4Postmarketing studies on safety of Dengfeng~ shenmai injection显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To systematically research the postmarketing safety of Dengfeng shenmai injection, identify potential risk factors, and ensure its clinical safety. METHODS: We investigated a comprehensive series of studies on the production process, quality standards, pharmacology, postmarketing clinical studies, and safety evaluation of Shenmai injection, including literature analysis of adverse drug reaction(ADR) case analysis and systematic review. Data from the hospital information system(HIS) and spontaneous reporting system(SRS) were also analyzed. RESULTS: The approximate dosage leading to death in dogs is 45.0-67.5 g raw drug/kg and the toxic reactions are restlessness, skin irritation, salivation, and vomiting. The results of chronic toxicity tests in mice and dogs, and the other tests such as 6-month toxicity, drug safety, genetic toxicity, and reproductive toxicity of rats and dogs, were positive or qualified. Patient ADR history and ADR family history were closely associated with itching based on the data analysis from SRS. There was no damage to renal function from Shenmai injection use at a dosage and a treatment course outside the recommended dosage and treatment course as specified based on data analysis from HIS. The most common ADR from Shenmai injection are difficulty breathing, facial flushing, nausea, vomiting, chest tightness, skin itching, rash, and back pain. CONCLUSION: This study includes complete information on Shenmai injection ADR incidence rate. 6An ensemble estimation of impact times and strength of Fukushima nuclear pollution to the east coast of China and the west coast of America显示文摘Based on the statistics of all surface drifting buoys of 1978-2011 and Lagrangian tracers simulated from high quality ocean reanalysis currents,the impact times and strength of Fukushima nuclear pollution to the east coast of China and the west coast of America have been estimated.Under the circumstances of the radioactive pollutants drifting in the ocean surface,preliminary research results show that while the tracers took about 4 years to reach the west coast of USA,there are two types of tracers to carry out Fukushima nuclear pollutants to reach the east coast of China,corresponding to 1.5-year recirculation gyre transport and 3.5-year subtropical circulation transport.The distributions of the impact strength at these time scales are given according to the variation of relative number concentration with time combined with the decaying rate of radioactive matter.For example,starting from 1% at 1.5-year,of the initial level at the originating area of Fukushima nuclear pollution,the impact strength of Cesium-137 in the South China Sea continuously increases up to 3% by 4 years,while the impact strength of Cesium-137 in the west coast of America is as high as 4% due to the role of strong Kuroshio-extension currents as a major transport mechanism of nuclear pollutants for that area.HAN GuiJun LI Wei FU HongLi ZHANG XueFeng WANG XiDong WU XinRong ZHANG LianXin 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,8:2

8A variational successive corrections approach for the sea ice concentration analysis显示文摘The sea ice concentration observation from satellite remote sensing includes the spatial multi-scale information.However,traditional data assimilation methods cannot better extract the valuable information due to the complicated variability of the sea ice concentration in the marginal ice zone.A successive corrections analysis using variational optimization method,called spatial multi-scale recursive filter(SMRF),has been designed in this paper to extract multi-scale information resolved by sea ice observations.It is a combination of successive correction methods(SCM)and minimization algorithms,in which various observational scales,from longer to shorter wavelengths,can be extracted successively.As a variational objective analysis scheme,it gains the advantage over the conventional approaches that analyze all scales resolved by observations at one time,and also,the specification of parameters is more convenient.Results of single-observation experiment demonstrate that the SMRF scheme possesses a good ability in propagating observational signals.Further,it shows a superior performance in extracting multi-scale information in a two-dimensional sea ice concentration(SIC)experiment with the real observations from Special Sensor Microwave/Imager SIC(SSMI).Xuefeng Zhang Lu Yang Hongli Fu Dong Li Zheqi Shen Lianxin Zhang Xuhui Hu 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,9:1

20Statistical characteristics and mechanisms of mesoscale eddies in the North Indian Ocean显示文摘The statistical characteristics and mechanisms of mesoscale eddies in the North Indian Ocean are investigated by adopting multi-sensor satellite data from 1993 to 2019.In the Arabian Sea(AS),seasonal variation of eddy characteristics is remarkable,while the intraseasonal variability caused by planetary waves is crucial in the Bay of Bengal(BOB).Seasonal variation of the eddy kinetic energy(EKE)is distinct along the west boundary of AS,especially in the Somali Current region.In the BOB,larger EKE occurs at the northwest basin from March to May,to the east of Sri Lanka from June to September,and along the east coast of India from November to December.The wind stress work(WW)is further studied to figure out the direct influence of wind forcing on EKE.The WW exerts positive effects on EKE along the west boundary of AS and in the south of India/Sri Lanka during the two monsoon seasons.Besides,the WW also has impact on EKE along the east coast of India in November and December.Eventually,we investigate the characteristics and the driving mechanisms of long lifespan eddies.In the AS,long lifespan anti-cyclonic eddies(AEs)mainly generate in the Socotra,the West Indian Coastal Current and the East Arabian Current regions,while cyclonic eddies(CEs)are concentrated in the northwest region.In the BOB,long lifespan AEs mostly form near the west of Myanmar,while CEs are accumulated at the north and northwest basin.The instabilities caused by Rossby waves,coastal Kelvin waves,seasonal currents,together with wind stress forcing exert enormous efforts on the generation and evolution of these eddies.Chunjian Sun Xidong Wang Anmin Zhang Lianxin Zhang Caixia Shao Guosong Wang 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,5:1
