| 1 | The recommendations of Chinese Parkinson’s disease and movement disorder society consensus on therapeutic management of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic,progressive and debilitating disease,which affects over 2.5 million people in China.PD is characterized clinically by resting tremor,muscular rigidity,bradykinesia and postural instability.As the disease progresses,additional complications can arise such as non-motor and neurobehavioral symptoms.Pharmacological treatment and surgical intervention for PD have been implemented in China.Until 10 years ago,there was lack of standardization for the management of PD in different regions and among different physicians,leading to different treatment levels in different regions and different physicians.Since then,the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Society have published three versions of guidelines for the management of PD in China,in 2006,2009 and 2014,respectively.Correspondingly,the overall level of treatment for PD in China improved.Objectives:To update the treatment guidelines based on current foreign and domestic practice guidelines and clinical evidence,and to improve the treatment options available to physicians in the management of PD.Summary:A variety of treatment recommendations in the treatment guidelines have been proposed,including physical activity and disease-modifying medication,which should be initiated at the early-stage of the disease.The principles of dosage titration should be followed to avoid acute adverse reactions to the drugs,to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect with a low dose and to reduce the incidence of long-term motor complications.Moreover,different treatment strategies should be considered at different stages of the disease.Importantly,treatment guidelines and personalized treatments should be valued equally.A set of treatment recommendations has been developed to assist physicians to improve and optimize clinical outcomes for patients with PD in China. | Shengdi Chen Piu Chan Shenggang Sun Haibo Chen Baorong Zhang Weidong Le Chunfeng Liu Guoguang Peng Beisha Tang Lijuan Wang Yan Cheng Ming Shao Zhenguo Liu Zhenfu Wang Xiaochun Chen Mingwei Wang Xinhua Wan Huifang Shang Yiming Liu Pingyi Xu Jian Wang Tao Feng Xianwen Chen Xingyue Hu Anmu Xie Qin Xiao | 2016 | Translational Neurodegeneration2016,5,1: | 23 |
| 2 | Adsorption of uranium(Ⅵ) onto amidoxime-functionalized ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene fibers from aqueous solution显示文摘Amidoxime-functionalized ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers(UHMWPEF-AO) were used to absorb uranium U(VI) from aqueous solutions.In this paper,we study effects of pH,initial U(VI) concentration,contact time,and temperature on U(VI) adsorption by UHMWPEF-AO.The adsorption process agrees well with pseudo-second-order and Langmuir model.UHMWPEFAO exhibits excellent adsorptive performance for U(VI)with a maximum adsorption capacity of 176.12 mg/g at pH4 and 298 K.The structures of UHMWPEF-AO and U(VI)-loaded UHMWPEF-AO are characterized by FT-IR and nano-CT.U(VI)-loaded UHMWPEF-AO is sintered after adsorption process to recycle absorbed U(VI).Powders collected after sintering process are examined by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.These results indicate that UHMWPEF-AO is a promising candidate to remove U(VI) from uranium aqueous solutions. | Chun-Yu Xie Shi-Pei Jing Yu Wang Xiao Lin Hong-Liang Bao Cheng-Zhi Guan Chan Jin Jian-Qiang Wang | 2017 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2017,28,7: | 3 |

| 5 | Serum from Acute-on-chronic Liver Failure Patients May Affect Mesenchymal Stem Cells Transplantation by Impairing the Immunosuppressive Function of Cells显示文摘Background and Aims:The safety and efficacy of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)in the treatment of acute-onchronic liver failure(ACLF)have been validated.However,the impact of the pathological ACLF microenvironment on MSCs is less well understood.This study was designed to explore the changes in the functional properties of MSCs exposed to ACLF serum.Methods:MSCs were cultured in the presence of 10%,30%and 50%serum concentrations from ACLF patients and healthy volunteers.Then,the cell morphology,phenotype,apoptosis and proliferation of MSCs were evaluated,including the immunosuppressive effects.Subsequently,mRNA sequencing analysis was used to identify the molecules and pathways involved in MSC functional changes in the context of ACLF.Results:In the presence of ACLF serum,MSC morphology significantly changed but phenotype did not.Besides,MSC proliferation activity was weakened,while the apoptosis rate was lightly increased.Most importantly,the immunosuppressive function of MSCs was enhanced in a lowconcentration serum environment but transformed into a proinflammatory response in a high-concentration serum environment.RNA sequencing indicated that 10%serum concentration from ACLF patients mediated the PI3K-Akt pathway to enhance the anti-inflammatory effect of MSCs,while the 50%serum concentration from ACLF patients promoted the conversion of MSCs into a proinflammatory function by affecting the cell cycle.Conclusions:The 50%ACLF serum concentration is more similar to the environment in the human body,which means that direct peripheral blood intravenous infusion of MSCs may reduce the effect of transplantation.Combining treatments of plasma exchange to reduce harmful substances in serum may promote MSCs to exert a stronger anti-inflammatory effect. | Yongyuan Zheng Shu Zhu Xingrong Zheng Wenxiong Xu Xuejun Li Jianguo Li Zhiliang Gao Chan Xie Liang Peng | 2021 | Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,4: | 2 |
