatings and alloys,wear resistance and corrosion protection of the powder coatings.Among them,the optimum was obtained by 0.2 wt.%MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating which could be attributed to well dispersion and efficient adhesion with coating matrix.To conclude,MoS_(2)@PDA-EP powder coating is meaningfully beneficial for the anticorrosive and wear performance improvement of magnesium lithium alloys.Shibo Chen Changqing Yin Yi Wang Shuang Yi Xiang Gao Xujuan Zhang Qiyu Liao Yuxin Zhang Xia Zhao Jinsong Rao Baorong Hou 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,9:2

11Compound Danshen Dripping Pill inhibits hypercholesterolemia/atherosclerosis-induced heart failure in ApoE and LDLR dual deficient mice via multiple mechanisms显示文摘Heart failure is the leading cause of death worldwide.Compound Danshen Dripping Pill(CDDP)or CDDP combined with simvastatin has been widely used to treat patients with myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases in China.However,the effect of CDDP on hypercholesterolemia/atherosclerosis-induced heart failure is unknown.We constructed a new model of heart failure induced by hypercholesterolemia/atherosclerosis in apolipoprotein E(ApoE)and LDL receptor(LDLR)dual deficient(ApoE^(–/–)LDLR^(–/–))mice and investigated the effect of CDDP or CDDP plus a low dose of simvastatin on the heart failure.CDDP or CDDP plus a low dose of simvastatin inhibited heart injury by multiple actions including anti-myocardial dysfunction and anti-fibrosis.Mechanistically,both Wnt and lysine-specific demethylase 4A(KDM4A)pathways were significantly activated in mice with heart injury.Conversely,CDDP or CDDP plus a low dose of simvastatin inhibited Wnt pathway by markedly up-regulating expression of Wnt inhibitors.While the anti-inflammation and anti-oxidative stress by CDDP were achieved by inhibiting KDM4A expression and activity.In addition,CDDP attenuated simvastatin-induced myolysis in skeletal muscle.Taken together,our study suggests that CDDP or CDDP plus a low dose of simvastatin can be an effective therapy to reduce hypercholesterolemia/atherosclerosis-induced heart failure.Yanfang Yang Ke Feng Liying Yuan Yuxin Liu Mengying Zhang Kaimin Guo Zequn Yin Wenjia Wang Shuiping Zhou He Sun Kaijing Yan Xijun Yan Xuerui Wang Yajun Duan Yunhui Hu Jihong Han 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,3:2
12Transcriptome dynamics of hippocampal neurogenesis in macaques across the lifespan and aged humans显示文摘Whether adult hippocampal neurogenesis(AHN)persists in adult and aged humans continues to be extensively debated.A major question is whether the markers identified in rodents are reliable enough to reveal new neurons and the neurogenic trajectory in primates.Here,to provide a better understanding of AHN in primates and to reveal more novel markers for distinct cell types,droplet-based single-nucleus RNA sequencing(snRNA-seq)is used to investigate the cellular heterogeneity and molecular characteristics of the hippocampi in macaques across the lifespan and in aged humans.All of the major cell types in the hippocampus and their expression profiles were identified.The dynamics of the neurogenic lineage was revealed and the diversity of astrocytes and microglia was delineated.In the neurogenic lineage,the regulatory continuum from adult neural stem cells(NSCs)to immature and mature granule cells was investigated.A group of primate-specific markers were identified.We validated ETNPPL as a primate-specific NSC marker and verified STMN1 and STMN2 as immature neuron markers in primates.Furthermore,we illustrate a cluster of active astrocytes and microglia exhibiting proinflammatory responses in aged samples.The interaction analysis and the comparative investigation on published datasets and ours imply that astrocytes provide signals inducing the proliferation,quiescence and inflammation of adult NSCs at different stages and that the proinflammatory status of astrocytes probably contributes to the decrease and variability of AHN in adults and elderly individuals.Wei Wang Mengdi Wang Meng Yang Bo Zeng Wenying Qiu Qiang Ma Xiaoxi Jing Qianqian Zhang Bosong Wang Chonghai Yin Jiyao Zhang Yuxin Ge Yufeng Lu Weizhi Ji Qian Wu Chao Ma Xiaoqun Wang 2022Cell Research2022,32,8:2

15Yttrium chloride-modified Au/AC catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination with improved activity and stability显示文摘The addition of yttrium chloride(YCl_3) to an activated carbon-supported Au catalyst(Au/AC) can markedly promote the catalytic performance of acetylene hydrochlorination to the vinyl chloride monomer(VCM), The structure and physicochemical features of the YCl_3-modified catalysts(Y-Au/AC)were measured by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, temperature-programmed reduction, C_2 H_2-temperature programmed desorption, and scanning transmission electron microscopy.The presence of YCl_3 was found suppressing the reduction of highly oxidized Au^(δ+)(δ=1,3) to metallic Au^0 dependently and thus retard the agglomeration of Au nanoparticles during the reaction. In addition,the additive of YCl_3 to the Au/AC catalyst greatly inhibits the coke deposition on the catalyst surface. The optimized catalyst with an atomic ratio of Y/Au = 5(1 wt% Au loading weight) yields an 87.8% acetylene conversion and almost 100% selectivity for VCM under the reaction of GHSV(C_2 H_2) = 800 h^(-1) at 180 ℃.The durability test indicates that the 5 Y-1 Au/AC catalyst maintains high catalytic activity for more than2300 h at 30 h^(-1) GHSV(C_2 H_2) and 180 ℃, indicating great promise as a non-mercury catalyst for PVC manufacture.Jinhuo Ke Yuxin Zhao Yan Yin Kun Chen Xinping Duan Linmin Ye Youzhu Yuan 2017Journal of Rare Earths2017,35,11:1

18Electrocatalytic degradation of pesticide micropollutants in water by high energy pulse magnetron sputtered Pt/Ti anode显示文摘The increasing occurrence of pesticide micropollutants highlights the need for innovative water treatment technologies,particularly for small-community and household applications.Electro-oxidation is being widely studied in this area,unfortunately,safe,stable and efficient electrocatalytic anodes without released heavy metal ions are still highly required.In this study,we fabricated a Pt/Ti anode by high energy pulse magnetron sputtering(HiPIMS-PtTi)which was used to decompose dichlorvos(DDVP)and azoxystrobin(AZX)in water.The results show that the reaction rate constant(kENR)on HIPIMS was 35.7 min-1(DDVP)and 41.3 min-1(AZX),respectively,superior to electroplating Pt/Ti anode(EP-PtTi).The identification of radicals(^(·)OH,^(1)O_(2),^(·)O_(2)-)and micro-area analyses evidenced that Pt atoms were embedded into the TiO_(2) lattice on the surface of Ti plate by high-energy ions,which resulted in more adsorbed hydroxyls,and higher production of·OH under polarization conditions.Besides,the electro-oxidation intermediates of DDVP and AZX were identified and the degradation pathways were speculated:(1)indirect oxidation dominated by·OH attack,and(2)direct electron transfer reaction of pesticides on the anode surface.The cooperated reactions achieve the complete degradation and highly efficient mineralization of DDVP and AZX.Yuxin Zeng Siyao Zhang Lifeng Yin Yunrong Dai 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,12:1
