| 1 | The localization of type 2 diabetes susceptibility gene loci in northern Chinese Han families显示文摘We conducted a genome-wide scan, in which 358 well distributed fluorescent dye-labeled microsatellite marker sets were applied in 32 Chinese Han type 2 diabetes families from Northern China to search for the susceptibility gene loci. The data collected from screening all the chromosomes of genome were genotyped by using genescan and genotyping software, then, parametric and non-parametric multipoint test, and affected sib-pair analysis as well, were used to analyze the data. We identified some susceptibility gene loci residing in chromosomes 1,12,18,20, respectively, or precisely, located around D1S214, D1S207, D1S218, D1S235, D12S336, D18S61 and D20S118. | 2 | Engineered targeting tLyp-1 exosomes as gene therapy vectors for efficient delivery of siRNA into lung cancer cells显示文摘Natural exosomes can express specific proteins and carbohydratemolecules on the surface and hence have demonstrated the great potentials for gene therapy of cancer.However,the use of natural exosomes is restricted by their low transfection efficiency.Here,we report a novel targeting tLyp-1 exosome by gene recombinant engineering for delivery of siRNA to cancer and cancer stem cells.To reach such a purpose,the engineered tLyp-1-lamp2b plasmids were constructed and amplified in Escherichia coli.The tLyp-1-lamp2b plasmids were further used to transfect HEK293T tool cells and the targeting tLyp-1 exosomes were isolated from secretion of the transfected HEK293T cells.Afterwards,the artificially synthesized siRNA was encapsulated into targeting tLyp-1 exosomes by electroporation technology.Finally,the targeting siRNA tLyp-1 exosomes were used to transfect cancer or cancer stem cells.Results showed that the engineered targeting tLyp-1 exosomes had a nanosized structure(approximately 100 nm)and high transfection efficiency into lung cancer and cancer stem cells.The function verifications demonstrated that the targeting siRNA tLyp-1 exosomes were able to knock-down the target gene of cancer cells and to reduce the stemness of cancer stem cells.In conclusion,the targeting tLyp-1 exosomes are successfully engineered,and can be used for gene therapy with a high transfection efficiency.Therefore,the engineered targeting tLyp-1 exosomes offer a promising gene delivery platform for future cancer therapy. | Jing Bai Jialun Duan Rui Liu Yafei Du Qian Luo Yinuo Cui Zhanbo Su Jiarui Xu Ying Xie Wanliang Lu | 2020 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2020,15,4: | 5 |

| 5 | A Better Zn-Ion Storage Device:Recent Progress for Zn-Ion Hybrid Supercapacitors显示文摘As a new generation of Zn-ion storage systems,Zn-ion hybrid supercapacitors(ZHSCs)garner tremendous interests recently from researchers due to the perfect integration of batteries and supercapacitors.ZHSCs have excellent integration of high energy density and power density,which seamlessly bridges the gap between batteries and supercapacitors,becoming one of the most viable future options for large-scale equipment and portable electronic devices.However,the currently reported two configurations of ZHSCs and corresponding energy storage mechanisms still lack systematic analyses.Herein,this review will be prudently organized from the perspectives of design strategies,electrode configurations,energy storage mechanisms,recent advances in electrode materials,electrolyte behaviors and further applications(micro or flexible devices)of ZHSCs.The synthesis processes and electrochemical properties of well-designed Zn anodes,capacitor-type electrodes and novel Zn-ion battery-type cathodes are comprehensively discussed.Finally,a brief summary and outlook for the further development of ZHSCs are presented as well.This review will provide timely access for researchers to the recent works regarding ZHSCs. | Jialun Jin Xiangshun Geng Qiang Chen Tian-Ling Ren | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,4: | 3 |

| 7 | Extraction and analysis of saline soil deformation in the Qarhan Salt Lake region (in Qinghai, China) by the sentinel SBAS-InSAR technique显示文摘The instability of saline soil foundation affects the safety of artificial construction,and may cause ground collapse,building destruction and road damage.It is fundamental to reduce the potential engineering geological disasters by exploring the dynamic evolution of saline soil.Most of the previous researches of saline soil were conducted by simulated experiments and traditional geodetic surveying methods.Restricted to the limited sampling points,the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of saline soil were difficult to find out in a large scale.This paper exploited SBAS-InSAR method to extract the deformation of the Qarhan Salt Lake(in Qinghai,China)section along Qinghai-Tibet railway,based on 119 image data acquired by Sentinel-1A from 2015 to 2020.The results showed that the deformation trends varied frequently in this saline mud flat.Between the adjacent areas with different deformation trends along Qinghai-Tibet railway,discontinuities caused by uplift and subsidence were very obvious.Besides,among the areas with brine exploitation or artificial construction,the maximum subsidence rate reached50 mm/yr,and the maximum cumulative subsidence exceeded 320 mm in the latest 5 years.In the saline mud flat closed to the rivers and lakes,the deformation trend was continuous uplift.Nevertheless,there were obvious seasonal deformation characteristics in those areas far away from the water body.Further analysis found out a sharply subsidence caused by the salt collapsibility appeared in rainy seasons.While an uplift trend induced by the salt swelling or frost heave was remarkable in dry seasons.Subsequently,the relationships were analyzed between the time series deformation and external environmental fac-tors.Furthermore,the deformation mechanism of saline soilin the Qarhan Salt Lake region was inter-preted then.In general,this study provides complete spatiotemporal evolution information of saline soil,and demonstrates the deformation characteristics of saline soil in the Qarhan Salt Lake region suc-cessfully.Related results would contribute to the safety monitoring for large-scale infrastructure con-struction in the saline soil areas. | Wei Xiang Rui Zhang Guoxiang Liu Xiaowen Wang Wenfei Mao Bo Zhang Jialun Cai Jiawen Bao Yin Fu | 2022 | Geodesy and Geodynamics2022,13,2: | 2 |

| 10 | Comparison on Adsorptive Separation of n-Paraffins Based on Binderless and Binder-containing Zeolite 5A Pellets显示文摘Binderless zeolite is considered to be a potential alternative for binder-containing zeolite in the industrial applications of adsorptive separation process. Synthesized binderless zeolite and commercial binder-containing product were used in adsorptive separation of n-paraffins from a model oil, with their performance compared. It is indicated that the binderless zeolite exhibits by 25%-35% higher in saturated adsorption capacity and by 115%-130% more adsorption amount at the breakthrough point with much shorter length of mass-transfer zone. Adsorptive separation of n-paraffins from naphtha was carried out in a fixed-bed adsorber containing the synthesized binderless zeolite 5 A under the operating conditions covering a feed space velocity of 90 h-1 and an adsorption temperature of 573 K.
