1Space-confined growth of monolayer ReSe2 under a graphene layer on Au foils显示文摘Vertical heterostructures based on two-dimensional(2D)materials have attracted widespread interest for their numerous applications in electronic and optoelectronic devices.Herein,we report the direct construct!on of an abnormal graphene/ReSe2 stack on Au foils by a two-step chemical vapor deposition(CVD)strategy.During the second growth stage,mono layer ReSe2 is found to prefere ntially evolve at the irUerface between the first-grown graphene layer and the Au substrate.The unusual stacking behavior is unraveled by in-situ'cutting open'the upper graphene from the defects to expose the lower ReSe2 using scanning tunneling microscopy(STM).From combination of these results with density functional theory calculations,the domain boundaries and edge sites of graphene are proposed to be adsorption sites for Re and Se precursors,further facilitating the growth of ReSe2 at the van der Waals gap of graphene/Au.This work hereby offers an intriguing strategy for obtaining vertical 2D heterostructures featured with an ultra-clean interface and a designed stacking geometry.Chunyu Xie Shaolong Jiang Xiaolong Zou Yuanwei Sun Liyun Zhao Min Hong Shulin Chen Yahuan Huan Jianping Shi Xiebo Zhou Zhepeng Zhang Pengfei Yang Yuping Shi Porun Liu Qing Zhang Peng Gao Yanfeng Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,1:4
2Xiyanping injection therapy for children with mild hand foot and mouth disease:a randomized controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the clinical effects of Xiyan-ping injection intervention in pediatric patients with mild hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD).METHODS: A total of 329 patients were stratified and block-randomized for symptomatic treatment of HFMD and assigned to one of the following groups: Western Medicine(group A, n = 103), Xiyanping injection(group B, n = 109), or Xiyanping injection and symptomatic treatment using Western Medicine(group C, n = 117). During the trial, fever,rash, ulcers of the mouth were observed among participants in each group before and after treatment, and conversion rates from mild to severe HFMD were measured.RESULTS: After 3-7 days' treatment, no significant differences in the conversion rates from mild to severe HFMD were observed among the three groups(P > 0.05). There was a significantly low number of patients with the onset time of antifebrile effect,vanished time of hand and foot rashes and cumulative time for the ulcers in the mouth vanished,among the three groups(P < 0.05, P < 0.01). The onset time of antifebrile effect of patients in groups B and C were markedly shorter compared with those in group A(P < 0.05, P < 0.01); there was no statically significant difference observed between groups B and C(P > 0.05). No significant differences were observed in the time for body temperature recovery among the three groups(P > 0.05). There were no significant differences in adverse effects among the three groups(P > 0.05).CONCLUSION: Xiyanping injection together with use of Western Medicine is most effective for symptomatic treatment of mild HFMD. 3Analysis of photoluminescence behavior of high-quality single-layer MoS2显示文摘The ability to tailor and enhance photoluminescence (PL) behavior in two-dimensional (2D) transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) is significant for pursuing optoelectronic applications.To achieve this,it has been essential to obtain high-quality single-layer MoS2 and fully explore its intrinsic PL performance.Here,we fabricate single-layer MoS2 by a thermal vapor sulfurization method in which a pre-deposited molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) thin film is sulfurized over a short period (for several minutes) to turn into MoS2.These as-grown MoS2 crystals show quite strong PL,which is about one order of magnitude higher than that of chemical-vapor-deposited MoS2.Temperature- and power-dependent spectroscopy measurements disclose the apparent influence of sulfur (S) vacancies on the PL behavior and the noticeable free-to-bound exciton recombinations in the luminescence process.The fact that PL intensity of the sample in vacuum sharply lowered down relative to in air reveals that the high PL is facilitated by molecular adsorption on S vacancies in air.And multi-channel decay processes coupled with S vacancies are revealed in the time-resolved PL spectroscopy.In our work,single-layer MoS2 with high PL is synthesized and its defect-induced PL features are analyzed,which is of great importance for developing advanced nano-electronics and optoelectronics based on 2D structures.Lu Xu Liyun Zhao Yunsong Wang Mingchu Zou Qing Zhang Anyuan Cao 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:2

11Screening of HLA-A2 restricted CTL epitopes using molecular simulation显示文摘A new technology has been established to screen CTL epitope by using molecular simulation and mo-lecular dynamics. By using this technology, four peptides of MAGE-2 were screened and further identified by peptide binding assay and cytotoxic assay. Results showed that three candidate peptides had higher affinity to HLA-A2 molecule and were able to pulse CTL activities in vitro in human PBMC. 13A study of the temporal and spatial variations in the suitability of the environment in Chinese cities for tourism and in strategies for optimizing the environment显示文摘With the aim of guaranteeing the interests and health of tourists,this study comprehensively evaluates the suitability of the environment in different cities in China for tourism by considering the impacts of climate,vegetation and environmental factors on health.The Universal Thermal Climate Index(UTCI),total precipitation(PREC),Vegetation Leaf Area Index(LAI),concentration of particulate matter with a diameter of less than 2.5μm(PM2.5),and the downward UV radiation at the surface(UVB)are used as indices.In addition,the Delphi–AHP–TOPSIS algorithm is introduced and is used for the comprehensive evaluation of the environmental suitability of 684 cities in China for tourism in 2019.It is found that Chinese cities vary greatly in terms of the suitability of their environments for tourism.Among the factors that affect the environmental suitability,the LAI is important,with an increase in the LAI generally being advantageous.In contrast,an increase in the PM2.5 concentration is a key factor that limits the environmental suitability of an area.Thus,urban landscaping and control of the atmospheric quality are essential and effective ways of improving the suitability of the environment of cities in China for tourists.Ying Li Shuhui Zhang Jingting Han Yi Zhao Quan Han Liyun Wu Xin Wang Ziyi Qiu Tongqian Zou Cheng Fan 2022International Journal of Digital Earth2022,15,1:0
