2A Review on Graphene-Based Gas/Vapor Sensors with Unique Properties and Potential Applications显示文摘Graphene-based gas/vapor sensors have attracted much attention in recent years due to their variety of structures, unique sensing performances, room-temperature working conditions, and tremendous application prospects, etc.Herein, we summarize recent advantages in graphene preparation, sensor construction, and sensing properties of various graphene-based gas/vapor sensors, such as NH_3, NO_2, H_2, CO, SO_2, H_2S, as well as vapor of volatile organic compounds.The detection mechanisms pertaining to various gases are also discussed. In conclusion part, some existing problems which may hinder the sensor applications are presented. 7Synchrotron radiation XRF microprobe investigation of elemental distribution in femoral head slice with osteoporosis显示文摘This note deals with the scanning of femoral head slices from both normal and osteoporosis subjects using synchrotron radiation X-ray fluorescence (SRXRF) microprobe technique. The sample preparation and experimental apparatus are described in detail. The quantitative computerized tomography (QCT) of elemental distribution, such as Ca, P, K, Fe, Zn, Sr and Pb in bone slice tissue including cartilage, substantial compact and substantial spongy, is investigated. 9Lead Isotope Studies of Massive Surphur-Iron-Gold Deposits in the Tongling Area, Anhui Province显示文摘Pb isotope ratios and their variation have been measured and explained on ores of massive S-Fe-Au depos-its hosted in the Middle-Upper Carboniferous, on feldspars from diorite bodies closely related tomineralization and on whole rocks from ore-hosting strata (carbonate rocks) in the Tongling area, Anhui Prov-ince. Through a comparison of Pb isotope features of these geological bodies, it has been suggested that oresubstances of the deposits were derived from ore-hosting strata. 11Front and Back contact engineering for high-efficient and low-cost hydrothermal derived Sb_(2)(S, Se)_(3) solar cells by using FTO/SnO_(2) and carbon显示文摘Antimony chalcogenide Sb_(2)(S, Se)_(3) is attracting a lot of attention as photovoltaic absorber owing to its rewarding photoelectric properties, low toxicity, and earth abundance. However, its device efficiency is still limited by the absorber material quality and device interface recombination. In this work, a fluorinedoped tin oxide(FTO) substrate with ultra-thin SnO_(2) layer and a low-cost stabilized carbon paste are introduced as a front and back contact layer respectively in Sb_(2)(S, Se)_(3) based planar solar cells. Over 5.2% efficiency is demonstrated in the structure of FTO/SnO_(2)/Cd S/Sb_(2)(S, Se)_3/Carbon/Ag, where the Sb_(2)(S, Se)_(3) is prepared by hydrothermal technique. The complementary device physics characterizations reveal that the interfacial recombination between TCO and Cd S is significantly suppressed by the introduction of ultra-thin SnO_(2) layer, which is profited from the leakage protection and bandgap offset engineering by its high resistivity and suitable conduction band minimum. Meanwhile, the successful adoption of the lowcost stabilized carbon as a back contact here shows an enormous potential to replace the conventional organic hole transport materials and noble metal. 122D and 3D orientation mapping in nanostructured metals: A review显示文摘Nanostructured metals possess various excellent properties and offer the potential for a wide range of applications.Improvements in the properties and performance of nanostructured metal components motivate a complete characterization of the microstructures and crystallographic orientations of nanostructured metals with nanoscale spatial resolution.Two well developed orientation mapping techniques for such characterization are electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)in the scanning electron microscope and precession electron diffraction(PED)using diffraction spots in the transmission electron microscope.However,these methods can only characterize the structure in two dimensions.It is still a great challenge to characterize grains in three dimensions,i.e.from the interior of the nanostructured metals.Recently,three-dimensional orientation mapping in the transmission electron microscope(3 D-OMi TEM)was developed and further improvements of this technique are introduced in this paper.Utilization of these orientation mapping techniques for structural and orientational characterizations are demonstrated by examples of surface-deformed metals with gradient nanostructures,and a sputtered gold film of nano-islands containing nanograins.The merits and challenges of each of these techniques are discussed and suggestions for further developments are proposed.Guilin Wu Wanquan Zhu Qiongyao He Zongqiang Feng Tianlin Huang Ling Zhang SØren Schmidt Andrew Godfrey Xiaoxu Huang 2020Nano Materials Science2020,2,1:1
13Resonance scattering spectral detection of ultratrace IgG using immunonanogold-HAuCl_4-NH_2OH catalytic reaction显示文摘Nanogold particles of 10 nm were used to label goat anti-human IgG (GIgG) to obtain nanogold-labeled GIgG (AuGIgG). In a citrate-HCl buffer solution of pH 2.27,AuGIgG showed a strong catalytic effect on the reaction between HAuCl4 and NH2OH to form big gold particles that exhibited a resonance scatter-ing (RS) peak at 796 nm. Under the chosen conditions,AuGIgG combined with IgG to form immuno-complex AuGIgG-IgG that can be removed by centrifuging at 16000 r/min. AuGIgG in the centrifuging solution also showed catalytic effect on the reaction. On those grounds,an immunonanogold catalytic RS assay for IgG was designed. With addition of IgG,the amount of AuGIgG in the centrifuging solution decreased; the RS intensity at 796 nm (I796 nm) decreased linearly. The decreased intensity ΔI796 nm was linear with respect to the IgG concentration in the range of 0.08-16.0 ng·mL-1 with a detection limit of 0.02 ng·mL-1. 19Study on Solder Joint Reliability of Plastic Ball Grid Array Component Based on SMT Products Virtual Assembly Technology显示文摘Based on surface mount products virtual assembly technology,the solder joint reliability of plastic ball grid array (PBGA) was studied. Four process parameters,including the upper pad diameter,the stencil thickness,the chip weight on a single solder joint and the lower pad diameter were chose as four control factors. By using an L25(56) orthogonal array the PBGA solder joints which have 25 different process parameters’ levels combinations were designed. The numerical models of all the 25 PBGA solder joints were developed and the finite element analysis models were setup. The stress and strain distribution within the PBGA solder joints under thermal cycles were studied by finite element analysis,and the thermal fatigue life of PBGA solder joint was calculated using Coffin-Manson equation. Based on the calculated thermal fatigue life results,the range analysis was performed. 20Numerical Study of the Biomechanical Behavior of a 3D Printed Polymer Esophageal Stent in the Esophagus by BP Neural Network Algorithm显示文摘Esophageal disease is a common disorder of the digestive system that can severely affect the quality of life andprognosis of patients. Esophageal stenting is an effective treatment that has been widely used in clinical practice.However, esophageal stents of different types and parameters have varying adaptability and effectiveness forpatients, and they need to be individually selected according to the patient’s specific situation. The purposeof this study was to provide a reference for clinical doctors to choose suitable esophageal stents. We used 3Dprinting technology to fabricate esophageal stents with different ratios of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU)/(Poly-ε-caprolactone) PCL polymer, and established an artificial neural network model that could predict the radial forceof esophageal stents based on the content of TPU, PCL and print parameter. We selected three optimal ratios formechanical performance tests and evaluated the biomechanical effects of different ratios of stents on esophagealimplantation, swallowing, and stent migration processes through finite element numerical simulation and in vitrosimulation tests.
