2Interfacial Voids Trigger Carbon-Based, All-Inorganic Cs Pb IBr2 Perovskite Solar Cells with Photovoltage Exceeding 1.33 V显示文摘A novel interface design is proposed for carbon-based,all-inorganic CsPbIBr2 perovskite solar cells(PSCs)by introducing interfacial voids between TiO2 electron transport layer and CsPbIBr2 absorber.Compared with the general interfacial engineering strategies,this design exempts any extra modification layer in final PSC.More importantly,the interfacial voids produced by thermal decomposition of 2-phenylethylammonium iodide trigger three beneficial e ects.First,they promote the light scattering in CsPbIBr2 film and thereby boost absorption ability of the resulting CsPbIBr2 PSCs.Second,they suppress recombination of charge carriers and thus reduce dark saturation current density(J0)of the PSCs.Third,interfacial voids enlarge built-in potential(Vbi)of the PSCs,awarding increased driving force for dissociating photo-generated charge carriers.Consequently,the PSC yields the optimized e ciency of 10.20%coupled with an open-circuit voltage(Voc)of 1.338 V.The Voc achieved herein represents the best value among CsPbIBr2 PSCs reported earlier.Meanwhile,the non-encapsulated PSCs exhibit an excellent stability against light,thermal,and humidity stresses,since it remains^97%or^94%of its initial e ciency after being heated at 85℃for 12 h or stored in ambient atmosphere with relative humidity of 30–40%for 60 days,respectively.Weidong Zhu Zeyang Zhang Dandan Chen Wenming Chai Dazheng Chen Jincheng Zhang Chunfu Zhang Yue Hao 2020Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,7:3
3Effects of L-3-n-butylphthalide on caspase-3 and nuclear factor kappa-B expression in primary basal forebrain and hippocampal cultures after beta-amyloid peptide 1-42 treatment显示文摘BACKGROUND:L-3-n-butylphthalide(L-NBP) can inhibit phosphorylation of tau protein and reduce the neurotoxicity of beta-amyloid peptide 1-42(Aβ_(1-42)). OBJECTIVE:To observe the neuroprotective effects of L-NBP on caspase-3 and nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB) expression in a rat model of Alzheimer's disease. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A cell experiment was performed at the Central Laboratory of Provincial Hospital affiliated to Shandong University between January 2008 and August 2008. MATERIALS:L-NBP(purity>98%) was provided by Shijiazhuang Pharma Group NBP Pharmaceutical Company Limited.Aβ_(1-42),3-[4,5-dimethylthiazolo-2]-2,5 iphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT),and rabbit anti-Caspase-3 polyclonal antibody were provided by Cell Signaling, USA;goat anti-choactase and rabbit anti-NF-κB antibodies were provided by Santa Cruz,USA. METHODS:Primary cultures were generated from rat basal forebrain and hippocampal neurons at 17 or 19 days of gestation.The cells were assigned into five groups:the control group,the Aβ_(1-42) group(2μmol/ L),the Aβ_(1-42) + 0.1μmol/L L-NBP group,the Aβ_(1-42)+ 1μmol/L L-NBP group,and the Aβ_(1-42)+ 10μmol/L L-NBP group.The neurons were treated with Aβ_(1-42)(2μmol/L) alone or in combination with L-NBP(0.1,1,10μmol/L) for 48 hours.Cells in the control group were incubated in PBS. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Morphologic changes were evaluated using inverted microscopy, viability using the MTT method,and the changes in caspase-3 and NF-κB expression using Western blot. RESULTS:Induction with Aβ_(1-42) for 48 hours caused cell death and soma atrophy,and increased caspase-3 and NF-κB expression(P<0.05).L-NBP blocked these changes in cell morphology, decreased caspase-3 and NF-κB expression(P<0.05),and improved cell viability,especially at the high dose(P<0.05). 4Improvement of extraction efficiency for GaN-based light emitting diodes显示文摘A simple, low cost method for mass production to enhance the light extraction efficiency of GaN-related LEDs was proposed. With appropriate process parameters, the nature lithography of nanosphere can be used to fabricate two-dimensional nanostructures, including the nanomesh ZnO layer, photonic crystal (PhC) patterned p-GaN, and patterned sapphire substrates. 5Threat Model and Defense Scheme for Side-Channel Attacks in Client-Side Deduplication显示文摘In cloud storage,client-side deduplication is widely used to reduce storage and communication costs.In client-side deduplication,if the cloud server detects that the user’s outsourced data have been stored,then clients will not need to reupload the data.However,the information on whether data need to be uploaded can be used as a side-channel,which can consequently be exploited by adversaries to compromise data privacy.In this paper,we propose a new threat model against side-channel attacks.Different from existing schemes,the adversary could learn the approximate ratio of stored chunks to unstored chunks in outsourced files,and this ratio will affect the probability that the adversary compromises the data privacy through side-channel attacks.Under this threat model,we design two defense schemes to minimize privacy leakage,both of which design interaction protocols between clients and the server during deduplication checks to reduce the probability that the adversary compromises data privacy.We analyze the security of our schemes,and evaluate their performances based on a real-world dataset.Compared with existing schemes,our schemes can better mitigate data privacy leakage and have a slightly lower communication cost.Guanxiong Ha Hang Chen Chunfu Jia Mingyue Li 2023Tsinghua Science and Technology2023,28,1:1

14Micro-nano structured VNb_(9)O_(25)anode with superior electronic conductivity for high-rate and long-life lithium storage显示文摘The oxygen vacancies and micro-nano structure can optimize the electron/Li+migration kinetics in anode materials for lithium batteries(LIBs).Here,porous micro-nano structured VNb_(9)O_(25)composites with rich oxygen vacancies were reasonably prepared via a facile solvothermal method combined with annealing treatment at 800℃for 30 h(VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h).This micro-nano structure can enhance the contact of active material/electrolyte,and shorten the Li+diffusion distance.The introduction of oxygen vacancies can further boosts the intrinsic conductivity of VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h for achieving excellent LIB performance.The as-prepared VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h anode showed advanced rate capability with reversible capacity of 122.2 m A h g^(-1)at 4 A g^(-1),and delivered excellent capacity retention of~100%after 2000 cycles.Meanwhile,VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h provides unexpected long-cycle life(i.e.,reversible capacity of 165.7 m A h g^(-1)at 1 A g^(-1)with a high capacity retention of 85.6%even after 8000 cycles).Additionally,coupled with the Li Fe PO4 cathode,the Li Fe PO4//VNb_(9)O_(25)-30 h full cell delivers superior LIB properties with high reversible capacities of 91.6 m A h g^(-1)at 5 C for 1000 cycles.Thus,such reasonable construction method can assist in other high-performance niobium-based oxides in LIBs.Mingxing Liang Yongcong Huang Yuda Lin Guisheng Liang Cihui Huang Lan Chen Jiaxin Li Qian Feng Chunfu Lin Zhigao Huang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,24:0
15PROPERTIES OF HIGHLY DISPERSED PALLADIUM CATALYSTS ON POLY N-VINYL-2-PYRROLIDONE显示文摘Four kinds of palladium catalysts dispersed on poly-N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone were prepared by using CH3OH-NaOH,NaBH4,H2O or CH3OH-H2O as the reducing agent in the process of catalyst preparation. 16Research on the hydrogen terminated single crystal diamond MOSFET with MoO_3 dielectric and gold gate metal显示文摘The single crystal diamond with maximum width about 10 mm has been grown by using microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition equipment. The quality of the grown diamond was characterized using an X-ray diffractometer. The FWHM of the(004) rocking curve is 37.91 arcsec, which is comparable to the result of the electronic grade single crystal diamond commercially obtained from Element Six Ltd. The hydrogen terminated diamond field effect transistors with Au/Mo03 gates were fabricated based on our CVD diamond and the characteristics of the device were compared with the prototype Al/MoO_3 gate. The device with the Au/MoO_3 gate shows lower on-resistance and higher gate leakage current. The detailed analysis indicates the presence of aluminum oxide at the Al/MoO_3 interface, which has been directly demonstrated by characterizing the interface between A1 and MoO_3 by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. 17A Learning Evasive Email-Based P2P-Like Botnet显示文摘Nowadays, machine learning is widely used in malware detection system as a core component. The machine learning algorithm is designed under the assumption that all datasets follow the same underlying data distribution. But the real-world malware data distribution is not stable and changes with time. By exploiting the knowledge of the machine learning algorithm and malware data concept drift problem, we show a novel learning evasive botnet architecture and a stealthy and secure C&C mechanism. Based on the email communication channel, we construct a stealthy email-based P2 P-like botnet that exploit the excellent reputation of email servers and a huge amount of benign email communication in the same channel. The experiment results show horizontal correlation learning algorithm is difficult to separate malicious email traffic from normal email traffic based on the volume features and time-related features with enough confidence. 18Investigation on the Effect of the Multilayered Porous Structure of Sea Urchin Skeleton on Its Mechanical Behavior显示文摘In this paper,the effect of stereom structure on the mechanical behavior of the Sea Urchin Inorganic Skeleton(SUIS)has been studied.The stereom microstructure of both Anthocidaris crassispina and Tripnenstes gratilla was characterized by Scanning Elec­tron Microscopy(SEM).Results indicate that a three-layer porous structure consisting of a growth,a support,and a resorption(GSR)layer is a common denominator for both species.The effect of GSR layer order on the mechanical behavior of the SUIS was studied by a finite element method.The results show that the GSR model could effectively reduce the maximum tensile stress on its meridional sutures under unidirectional pressure,hydrostatic pressure,and self-weight situation.For a fabricated three-layered ceramic test strips with different layer orders,the mechanical properties have a completely opposite performance compared with the compressive properties of the calculated SUIS-Iike models.This indicates that the GSR structure can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the SUIS,but it cannot be applied to bionics without considering its synergistic effect with the macro-structure of the SUIS.This is a typical example of bionic invalidation by single structure,where multi-level structure bionics may be an effective solution.Hui Yu Jianbao Li Zhenhao Hou Jianlin Li Yongjun Chen Chunfu Lin 2020Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,3:0
19Observation of low thermal expansion behavior and weak thermal anisotropy in M_(3)A_(2)C phases显示文摘M_(3)A_(2)X phases,named 321 phases,are an atypical series of MAX phases featuring in the MA-triangular-prism bilayers,with the A=As/P,exhibiting excellent elastic properties.This work systematically studies the thermal expansion properties of 321 phases.We found their average linear thermal expansion coefficients(TECs),α_(L)=5-6μK^(–1),are the lowest among the reported values of MAX phases.The lowest average TEC was found in Nb_(3)As_(2)C(αa=4.46(4)μK^(–1),αc=5.09(4)μK–1,αL=5.09(4)μK–1).The average TEC and anisotropy factor(αc/αa)of Nb_(3)As_(2)C and Nb_(3)P_(2)C were lower than the ones of the corresponding 211 phases.The best isotropy performance was found in Nb_(3)P_(2)C (αc/αa=1.11).Moreover,our first-principles calculations demonstrate that the weaker chemical bonding between Nb-As/P than Nb-C induces thermal expansion in M_(3)A_(2)X phases.Furthermore,a relatively weaker anharmonic effect in 321 phases than in the 211 phases was revealed by the as-calculated average Grüneisen parameters,which account for the lower TECs in 321 phases.The low TECs and enhanced thermal isotropy make 321 phases outstanding among MAX phases,which could be sound candidates for varying-temperature structural-functional components.Hongxiang Chen Zhilong Zhang Jun Deng Zhijie Lin Chunfu Hong Shixuan Du Pinqiang Dai 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,23:0
20Ultrahigh fill-factor all-inorganic CsPbBr_(3)perovskite solar cells processed from two-step solution method and solvent additive strategy显示文摘All-inorganic CsPbBr_(3)perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have attracted more attentions due to the excellent environmental stability,however,the wide bandgap and relatively poor crystallinity of CsPbBr_(3)have been the main obstacle to improve their power conversion efficiency(PCE).Herein,we proposed an efficient and simple strategy of precursor additive in the two-step aqueous-solution method,the resulted CsPbBr_(3)film has achieved more uniform grain size,almost pure perovskite phase,smoother surface,less defects,enhanced light absorption and longer carrier lifetime.This is due to the rapid evaporation of additive(IPA and CH_(3)OH)in the CsBr/H_(2)O precursor leads to a relatively higher local CsBr concentration on the surface of PbBr_(2),which can provide more nucleation sites and accelerate the crystallization of perovskite.Further,when utilizing the optimal additive of 5%(in volume)IPA,the HTM-free carbonbased CsPbBr_(3)PSCs obtained a PCE improvement from 9.09%to 10.29%,and an ultrahigh fill factor(FF)of 85.21%.What is more,by adding 0.1 mol/L PbCl_(2)into the PbBr_(2)solution in the first step,the open circuit voltage of device has increased from 1.36 V to 1.48 V,the champion PCE reached 10.37%(steady output PCE of 10.17%),and the non-encapsulated device could maintain 85%of its initial efficiency after 50 d in the air.This work provides a cost-effective approach to grow CsPbBr_(3)film and boosts the efficiency benchmark of the CsPbBr_(3)PSCs to more than 10%,it is desirable that the highly efficient and stable CsPbBr_(3)PSCs can be developed in future.Dazheng Chen Yibing He Gang Fan Zeyang Zhang Weidong Zhu He Xi Long Zhou Chunfu Zhang Jincheng Zhang Yue Hao 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,4:0
