1Microstructure and mechanical properties of hybrid fabricated 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNb steel by laser melting deposition显示文摘Laser melting deposition was carried out to deposit a 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNb steel bar on a wrought bar of same material. Room-temperature tensile properties of the hybrid fabricated 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNb steel sample were evaluated, and microstructure, fracture surface morphology, and hardness profile were analyzed by an optical microscope (OM), a scanning electron microscope (SEM), and a hardness tester. Results show that the hybrid fabricated 1Cr12Ni2WMoVNb steel sample consists of laser deposited zone, wrought substrate zone, and heat affected zone (HAZ) of the wrought substrate. The laser deposited zone has coarse columnar prior austenite grains and fine well-aligned dendritic structure, while the HAZ of the wrought substrate has equiaxed prior austenite grains which are notably finer than those in the wrought substrate zone. Besides, austenitic transformation mechanism of the HAZ of the wrought substrate is different from that of the laser deposited zone during the reheating period of the laser deposition, which determines the different prior austenite grain morphologies of the two zones. Microhardness values of both the laser deposited zone and the HAZ of the wrought substrate are higher than that of the wrought substrate zone. 2Passive-source ocean bottom seismograph(OBS) array experiment in South China Sea and data quality analyses显示文摘Long-term passive source ocean bottom seismograph(OBS) observatory is challenging due to various technical difficulties. In order to gain experience in this field, and to reveal the lithospheric structure beneath the extinct ridge in the central South China Sea(SCS), we carried out a passive source OBS array experiment, which includes 18 OBSs, in the deep portion of SCS. Here we present the instrumentation, the OBS deployment and recovery of this experiment, and more importantly, the data quality evaluated by a number of approaches. Through processing and inspecting waveforms from global, regional and local earthquakes, we find that most of recovered OBSs have good data quality with discernible main phases. The ambient noise analyses of OBS recordings show that their noise is higher than the global average, and the horizontal component is noisier than the vertical, indicating current impacts on horizontal components are more severe. In the period range of 5–10 s, there is a noise notch for the SCS OBSs, and noise levels of horizontal components are comparable to the vertical. This feature, which is not seen at OBS stations in open ocean, suggests the distant sources for double frequency microseism in this marginal sea are not significant. In addition, we successfully determined the orientations for 7 OBSs by investigating their Rayleigh wave polarizations; and we demonstrated the dispersion feature of Rayleigh waves through the frequency-time analysis. 3Recent advances and prospects toward blue perovskite materials and light-emitting diodes显示文摘Perovskite based light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)have become a powerful candidate for next-generation solid-state lightings and high-definition displays due to their high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY),tunable emission wavelength over the visible spectrum,and narrow emission linewidths.Over the past few years,the development of red-and green-emissive PeLEDs has rapidly increased,and the corresponding external quantum efficiencies(EQE)have exceeded 20%.However,the research progress of blue-emitting PeLEDs is limited by its poor material quality and inappropriate device structure.Currently,the maximum EQE of blue PeLED is only 6.2%,which is far from the industrialization requirements.In order to promote the development of blue PeLEDs,we summarize the recent research progress of blue perovskite materials and LEDs and discuss several fatal challenges,mainly embodied in low efficiency and poor stability.In order to overcome these challenges,detailed analysis and strategies are put forward in terms of the materials and devices.For the former,we summarize the feasible strategy for the preparation of efficient and stable blue-emissive perovskites using component engineering.For the latter,we analyze the advantages and limitations of the different strategies for blue-emissive perovskite in LEDs.At the end of the review,a comprehensive outlook is detailed,including future development directions and several technical problems to be solved.Thus,we aim to highlight the significance and promote the industrialization of PeLEDs.Tao Fang Fengjuan Zhang Shichen Yuan Haibo Zeng Jizhong Song 2019InfoMat2019,1,2:9
4Perovskite light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres for wearable LiFi communication显示文摘Light fidelity(LiFi),which is emerging as a compelling technology paradigm shifting the common means of highcapacity wireless communication technologies,requires wearable and full-duplex compact design because of its great significance in smart wearables as well as the‘Internet of Things’.However,the construction of the key component of wearable full-duplex LiFi,light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres,is still challenging because of the conflicting process between carrier separation and recombination,as well as the highly dynamic film-forming process.Here,we demonstrate light-emitting/detecting bifunctional fibres enabled by perovskite QDs with hybrid components.The hybrid perovskite inks endow fibres with super-smooth QD films.This,combined with the small exciton binding energy and high carrier mobility of perovskite QDs,enables successful integration of electroluminescence and photodetection into monofilaments.The bifunctional fibres possess the narrowest electroluminescence full width at half maximum of ~19 nm and,more importantly,the capability for simultaneously transmitting and receiving information.The successful fabrication of narrow emission full-duplex LiFi fibres paves the way for the fabrication and integration of low crosstalk interoperable smart wearables.Qingsong Shan Changting Wei Yan Jiang Jizhong Song Yousheng Zou Leimeng Xu Tao Fang Tiantian Wang Yuhui Dong Jiaxin Liu Boning Han Fengjuan Zhang Jiawei Chen Yongjin Wang Haibo Zeng 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:7

7Theory of Degrees of Freedom for Parallel Mechanisms with Three Spherical Joints and Its Applications显示文摘The analysis of degrees of freedom(DOF) of a moving platform is the fundamental problem in kinematics of parallel mechanism. However, many problems should be considered to correctly perform the DOF calculation by using the traditional DOF criterion, and it is difficult to find a DOF criterion suitable for all kinds of mechanisms. A rule that can be used to determine the position and orientation of the moving platform is presented. Based on the proposed rule, a new form of DOF criterion is proposed, which is suitable for a class of parallel mechanisms with three spherical joints attached to the moving platform. The basic types of generalized limb structures are given based on the possible dimension of achieving the center of spherical joint attached to the moving platform, and the general steps of analyzing the DOF are presented. 8Multiuser detection and independent component analysis——Progress and perspective显示文摘The latest progress in the multiuser detection and independent component analysis (ICA) is reviewed systematically. Then two novel classes of multiuser detection methods based on ICA algorithms and feedforward neural networks are proposed. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation show that ICA algorithms are effective to detect multiuser signals in code-division multiple-access (CDMA) system. 10Antioxidative stress-induced damage in cochlear explants显示文摘The imbalance of reactive oxygen species and antioxidants is considered to be an important factor in the cellular injury of the inner ear. At present, great attention has been placed on oxidative stress. However,little is known about fighting oxidative stress. In the current study, we evaluated antioxidant-induced cochlear damage by applying several different additional antioxidants. To determine whether excessive antioxidants can cause damage to cochlear cells, we treated cochlear explants with 50 m M M40403, a superoxide dismutase mimetic, 50 m M coenzyme Q-10, a vitamin-like antioxidant, or 50 m M d-methionine, an essential amino acid and the important antioxidant glutathione for 48 h. Control cochlear explants without the antioxidant treatment maintained their normal structures after incubation in the standard serum-free medium for 48 h, indicating the maintenance of the inherent oxidative and antioxidant balance in these cochlear explants. In contrast, M40403 and coenzyme Q-10-treated cochlear explants displayed significant hair cell damage together with slight damage to the auditory nerve fibers.Moreover, d-methiodine-treated explants exhibited severe damage to the surface structure of hair cells and the complete loss of the spiral ganglion neurons and their peripheral fibers. 12Rhodojaponin Ⅵ indirectly targets Cav2.2 channels via N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion protein to alleviate neuropathic pain显示文摘Neuropathic pain is a chronic disease that severely afflicts the life and emotional status of patients,but currently available treatments are often ineffective.Novel therapeutic targets for the alleviation of neuropathic pain are urgently needed.Rhodojaponin Ⅵ,a grayanotoxin from Rhododendron molle,showed remarkable antinociceptive efficacy in models of neuropathic pain,but its biotargets and mechanisms are unknown.Given the reversible action of rhodojaponin Ⅵ and the narrow range over which its structure can be modified,we perforwmed thermal proteome profiling of the rat dorsal root ganglion to determine the protein target of rhodojaponin Ⅵ.N-Ethylmaleimide-sensitive fusion(NSF) was confirmed as the key target of rhodojaponin Ⅵ through biological and biophysical experiments.Functional validation showed for the first time that NSF facilitated trafficking of the Cav2.2 channel to induce an increase in Ca2+current intensity,whereas rhodojaponin Ⅵ reversed the effects of NSF.In conclusion,rhodojaponin Ⅵ represents a unique class of analgesic natural products targeting Cav2.2 channels via NSF.Keliang Chen Tao Wang Yong Li Jun Wu Cheng-Xiao Zhao Sheng Liu Fengrun Sun Yehong Fang Jiahuan Hu Jinping Hu Chong-Jing Zhang Haibo Yu Chao Ma Shi-Shan Yu 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,3:2
13Formation of hierarchical Fe7Se8 nanorod bundles with enhanced sodium storage properties显示文摘Ordered hierarchical architectures are attractive candidates for electrochemical energy storage applications.Herein,a facile self-template strategy is applied to prepare Fe7Se8 architectures with a monolithic structure via a self-synthesized single precursor and subsequent calcination at high temperature.With the support of oleylamine,the precursor is structurally targeted to engineer the Fe7Se8 microstructure,featuring nanorod bundles arranged along the longitudinal direction.Because of their ordered hierarchical structure,the Fe7Se8 nanorod bundles deliver a high reversible capacity of 300 m Ah g^-1 at 0.5 A g^-1,along with exceptional rate capability up to 20 A g^-1 and long-term cycle life over 8000 cycles,which represents the highest stability of Fe7Se8 anodes for sodium-ion batteries reported to date.The feasibility of the present strategy to prepare metal selenide structures highlights its promising potential for the rational and effective engineering of electrode materials responsible for the electrochemical performance of energy storage systems.Wenzhi Tian Wenzhe Ma Zhenyu Feng Fang Tian Haibo Li Jing Liu 2020Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,5:2
