3Recent progress on multifunctional electromagnetic interference shielding polymer composites显示文摘The explosive development of electronic devices and wireless communication technology gives rise to the issue of electromagnetic pollution,known as electromagnetic interference(EMI).The accumulation of undesirable electromagnetic radiation in space disturbs the normal function of unshielded electronic appliances and poses seriously threat to human health.Thus,the development of EMI shielding materials have emerged to solve the grim problem.Considering the complex application contexts,EMI shielding materials have evolved from traditional single-function to multi-functions to meet the ever-increasing application requirements in recent few years.This paper provides detailed insight into the current re-search status and future challenges in the advancement of polymer-based EMI shielding materials with various functions.First,the basic theory of EMI shielding,factors influencing results and the dominating characterization technologies for EMI shielding properties are summarized.Then,the comprehensive descriptions of the seven types of multifunctional EMI shields are provided with respect to their structures,fabrication methods and specific functions.Meanwhile,the corresponding critical scientific and technical issues are proposed.Based on our comprehensive analysis,the main challenges in the development of multifunctional EMI shielding materials are presented.This review aims to provide some guidance and inspire more efforts toward functional EMI shielding material research to satisfy the growing requirements for next-generation electronic systems.Ke Tian Danrong Hu Quan Wei Qiang Fu Hua Deng 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,3:2

11Tumor-targeted/reduction-triggered composite multifunctional nanoparticles for breast cancer chemo-photothermal combinational therapy显示文摘Breast cancer has become the most commonly diagnosed cancer type in the world.A combination of chemotherapy and photothermal therapy(PTT) has emerged as a promising strategy for breast cancer therapy.However,the intricacy of precise delivery and the ability to initiate drug release in specific tumor sites remains a challenging puzzle.Therefore,to ensure that the therapeutic agents are synchronously delivered to the tumor site for their synergistic effect,a multifunctional nanoparticle system(PCRHNs) is developed,which is grafted onto the prussian blue nanoparticles(PB NPs) by reductionresponsive camptothecin(CPT) prodrug copolymer,and then modified with tumor-targeting peptide cyclo(Asp-D-Phe-Lys-Arg-Gly)(cRGD) and hyaluronic acid(HA).PCRHNs exhibited nano-sized structure with good monodispersity,high load efficiency of CPT,triggered CPT release in response to reduction environment,and excellent photothermal conversion under laser irradiation.Furthermore,PCRHNs can act as a photoacoustic imaging contrast agent-guided PTT.In vivo studies indicate that PCRHNs exhibited excellent bio compatibility,prolonged blood circulation,enhanced tumor accumulation,allow tumor-specific che mo-photo thermal therapy to achieve synergistic antitumor effects with reduced systemic toxicity.Moreover,hyperthermia-induced upregulation of heat shock protein 70 in the tumor cells could be inhibited by CPT.Collectively,PCRHNs may be a promising therapeutic way for breast cancer therapy.Yun Yang Danrong Hu Yi Lu Bingyang Chu Xinlong He Yu Chen Yao Xiao Chengli Yang Kai Zhou Liping Yuan Zhiyong Qian 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,6:1
12Macrophage Membrane-Camouflaged shRNA and Doxorubicin:A pH-Dependent Release System for Melanoma Chemo-Immunotherapy显示文摘mproving the eficacy of melanoma treatment remains an important global challenge.Here,we combined chemotherapy with protein tyrosine phosphatase nonreceptor type 2(Ptpn2)based immunotherapy in an effort to address this challenge.Shorthairpin RNA(shRNA)targeting Ptpn2 was coencapsulated with doxorubicin(DOX)in the cell membrane of MI macrophages(MIHD@RPR).The prepared nanoparticles(NPs)were effectively phagocytosed by B16F10 cells and MI macrophages,but not by MOmacrophages.Hence,NPevasion from the reticuloendothelial system(RES)was improved and NPenrichment in tumor sites increased.MIHD@RPR can directly kill tumor cells and stimulate immunogenic cell death(ICD)by DOX and downregulate Ptpn2.It can promote Ml macrophage polarization and dendritic cell maturation and increase the proportion of CD8+T cells.MIHD@RPR killed and inhibited the growth of primary melanoma and lung metastatic tumor celis without harming the surrounding tssue.These findings establish MIHD@RPR as a safe multifunctional nanoparticle capable of effectively combining chemotherapy and gene immunotherapies against melanoma.Chengli Yang Yang Ming Kai Zhou Ying Hao Danrong Hu Bingyang Chu Xinlong He Yun Yang Zhiyong Qian 2022Research2022,,2:0

14Mo-based perpendicularly magnetized thin films with low damping for fast and low-power consumption magnetic memory显示文摘Perpendicular magnetic anisotropy-based magnetic tunnel junctions(p-MTJs) with low Gilbert damping constant(α) are of particular interest for fast and low-power consumption magnetic random-access memory(MRAM). However, obtaining a faster switching speed and lower power consumption is still a big challenge. Herein, we report a Mo-based perpendicular double free layer structure with a low Gilbert damping constant of 0.02 relative to W-based films, as measured by time-resolved magnetooptical Kerr effect equipment. To show the influence of different film structures on the Gilbert damping constant, we measured the Mo-based single free layer. Thereafter, we deposited the full stacks with the Mo-based double free layer and obtained a high tunneling magnetoresistance of 136.3% and high thermal stability. The results of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS) showed that the Mo-based films had better crystallinity,sharper interfaces, and weaker diffusion than the W-based films and thus produced a weaker external contribution of the Gilbert damping constant. As a result of the weak spin-orbit coupling in the Mo-based structure, the intrinsic contribution of the Gilbert damping constant was also weak, thereby leading to the small Gilbert damping constant of the Mo-based stacks. In addition, the macro-spin simulation results demonstrated that the magnetization switching by the spin transfer torque of the Mo-based MTJs was faster than that of the W-based MTJs. 16The BRAF^V600E mutation improve diagnostic sensitivity of thyroid nodules with benign or indeterminate cytology results显示文摘Objective To investigate the role of BRAF^V600E mutation in diagnosis of thyroid nodules when it is inconsonant with cytological results.Methods This study included 9837 patients who underwent US-FNA.We mainly analyzed 239 cases with benign or indeterminate cytology,but having a detection of BRAF^V600E mutation.BRAF^V600E mutation analysis was performed using a Amplification Refractory Mutation System Polymerase Chain Reaction.Results In 93 nodules with benign cytology results but positive BRAF^V600E mutation,84 nodules were malignant.Based on the results,US-FNA combined with BRAF^V600E mutation analysis will improve sensitivity(Se=94.03%)and negative predictive value(NPV=2.69%)of the thyroid nodules diagnosis than using US-FNA alone(Se=71.03%,NPV=20.76%).Conclusion BRAFV600E mutation analysis is an important tool in the diagnosis of PTC with high sensitivity and NPV.When facing patients with benign or indeterminate cytology but positive BRAF^V600E mutation,thyroidectomy should be considered.Zhang Wei Ye Danrong Wang Qingxuan Zhang Xiaohua 2019中华内分泌外科杂志2019,13,6:0
17Palladium Nanoparticles/Graphdiyne Oxide Nanocomposite with Excellent Peroxidase-like Activity and Its Application for Glutathione Detection显示文摘In this study, palladium nanoparticles loaded graphdiyne oxide (Pd/GDYO) nanocomposite were fabricated by in-situ reduction of palladium chloride in the dispersion of GDYO, and characte-rized by Raman spectra, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The synthesized Pd/GDYO was first found to have catalytic activities similar to those of the peroxidase enzyme, which can catalyze the oxidation of peroxidase substrate 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB) in the presence of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2). Steady-state kinetic studies showed that the catalytic reaction of Pd/GDYO follows a ping-pong mechanism, and Pd/GDYO has a stronger activity to TMB with a Michaelis constant(Km) value of 5.32×10-4 mmol/L. Based on the shielding effect of glutathione(GSH) on the Pd/GDYO-H2O2-TMB reaction system, a colorimetric detection method for GSH was deve-loped with a wide linear range from 0.1 μmol/L to 40 μmol/L and a limit of detection of 0.1 μmol/L. The method was successfully applied for fast and accurate detection of GSH in injection powder drugs. 18Adhesive chitosan-based hydrogel assisted with photothermal antibacterial property to prompt mice infected skin wound healing显示文摘Bacterial infection of wounds is an escalating medical problem,issuing threats to both global public health and personal health.Photothermal antibacterial technology as a novel sterilization strategy has outstanding sterilization efficiency,high safety and low risk of emergence of drug-resistant bacteria.By combining inherent antibacterial activity and light-assisted antibacterial treatment,developing novel multifunctional dressings with synergistic high-efficiency antibacterial effects and also promoting wound healing possesses attractive advantages in the field of treating bacterial wound infections in clinical care.Herein,a multifunctional hydrogel formed by in situ photo-cross linking was designed and prepared by first grafting methacrylic anhydride as a photosensitizer onto chitosan,and then introducing oxidatively synthesized polydopamine(PDA).The physicochemical characterizations of the synthesized hydrogels demonstrated their tunability certainly associated with PDA concentration,including pore size,water swelling,rheological properties and in vitro degradability.In addition,the composite hydrogels exhibited good adhesion,anti-oxidation and photothermal properties due to the existence of PDA.Within 10min upon exposure to 808 nm near-infrared(NIR)light irradiation,this hydrogel system displayed outstanding antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus with almost 100%killing efficiency,of which rapid efficient sterilization plays a significant role in wound healing.Moreover,the hydrogel is capable of cytocompatibility and has low toxicity to murine fibroblasts(L929 and NIH/3T3).In the full-thickness wound defect infection model in mice,the wound closure ratio,inflammatory response,fibroblasts,neovascularization and epithelialization were measured.Animal experiments also reveal that the hydrogel assisted with NIR laser irradiation can inhibit effectively infection at an early stage and accelerate the wound healing process.In summary,this novel multifunctional injectable hydrogel exhibits excellent swelling capacity,bio-adhesion,antioxidant property,photothermal activity,efficient antibacterial property and facilitates skin healing,which has great promising application as a medical dressing biomaterial in infected wound carefields.Shuang Cheng Meng Pan Danrong Hu Ruxia Han Lang Li Zhongwu Bei Yicong Li Ao Sun Zhiyong Qian 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,12:0

20Directional screening and identification of potential cytotoxic components from Achnatherum inebrians by a combination of surface palsmon resonance and chromatography显示文摘Objective:To establish a method for directional screening of the cytotoxic components from the medicinal herb of Achnatherum inebrians by a combination of surface plasmon resonance(SPR)biosensor and chromatographic isolation technology.Methods:Under the guidance of bioactive assessment based on binding abilities between objects and the a-Mannosidase(a-Man)target,the active components from different solvents extracts,different polar extraction parts and fractions were screened orderly and directionally using SPR.Components with a high binding ability to a-Man can be precisely oriented in a narrower fractions range and are easy to isolate.Three human cancer cells were used to evaluate the cytotoxic activity of component with the highest affinity to a-Man.Results:Eight compounds were isolated and identificated from A.inebrians for the first time.Deoxyvasicinone possessed the highest affinity to a-Man among them.Moreover,deoxyvasicinone showed good effects on inhibited proliferation of human hepatoma cells HepG2(IC_(50)=5.7 μmol/L),human breast cancer cells MCF7(IC_(50)=7.21 μmol/L)and human lung cancer cells HCC827(IC_(50)=0.75 μmol/L),respectively.In particular,its inhibitory effect on HCC827 was stronger than the positive drug gefitinib(IC_(50)=1.65 μmol/L).Conclusion:A comprehensive strategy of directional screening potential cytotoxic components from herb based on biomolecular interaction and chromatography was established.Deoxyvasicinone as an effective anti-cancer component was initially isolated from A.inebrians.It is expected that this screening strategy could provide new perspectives for rapid screening and identification of active components from natural plants with the complex matrix.Wenbin Zhou Man Wang Aiqin Zhang Danrong Huang Hua Guo Gangyi Shen 2023Chinese Herbal Medicines2023,15,2:0
