2Effect of Sc and Zr on the in-plane anisotropy of Al-Mg-Mn alloy sheets显示文摘The Al-Mg-Mn alloy sheets with and without trace Sc and Zr were investigated by means of tensile test, X-raydiffraction, optical microscope, and transmission electron microscope. The indexes of in-plane anisotropy (IIPA) of their ten-sile mechanical properties were calculated and their inverse pole figures were obtained by Harris method. The two alloysheets have the same law of in-plane anisotropy and remarkable in-plane anisotropy of mechanical properties, and the IIPA ofthe alloy sheet with Sc and Zr is bigger than that of the alloy sheet without Sc and Zr. The relationships of the in-plane ani-sotropy and the anisotropy of the crystallographic texture were analyzed based on the model of monocrystal. It is the com-mon action of the anisotropy of crystallography and microstructures that causes the in-plane anisotropy of their mechanicalproperties, but the major cause is the {110}<112> crystallographic texture. 3Starch-based adhesive hydrogel with gel-point viscoelastic behavior and its application in wound sealing and hemostasis显示文摘Hydrogels with tissue adhesiveness have demonstrated great promise for wearable electronics,artificial skin,soft robotics,and tissue repair.Nevertheless,adhesive hydrogels that are capable of sealing and hemostasis of wound with severe hemorrhage still lack.For this purpose,a series of ionically crosslinked starch hydrogels were developed here.The viscoelastic properties and tissue adhesiveness of the starch hydrogels were investigated.It is shown that the starch and cross linkers had significant influence on the viscoelastic properties of the starch hydrogels,which further resulted in varied tissue adhesiveness.Among the starch gels,there was one exhibiting a unique and stable'Gel Point'viscoelastic characteristic and it was named as gel-point adhesive hydrogel(GPAH).GPAH showed electrical conductivity,high tissue adhesiveness,high stretch-ability,self-healing capability,injectability,and degradability.The GPAH also exhibited high cytocompatibility,low hemolysis risk,and strong antibacterial effect.The wound sealing and hemostatic performance of GPAH was further evaluated by a rat femoral artery injury model.The blood loss after the sealing of GPAH(2.4±1.3 g)was significantly decreased compared to the group using gauze for sealing(6.3±1.5 g).Meanwhile,GPAH did not cause pathological changes of the soft tissues surrounding the wound.The above results indicate that GPAH,with high tissue adhesiveness,suitable viscoelastic property,strong antibacterial capacity,as well as electro-conductivity,bears great potential for the applications in smart wound management.Yuxuan Mao Peng Li Jiewei Yin Yanjie Bai Huan Zhou Xiao Lin Huilin Yang Lei Yang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,4:3
4Effect of the mineral spatial distribution heterogeneity on the tensile strength of granite:Insights from PFC3D-GBM numerical analysis显示文摘The mechanical characteristics of crystalline rocks are affected by the heterogeneity of the spatial distribution of minerals.In this paper,a novel three-dimensional(3D)grain-based model(GBM)based on particle flow code(PFC),i.e.PFC3D-GBM,is proposed.This model can accomplish the grouping of mineral grains at the 3D scale and then filling them.Then,the effect of the position distribution,geometric size,and volume composite of mineral grains on the cracking behaviour and macroscopic properties of granite are examined by conducting Brazilian splitting tests.The numerical results show that when an external load is applied to a sample,force chains will form around each contact,and the orientation distribution of the force chains is uniform,which is independent of the external load level.Furthermore,the number of high-strength force chains is proportional to the external load level,and the main orientation distribution is consistent with the external loading direction.The main orientation of the cracks is vertical to that of the high-strength force chains.The geometric size of the mineral grains controls the mechanical behaviours.As the average grain size increases,the number of transgranular contacts with higher bonding strength in the region connecting both loading points increases.The number of high-strength force chains increases,leading to an increase in the stress concentration value required for the macroscopic failure of the sample.Due to the highest bonding strength,the generation of transgranular cracks in quartz requires a higher concentrated stress value.With increasing volume composition of quartz,the number of transgranular cracks in quartz distributed in the region connecting both loading points increases,which requires many high-strength force chains.The load level rises,leading to an increase in the tensile strength of the numerical sample.Tao Zhang Liyuan Yu Yuxuan Peng Hongwen Jing Haijian Su Jiangbo Wei 2023Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2023,15,5:2
5Enhanced energy-storage performance in a flexible film capacitor with coexistence of ferroelectric and polymorphic antiferroelectric domains显示文摘Advances in flexible electronics are driving dielectric capacitors with high energy storage density toward flexibility and miniaturization.In the present work,an all-inorganic thin film dielectric capacitor with the coexistence of ferroelectric(FE)and antiferroelectric(AFE)phases based on Pb_(0.96)La_(0.04)(Zr_(0.95)Ti_(0.05))O_(3)(PLZT)was prepared on a 2D fluorophlogopite mica substrate via a simple one-step process.The flexible capacitor exhibits a high recoverable energy density(U_(rec))of z 44.2 J/cm^(3),a large electric breakdown strength(E BDS)of 3011 kV/cm,excellent frequency stability(500 Hz-20 kHz)and high thermal stability over 30-190℃.It also demonstrates an outstanding bending endurance,which can maintain a high energy storage performance under various bending radii(R=2-10 mm)or 103 repeated bends at 4 mm.The FE phase is stable near the film surface and the interface with the bottom electrode.The AFE phase with multi-domains has incommensurate modulation structures with super-periodicity of 6.5,6.9 and 5.2.It indicates that the PLZT/LNO/F-Mica capacitor has high potential for energy storage application and may provide great opportunities for exploring new energy storage materials.Xiaokuo Er Peng Chen Jiesen Guo Yuxuan Hou Xiaobo Yu Pingping Liu Yang Bai Qian Zhan 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:1
6Efficient removal of tetracycline in water by a novel chemical and biological coupled system with non-woven cotton fabric as carrier显示文摘As a novel wastewater treatment strategy,the intimate coupling of photocatalysis and biodegradation(ICPB)has been attracted attention,which is ascribed to its combination of the advantages of photocatalytic reactions and biological treatment.The selection of carriers is important since it affects the stability of the system and the removal efficiency of pollutants.In this study,a novel ICPB system was successfully constructed by loading photocatalytic materials(i.e.,TiO_(2),N-TiO_(2),and Ag-TiO_(2))and microbes onto non-woven cotton fabric.The photocatalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive spectrometer(SEM-EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).This system exhibited good performance in degrading tetracycline(TC)in water.The results showed that Ag-TiO_(2)-ICPB had the maximum removal efficiency of tetracycline(94.7%)in 5 h,which was 16.5%higher than the photocatalysis alone.After five cycles,82.9%of tetracycline could be still degraded through Ag-TiO_(2)-ICPB.SEM spectrum showed microbes on the material changed little before and after the reactions.This result implied the materials were stable,and then beneficial for degrading of pollutants continuously.The intermediates were detected through ultraperformance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer(UPLC-MS)and the plausible degradation pathways were proposed.Electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)analysis showed·OH and O_(2)·-were the main reactive oxygen species for TC degradation.In conclusion,the ICPB system with non-woven cotton fabric as a carrier has certain application prospects for antibiotic-containing wastewater.Peng Yang Yuxuan Ye Zidu Yan Qiang Li Kun Zhang Yezhi Yang Qiuyue Zhang Hang Yin Dongsheng Xia Fei Pan 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,9:1

9槐耳颗粒单药及联合rh-Endostatin、DDP抗肿瘤作用的研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of our study was to explore the inhibition and apoptosis-inducing effect of the combination of Huaier aqueous extract with recombinant human Endostatin and DDP in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. We also investigated the reversal effect of Huaier aqueous extract in reversing cisplatin resistance in human lung adenocarcinoma A549/DDP cells. Methods: We treated A549 cells with Huaier aqueous extract and the combination of Huaier aqueous extract and DDP or rh-Endostatin for 24 h, 36 h and 48 h. And then we calculated the inhibition rate through MTT approach and detected the apoptosis rate by flow cytometry. We also treated A549 and A549/DDP cells with DDP, Huaier aqueous extract, DDP and Huaier aqueous extract for 72 h, respectively. Results: Huaier aqueous extract can inhibit the growth of A549 cells and the inhibition rate improved with the increase of the concentration. The inhibition rate of the combination of rh-Endostatin and 4 mg/mL of Huaier aqueous extract in three time points and the combination of rh-Endostatin and 2 mg/mL of Huaier aqueous extract in the time point of 48 h on the growth of A549 cells all improved(P < 0.005). The inhibition rate of the combination of DDP and Huaier aqueous extract with the concentration of 2 mg/mL or 4 mg/mL on the growth of A549 cells all improved(P < 0.005). The combination of Huaier aqueous extract and DDP and the combination of Huaier aqueous extract with rh-Endostatin and DDP can improve the inhibition on the growth of A549 cells(P < 0.005). Conclusion: Huaier aqueous extract has the inhibition and apoptosis-inducing effects on the A549 cells. And the combination of Huaier aqueous extract and rh-Endostatin or DDP has the synergistic effects on the inhibition of A549 cells. The combination of Huaier aqueous extract with rh-Endostatin and DDP has the synergistic effects on the inhibition of A549 cells. 13Impact of preoperative therapy on surgical outcomes of laparoscopic total gastrectomy for gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer显示文摘Objective: As laparoscopic surgery is widely applied for primarily treated gastric cancer(GC)/gastroesophageal junction cancer(GEJC) and gains many advantages, the feasibility of laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG) for GC/GEJC patients who have received preoperative therapy(PT) has come to the fore. This study aims to analyze the safety and feasibility of LTG after PT for GC/GEJC patients.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 511 patients with GC/GEJC undergoing LTG, of which 405received LTG(LTG group) and 106 received PT+LTG(PT-LTG group) at Nanfang Hospital between June 2018and September 2022. The surgical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results: The surgical duration was significantly longer in the PT-LTG group(P<0.001), while the incidence of intraoperative complications(P=1.000), postoperative complications(LTG group vs. PT-LTG group: 26.2% vs.23.6%, P=0.587), the classification of complication severity(P=0.271), and postoperative recovery was similar between two groups. Notably, the incidence of anastomotic complications of esophagojejunostomy was also comparable between the two groups(LTG group vs. PT-LTG group: 5.9% vs. 5.7%, P=0.918). The univariate and multivariate analysis confirmed that positive proximal margin [positive vs. negative: odds ratio(OR)=14.094, 95%confidence interval(95% CI): 2.639-75.260, P=0.002], rather than PT, has an impact on anastomotic complications after LTG(OR=0.945, 95% CI: 0.371-2.408, P=0.905).Conclusions: PT did not increase the surgical risk of LTG for GC/GEJC. 14Chaperone-mediated Autophagy Regulates Cell Growth by Targeting SMAD3 in Glioma显示文摘Previous studies suggest that the reduction of SMAD3(mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 3)has a great impact on tumor development,but its exact pathological function remains unclear.In this study,we found that the protein level of SMAD3 was greatly reduced in human-grade IV glioblastoma tissues,in which LAMP2A(lysosome-associated membrane protein type 2A)was significantly up-regulated.LAMP2A is a key ratelimiting protein of chaperone-mediated autophagy(CMA),a lysosome pathway of protein degradation that is activated in glioma.We carefully analyzed the amino-acid sequence of SMAD3 and found that it contained a pentapeptide motif biochemically related to KFERQ,which has been proposed to be a targeting sequence for CMA.In vitro,we confirmed that SMAD3 was degraded in either serum-free or KFERQ motif deleted condition,which was regulated by LAMP2A and interacted with HSC70(heat shock cognate 71 kDa protein).Using isolated lysosomes,amino-acid residues 75 and 128 of SMAD3 were found to be of importance for this process,which affected the CMA pathway in which SMAD3 was involved.Similarly,down-regulating SMAD3 or up-regulating LAMP2A in cultured glioma cells enhanced their proliferation and invasion.Taken together,these results suggest that excessive activation of CMA regulates glioma cell growth by promoting the degradation of SMAD3.Therefore,targeting the SMAD3-LAMP2Amediated CMA-lysosome pathway may be a promising approach in anti-cancer therapy.Hanqun Liu Yuxuan Yong Xingjian Li Panghai Ye Kai Tao Guoyou Peng Mingshu Mo Wenyuan Guo Xiang Chen Yangfu Luo Yuwan Lin Jiewen Qiu Ziling Zhang Liuyan Ding Miaomiao Zhou Xinling Yang Lin Lu Qian Yang Pingyi Xu 2022Neuroscience Bulletin2022,38,6:0
15Isolation and identification of four pathogenic bacterial strains from edible snake(Elaphe carinata and Ptyas mucosus)farms with pneumonia in China显示文摘This report describes an outbreak and treatment of pneumonia and enteritis in a snake farm with more than 3000 snakes containing Elaphe carinata(one-year-old)and Ptyas mucosus(three-month-old)seedlings in Huanggang,Hubei,China.Gentamicin was used once in the early stage as treatment,administered orally with water or feed by owners,but mortality increased.Lobar pneumonia was confirmed by dissection and histopathology in infected snakes.Four main pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified with culture and 16S rRNA sequencing:Staphylococcus sciuri,Salmonella enteritis,Vagococcus fluvialis and Providencia vermicola.Drug susceptibility tests were performed,and amikacin,gentamicin and cefitriaxone were chosen accordingly.After two rounds of treatment,the clinical signs for Elaphe carinata were under control,and the mortality was close to 0%after treatment.However,treatments for Ptyas mucosus seedlings did not work well,potentially because of poor administration technique and weak body condition.Ying Xia Siyu Long Yuxuan Peng Songkang Qin Yaoqin Shen 2023Animal Diseases2023,3,1:0
16Exploring HONO formation and its role in driving secondary pollutants formation during winter in the North China Plain显示文摘Daytime HONO photolysis is an important source of atmospheric hydroxyl radicals(OH).Knowledge of HONO formation chemistry under typical haze conditions,however,is still limited.In the Multiphase chemistry experiment in Fogs and Aerosols in the North China Plain in 2018,we investigated the wintertime HONO formation and its atmospheric implications at a rural site Gucheng.Three different episodes based on atmospheric aerosol loading levels were classified:clean periods(CPs),moderately polluted periods(MPPs)and severely polluted periods(SPPs).Correlation analysis revealed that HONO formation via heteroge.neous conversion of NO_(2)was more efficient on aerosol surfaces than on ground,highlighting the important role of aerosols in promoting HONO formation.Daytime HONO budget analysis indicated a large missing source(with an average production rate of 0.66±0.26,0.97±0.47 and 1.45±0.55 ppbV/hr for CPs,MPPs and SPPs,respectively),which strongly correlated with photo-enhanced reactions(NO_(2)heterogeneous reaction and particulate nitrate photolysis).Average OH formation derived from HONO photolysis reached up to(0.92±0.71),(1.75±1.26)and(1.82±1.47)ppbV/hr in CPs,MPPs and SPPs respectively,much higher than that from O3 photolysis(i.e.,(0.004±0.004),(0.006±0.007)and(0.0035±0.0034)ppbV/hr).Such high OH production rates could markedly regulate the atmospheric oxidation capacity and hence promote the formation of secondary aerosols and pollutants.Shaobin Zhang Guo Li Nan Ma Yao He Shaowen Zhu Xihao Pan Wenlin Dong Yanyan Zhang Qingwei Luo Jeannine Ditas Uwe Kuhn Yuxuan Zhang Bin Yuan Zelong Wang Peng Cheng Juan Hong Jiangchuan Tao Wanyun Xu Ye Kuang Qiaoqiao Wang Yele Sun Guangsheng Zhou Yafang Cheng Hang Su 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,10:0
17Contact optimisation strategy for wafer-scale field-effect transistors based on two-dimensional semiconductors显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors can be utilized to continually miniaturize nanoscale electronic de-vices.However,achieving a practical solution for satisfying electrical contact with 2D semiconductors remains challenging.In this study,we developed a novel contact structure with transferred multilayer(t-ML)MoS 2 by integrating both edge and top contact.After in-situ plasma treatment for the edge of the MoS 2 channel and successive metal deposition,we achieved 16 times lower contact resistivity(22.8 kΩμm)than that of the top contacted devices.The thickness-dependent electrical measurement indicates that edge contact is highly effective with thick MoS 2 due to the alleviated current-crowding effect re-sulting from the small contact area.The temperature-dependent transport measurement further confirms the effective minimization of the influence from the Schottky barrier and tunnelling barrier.Finally,the simplified resistor network model and energy-band diagram were proposed to understand the carrier transport mechanism.Our work provides a practical strategy for achieving excellent electrical contact between bulk metals and 2D semiconductors,paving the way for future large-scale 2D electronic devices.Ling Tong Xiaojiao Guo Zhangfeng Shen Lihui Zhou Jingyi Ma Xinyu Chen Honglei Chen Yin Xia Chuming Sheng Saifei Gou Die Wang Xinyu Wang Xiangqi Dong Yuxuan Zhu Xinzhi Zhang David Wei Zhang Sheng Dai Xi Li Peng Zhou Yangang Wang Wenzhong Bao 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,2:0
18The dopamine receptor D4 regulates the proliferation of pulmonary arteries smooth muscle in broilers by downregulating AT1R显示文摘The major cause of pulmonary vascular remodeling in broilers is abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs),and one of the main causes of pulmonary hypertension syndrome(PHS)in broilers is pulmonary artery vascular remodeling.Forty Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were randomly divided into four groups(n=10):a control group(deionized water,Og/L NaCl),a freshwater group(FW,deionized water+1 g/L NaCl),highly salinized freshwater group 1(H-SFW-1,deionized water+2.5 g/L NaCl)and highly salinized freshwater group 2(H-SFW-2,deionized water+5 g/L NaCl).The results of in vivo experiments showed that vascular smooth muscle of the broilers could be significantly proliferated by intake of high-salinity fresh water(H-SFW-1&H-SFW-2),which significantly increased the content of angiotensin II(Ang II)and the expression of angiotensin II type 1(AT1)receptor protein.Meanwhile,it significantly decreased the expression of dopamine receptor D4(DRD4)protein.The results of in vitro experiments showed that exogenous Ang II induced the proliferation of primary VSMCs in broilers,which could be significantly inhibited by DRD4 agonists(D4A,HY-101384A)and enhanced by DRD4 inhibitors(D4I;HY-B0965).In addition,the results of immunoblotting and fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that AT1 receptors could be negatively regulated by DRD4 in VSMCs of broilers,either at the transcriptional or translational level.At the same time,the expression of AT1 receptor could be increased by DRD4 inhibition by D4I and decreased by DRD4 activation by D4A.The negative regulatory effect of DRD4 on AT1 receptor occurred in a dose-dependent manner.These results indicate that long-term intake of highly salinized fresh water can cause PHS in broilers,accompanied by varying degrees of proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle.This mechanism may involve response of its receptor being induced by increased Ang II,while DRD4 can negatively regulate it.Xiaoqi Yang Yang Fu Lianfeng Wu Antong Li Luyao Ji Hao Li Yuxuan Peng Jiabin Zhang Donghai Zhou Huiping Zhou 2021Animal Diseases2021,1,2:0
19Effects of twin orientation and twin boundary spacing on the plastic deformation behaviors in Ni nanowires显示文摘Spreading twins throughout nano metals has been proved to effectively mediate the mechanical behaviors in face-centered-cubic(fcc)metals.However,the experimental investigation concerning the roles of twin boundary(TB)during deformation is rarely reported.Here,with the joint efforts of in-situ nanomechani-cal testing and theoretical studies,we provide a systematic investigation regarding the effects of TB orien-tation(θ,the angle between tensile loading direction and the normal of TB)and spacing on deformation mechanisms in Ni nanowires(NWs).As compared with single-crystalline counterparts,it is found that nano-twinned(nt)NWs withθ∼0°exhibit limited ductility,whereas TB can serve as an effective block-age to the dislocation propagation.In contrast,in nt NWs withθ∼20°and 55°,TB migration/detwinning induced by TB-dislocation reaction or partial dislocation movement dominates the plasticity,which con-tributes to enhanced NW ductility.Regarding nt NWs withθ∼90°,dislocations are found to be able to transmit through the TBs,suggesting the limited effect of TB on the NW stretchability.Furthermore,de-creasing TB spacing(λ)can facilitate the detwinning process and thus greatly enhance the ductility of NW withθ∼55°.This study uncovers the distinct roles that TB can play during mechanical deforma-tions in fcc NWs and provides an atomistic view into the direct linkage between macroscopic mechanical properties and microscopic deformation modes.Ying Zhang Yuxuan Hou He Zheng Ligong Zhao Shuangfeng Jia Kaixuan Li Huayu Peng Peili Zhao Lei Li Weiwei Meng Renhui Jiang Jianbo Wang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,4:0
20Planning and Real-time Pricing of EV Charging Stations Considering Social Welfare and Profitability Balance显示文摘This paper presents a planning and real-time pricing approach for EV charging stations(CSs).The approach takes the form of a bi-level model to fully consider the interest of both the government and EV charging station operators in the planning process.From the perspective of maximizing social welfare,the government acts as the decision-maker of the upper level that optimizes the charging price matrix,and uses it as a transfer variable to indirectly influence the decisions of the lower level operators.Then each operator at the lower level determines their scale according to the goal of maximizing their own revenue,and feeds the scale matrix back to the upper level.A Logit model is applied to predict the drivers’preference when selecting a CS.Furthermore,an improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)with the utilization of a penalty function is introduced to solve the nonlinear nonconvex bi-level model.The paper applies the proposed Bi-level planning model to a singlecenter small/medium-sized city with three scenarios to evaluate its performance,including the equipment utilization rate,payback period,traffic attraction ability,etc.The result verifies that the model performs very well in typical CS distribution scenarios with a reasonable station payback period(average 6.5 years),and relatively high equipment utilization rate,44.32%.Suyang Zhou Yuxuan Zhuang Zhi Wu Wei Gu Peng Yu Jinqiao Du Xiner Luo 2021CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,6:0
