1Effect of composite supports on the methanation activity of Co-Mo-based sulphur-resistant catalysts显示文摘The effects of composite supports of CeO2-Al2O3,MgO-Al2O3,TiO2-Al2O3 or ZrO2-Al2O3 on the methanation activity of supported Co-Mo-based sulphur-resistant catalysts were investigated.The catalysts were further characterized by nitrogen adsorption measurement,X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The catalyst of 5%CoO-15%MoO3 supported on CeO2-Al2O3,MgO-Al2O3,TiO2-Al2O3 or ZrO2-Al2O3 composite oxides,respectively,showed different catalytic performances of syngas methanation in the presence of hydrogen sulphide as compared with that of the 5%CoO-15%MoO3/Al2O3 catalyst.The Co-Mo/CeO2-Al2O3 catalyst shows the highest methanation activity among the tested catalysts.The enhanced methanation activity may be attributed to the improvement of the dispersion of active metal species and the inhibition of the formation of S6+.Haiyang Wang Zhenhua Li Erdong Wang Can Lin Yuguang Shang Guozhong Ding Xinbin Ma Shaodong Qin Qi Sun 2012Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,6:15
296-Week Treatment of Tenofovir Amibufenamide and Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir amibufenamide(TMF)is a novel phosphoramidated prodrug of tenofovir with nonin-ferior efficacy and better bone and renal safety to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)in 48 weeks of treatment.Here,we update 96-week comparison results.Methods:Patients with chronic hepatitis B were assigned(2:1)to receive either 25 mg TMF or 300 mg TDF with matching placebo for 96 weeks.The virological suppression was defined as HBV DNA levels<20 IU/mL at week 96.Safety was evaluated thoroughly with focusing on bone,renal,and metabolic pa-rameters.Results:Virological suppression rates at week 96 were similar between TMF and TDF group in both HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative populations.Noninferior efficacy was maintained in the pooled population,while it was first achieved in patients with HBV DNA≥7 or 8 log10 IU/mL at baseline.Non-indexed estimated glomerular filtration rate for renal safety assessment was adopted,while a smaller decline of which was seen in the TMF group than in the TDF group(p=0.01).For bone mineral density,patients receiv-ing TMF displayed significantly lower reduction levels in the densities of spine,hip,and femur neck at week 96 than those receiving TDF.In addition,the lipid parameters were stable after week 48 in all groups while weight change still showed the opposite trend.Conclusions:TMF maintained similar efficacy at week 96 compared with TDF with continued superior bone and renal safety profiles(NCT03903796).Zhihong Liu Qinglong Jin Yuexin Zhang Guozhong Gong Guicheng Wu Lvfeng Yao Xiaofeng Wen Zhiliang Gao Yan Huang Daokun Yang Enqiang Chen Qing Mao Shide Lin Jia Shang Huanyu Gong Lihua Zhong Huafa Yin Fengmei Wang Peng Hu Qiong Wu Chao Pan Wen Jia Chuan Li Chang’an Sun Junqi Niu Jinlin Hou TMF Study Group 2023Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2023,11,3:3
3Relationships between the sound speed ratio and physical properties of surface sediments in the South Yellow Sea显示文摘Building empirical equations is an effective way to link the acoustic and physical properties of sediments.These equations play an important role in the prediction of sediments sound speeds required in underwater acoustics.Although many empirical equations coupling acoustic and physical properties have been developed over the past few decades,further confirmation of their applicability by obtaining large amounts of data,especially for equations based on in situ acoustic measurement techniques,is required.A sediment acoustic survey in the South Yellow Sea from 2009 to 2010 revealed statistical relationships between the in situ sound speed and sediment physical properties.To improve the comparability of these relationships with existing empirical equations,the present study calculated the ratio of the in situ sediment sound speed to the bottom seawater sound speed,and established the relationships between the sound speed ratio and the mean grain size,density and porosity of the sediment.The sound speed of seawater at in situ measurement stations was calculated using a perennially averaged seawater sound speed map by an interpolation method.Moreover,empirical relations between the index of impedance and the sound speed and the physical properties were established.The results confirmed that the existing empirical equations between the in situ sound speed ratio and the density and porosity have general suitability for application.This study also considered that a multiple-parameter equation coupling the sound speed ratio to both the porosity and the mean grain size may be more useful for predicting the sound speed than an equation coupling the sound speed ratio to the mean grain size.Guanbao Li Jingqiang Wang Xiangmei Meng Baohua Liu Guangming Kan Guozhong Han Qingfeng Hua Yanliang Pei Lei Sun 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,4:2
4Robust enhanced hydrogen production at acidic conditions over molybdenum oxides-stabilized ultrafine palladium electrocatalysts显示文摘Electrochemical water splitting is quite seductive for eco-friendly hydrogen fuel energy production,however,the attainment of highly efficient,durable,and cheap catalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)remains challenging.In this study,molybdenum oxides stabilized palladium nanoparticle catalysts(MoO_(x)-Pd)are in situ prepared on commercial carbon cloth(CC)by the facile two-step method of dip-coating and electrochemical reduction.As a self-supported Pd-based catalyst electrode,the MoO_(x)-Pd/CC presents a competitive Tafel slope of 45.75 mV·dec^(-1),an ultralow overpotential of 25 mV,and extremely long cycling durability(one week)in 0.5M H_(2)S0_(4)electrolyte,superior to unmodified Pd catalysts and comparable to commercial Pt mesh electrode.On the one hand,the introduction of MoO_(x)can inhibit the growth of Pd particles to obtain ultrafine Pd nanoparticles,thus exposing more available active sites.On the other hand,density functional theory(DFT)calculation revealed that MoO_(x)on the surface of Pd metal can regulate the electronic structure of Pd metal and enhance its intrinsic catalytic activity of HER.This work suggests that transitional metal nanoparticles stabilized by molybdenum oxides are hopeful approaches for obtaining fruitful hydrogen-producing electrocatalysts.Ji Sun Xian Zhang Meng Jin Qizhong Xiong Guozhong Wang Haimin Zhang Huijun Zhao 2021Nano Research2021,14,1:2

9Performance Analysis of Relay Based NOMA Cooperative Transmission under Cognitive Radio Network显示文摘This paper proposes a hybrid spectrum accessing mechanism by using NOMA-based cooperative transmission and beam-forming technology.In this mechanism,the secondary user employs spectrum-sensing technology to detect the existence of the primary user.If the primary user does not exist,the secondary source user directly transmits data to the destination user.If the primary user exists,the secondary source user finds the optimal relay according to certain selection principle before transmitting data to the destination user through the chosen relay node.For the signal receiving stage,the secondary user takes use of beam-forming technology to receive the signal from both the secondary source and the secondary relay node.Meanwhile the interference from the primary user is cancelled out in the stage.Furthermore,the outage probability for secondary user in the proposed mechanism is theoretically derived.Finally,the simulation results show that compared with the traditional mechanism,the proposed system model can not only guarantee the continuity of secondary transmission,but also significantly reduce the outage probability of secondary transmission.Yinghua Zhang Jian Liu Yunfeng Peng Yanfang Dong Guozhong Sun Hao Huang Changming Zhao 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,4:1

11Distribution,Seismic Characteristics and Controlling Factors of Carbonate Platforms on the Northwestern Margin of the South China Sea显示文摘Newly-acquired seismic data reveal widespread carbonate deposits covering a large part of the northwestern South China Sea margin.Three carbonate platforms are identified to have developed on the topographic highs inherited from tectonic deformation and volcanic accretion.Across the carbonate platforms,the Miocene strata are characterized by high-amplitude seismic reflections and distinct platform architecture that overlaps older strata.The Guangle and Xisha carbonate platforms grew on faulted blocks due to South China Sea continental rifting,while the Zhongjian carbonate platform developed on a structural high induced by early Miocene volcanism.During the late Miocene,partial drowning resulted in the inhibition of platform growth,eventual platform drowning and termination of most carbonate deposition.The drowning of the Guangle and Zhongjian carbonate platforms is shown by the supply of siliciclastic sediments during the late Miocene and seems to be closely linked to late Neogene volcanic activity,whilst the drowning of the Xisha carbonate platform is primarily related to relative eustatic changes.Our results imply that tectonic activity,volcanism and eustasy are the dominant controls on the evolution of carbonate platforms on the northwestern margin of the South China Sea.LI Lin WANG Bin YANG Taotao YANG Zhili LI Li LU Yintao WANG Xuefeng WU Jingwu SUN Guozhong 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1:1

13Classification and Research of Skin Lesions Based on Machine Learning显示文摘Classification of skin lesions is a complex identification challenge.Due to the wide variety of skin lesions,doctors need to spend a lot of time and effort to judge the lesion image which zoomed through the dermatoscopy.The diagnosis which the algorithm of identifying pathological images assists doctors gets more and more attention.With the development of deep learning,the field of image recognition has made long-term progress.The effect of recognizing images through convolutional neural network models is better than traditional image recognition technology.In this work,we try to classify seven kinds of lesion images by various models and methods of deep learning,common models of convolutional neural network in the field of image classification include ResNet,DenseNet and SENet,etc.We use a fine-tuning model with a multi-layer perceptron,by training the skin lesion model,in the validation set and test set we use data expansion based on multiple cropping,and use five models’ensemble as the final results.The experimental results show that the program has good results in improving the sensitivity of skin lesion diagnosis.Jian Liu Wantao Wang Jie Chen Guozhong Sun Alan Yang 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,3:0

15Characteristics of Suicides Caused by Drug Overdose in the State of Maryland显示文摘Suicidal drug overdose is a major public health issue.In the United States,every year more than 33,000 people commit suicides.Our study focused on the characteristics of suicide victims in the state of Maryland.Material and methods:This study was a retrospective review of autopsy cases of all suicide deaths caused by drug(s)or drug(s)with alcohol intoxication investigated by the OCME in Maryland over a 7-year period from January 2004 to December 2011.All deaths investigated by the OCME that require autopsy examination are subject to comprehensive toxicology testing for drugs and alcohol.The screen tests were performed using gas chromatography(GC)and radioimmunoassay techniques.All detected drugs and/or metabolites were confirmed using GC-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results:From 2004 to 2011,434 deaths were certified as suicide.Of the 434 suicidal overdose deaths,84%were white,11%were African-American,and about 5%were either Hispanic or Asian.The male and female ratio was almost equal.Their ages ranged 15-82 years.Of the 434 suicidal drug overdose deaths,277 victims(63.8%)consumed a single drug type and 157(36.2%)consumed more than one type of drug.Of the 277 single-drug overdose cases,71.1%suicides were due to prescription drugs,23.5%due to over-the-counter drugs,and 5.4%due to street/recreational drugs.Among single-type prescription drugs,analgesic(N=76),antidepressant(N=45),and neuroleptic(N=35)classes were the three leading type of drugs used in suicidal deaths.Oxycodone,morphine,quetiapine,and amitriptyline were the most common prescription drugs in suicidal overdose.Diphenhydramine was the leading over-the-counter drug.Of the 157 victims who consumed more than one drug,combined prescription drugs were present in 54.1%,mixed prescription and overthe-counter drugs in 29.3%,and prescription drugs/over-the-counter drugs and street drugs in 16.6%of cases.Of the multiple-drug overdose suicides,66.2%cases involved antidepressants.Discussion:Suicide is found in every age,racial,and ethnic group.In the USA,poisoning is thethird-leading method of suicide,following firearm injuries and hanging/strangulation.Our study indicates that prescription drugs,such as those in the opioid analgesic,neuroleptic,and antidepressant class(e.g.,oxycodone,morphine,quetiapine,amitriptyline,doxepin,and citalopram),are of special concern in the context of suicidal overdose deaths in the state of Maryland.Therefore,addressing the problems of intentional drug overdose in our society is worthy of public attention.Ling Li Xinbiao Liao Guozhong Zhang Daming Sun Tiantong Yang Keming Yun Rebecca Phipps Xiang Zhang Mary G Ripple David Fowler 2015Journal of Forensic Science and Medicine2015,1,1:0

17A buried submarine canyon in the northwest South China Sea:architecture,development processes and implications for hydrocarbon exploration显示文摘High-resolution multichannel seismic data enables the discovery of a previous,undocumented submarine canyon(Huaguang Canyon)in the Qiongdongnan Basin,northwest South China Sea.The Huaguang Canyon with a NW orientation is 140 km in length,and 2.5 km to 5 km in width in its upper reach and 4.6 km to 9.5 km in width in its lower reach.The head of the Huaguang Canyon is close to the Xisha carbonate platform and its tail is adjacent to the central canyon.This buried submarine canyon is formed by gravity flows from the Xisha carbonate platform when the sea level dropped in the early stage of the late Miocene(~10.5 Ma).The internal architecture of the Huaguang Canyon is mainly characterized by high amplitude reflections,indicating that this ancient submarine canyon was filled with coarse-grained sediments.The sediment was principally scourced from the Xisha carbonate platform.In contrast to other buried large-scale submarine canyons(central canyon and Zhongjian Canyon)in the Qiongdongnan Basin,the Huaguang Canyon displays later formation time,smaller width and length,and single sediment supply.The coarse-grained deposits within Huaguang Canyon provide a good environment for reserving oil and gas,and the muddy fillings in Huaguang Canyon have been identified as regional caps.Therefore,Huaguang Canyon is potential area for future hydrocarbon exploration in the northwest South China Sea.Our results may contribute to a better understanding of the evolution of submarine canyons formed in carbonate environment.Bin Wang Fuliang Lyu Shuang Li Jian Li Zhili Yang Li Li Xuefeng Wang Yintao Lu Taotao Yang Jingwu Wu Guozhong Sun Hongxia Ma Xiaoyong Xu 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,3:0
18Analysis of Autocorrelation Associated with Spatial Sampling Estimation on Urban Greenland Coverage显示文摘By taking the urban greenland as testing objective,the GeoEye-1 fusion image as background, and using Moran’s index,the correlativity of greenland units has been measured.Then,the presampling was conducted based on the measured correlativity,the systematic sampling design has been carried out at the precision 95%and 85%.By using of Kriging interpolation method,the weight of different type of greenland has been divided into the stratifications.Through the stratified sampling,the estimation of greenland coverage has been obtained. The results show that the urban greenland coverage area is 14.81 km^2,accounting for 27.73%of all urban land areas.Compared with the common sampling method,the precision of that increased about 3%. 19Retinal microvasculature is a potential biomarker for acute mountain sickness显示文摘Increased cerebral blood flow resulting from altered capillary level autoregulation at high altitudes leads to capillary overperfusion and then vasogenic cerebral edema,which is the leading hypothesis of acute mountain sickness(AMS).However,studies on cerebral blood flow in AMS have been mostly restricted to gross cerebrovascular endpoints as opposed to the microvasculature.This study aimed to investigate ocular microcirculation alterations,the only visualized capillaries in the central neural system(CNS),during early-stage AMS using a hypobaric chamber.This study found that after high altitude simulation,the optic nerve showed retinal nerve fiber layer thickening(P=0.004–0.018)in some locations,and the area of the optic nerve subarachnoid space(P=0.004)enlarged.Optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)showed increased retinal radial peripapillary capillary(RPC)flow density(P=0.003–0.046),particularly on the nasal side of the nerve.The AMSpositive group had the largest increases in RPC flow density in the nasal sector(AMS-positive,?3.21±2.37;AMS-negative,?0.01±2.16,P=0.004).Among multiple ocular changes,OCTA increase in RPC flow density was associated with simulated early-stage AMS symptoms(beta=0.222,95%CI,0.009–0.435,P=0.042).The area under the receiver operating characteristics curve(AUC)for the changes in RPC flow density to predict early-stage AMS outcomes was 0.882(95%CI,0.746–0.998).The results further confirmed that overperfusion of microvascular beds is the key pathophysiologic change in early-stage AMS.RPC OCTA endpoints may serve as a rapid,noninvasive potential biomarker for CNS microvascular changes and AMS development during risk assessment of individuals at high altitudes.Yuan Xie Diya Yang Alex S.Huang Yiquan Yang Ying Han Yunxiao Sun Kai Cao Huaizhou Wang Shizheng Wu Qiang Zhu Guozhong Wang Tianyi Wu Ningli Wang 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,6:0
20Brucellosis Outbreak Caused by Brucella melitensis--Jingyang County,Shaanxi Province,China,March–May,2020显示文摘What is already known about this topic?Brucellosis is one of the world’s most overlooked zoonotic diseases,and humans can easily acquire brucellosis from animals and their products.Reemerging brucellosis outbreaks are probably attributable to sociocultural factors and compounded by the lack of adequate control measures in sheep and goat rearing systems.What is added by this report?This is the first identified outbreak caused by Brucella melitensis bv.3 in Jingyang County,Xianyang City,Shaanxi Province.A total of 13 seropositve cases(7 acute patients and 6 asymptomatic persons)were identified from March to May,2020,and the investigation indicated that sheep-to-canine-to-human was the likely transmission route.What are the implications for public health practice?Effective control of sheep brucellosis will significantly reduce the risk of human brucellosis.Priority should be given to building cooperation between all stakeholders,maintaining epidemiological surveillance to detect human brucellosis at medical centers,and making case reporting mandatory for both veterinary and public health services.Wenhui Chang Yangxin Sun Suoping Fan Cuihong An Shoumin Nie Guozhong Tian Boyan Luo Hongxun Yang Xiaohua Zhai Haiying Tian Jia Zhang Hai Jiang 2020China CDC weekly2020,2,39:0
