1Modeling and Operation of the Power-to-Gas System for Renewables Integration: A Review显示文摘Power-to-Gas(P2G)plays an important role in enhancing large-scale renewable energy integration in power systems.As an emerging inter-disciplinary subject,P2G technology requires knowledge in electrochemistry,electrical engineering,thermodynamic engineering,chemical engineering and system engineering.Aiming at P2G modeling and operational problems concerning the research field of power systems and the energy internet,this paper briefly reviews the main technologies and application potentials of the P2G system,and makes systematic summaries of major progresses related to P2G’s integration into the power grid in a bottom-top manner,including the modeling of high/room-temperature electrolysis cells,steady-state/dynamic optimization control of the P2G system,P2G’s integrated model and operational strategies at the grid level.In the final part of this paper,suggestions are put forward on future research directions of P2G systems from the aspects of modeling and operational optimization.Xuetao Xing Jin Lin Yonghua Song You Zhou Shujun Mu Qiang Hu 2018CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2018,4,2:15
2One-pot synthesis of graphene oxide and Ni-Al layered double hydroxides nanocomposites for the efficient removal of U(VI) from wastewater显示文摘Graphene oxide and Ni-Al layered double hydroxides(GO@LDH) nanocomposites were synthesized via a one-pot hydrothermal process,and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and Raman spectroscopy in detail.The exploration of U(VI) sorption on GO@LDH surface was performed as a function of ionic strength,solution pH,contact time,U(VI) initial concentrations and temperature.Results of Langmuir isotherms showed that the sorption capacity of GO@LDH(160 mg/g) was much higher than those of LDH(69 mg/g) and GO(92 mg/g).The formed surface complexes between surface oxygen-containing functional groups of GO@LDH and U(VI) turned out to be the interaction mechanism of U(VI) with GO@LDH.According to the thermodynamic studies results,the sorption interaction was actually a spontaneous and endothermic chemical process.The sorption isotherms were better fitted with the Langmuir model compared with other models,which suggested the interaction was mainly dominated by mono layer coverage.The GO@LDH nanocomposites provide potential applications as adsorbents in the enrichment of radionuclides from wastewater in nuclear waste management and environmental remediation.Shujun Yu Jian Wang Shuang Song Kunyu Sun Jun Li Xiangxue Wang Zhongshan Chen Xiangke Wang 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,3:12
3Using Fuzzy Relations and GIS Method to Evaluate Debris Flow Hazard显示文摘The study area,located in the southeast of Tibet along the Sichuan-Tibet highway,is a part of Palongzangbu River basin where mountain hazards take place frequently.On the ground of field surveying,historical data and previous research,a total of 31 debris flow gullies are identified in the study area and 5 factors are chosen as main parameters for evaluating the hazard of debris flows in this study.Spatial analyst functions of geographic information system (GIS) are utilized to produce debris flow inventory and parameter maps.All data are built into a spatial database for evaluating debris flow hazard.Integrated with GIS techniques,the fuzzy relation method is used to calculate the strength of relationship between debris flow inventory and parameters of the database.With this methodology,a hazard map of debris flows is produced.According to this map,6.6% of the study area is classified as very high hazard,7.3% as high hazard,8.4% as moderate hazard,32.1% as low hazard and 45.6% as very low hazard or non-hazard areas.After validating the results,this methodology is ultimately confirmed to be available.SONG Shujun ZHANG Baolei FENG Wenlan ZHOU Wancun 2006Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2006,11,4:10
4Ce and W co-doped CaBi_(2)Nb_(2)O_(9) with enhanced piezoelectric constant and electrical resistivity at high temperature显示文摘Ce and W co-doped CaBi_(2)Nb_(2)O_(9) ceramics with chemical formula Ca_(0.96)Ce_(0.04)Bi_(2)Nb_(2-x)W_(x)O_(9)(CCBNW100x,x=0-0.07)are fabricated via conventional solid state sintering method,to investigate the effect of W addition on the structure,electrical resistivity,dielectric and piezoelectric properties.A piezoelectric constant d33 of 13.4 pC/N is obtained in CCBN-W2 ceramics,>100% higher than that of pure CaBi_(2)Nb_(2)O_(9)(d_(33)=5.8e6.4 pC/N).Of particular significance is that the electrical resistivity of CCBN-W2 ceramics(r=3.7×109 U cm at 500℃)is three orders of magnitude higher than pure CaBi_(2)Nb_(2)O_(9)(r=2.9×10^(6) U cm at same temperature).All these properties,together with its low dielectric loss(tandδ0.13%)and excellent d33 thermal stability up to 800℃,merit the CCBN-W2 ceramics for high temperature piezoelectric sensing applications.Zong-Yang Shen Chen Qin Wen-Qin Luo Fusheng Song Zhumei Wang Yueming Li Shujun Zhang 2020Journal of Materiomics2020,6,3:7
5Vitamin C induces periodontal ligament progenitor cell differentiation via activation of ERK pathway mediated by PELP1显示文摘The differentiation of periodontal ligament(PDL)progenitor cells is important for maintaining the homeostasis of PDL tissue and alveolar bone.Vitamin C(VC),a water-soluble nutrient that cannot be biosynthesized by humans,is vital for mesenchymal stem cells differentiation and plays an important role in bone remodeling.Therefore,the objective of this study was to determine the function and mechanism of VC in PDL progenitor cells osteogenic differentiation at the molecular level.We demonstrated that VC could induce the osteogenic differentiation and maturation of PDL progenitor cell without other osteogenic agents.During the process,VC preferentially activated ERK1/2 but did not affect JNK or p38.Co-treatment with ERK inhibitor effectively decreased the Vitamin C-induced expression of Runx2.ERK inhibitor also abrogated Vitamin C-induced the minimized nodules formation.PELP1,a nuclear receptor co-regulator,was up-regulated under VC treatment.PELP1 knockdown inhibited ERK phosphorylation.The overexpression of PELP1 had a positive relationship with Runx2 expression.Taken together,we could make a conclude that VC induces the osteogenic differentiation of PDL progenitor cells via PELP1-ERK axis.Our fi nding implies that VC may have a potential in the regeneration medicine and application to periodontitis treatment.Yan Yan Wenfeng Zeng Shujun Song Fayun Zhang Wenxi He Wei Liang Zhongying Niu 2013Protein & Cell2013,4,8:6
6Assessment and Risk Zonation of Landslides in Panxi Area Based on 3S Technology显示文摘Based on field survey located by GPS, it is obtained landslides’ location and distribution information by the method of remote sensing in this paper. The vector data of environmental factors that breed and induce landslides such as the elevation,the slope, the vegetation cover,the lithology,the rainfall and so on are gained using GIS(geographical information system) techniques of spatial analysis. All the data obtained are managed through building landslide management system. At the same time,the system is made the platform to appraise the relationship between the distribution of landslides and the environmental factors. The results indicate: landslides take place relatively easily in the slope range between 10° and 25°; most landslides are in the mixed area of bush and grass with a coverage degree of from 20% to 65%; the distribution of landslides has a positive relationship with the distribution of annual rainfall. 9Bio-inspirations for the Development of Light Materials based on the Nanomechanical Properties and Microstructures of Beetle Dynastes tityus显示文摘Dynastes tityus(D.tityus)is a typical beetle whose elytra are light and strong.The primary function of elytra is to protect beetle's hindwings.In this paper,D.tityus elytra were selected as the biological prototype for the investigation to obtain bio-inspirations for the design and development of light materials with high ratio of strength to mass.Firstly,the microstructure investigation and quasi-static nanoindentation tests have been carried out on the ten samples of the selected elytra ofD.tityus to reveal their mechanical properties and microstructures.Secondly,based on the fmdings from the microstructure investigation and nanoindentation tests,three models of bio-inspired materials have been proposed for further study to gain the deep understanding of the relationships between the special mechanical characteristics and microstructures.Then Finite Element Analysis(FEA)simulations have been performed on the three models for harvesting the bio-inspirations for the initial design of light materials.Finally,through comparative analysis of the findings from the microstructure investigation,the nanoindentation tests and the simulations,some meaningful bio-inspirations have been reaped for the future optimization of the design and development of light materials with high ratio of strength to mass.Jiyu Sun Wei Wu Zelai Song Jin Tong Shujun Zhang 2019Journal of Bionic Engineering2019,16,1:3
10Four-protein model for predicting prognostic risk of lung cancer显示文摘Patients with lung cancer at the same stage may have markedly different overall outcome and a lack of specific biomarker to predict lung cancer outcome.Heat-shock protein 90β(HSP90β)is overexpressed in various tumor cells.In this study,the ELISA results of HSP90βcombined with CEA,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 were used to construct a recursive partitioning decision tree model to establish a four-protein diagnostic model and predict the survival of patients with lung cancer.Survival analysis showed that the recursive partitioning decision tree could distinguish the prognosis between high-and low-risk groups.Results suggested that the joint detection of HSP90β,CEA,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 in the peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is plausible for early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of lung cancer.Xiang Wang Minghui Wang Lin Feng Jie Song Xin Dong Ting Xiao Shujun Cheng 2022Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,4:2

12CD4+T cells memorize obesity and promote weight regain显示文摘Body weight regain often causes failure of obesity therapies while the underlying mechanism remains largely unknown.In this study,we report that immune cells,especially CD4+T cells,mediate the‘memory’of previous obese status.In a weight gain-loss-regain model,we found that C57BL/6J mice with an obesity history showed a much faster rate of body weight regain.This obesity memory could last for at least 2 months after previously obese mice were kept at the same body weight as non-obese mice.Surprisingly,such obesity memory was abrogated by dexamethasone treatment,whereas immunodeficient Rag1−/−and H2A−/−mice failed to establish such memory.Rag1−/−mice repossessed the obesity memory when immune cells or CD4+T cells isolated from previously obese mice were transferred.Furthermore,depletion of CD4+T cells led to obesity memory ablation.Taken together,we conclude that CD4+T cells mediate obesity memory and promote weight regain.Jianghuan Zou Beibei Lai Mingzhu Zheng Qin Chen Shujun Jiang Anying Song Zan Huang Peiliang Shi Xin Tu Di Wang Linrong Lu Zhaoyu Lin Xiang Gao 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,6:2
13One-pot synthesis of arginine modified hydroxyapatite carbon microsphere composites for efficient removal of U(Ⅵ) from aqueous solutions显示文摘Uranium was not only the main source of nuclear energy but also one of the long-lived radionuclide.Herein, a novel arginine modified hydroxyapatite carbon microsphere composites(defined as C@HAp/Arg) obtained promptly via a one-step mild hydrothermal method, was applied to remove U(Ⅵ) from aqueous solutions. Based on the characterization of transmission electron microscopy(TEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), the synthesized C@HAp/Arg presented globular morphology and abundant functional groups(e.g., —COO^-), which were beneficial to its combination with U(Ⅵ). The interaction mechanism and removal capability of U(Ⅵ) on C@HAp/Arg were studied by batch adsorption technique and spectroscopy analysis. The results implied that U(Ⅵ) can form strong surface complexes on C@HAp/Arg. The kinetics adsorption of U(Ⅵ) followed pseudo-second-order kinetic model with high removal efficiency($95% within 5h at pH 5.0). The adsorption isotherms were well fitted by Langmuir model, implying that U(Ⅵ) uptake on C@HAp/Arg was monolayer coverage. It was found that the maximum adsorption capacities of CSs, C@HAp and C@HAp/Arg toward U(Ⅵ) were calculated to be 23.16,72.09 and 569.66 mg/g, respectively, at 298.15 K and pH 5.0, and thermodynamic parameters revealed that the adsorption processes of U(Ⅵ) were spontaneous and endothermic. In addition, effect of co-existed ions and CO_3^(2-)concentrations demonstrated that U(Ⅵ) adsorption on C@HAp/Arg was weakly interfered by foreign ions and carbonate concentrations. More importantly, the adsorption performance of U(Ⅵ) on C@HAp/Arg was still over $87% after five cycles. 14Remote Sense and GIS-Based Division of Landslide Hazard Degree in Wanzhou District of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area显示文摘An evaluation model divided landslide hazard degrees in Wanzhou District of Three Gorges Reservoir Area. The model was established by GIS techniques and took land use/cover, stratum characters, slope aspect, slope gradient, elevation difference and slope shape as evaluation factors. The data of land use/cover were obtained by remote sensing, and the weights of the factors mentioned above were established by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results indicate, low danger areas in the studied area account for 66.51%, and high danger areas and very high danger areas occupy 1/3 of the total area. The regions of high and very high danger are mainly located around the urban area of Wanzhou District and on the banks of the Yangtze River with a relatively large area , where collapse and landslide directly threats densely populated areas and Three Gorges Reservoir. Slope destabilization, if occurs, will bring huge loss to social economy. 20Complexation of radionuclide ^152+154Eu(Ⅲ) with alumina-bound fulvic acid studied by batch and time-resolved laser fluorescence spectroscopy显示文摘To contribute to the understanding of Eu(Ⅲ)interaction properties on hydrous alumina particles in the absence and presence of fulvic acid(FA),the complexation properties of Eu(Ⅲ)with hydrous alumina,FA and FA-alumina hybrids are studied by batch and time-resolved laser fluorescence spectroscopy(TRLFS)techniques.The continuous increase in the fluorescence lifetime of Eu-alumina and Eu-FA with increasing pH indicates that the complexation is accompanied by decreasing number of hydration water in the first coordination sphere of Eu(Ⅲ).Eu(Ⅲ)is adsorbed onto alumina particles as outer-sphere surface complexes of≡(Al-O)-Eu·(OH)·7H_2O and≡(Al-O)-Eu·6H_2O at low pH values,and as inner-sphere surface complexes as≡(Al-O)_2-Eu^+·4H_2O at high pH.In FA solution,Eu(Ⅲ)forms complexes with FA as(COO)_2Eu^+(H_2O)_x and the hydration water number in the first coordination sphere decreases with pH increasing.The formation of≡COO-Eu-(O-Al≡)·4H_2O is observed on FA-alumina hybrids,suggesting the formation of strong inner-sphere surface complexes in the presence of FA.The surface complexes are also characterized by their emission spectra[the ratio of emission intensities of^5D_0→~7F_1(λ=594nm)and^5D_0→~7F_2(λ=619nm)transitions]and their fluorescence lifetime.The findings is important to understand the contribution of FA in the complexation properties of Eu(Ⅲ)on FA-alumina hybrids that the clarification of the environmental behavior of humic substances is necessary to understand fully the behavior of Eu(Ⅲ),or its analogue trivalent lanthanide and actinide ions in natural environment.Xiangxue Wang Shujun Yu Zhongshan Chen Wencheng Song Yuantao Chen Tasawar Hayat Ahmed Alsaedi Wei Guo Jun Hu Xiangke Wang 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,1:0
