| 1 | Intelligent and connected vehicles: Current status and future perspectives显示文摘Intelligent connected vehicles(ICVs) are believed to change people's life in the near future by making the transportation safer,cleaner and more comfortable. Although many prototypes of ICVs have been developed to prove the concept of autonomous driving and the feasibility of improving traffic efficiency, there still exists a significant gap before achieving mass production of high-level ICVs. The objective of this study is to present an overview of both the state of the art and future perspectives of key technologies that are needed for future ICVs. It is a challenging task to review all related works and predict their future perspectives, especially for such a complex and interdisciplinary area of research. This article is organized to overview the ICV key technologies by answering three questions: what are the milestones in the history of ICVs; what are the electronic components needed for building an ICV platform; and what are the essential algorithms to enable intelligent driving? To answer the first question, the article has reviewed the history and the development milestones of ICVs. For the second question, the recent technology advances in electrical/electronic architecture, sensors, and actuators are presented. For the third question, the article focuses on the algorithms in decision making, as the perception and control algorithm are covered in the development of sensors and actuators. To achieve correct decision-making, there exist two different approaches: the principle-based approach and data-driven approach. The advantages and limitations of both approaches are explained and analyzed. Currently automotive engineers are concerned more with the vehicle platform technology, whereas the academic researchers prefer to focus on theoretical algorithms. | 3 | Genetic Types and Metallogenic Model for the Polymetallic Copper–Gold Deposits in the Tongling Ore District, Anhui Province, Eastern China显示文摘The Tongling ore district is one of the most economically important ore areas in the Middle–Lower Yangtze River Metallogenic Belt, eastern China. It contains hundreds of polymetallic copper–gold deposits and occurrences. Those deposits are mainly clustered(from west to east) within the Tongguanshan, Shizishan, Xinqiao, Fenghuangshan, and Shatanjiao orefields. Until recently, the majority of these deposits were thought to be skarn-or porphyry–skarn-type deposits; however there have been recent discoveries of numerous vein-type Au, Ag, and Pb-Zn deposits that do not fall into either of these categories. This indicates that there is some uncertainty over this classification. Here, we present the results of several systematic geological studies of representative deposits in the Tongling ore district. From investigation of the ore-controlling structures, lithology of the host rock, mineral assemblages, and the characteristics of the mineralization and alteration within these deposits, three genetic types of deposits(skarn-, porphyry-, and vein-type deposits) have been identified. The spatial and temporal relationships between the orebodies and Yanshanian intrusions combined with the sources of the ore-forming fluids and metals, as well as the geodynamic setting of this ore district, indicate that all three deposit types are genetically related each other and constitute a magmatic–hydrothermal system. This study outlines a model that relates the polymetallic copper–gold porphyry-, skarn-, and vein-type deposits within the Tongling ore district. | 4 | Targeted Double Negative Properties in Silver/Silica Random Metamaterials by Precise Control of Microstructures显示文摘Te mechanism of negative permittivity/permeability is still unclear in the random metamaterials,where the precise control of microstructure and electromagnetic properties is also a challenge due to its random characteristic.Here silver was introduced into porous SiO_(2) microsphere matrix by a self-assemble and template method to construct the random metamaterials.Te distribution of silver was restricted among the interstices of SiO_(2) microspheres,which lead to the precise regulation of electrical percolation(from hoping to Drude-type conductivity)with increasing silver content.Negative permittivity came from the plasma-like behavior of silver network,and its value and frequency dispersion were further adjusted by Lorentz-type dielectric response.During this process,the frequency of epsilon-near-zero(ENZ)could be adjusted accordingly.Negative permeability was well explained by the magnetic response of eddy current in silver micronetwork.Te calculation results indicated that negative permeability has a linear relation with ω^(0.5),showing a relaxation-type spectrum,diferent from the“magnetic plasma”of periodic metamaterials.Electromagnetic simulations demonstrated that negative permittivity materials and ENZ materials,with the advantage of enhanced absorption(40dB)and intelligent frequency selection even in a thin thickness(0.1 mm),could have potentials for electromagnetic attenuation and shielding.Tis work provides a clear physical image for the theoretical explanation of negative permittivity and negative permeability in random metamaterials,as well as a novel strategy to precisely control the microstructure of random metamaterials. | Peitao Xie Zidong Zhang Zhongyang Wang Kai Sun Runhua Fan | 2019 | Research2019,,1: | 6 |
| 5 | Epsilon-negative BaTiO_(3)/Cu composites with high thermal conductivity and yet low electrical conductivity显示文摘Epsilon-negative materials with high thermal conductivity and low electrical conductivity are of great importance for high power microwave devices.In this work,BaTiO_(3)/Cu composites,as a class of epsilonnegative materials,are rationally designed to achieve a high thermal conductivity yet maintaining the electrical insulative character.Negative permittivity behavior induced by dielectric resonance and plasma oscillation is observed in these BaTiO_(3)/Cu composites,which can be explained by the Lorentz and Drude model respectively.An outstanding absorption ability is achieved near the zero-cross point of the permittivity.Benefiting from the positive temperature coefficient of resistance and the weak temperature dependence of thermal conductivity in BaTiO_(3)/Cu composites,sample containing 22.3 vol% of Cu content exhibits a thermal conductivity of up to 17.7 W/(m·k)and an electrical conductivity down to 0.0022(Ω cm)^(-1) at 150℃.Therefore,BaTiO_(3)/Cu composite is a promising candidate for applications in electromagnetic attenuation and thermal management. | Zhongyang Wang Kai Sun Peitao Xie Yao Liu Qilin Gu Runhua Fan John Wang | 2020 | Journal of Materiomics2020,6,1: | 3 |
| 6 | 1,5-Anhydroglucitol Predicts Mortality in Patients with HBV-Related Acute-on-chronic Liver Failure显示文摘Background and Aims:1,5-Anhydroglucitol(1,5AG)activ-ity has been reported in chronic liver disease.Hepatitis B vi-rus(HBV)-related acute-on-chronic liver failure(HBV-ACLF)patients have a high mortality.We aimed to discover the re-lationship between serum 1,5AG and the prognosis of HBV-ACLF.Methods:Serum 1,5AG levels were determined in 333 patients with HBV-ACLF,300 without diabetes were allo-cated to derivation(n=206)and validation cohorts(n=94),and 33 were recruited to evaluate 1,5AG in those with diabe-tes.Forty patients with chronic hepatitis B,40 with liver cir-rhosis,and 40 healthy people were controls in the validation cohort.Results:In the derivation and validation cohorts,serum 1,5AG levels were significantly lower in nonsurvivors than in survivors.The AUC of 1,5AG for 28-day mortality was 0.811.In patients with diabetes,serum 1,5AG levels were also significantly lower in nonsurvivors than in survi-vors.In multivariate Cox regression analysis,serum 1,5AG levels were independently associated with 28-day mortal-ity.A novel predictive model(ACTIG)based on 1,5AG,age,TB,cholesterol,and INR was derived to predict mortality.In ACTIG,the AUC for 28-day mortality was 0.914,which was superior to some prognostic score models.ACTIG was also comparable to those prognostic score models in pre-dicting 6-month mortality.In mice with D-galactosamine/lipopolysaccharide-induced liver failure,1,5AG levels were significantly reduced in serum and significantly increased in urine and liver tissue.Conclusions:Serum 1,5AG levels are a promising predictor of short-term mortality in HBV-ACLF patients.The 1,5AG distribution changed in mice with D-galactosamine/lipopolysaccharide-induced liver failure. | Lingjian Zhang Yalei Zhao Zhongyang Xie Lanlan Xiao Qingqing Hu Qian Li Shima Tang Jie Wang Lanjuan Li | 2022 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,4: | 1 |

| 8 | Experimental Study on Coal Partial Gasification Coproducing Char,Tar,and Gas显示文摘The coal partial gasification process produces a large number of chars.They have similar combustion characteristics to anthracite and can be utilized as a material manufacturing clean briquette to replace residential coal to achieve clean combustion.Moreover,the coal partial gasification produced more tar at relatively low temperature,which can be applied as naphtha or diesel after purification and hydrogenation.Herein,experiments of coal partial gasification coproducing char,tar,and gas are carried out on a bench-scale fluidized bed reactor during the temperature range of 625–762℃.The effect of equivalence ratio on the characteristics of coal partial gasification products is studied.The results show that the equivalence ratio increasing from 0.06 to 0.13 leads to a higher partial gasification temperature and lower char yield,and tar yield reaches a maximum value and the lower calorific value of gas reaches as high as 6.14 MJ/m^(3).When the gasification temperature is lower than 643℃,the increase in temperature promotes the generation of oxygen-containing functional groups and aromatic compounds in coal particles,and the microstructures of char become more disordered.The combustion stability of char is getting worse,whereas the pore structures in char become abundant at high temperatures.From the analysis of the tar chromatography column,it is observed that asphaltene and non-hydrocarbon account for 77%–88%of the total amount of tar. | SONG Xue WANG Qinhui ZHU Yao XIE Guilin ZHU Deao CEN Jianmeng LUO Zhongyang | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,6: | 0 |
| 9 | Human menstrual blood-derived stem cells alleviate autoimmune hepatitis via JNK/MAPK signaling pathway in vivo and in vitro显示文摘Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is a severe globally distributed liver disease that could occur at any age.Human menstrual blood-derived stem cells(MenSCs)have shown therapeutic effect in acute lung injury and liver failure.However,their role in the curative effect of AIH remains unclear.Here,a classic AIH mouse model was constructed through intravenous injection with concanavalin A(Con A).MenSCs were intravenously injected while Con A injection in the treatment groups.The results showed that the mortality by Con A injection was significantly decreased by MenSCs treatment and liver function tests and histological analysis were also ameliorated.The results of phosphoproteomic analysis and RNA-seq revealed that MenSCs improved AIH,mainly by apoptosis and c-Jun N-terminal kinase/mitogen-activated protein signaling pathways.Apoptosis analysis demonstrated that the protein expression of cleaved caspase 3 was increased by Con A injection and reduced by MenSCs transplantation,consistent with the TUNEL staining results.An AML12 co-culture system and JNK inhibitor(SP600125)were used to verify the JNK/MAPK and apoptosis signaling pathways.These findings suggested that MenSCs could be a promising strategy for AIH. | Fen Zhang Lanlan Xiao Ya Yang Menghao Zhou Yalei Zhao Zhongyang Xie Xiaoxi Ouyang Feiyang Ji Shima Tang Lanjuan Li | 2023 | Frontiers of Medicine2023,17,3: | 0 |
| 10 | Intracellular adenosine-tri-phosphate levels are lower in pediatric liver transplant recipients with infection显示文摘目的对儿童肝移植受者中CD4+T淋巴细胞内三磷酸腺苷(iATP)含量(ImmuKnow法)进行分析,并探讨其与受者临床状态的关系。方法本研究共纳入63例儿童肝移植受者,将其分为临床稳定组和感染组,分析CD4+T淋巴细胞内iATP含量与感染的关系。结果 63例患儿中,共有35例(55.6%)患儿进行了iATP的系统检测,共计120例次。其中,39例临床稳定组患儿的64例次iATP的平均值为(372±225)μg/L,且个体差异性较大。与临床稳定组患儿相比,24例感染组儿童受者的iATP更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。系统监测显示,随着感染进展,iATP水平均值显著下降(P<0.001),且随着感染好转,其水平又有所升高(P=0.036)。另外,12例iATP水平偏低(iATP<225μg/L)的临床稳定组患儿中,并未发现活动性感染,而8例感染组患儿中,其iATP水平却偏高(iATP>225μg/L)。结论与临床稳定组的患儿相比,感染组患者的iATP水平更低,且随着感染好转,其水平逐渐升高。本研究发现,iATP水平的个体差异性较大,提示iATP水平检测可能只是反映患儿免疫状态的一个指标。iATP水平的系统监测将更有助于提示儿童肝移植受者免疫状态变化。 | Rao Wei Xie Man Sun Xiaoye Yang Tao Gao Wei Zhang Jianjun Liu Yihe Deng Yonglin Shen Zhongyang | 2014 | 实用器官移植电子杂志2014,2,4: | 0 |
| 11 | Integrative proteomics reveals the role of E3 ubiquitin ligase SYVN1 in hepatocellular carcinoma metastasis显示文摘Background:Tumor metastasis is a major factor for poor prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),but the relationship between ubiquitination and metastasis need to be studiedmore systematically.We analyzed the ubiquitinome of HCC in this study to have a more comprehensive insight into human HCC metastasis.Methods:The protein ubiquitination levels in 15 HCC specimens with vascular invasion and 15 without vascular invasion were detected by ubiquitinome.Proteins with significantly different ubiquitination levels between HCCs with and without vascular invasion were used to predict E3 ubiquitin ligases associated with tumor metastasis.The topological network of protein substrates and corresponding E3 ubiquitin ligaseswas constructed to identify the key E3 ubiquitin ligase.Besides,the growth,migration and invasion ability of LM3 and HUH7 hepatoma cell lines with andwithout SYVN1 expression interferencewere measured by cell proliferation assay,subcutaneous tumor assay,umphal vein endothelium tube formation assay,transwell migration and invasion assays.Finally,the interacting proteins of SYVN1 were screened and verified by protein interaction omics,immunofluorescence,and immunoprecipitation.Ubiquitin levels of related protein substrates in LM3 and HUH7 cells were compared in negative control,SYVN1 knockdown,and SYVN1 overexpression groups.Results:In this study,our whole-cell proteomic dataset and ubiquitinomic dataset contained approximately 5600 proteins and 12,000 ubiquitinated sites.We discovered increased ubiquitinated sites with shorter ubiquitin chains during the progression ofHCC metastasis.In addition,proteomic and ubiquitinomic analyses revealed that high expression of E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase SYVN1 is related with tumor metastasis.Furthermore,we found that SYVN1 interacted with heat shock protein 90(HSP90)and impacted the ubiquitination of eukaryotic elongation factor 2 kinase(EEF2K).Conclusions:The ubiquitination profiles of HCC with and without vascular invasion were significantly different.SYVN1 was the most important E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase responsible for this phenomenon,and itwas related with tumormetastasis and growth.Therefore,SYVN1might be a potential therapeutic target for HCC. | Feiyang Ji Menghao Zhou Zeyu Sun Zhengyi Jiang Huihui Zhu Zhongyang Xie Xiaoxi Ouyang Lingjian Zhang Lanjuan Li | 2021 | Cancer Communications2021,41,10: | 0 |
