2Drift and deposition of pesticide applied by UAV on pineapple plants under different meteorological conditions显示文摘Spray drift has always been a focus research area in the field of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)application.Under the fixed premises of UAV operating parameters,such as height,speed and spraying liquid,the droplet drift is mainly affected by meteorological conditions.In this research,the spray drift and deposition tests were conducted using a QuanFeng120 UAV in a pineapple field under various different meteorological conditions.The experimental results showed that with the changes of UAV operating height and wind speed,the start position of the in-swath deposition area changed 4 m in the extreme situation.The percentage of the total spray drift was from 15.42%to 55.76%.The position of cumulative spray drift that accounted for 90%of the total spray drift was from 3.70 m to 46.50 m relative to the flight line.According to the downwind spray drift curve,the nonlinear equations of the same type under the four operating conditions of the UAV were fitted.The spray drift and the deposition of UAV application were significantly affected by different meteorological conditions and UAV operating heights.The results could provide a theoretical basis for UAV spraying in pineapple plants and support for spray drift control and prediction.Juan Wang Yubin Lan Huihui Zhang Yali Zhang Sheng Wen Weixiang Yao Jiajian Deng 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,6:10
3N-doped carbon quantum dots as fluorescent probes for highly selective and sensitive detection of Fe^3+ ions显示文摘To investigate the effect of nitrogen on the photoluminescence properties of carbon quantum dots (CO Ds), N-doped carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs)were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal treatment using biomass tar as the carbon precursor.As an inevitable organic pollutant,the unsaturated bonds in biomass tar,such as carboxylic acids,aldehydes,and aromatics,are favorable for formation of the graphitic carbon lattice.The obtained N-CQDs are spherical with an average particle size of 2.64nm and the crystal lattice spacing is 0.25nm,corresponding to the (100)facet of graphitic carbon.The N-CQDs emit bright blue photoluminescence under 365nm ultraviolet light,and they have excellent water solubility and stability with a high quantum yield of 26.1%.Coordination between the functional groups on the N-CQD surface and Fe^3+ ions is promoted because of the improved electronic properties and surface chemical reactivity caused by N atoms,leading to a significant fluorescence quenching effect of the N-CQDs in the presence of Fe^3+ions with high selectivity and sensitivity.There is a linear relationship between In (Fo/F)and the Fe^3+ concentration in the N-CQD concentration range 0.06-1400μmol/L with a detection limit of 60nmol/L, showing that the N-CQ.Ds have great potential as a fluorescent probe for Fe^3+detection.Xiangyi Deng Yali Feng Haoran Li Zhuwei Du Qing Teng Hongjun Wang 2018Particuology2018,16,6:5
4Genetic Analysis of Human Adenovirus Type 7 Strains Circulating in Different Parts of China显示文摘To investigate the molecular epidemiology and genetic variation of human adenovirus type 7(HAdV-7)in children with acute respiratory infections(ARI)in China.HAdV-7-positive respiratory samples collected from children with ARI in Beijing,Shijiazhuang,Wenzhou and Guangzhou from 2014–2018 were selected for gene amplification and sequence analysis.Fifty-seven HAdV-7 clinical strains with hexon,penton base and fiber gene sequences were obtained.Meanwhile17 strains were selected randomly from different cities for whole genome sequencing.Phylogenetic and variation analyses were performed based on the obtained sequences,HAdV-7 prototype strain Gomen(AY594255),vaccine strains(AY495969 and AY594256)and representative sequences of strains.The phylogenetic trees constructed based on whole genome sequences,major capsid protein genes(hexon,penton base and fiber)and the early genes(E1,E2,E3 and E4)were not completely consistent.The HAdV-7 strains obtained in this study always clustered with most of the circulating strains worldwide from the 1980 s to the present.Compared with the HAdV-7 prototype strain Gomen(AY594255),some amino acid mutations in loop1 and loop2 of hexon and the RGD loop region of the penton base gene were observed.Recombination analysis showed that partial regions of 55 k Da protein and 100 kDa hexon-assembly associated protein genes among all HAdV-7 strains in this study were from HAdV-16 and HAdV-3,respectively.Our study demonstrated the molecular evolution characteristics of HAdV-7 strains circulating in China and provided basic reference data for the prevention,control and vaccine development of HAdV-7.Yali Duan Changchong Li Li Deng Shuhua An Yun Zhu Wei Wang Meng Zhang Lili Xu Baoping Xu Xiangpeng Chen Zhengde Xie 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,3:2

11Efficacy Evaluation of Bifida Ferment Lysate in Cosmetic显示文摘By constructing a cell repair model after photodamage, we evaluated the photoresistance of FermentDFL, a lysate of Bifidus yeast fermentation products, of human immortalized keratinocytes(HaCaT) and human skin fibroblasts(HDF) under UVB and UVA irradiation. The experimental data show that when human cells are damaged by light, Ferment-DFL with a concentration of 5% and 2% can significantly increase the level of cell viability, reduce the content of ROS reactive oxygen species in cells, and promote the secretion of type I collagen. The regeneration experiment evaluates the repair effect of Ferment-DFL, a lysate of two fission yeast fermentation products.
