2Effect of cerium addition on catalytic performance of PtSnNa/ZSM-5 catalyst for propane dehydrogenation显示文摘The effect of cerium addition on the catalytic performance of propane dehydrogenation over PtSnNa/ZSM-5 catalyst has been investigated by reaction tests and some physicochemical characterization such as XRD,BET,TEM,XPS,NH 3-TPD,H 2 chemisorption,TPR and TPO techniques.It has been found that with suitable amount of cerium addition,the platinum dispersion increased,while the carbon deposition tended to be eliminated easily.In these cases,the presence of cerium could not only realize the better distribution of metallic particles on the support,but also strengthen the interactions between Sn species and the support.Additionally,XPS spectra confirmed that more amounts of tin could exist in oxidized form,which was advantageous to the reaction.In our experiments,PtSnNaCe(1.1 wt%)/ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performance.After running the reaction for 750 h,propane conversion was maintained higher than 30% with the corresponding selectivity to propylene of about 97%.Mengwei Xue Yuming Zhou Yiwei Zhang Xuan Liu Yongzheng Duan Xiaoli Sheng 2012Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,3:6
3Au nanorods decorated TiO_(2)nanobelts with enhanced full solar spectrum photocatalytic antibacterial activity and the sterilization file cabinet application显示文摘TiO_(2)photocatalysts have been widely studied and applied for removing bacteria,but its antibacterial efficiency is limited to the ultraviolet(UV)range of the solar spectrum.In this work,we use the gold(Au)nanorods to enhance the visible and near-infrared(NIR)light absorption of TiO_(2)NBs,a typical UV light photocatalyst,thus the enhancement of its full solar spectrum(UV,visible and NIR)photocatalytic antibacterial properties is achieved.Preliminary surface plasmon resonance(SPR)enhancement photocatalytic antibacterial mechanism is suggested.On one hand,transverse and longitudinal SPR of Au NRs is beneficial for visible and NIR light utilization.On the other hand,Au NRs combined with TiO_(2)NBs to form the heterostructure,which can improve the photogenerated carrier separation and direct electron transfer increases the hot electron concentration while Au NRs as the electron channel can well restrain charge recombination.finally produces the high yield of radical oxygen species and exhibits a superior antibacterial efficiency.Furthermore,we design a sterilization file cabinet with Au NR/TiO_(2)NB heterostructures as the photocatalytic coating plates.Our study reveals that Au NR/TiO_(2)NB heterostructure is a potential candidate for sterilization of bacteria and archives protection.Yingying Qin Yichen Guo Zhangqian Liang Yanjun Xue Xiaoli Zhang Lei Yang Jian Tian 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4:6

5KRAS-G12D mutation drives immune suppression and the primary resistance of anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer显示文摘Background:Although immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)against programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)and its ligand PD-L1 have demonstrated potency towards treating patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC),the potential association between Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)oncogene substitutions and the efficacy of ICIs remains unclear.In this study,we aimed to find point mutations in the KRAS gene resistant to ICIs and elucidate resistance mechanism.Methods:The association between KRAS variant status and the efficacy of ICIs was explored with a clinical cohort(n=74),and confirmed with a mouse model.In addition,the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)of KRASmutant NSCLC,such as CD8+tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and PD-L1 level,was investigated.Cell lines expressing classic KRAS substitutions were used to explore signaling pathway activation involved in the formation of TIME.Furthermore,interventions that improved TIME were developed to increase responsiveness to ICIs.Results:We observed the inferior efficacy of ICIs in KRAS-G12D-mutant NSCLC.Based upon transcriptome data and immunostaining results from KRAS-mutant NSCLC,KRAS-G12D point mutation negatively correlated with PD-L1 level and secretion of chemokines CXCL10/CXCL11 that led to a decrease in CD8+TILs,which in turn yielded an immunosuppressive TIME.The analysis of cell lines overexpressing classic KRAS substitutions further revealed that KRAS-G12D mutation suppressed PD-L1 level via the P70S6K/PI3K/AKT axis and reduced CXCL10/CXCL11 levels by down-regulating high mobility group protein A2(HMGA2)level.Notably,paclitaxel,a chemotherapeutic agent,upregulated HMGA2 level,and in turn,stimulated the secretion of CXCL10/CXCL11.Moreover,PD-L1 blockade combined with paclitaxel significantly suppressed tumor growth compared with PD-L1 inhibitor monotherapy in a mouse model with KRAS-G12D-mutant lung adenocarcinoma.Further analyses revealed that the combined treatment significantly enhanced the recruitment of CD8+TILs via the up-regulation of CXCL10/CXCL11 levels.Results of clinical study also revealed the superior efficacy of chemo-immunotherapy in patients with KRAS-G12D-mutant NSCLC compared with ICI monotherapy.Conclusions:Our study elucidated the molecular mechanism by which KRASG12D mutation drives immunosuppression and enhances resistance of ICIs in NSCLC.Importantly,our findings demonstrate that ICIs in combination with chemotherapy may be more effective in patients with KRAS-G12D-mutant NSCLC.Chengming Liu Sufei Zheng Zhanyu Wang Sihui Wang Xinfeng Wang Lu Yang Haiyan Xu Zheng Cao Xiaoli Feng Qi Xue Yan Wang Nan Sun Jie He 2022Cancer Communications2022,42,9:4
6Effect of bio-column composed of aged refuse on methane abatement-A novel configuration of biological oxidation in refuse landfill显示文摘An experimental bio-column composed of aged refuse was installed around the exhaust pipe as a new way to mitigate methane in refuse landfill.One of the objectives of this work was to assess the effect of aged refuse thickness in bio-column on reducing CH 4 emissions.Over the study period,methane oxidation was observed at various thicknesses,5 cm (small size),10 cm (middle size) and 15 cm (large size),representing one to three times of pipeline diameters.The middle and large size both showed over 90% methane conversion,and the highest methane conversion rate of above 95% occurred in the middle-size column cell.Michaelis-Menten equation addressed the methanotrophs diffusion in different layers of the bio-columns.Maximum methanotrophic activity (V max) measured at the three thicknesses ranged from 6.4 × 10 3 to 15.6 × 10 3 units,and the half-saturation value (K M) ranged from 0.85% to 1.67%.Both the highest V max and K M were observed at the middle-size of the bio-column,as well as the largest methanotrophs population,suggesting a significant efficiency of methane mitigation happened in the optimum zone with greatest affinity and methanotrophic bacteria activities.Therefore,bio-column is a potential style for methane abatement in landfill,and the aged refuse both naturally formed and artificially placed in the column plays a critical role in CH 4 emission.Dan Han Youcai Zhao Binjie Xue Xiaoli Chai 2010Journal of Environmental Sciences2010,22,5:4
7Propane Dehydrogenation on PtSnNa/AlSBA-15 Catalyst:Influence of Tin as a Promoter显示文摘PtSnNa/AlSBA-15 catalysts with different amounts of Sn were prepared for propane dehydrogenation.The catalysts were characterized by XRF,BET,H2 chemisorption,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR,and TPO techniques.Test results indicated that the presence of tin not only modified the acid function and the interfacial character between metal and support,but also reduced the coke deposition effectively.Among these catalysts investigated thereby,the PtSn(0.7%)Na/AlSBA-15 catalyst had the best catalytic performance in terms of propane conversion and stability.With the continuous addition of Sn,more amounts of Sn0 species appeared,which was unfavorable to the reaction.The PtSn(0.7%)Na/AlSBA-15 catalyst was parametrically characterized in order to obtain necessary information to integrate the process operating conditions.A weight hourly space velocity of 3 h-1,a reaction temperature of 610 ℃ and a H2/C3H8 molar ratio of 0.25 were found to be optimum conditions for achieving a higher dehydrogenation activity of the catalyst.Duan Yongzheng Zhou Yuming Zhang Yiwei Sheng Xiaoli Xue Mengwei 2012China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2012,14,1:4
8Associations of PGK1 promoter hypomethylation and PGK1-mediated PDHK1 phosphorylation with cancer stage and prognosis:a TCGA pan-cancer analysis显示文摘Background:Cancer cells reprogram metabolism for proliferation.Phosphoglycerate kinase 1(PGK1),as a glycolytic enzyme and newly identified protein kinase,coordinates glycolysis and mitochondrial metabolism.However,the clini-cal significance of PGK1 expression and function in cancer progression is unclear.Here,we investigated the relation-ship between the progression and prognosis of multiple cancer types and PGK1 expression and its function in the mitochondrial metabolism regulation.Methods:We performed pan-cancer analyses of PGK1 mRNA level and DNA methylation in 11,908 tumor tissues and 1582 paired normal tissues across 34 cancer types in The Cancer Genome Atlas datasets.Using specific antibodies against PGK1 S203 and PDHK1 T338 phosphorylation,we performed immunohistochemistry with tissue microarray assay in additional 818 cancer cases with 619 paired normal tissues from five cancer types.Results:The PGK1 mRNA level was significantly elevated with hypomethylation in promotor regions and associated with advanced TNM stage in 15 and four cancer types,respectively.In breast carcinoma,elevated PGK1 mRNA level and promoter hypomethylation were associated with poor prognosis.Positively correlated PGK1 S203 and PDHK1 T338 phosphorylation levels were significantly associated with short overall survival(OS)in cancers of the breast,liver,lung,stomach,and esophagus and with advanced TNM stage in breast and esophageal cancers.PGK1 pS203 and PDHK1 pT338 were also independent predictors of short OS in liver,lung,and stomach cancer.Conclusions:The elevated expression,promoter hypomethylation,and phosphorylation of PGK1 and PDHK1 were related with disease progression and short OS in diverse types of cancer.PGK1 and PDHK1 phosphorylation may be potential prognostic biomarkers.Fei Shao Xueying Yang Wei Wang Juhong Wang Wei Guo Xiaoli Feng Susheng Shi Qi Xue Shugeng Gao Yibo Gao Zhimin Lu Jie He 2019Cancer Communications2019,39,1:4

10Factor analysis of earthquake-induced geological disasters of the M7.0 Lushan earthquake in China显示文摘The seismic intensities,lithologic characteristics and terrain features from a 3000 km2-region near the epicenter of the Lushan earthquake are used to analyze earthquake-induced geological disaster.The preliminary results indicate that secondary effects of the earthquake will affect specific areas,including those with glutenite and carbonate bedrock,a seismic intensity of IX,slopes between 40° and 50°,elevations of less than 2500 m,slope change rates between 20° and 30°,slope curvatures from-1 to-0.5 and 0.5 to 1,and relief between 50 and 100 m.Regions with susceptibility indices greater than 0.71 are prone to landslides and collapses.The secondary features are mainly distributed on both sides of the ridges that extend from Baosheng to Shuangshi and from Baosheng to Longxing.Other features are scattered on both sides of the ridges that extend from Qishuping to Baosheng and from Masangping to Lingguan.The distribution of the earthquake-related features trends in the NE direction,and the area that was most affected by the Lushan earthquake covers approximately 52.4 km2.Li Xue Liu Xiaoli Li Jinggang Wang Qiuliang Liao Wulin Zhang Lifen 2013Geodesy and Geodynamics2013,4,2:3
11Self-thinning lines and allometric relation in Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata) stands显示文摘We calculated a self-thinning exponent of 1.05 for tree mass using the 3/2 power equation in 93 Cunninghamia lanceolata plots.According to Weller's allometric model,the self-thinning exponent for tree mass was calculated as 1.28 from the allometric exponents h and d.The both self-thinning exponents were significantly lower than 3/2.The self-thinning exponent of organs was estimated to be 1.42 for stems,0.93 for branches,0.96 for leaves,1.35 for roots and 1.28 for shoots,respectively.The self-thinning exponent of stem mass was not significantly different from 3/2,whereas thinning exponents of trees,branches,leaves and roots were significantly lower than 3/2.The stand leaf mass and stand branch mass were constant regardless of the stand density.The scaling relations among branch,leaf,stem,root and shoot mass(MB,ML,MS,MR and MA,respectively) showed that MB and ML scaled as the3/4 power of MS,whereas MS or MA scaled isometrically with respect to MR.Li Xue Xiaoli Hou Qiujing Li Yunting Hao 2015Journal of Forestry Research2015,26,2:3

15Deficiency of two-pore segment channel 2 contributes to systemic lupus erythematosus via regulation of apoptosis and cell cycle显示文摘Background:Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a complex autoimmune disease,and the mechanism of SLE is yet to be fully elucidated.The aim of this study was to explore the role of two-pore segment channel 2(TPCN2)in SLE pathogenesis.Methods:Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was used to detect the expression ofTPCN2 in SLE.We performed a loss-of-function assay by lentiviral construct in Jurkat and THP-1 cell.Knockdown ofTPCN2 were confirmed at the RNA level by qRT-PCR and protein level by Western blotting.Cell Count Kit-8 and flow cytometry were used to analyze the cell proliferation,apoptosis,and cell cycle ofTPCN2-deficient cells.In addition,gene expression profile ofTPCN2-deficient cells was analyzed by RNA sequencing(RNA-seq).Results:TPCN2 knockdown with short hairpin RNA(shRNA)-mediated lentiviruses inhibited cell proliferation,and induced apoptosis and cell-cycle arrest of G2/M phase in both Jurkat and THP-1 cells.We analyzed the transcriptome of knockdown-TPCN2-Jurkat cells,and screened the differential genes,which were enriched for the G2/M checkpoint,complement,and interleukin-6-Janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription pathways,as well as changes in levels of forkhead box O,phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B/mechanistic target of rapamycin,and T cell receptor pathways;moreover,TPCN2 significantly influenced cellular processes and biological regulation.Conclusion:TPCN2 might be a potential protective factor against SLE.Keke Li Jingkai Xu Ke Xue Ruixing Yu Chengxu Li Wenmin Fei Xiaoli Ning Yang Han Ziyi Wang Jun Shu Yong Cui 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,4:2
16A Fusion Kalman Filter and UFIR Estimator Using the Influence Function Method显示文摘In this paper,the Kalman filter(KF)and the unbiased finite impulse response(UFIR)filter are fused in the discrete-time state-space to improve robustness against uncertainties.To avoid the problem where fusion filters may give up some advantages of UFIR filters by fusing based on noise statistics,we attempt to find a way to fuse without using noise statistics.The fusion filtering algorithm is derived using the influence function that provides a quantified measure for disturbances on the resulting filtering outputs and is termed as an influence finite impulse response(IFIR)filter.The main advantage of the proposed method is that the noise statistics of process noise and measurement noise are no longer required in the fusion process,showing that a critical feature of the UFIR filter is inherited.One numerical example and a practice-oriented case are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.It is shown that the IFIR filter has adaptive performance and can automatically switch from the Kalman estimate to the UFIR estimates according to operating conditions.Moreover,the proposed method can reduce the effects of optimal horizon length on the UFIR estimate and can give the state estimates of best accuracy among all the compared methods.Wei Xue Xiaoli Luan Shunyi Zhao Fei Liu 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,4:2
17Genistein modulates MMP-26 and estrogen receptor expression in endometrial cancer cells显示文摘Objective:To explore the mechanism of the estrogen-like effect of genistein by observing the expression of Matrix metalloproteinases-26(MMP-26)and ERa in human endometrial cancer cells(Ishikawa and HEC-1B)in vitro.Methods:The effect of genistein on MMP-26 and ERa expression was examined by western blot in cultured Ishikawa and HEC-1B cells.Additionally,the effects of genistein on ERa-ERE-luc and ERb-ERE-luc reporter gene expression in HEC-1B cells were analyzed by luciferase activity assays.Results:MMP-26 and ERa protein expression was down-regulated by genistein treatment in Ishikawa cell induced by high concentration E2,whereas MMP-26 and ERa protein expression was up-regulated by genistein treatment in Ishikawa cells induced by low concentration E2.Expression of the ERa-ERE-luc and ERb-ERE-luc reporter genes was significantly increased after E2 induction and was further up-regulated by genistein.Expression of ERa-ERE-luc and ERb-ERE-luc reporter genes decreased significantly following genistein treatment in high E2 concentrations,and increased significantly following genistein treatment in low E2 concentrations.Conclusions:Genistein showed estrogen-like effects in endometrial cancer cells and influenced estrogen receptor signaling by modulating ERa and ERb expression.Xiaoli Liu Xiaoou Xue Hao Wang Xiaomei Xu 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2016,3,4:2
18Construction of bifunctional single-atom catalysts on the optimized β-Mo_(2)C surface for highly selective hydrogenation of CO_(2) into ethanol显示文摘Green and economical CO_(2)utilization is significant for CO_(2)emission reduction and energy development.Here,the 1D Mo_(2)C nanowires with dominant(101)crystal surfaces were modified by the deposition of atomic functional components Rh and K.While unmodifiedβMo_(2)C could only convert CO_(2)to methanol,the designed catalyst of K_(0.2)Rh_(0.2)/β-Mo_(2)C exhibited up to 72.1%of ethanol selectivity at 150℃.It was observed that the atomically dispersed Rh could form the bifunctional active centres with the active carrierβMo_(2)C with the synergistic effects to achieve highly specific controlled C–C coupling.By promoting the CO_(2)adsorption and activation,the introduction of an alkali metal(K)mainly regulated the balanced performance of the two active centres,which in turn improved the hydrogenation selectivity.Overall,the controlled modification ofβMo_(2)C provides a new design strategy for the highly efficient,lowtemperature hydrogenation of CO_(2)to ethanol with single-atom catalysts,which provides an excellent example for the rational design of the complex catalysts.Xue Ye Junguo Ma Wenguang Yu Xiaoli Pan Chongya Yang Chang Wang Qinggang Liu Yanqiang Huang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,4:2
19Association of myostatin Variants with Growth Traits of Zhikong Scallop(Chlamys farreri)显示文摘Scallop is a popular sea food and an important aquaculture shellfish.Identification of genes and genetic variants relating to scallop growth could benefit high-yielding scallop breeding.Myostatin(MSTN) is a conservative regulator of muscle growth,and has become one of the most important target genes for genetic improvement of the production of farmed animals.In this study,four single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) were identified in the 5' flanking region of MSTN gene(Cf MSTN) in Zhikong scallop(Chlamys farreri).The association of these SNPs with scallop growth traits,including shell length,shell height,body weight and striated muscle weight was analyzed.The SNP g-1162G>T was found to associate with shell length,shell height,and striated muscle weight.The TT type scallops showed significantly higher trait values than those of GT type,and the GG type individuals exhibited median values.On the contrary,significantly more Cf MSTN transcripts were detected in the striated muscle of GT type scallops than in those of TT and GG type ones.Our results suggested that Cf MSTN might regulate the scallop muscle growth negatively,and SNP g-1162G>T can be used as a candidate marker for the selective breeding of high-yielding scallop.FU Qiang GUO Huihui FENG Liying LI Xue ZHANG Lingling WANG Shi HU Xiaoli BAO Zhenmin 2016Journal of Ocean University of China2016,15,1:2
20Expression of P-gp and miRNA-21 in Colorectal Cancer Tissues and the Clinical Significance显示文摘[Objectives]To study the expression of P-gp and miRNA-21 in colorectal cancer tissues and the relationship between the expression of P-gp and clinicopathological features,and to analyze the correlation between the expression of miRNA-21 and P-gp.[Methods]Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression level of P-gp in the tissues of 40 cases of colorectal cancer and the normal mucosal tissues 5 cm away from the corresponding cancer tissues,and the expression level of miRNA-21 in the paraffin tissues of the 40 cases was detected by RT-qPCR.[Results]The positive expression of P-gp was localized in the cell membrane,and the expression in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the corresponding adjacent tissues(P<0.05);the positive expression of P-gp was closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation and the depth of invasion(P<0.05),and the comparison results of P-gp expression in the differentiation groups of different cancer tissues showed that the expression level of P-gp in the moderately and poorly differentiated groups was significantly higher than that in the highly differentiated group(P<0.05),and the expression level of the moderately and poorly differentiated groups was similar(P>0.05).The expression of miRNA-21 in all cancer tissues was higher than that in the corresponding adjacent tissues(P<0.05),and the expression levels of miRNA-21 in differentiation groups of different cancer tissues were 1.286,1.445 and 1.992 times of those in the corresponding adjacent tissues,respectively;the comparison results of miRNA-21 between different differentiation groups showed that the expression level of miRNA-21 in the poorly differentiated group was significantly higher than that in the highly differentiated group and the moderately differentiated group(P<0.05),while the expression level of miRNA-21 in the highly differentiated group and the moderately differentiated group was similar(P>0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation on the expression between the two in colorectal cancer tissues(r=0.423,P<0.05).[Conclusions]The expression levels of miRNA-21 and P-gp are closely related to the differentiation degree of clinical colorectal cancer,the lower the differentiation degree,the higher the expression level of the two.Xiaoli YAN Peng YAN Yanfang FAN Jing XUE Mingjuan WANG Jining ZHENG 2020Medicinal Plant2020,11,6:1
