| 1 | Effects of Al on microstructural stability and related stress-rupture properties of a third-generation single crystal superalloy显示文摘To examine the influences of minor modification of Al content on the microstructural stabilities and stress rupture properties,two alloys with minor difference in Al content were exposed isothermally at 1100℃for 100 h,500 h,and 1000 h,respectively.The microstructures were characterized before and after thermal exposure.It was found that when Al content was decreased by 0.4 wt%,the volume fractionγ'decreased by 4%,the size ofγ'increased by 40 nm,the matrix channel width increased by 5 nm,and the misfit degree ofγ/γ'phases increased by 0.006%after heat treatment(HT).During thermal exposure,the alloy with low Al content had a better resistance to coarsening ofγ'phase and precipitation ofμphase.Theγ'particles of the alloy with high AI content tended to connect each other and coarsened along<100>directions;however,theγ'particles of the alloy with low Al content remained cubic after 500 h.A serious coarsening behavior took place in the two alloys after aging for 1000 h.The structural stabilities were significantly improved.However,the change of 0.4 wt%Al content was found to have little effect on the high temperature stress-rupture properties. | Jingxia Sun Jinlai Liu Lirong Liu Yizhou Zhou Jinguo Lia Xiaofeng Sun | 2019 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11: | 2 |

| 7 | Risk Factors for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM)in Subsequent Pregnancy Among Women Without GDM History in China:A Multicenter Retrospective Study显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to determine the likelihood of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in subsequent pregnancy among women without GDM history and to identify risk factors for GDM in subsequent pregnancy.Methods:This retrospective cohort study involved participants who delivered twice in same hospital of 18 research centers when delivered the second baby from January 2018 to December 2018.Finally 6204 women were enrolled and 5180 women without GDM history were analyzed further.Women were categorized as non-GDM or GDM based on the blood glucose values of the subsequent pregnancy,and the characteristics and GDM risk of these groups were compared.A univariate analysis of potential risk factors was performed using the Chi-squared test and/ort-test for qualitative or quantitative variables,respectively.Associations withP values<0.1 were chosen to be included in the multivariate binary logistic regression model.Results:In primary analysis of 6204 women,the incidence of GDM in subsequent pregnancy is 48.9%(490/1002)in women with GDM history and 16.1%(835/5202)in women without GDM history.In a further analysis for 5180 women without GDM at index pregnancy,compared with the non-GDM group,the GDM group had a significantly higher age,prepregnancy body mass index,and blood glucose value at each oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT)timepoint(fasting,1 h and 2 h)during the index and subsequent pregnancies,as well as higher weight retention during the interval between the two pregnancies(P<0.001).Age above 35 years in subsequent pregnancy(odds ratio(OR)=1.540,95%confidence interval(CI)=1.257-1.886,P<0.001),macrosomia in index pregnancy(OR=1.749,95%CI=1.277-2.395,P=0.001),OGTT blood glucose values in index pregnancy(fasting,OR=2.487,95%CI=1.883-3.285,P<0.001;1 h,OR=1.142,95%CI=1.051-1.241,P=0.002;2 h,OR=1.290,95%CI=1.162-1.432,P<0.001)and weight retention(OR=1.052,95%CI=1.035-1.068,P<0.001)were independent risk factors for GDM in subsequent pregnancy.Conclusion:For women without GDM history,GDM risk factors including age,macrosomia history,OGTT value,and weight retention,these can be evaluated before a subsequent pregnancy.Early warning and interventions are needed for women at high risk. | Geng Song Yumei Wei Juan Juan Rina Su Jianying Yan Mei Xiao Xianlan Zhao Meihua Zhang Yuyan Ma Haiwei Liu Jingxia Sun Kejia Hu Huixia Yang | 2023 | Maternal-Fetal Medicine2023,5,1: | 1 |

| 10 | An end-capped strategy for crystalline polymer donor to improve the photovoltaic performance of non-fullerene solar cells显示文摘The effects of end-capped modifications of a polymer donor with high molecular weight on non-fullerene solar cells are largely ignored,even if the chain-end-functionalized method of conjugated polymers is an effective strategy in modulating polymeric optical-electronic properties.In this study,we design and synthesize an end-capped polymer,PM6TPO,via a reaction with the parent polymer PM6.Meanwhile,the conventional detection methods of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight(MALDI-TOF),and ^(1)H nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H NMR) were replaced by simple solution-based inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) to evaluate the end-capped efficacy of PM6TPO.By introducing end-capped groups on a high molecular weight polymer donor,we could finely tune the aggregated behavior,strengthen the miscibility between the donor and acceptor without sacrificing the strong aggregated properties,and reduce the non-radiative recombination with a lower energy loss.Therefore,the PM6TPO-based organic solar cell(OSC)realized a higher open-circuit voltage of 0.843 V and PCE of 17.26% than that of the non-end-capped parent polymer,PM6(0.824 V and 16.21%,respectively).This work not only provides a straightforward method for verifying the end-capped efficacy of a high molecular weight polymer but also indicates a new research direction for improving the photovoltaic performance of non-fullerene-based solar cells. | Bing Zheng Yuchen Yue Jianling Ni Rui Sun Jie Min Jingxia Wang Lei Jiang Lijun Huo | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,5: | 0 |
| 11 | Inhibition of MALT1 paracaspase activity improves lesion recovery following spinal cord injury显示文摘Spinal cord injury(SCI) is a devastating traumatic injury that causes persistent, severe motor and sensory dysfunction. Immune responses are involved in functional recovery after SCI. Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation 1(MALT1) has been shown to regulate the survival and differentiation of immune cells and to play a critical role in many diseases, but its function in lesion recovery after SCI remains unclear. In this paper, we generated KI(knock in) mice with a point mutation(C472 G) in the active center of MALT1 and found that the KI mice exhibited improved functional recovery after SCI.Fewer macrophages were recruited to the injury site in KI mice and these macrophages differentiated into anti-inflammatory macrophages. Moreover, macrophages from KI mice exhibited reduced phosphorylation of p65, which in turn resulted in decreased SOCS3 expression and increased pSTAT6 levels.Similar results were obtained upon inhibition of MALT1 paracaspase with the small molecule inhibitor‘‘MI-2' or the more specific inhibitor ‘‘MLT-827'. In patients with SCI, peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) displayed increased MALT1 paracaspase. Human macrophages showed reduced proinflammatory and increased anti-inflammatory characteristics following the inhibition of MALT1 paracaspase. | 12 | Crystallization Regulation and Morphological Evolution for HTM-free Tin-Lead (1.28eV) Alloyed Perovskite Solar Cells显示文摘There have been huge achievements of all-perovskite tandem solar cells,which recently realized the highest power conversion efficiency of 24.8%.However,the complex device structure and complicated manufacture processes severely restrict the further development of all-perovskite tandem solar cells.In this work,we successfully fabricated high-efficiency hole transport material-free(HTM-free)Sn−Pb alloyed narrow bandgap perovskite solar cells(PSCs)by introducing guanidinium thiocyanate(GASCN)and hydroiodic acid(HI)into the perovskite precursor solution.GASCN and HI play a positive synergy effect during perovskite crystallization process resulting in larger grain size,fewer surface defects,and lower trap density to suppress the Sn^(2+)oxidation degradation.Furthermore,they could effectively adjust the energy level of perovskite materials,reduce the energy level difference between perovskite and ITO resulting in more efficiently transport of free hole charge carriers.As a result,with adding GASCN and HI,the achieved highest power conversion efficiency of HTM-free devices increased from 12.58%to 17.85%,which is one of the highest PCEs among all values reported to date for the HTM-free narrow-bandgap(1.2-1.4 eV)Sn−Pb binary PSCs.Moreover,the optimized device shows improved environmental stability.Our additive strategy manifests a remarkable step towards the facile,cost-efficient fabrication of HTM-free perovskite-based tandem solar cells with both high efficiency and simple fabrication process. | Hang Hu Xianyong Zhou Jiabang Chen Deng Wang Dongyang Li Yulan Huang Luozheng Zhang Yuanjun Peng Feng Wang Jingxia Huang Naichao Chen Liang Sun Xuesong Liu Xingzhu Wang Jianyong Ouyang Baomin Xu | 2023 | Energy & Environmental Materials2023,6,2: | 0 |
