2Cervical Infection of Oncogenic Human Papillomavirus(HPV) Types in Beijing,China显示文摘Objective This study was designed to determine the prevalence of oncogenic human papillomavirus(HPV) in cervical infections in Beijing,China,and to investigate the odds ratio(OR) of HPV single and multiple infections in abnormal cytology.Methods A total of 19,018 specimens from outpatients in the department of obstetric and gynecology were collected.They were detected using high-risk HPV genotyping real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) kit and analyzed by ThinP rep cytology test for cervical pathological diagnosis.HPV prevalence,age-specific prevalence,and OR of each type of HPV in abnormal cytology were analyzed.Results Overall,19.1%(3,623/19,018) of the individuals were positive for HPV infection,14.9%(2,833/19,018) were positive for a single HPV type,and 4.2%(790/19,018) were positive for multiple types.Among the 3,623 HPV-positive individuals,the most predominant HPV types were HPV52(4.4%,834/19,018),HPV16(3.7%,710/19,018),and HPV58(3.4%,644/19,018).The OR of multiple infections and single infection differed significantly among disease severities.The OR of dual infection was higher than that of each of the two single infection types,respectively.Conclusion HPV prevalence in the outpatients was 19.1%,and the most predominant HPV types in the study were HPV52,HPV16,and HPV58.Women with multiple infectionswere more likely to have abnormal cytology.LI Ying HUANG Ke JI Pei Li SONG Lei LIU Hong Tu 2016Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2016,29,10:22

4Status of hyperhomocysteinemia in China: results from the China Stroke High-risk Population Screening Program, 2018显示文摘A nationwide survey was conducted from October 2018 to September 2019 to assess the prevalence of hyperhomocysteinemia(Hhcy)and its influencing factors in China.A standardized questionnaire was used to collect information.Hhcy was defined as the level of serum homocysteine(HCY)≥15.0µmol/L.The H-type hypertension(HHYP)was defined as hypertension with an elevated serum HCY(≥15.0µmol/L).Finally,110551 residents≥40 years of age from 31 provinces in the mainland of China were included.Overall,the median serum HCY level was 10.9µmol/L(interquartile range 7.9–15.1).A total of 28633 participants(25.9%)were defined as Hhcy.The Hhcy prevalence ranged from 7.9%in Shanghai to 56.8%in Tianjin.The data showed that serum HCY levels were associated with age,male gender,cigarette smoking,hypertension,diabetes,ethnicity,endurance in exercise(inverse),and fruit and vegetable intake(inverse).In addition,15486 participants were defined as HHYP,and the rate was 14.0%.HHYP was an independent predictor of stroke with an adjusted odds ratio of 1.752(95%CI 1.338–2.105).The geographical distribution pattern of the Hhcy epidemic reflects dynamic differences,and national strategies should be carried out to further improve the care of patients with Hhcy across China.Wenjun Tu Feng Yan Baohua Chao Xunming Ji Longde Wang 2021Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,6:12
5Analysis of Pulse Signals Based on Array Pulse Volume显示文摘Objective: To collect and analyze multi-dimensional pulse diagram features with the array sensor of a pressure profile system(PPS) and study the characteristic parameters of the new multi-dimensional pulse diagram by pulse diagram analysis technology. Methods: The pulse signals at the Guan position of left wrist were acquired from 105 volunteers at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We obtained the pulse data using an array sensor with 3×4 channels. Three dimensional pulse diagrams were constructed for the validated pulse data, and the array pulse volume(APV) parameter was computed by a linear interpolation algorithm. The APV differences among normal pulse(NP), wiry pulse(WP) and slippery pulse(SP) were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance. The coefficients of variation(CV) were calculated for WP, SP and NP. Results: The APV difference between WP and NP in the 105 volunteers was statistically significant(6.26±0.28 vs. 6.04±0.36, P=0.048), as well as the difference between WP and SP(6.26±0.28 vs. 6.07±0.46, P=0.049). However, no statistically significant difference was found between NP and SP(P=0.75). WP showed a similar CV(4.47%) to those of NP(5.96%) and SP(7.58%). Conclusion: The new parameter APV could differentiate between NP or SP and WP. 7Centralized isolation of Helicobacter pylori from multiple centers and transport condition influences显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of centralized culture and possible influencing factors.METHODS:From January 2010 to July 2012,66452 patients with suspected Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection from 26 hospitals in Zhejiang and Jiangsu Provinces in China underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy.Gastric mucosal biopsies were taken from the antrum for culture.These biopsies were transported under natural environmental temperature to the central laboratory in Hangzhou city and divided into three groups based on their transport time:5,24 and 48 h.The culture results were reported after 72 h and the positive culture rates were analyzed by a χ2 test.An additional 5736 biopsies from H.pylori-positive patients(5646 rapid urease test-positive and 90 14C-urease breath test-positive) were also cultured for quality control in the central laboratory setting.RESULTS:The positive culture rate was 31.66%(21036/66452) for the patient samples and 71.72%(4114/5736) for the H.pylori-positive quality control specimens.In the 5 h transport group,the positiveculture rate was 30.99%(3865/12471),and 32.84%(14960/45553) in the 24 h transport group.In contrast,the positive culture rate declined significantly in the 48 h transport group(26.25%; P < 0.001).During transportation,the average natural temperature increased from 4.67 to 29.14℃,while the positive culture rate declined from 36.67%(1462/3987) to 24.12%(1799/7459).When the temperature exceeded 24℃,the positive culture rate decreased significantly,especially in the 48 h transport group(23.17%).CONCLUSION:Transportation of specimens within 24 h and below 24℃ is reasonable and acceptable for centralized culture of multicenter H.pylori samples.Ya-Nan Gong You-Ming Li Ning-Min Yang Hong-Zhang Li Feng Guo Lang Lin Qun-Ying Wang Jia-Kun Zhang Zi-Zhong Ji Ji-Bo Mao Jun-Liang Mao Zheng-Chao Shi Wu-Heng Tang Xin-Jian Zhu Wei Shao Xiao-Feng Zhang Xing-Hua Wang Yue-Feng Tong Mi-Zu Jiang Guang-Lan Chen Zhi-Yong Wang Hui-Min Tu Guo-Fa Jiang Jian-Sheng Wu Xu-Peng Chen Qiu-Long Ding Hong Ouyang Feng-Zhe Jin Yan-Li Xu Jian-Zhong Zhang 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,3:6
8New mucosal flap modification for endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in Asians显示文摘AIM: To describe a simple modification of fashioning the mucosal flap for endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (EES-DCR) in Asians and investigate its efficacy. METHODS: A total of 120 patients with unilateral primary chronic dacryocystitis (PCD) were randomized into two groups: the new shaped nasal mucosal flap group (group A) and the removed nasal mucosal flap group (group B). All patients underwent standard EES-DCR. Patients in group A were performed a new shaped nasal mucosal flap covering the bared bone around the opened sac and those in group B was removed the nasal mucosal flap uncovering the bared bone. Patients were followed up for one year. The occurrence of granulation tissue, the proliferation of scar tissue and success rate of EES-DCR was compared. RESULTS: In the present study, complete postoperative data were acquired from 54 patients in group A and from 57 patients in group B. During process of review, the occurrence of granulation tissue was at the ostium margins account for 15% (8/54) in group A and 39% (22/57) in group B (P < 0.05). At the one-year review, scar tissue was present in 5 patients in group A compared with 18 in group B (P <0.05). The success rate of EES-DCR was 98% (53/54) in group A and 84% (48/57) in group B (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The simple modification of fashioning nasal mucosal flap can effectively cover the bared bone around the opened sac and reduce formation of granulation tissue, lessen the risk of scar tissue formation and closure of ostium, thus improve the success rate of EES-DCR in Asians.Qing-Shan Ji Jing-Xiang Zhong Yun-Hai Tu Wen-Can Wu 2012International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2012,5,6:6

11High levels of circulating GM-CSF^(+) CD4^(+) T cells are predictive of poor outcomes in sepsis patients: a prospective cohort study显示文摘Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF),produced by CD4^(+)T cells,has recently been implicated in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases,such as multiple sclerosis and juvenile arthritis.However,the role of GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells in sepsis remains unknown.This study reports peripheral changes in GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells in septic patients and the possible underlying mechanism by which GM-CSF influences the outcome of sepsis.Forty-three septic patients,20 SIRS patients,and 20 healthy controls were enrolled in this study and followed for 28 days to assess mortality.We measured the peripheral frequency of GM-CSF^(+)CD4^(+)T cells and recorded their associated relationship with disease progression.Our data demonstrated that peripheral GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells were significantly higher in septic patients than in both SIRS patients and healthy controls.These cells exhibit a memory phenotype and impaired IFN-γ-secreting capacity in sepsis patients.Using a receiver operating curve analysis with 8.01%as a cut-off point,the percentage of GM-CSF^(+)CD4^(+)T cells could predict the outcome of septic patients.Combined with the increase in GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells,inflammatory cytokines IL-1βand IL-6 were also upregulated.Using an in vitro neutrophil model,we found that GM-CSF inhibited C3aR expression,while inducing IL-8 production.Furthermore,this effect was transferrable in plasma from sepsis patients and was attenuated by inhibition of GM-CSF using an anti-GM-CSF antibody.These results indicate that GM-CSF-producing CD4^(+)T cells may serve as a marker of sepsis severity.Thus,targeting GM-CSF overproduction may benefit sepsis patients.Huihuang Huang Siyu Wang Tianjun Jiang Rong Fan Zheng Zhang Jinsong Mu Ke Li Yonggang Wang Lei Jin Fang Lin Jie Xia Lijian Sun Biao Xu Chengcheng Ji Jing Chen Juan Chang Bo Tu Bing Song Chao Zhang Fu-Sheng Wang Ruonan Xu 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,6:6
12Inhibition of cyclooxygenase-2 activity in subchondral bone modifies a subtype of osteoarthritis显示文摘Osteoarthritis(OA) causes the destruction of joints. Its pathogenesis is still under investigation, and there is no effective diseasemodifying therapy. Here, we report that elevated cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) expression in the osteocytes of subchondral bone causes both spontaneous OA and rheumatoid arthritis(RA). The knockout of COX-2 in osteocytes or treatment with a COX-2 inhibitor effectively rescues the structure of subchondral bone and attenuates cartilage degeneration in spontaneous OA(STR/Ort)mice and tumor necrosis factor-α transgenic RA mice. Thus, elevated COX-2 expression in subchondral bone induces both OAassociated and RA-associated joint cartilage degeneration. 13Effects of Electroacupuncture Intervention on Expression of Cyclooxygenase 2 and Microglia in Spinal Cord in Rat Model of Neuropathic Pain显示文摘Objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture(EA) treatment on the expression of cyclooxygenase(COX) 2 and microglia in spinal cord by using rat model of neuropathic pain, and to probe into the relationship between COX 2 and microglia. Methods: The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, including normal control group, model group, sham group, EA 1 group(distant acupoints + local acupoints), EA 2 group(local acupoints), and EA 3 group(distant acupoints). Thermal withdrawal latencies were evaluated at 1 day preoperatively and 3, 5 and 7 days postoperatively. At 7 days postoperatively, the spinal COX 2 m RNA was detected by reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction. Double immunofluorescent staining technology was applied to screen and verify the relationship between altered COX 2 and microglia. Results: Compared with the model group, thermal withdrawal latencies increased after EA treatment(P<0.01). The expressions of COX 2 m RNA were up-regulated in spinal cord of rat on day 7 after surgery(P<0.05). Compared with the model group, EA stimulation(EA 1 and EA 2 groups) reversed the up-regulation of COX 2 m RNA expression(P<0.05). EA 1 and EA 2 groups might have better treatment effect compared with the EA 3 group. Fluorescent images displayed COX 2 and microglia expressed at common areas. Conclusions: EA was effective in analgesic and anti-inflammatory. EA has decreased the expression of spinal COX 2 m RNA in the trend of the therapeutic effect of 'distant acupoints + local acupoints', and 'local acupoints' intervention may be superior to that of 'distant acupoints' intervention. 14Determination of the metastable zone and induction time of thiourea for cooling crystallization显示文摘The solubility,metastable zone width(MSZW),and induction time of thiourea for cooling crystallization were experimentally determined in the temperature range of 283-323 K.The solubility data could be well described by the Apelblat equation model as lnx=-99.55+1071.66/T+16.27 lnT.The determinations of the effects of various stirring and cooling rates indicated that the MSZW increased with increasing and decreasing cooling and stirring rates,respectively.Furthermore,the induction times at various temperatures and supersaturation ratios were also measured.The results indicated that homogeneous nucleation could occur at high supersaturation,whereas heterogeneous nucleation was more likely to occur at low supersaturation.Based on the classical nucleation theory and induction period data,the calculated solid-liquid interfacial tensions of thiourea in deionized water at 302.46 and 312.58 K were 2.86 and 2.94 mJ·m^(-2),respectively.Tong Zhou Chunzhao Tu Ya Sun Linan Ji Chuangxian Bian Xiaohua Lu Changsong Wang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,3:3
15Forecasting Scenario Generation for Multiple Wind Farms Considering Time-series Characteristics and Spatial-temporal Correlation显示文摘Scenario forecasting methods have been widely studied in recent years to cope with the wind power uncertainty problem. The main difficulty of this problem is to accurately and comprehensively reflect the time-series characteristics and spatial-temporal correlation of wind power generation. In this paper, the marginal distribution model and the dependence structure are combined to describe these complex characteristics. On this basis, a scenario generation method for multiple wind farms is proposed. For the marginal distribution model, the autoregressive integrated moving average-generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedasticity-t (ARIMA-GARCH-t) model is proposed to capture the time-series characteristics of wind power generation. For the dependence structure, a time-varying regular vine mixed Copula (TRVMC) model is established to capture the spatial-temporal correlation of multiple wind farms. Based on the data from 8 wind farms in Northwest China, sufficient scenarios are generated. The effectiveness of the scenarios is evaluated in 3 aspects. 16Vacuum-tuned-atmosphere induced assembly of Au@Ag core/shell nanocubes into multi-dimensional superstructures and the ultrasensitive IAPP proteins SERS detection显示文摘Utilizing vacuum-tuned-atmosphere induced dip coating method,we achieve the cross-dimensional macroscopic diverse self-assemblies by using one building block with one chemical functionality.Coordinated modulating the vacuum degree,colloid concentration and evaporation atmosphere,Au@Ag core/shell nanocubes (NCs) can controllably assemble into diverse multi-dimensional superstructures.Under 0.08 MPa,we obtained the two-dimensional (2D) stepped superstructures with continuously tunable step width.In addition,we generated a series of tailorable nanoscale-roughened 2D Au@Ag NCs superstructures at 0.04 MPa,which exhibited the label-free ultrasensitive SERS detection for the different mutants of IAPP8-37 proteins.Under 0.01 MPa,we obtained the cross-dimensional tailorable Au@Ag NCs assemblies from random to macroscale 2D and three-dimensional (3D) densest superstructures by adjusting the capping ligand-environmental molecule interactions.This is a flexible method to generate as-prepared Au@Ag core/shell NCs into well-defined macroscopic diverse superstructures and to promote the exploitation into biological applications.Meng Xu Guopeng Tu Muwei Ji Xiaodong Wan Jiajia Liu Jia Liu Hongpan Rong Yanlian Yang Chen Wang Jiatao Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3
17Effect of pulsatile perfusion during cardiopulmonary bypass in terms of radial artery sphygmogram显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate a quantitative method for using radial artery pulse waveforms to assess the effect of pulsatile flow during cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).METHODS: A total of 34 adults with heart disease who underwent open-heart surgery between April2010 and January 2011 were randomized into a pulsatile perfusion group(n=17) and a non-pulsatile perfusion group(n=17). Radial arterial pulse waveforms of pulsatile and non-pulsatile perfusion patients were observed and compared before and during CPB.RESULTS: No pulse waveform could be detected at patients' radial artery in both groups when the aorta was cross-clamped. Pulse waveforms could be detected at pulsatile perfusion patients' radial artery, but could not be detected at non-pulsatile perfusion patients' radial artery during CPB. 19Growth performance and rumen microorganism differ between segregated weaning lambs and grazing lambs显示文摘Two feeding patterns of the segregated weaning or grazing in the pasture are carried out worldwide in animal production.To investigate the difference of growth performance and rumen microorganism population related to methane metabolism in the two feeding patterns,three groups of lambs(70 in total)were used:Weaning at 21 days old and being subjected to high-concentration diets(3WK group with 20 lambs),weaning at 35 days old and being subjected to high-concentration diets(5WK group with 20 lambs),or grazing at pasture with the nursing mother(Grazing group with 30 lambs).The growth performance,pH value of rumen content,and the rumen microbes were investigated during weaning period and fattening period with approximately 3 months.Our results showed that lambs in 3WK and 5WK groups demonstrated a better growth performance than the lambs in Grazing group,but no significant difference was observed in the pH value between the three groups(P>0.05).The total rumen bacterial population of the Grazing lambs was significantly lower than that of3WK lambs(P<0.05)and 5WK lambs(P<0.05);however,the population of methanogens was 4.2-and 2.7-fold lower in the3WK(P<0.05)and 5WK(P<0.05)lambs compared with Grazing lambs,respectively;protozoa were also 3.5-and 3.4-fold lower in the 3WK(P<0.05)and 5WK(P<0.05)lambs,respectively.The results revealed that segregated weaning lambs may have better growth performance,and reduce methane-producing microbes.JI Shou-kun JIANG Cheng-gang LI Rui DIAO Qi-yu TU Yan ZHANG Nai-feng SI Bing-wen 2016Journal of Integrative Agriculture2016,15,4:2
