1Clinical significance of serum miR-21 in breast cancer compared with CA153 and CEA显示文摘Objective:MicroRNA-21(miR-21)has been shown to be a key regulator of carcinogenesis.There were few reports about the comparison of serum miR-21 with conventional tumor markers.This study aimed to explore the diagnostic value of circulating miR-21 as a tumor marker in breast cancer(BC)and compare it with CA153 and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA).Methods:Circulating miR-16 and miR-21 were amplified and quantitatively detected by real-time PCR in 89 BC patients and 55 healthy controls.The levels of CA153 and CEA were measured through electrochemiluminescence assays.Then the sensitivity in diagnosis of BC was compared among miR-21,CA153 and CEA.Results:The level of serum miR-21 was significantly higher in BC patients than controls(P<0.001).The sensitivity and specificity of miR-21 were 87.6%and 87.3%,respectively,whereas the sensitivities of CEA and CA153 were only 22.47%and 15.73%.Conclusions:Compared with CEA and CA153,serum miR-21 has a higher sensitivity in diagnosis of BC.Although not correlated with the status of ER,PR and clinical stages,serum miR-21 may be a potential diagnostic indicator for BC,especially for the early stage.Jianjian Gao Qingyun Zhang Jianjun Xu Lijuan Guo Xuefeng Li 2013Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2013,25,6:36
2The formation mechanism of high-quality dolomite reservoir in the deep of Puguang Gas Field显示文摘The discovery of Puguang Gas Field provides the exploration of China deep marine carbonate rock with important references.In Puguang Gas Field,the dolomite reservoirs discovered in the deep are the best in the present of China,which present big thickness and wide-range distribution,and develop abundant secondary porosity.The researches show that Puguang Gas Field bears the characteristics of early gas-filling time,deep burial,high matured organic matter and long-term interaction of hydrocarbon(oil and gas)-water-rock(carbonate reservoir).The developments of secondary pores in this area are affected by multiple diagenesis and their formation mechanisms are complicated.Through the research on depositional environment,sedimentary facies and reservoir porosity characters of Changxing and Feixianguan Formations,it is thought that high-quality dolomite reservoirs of Puguang Gas Field form on the favorable sedimentary facies belts,which are the integrate result affected by several factors including superficial corrosion,burial corrosion,overpressure and tectonic movement,among which burial corrosion of TSR to reservoir and overpressure formed by thermal evolution of organic matter have great effect on the formation of secondary porosity of Changxing and Feixianguan Formations.MA YongSheng 1 ,GUO TongLou 1 ,ZHAO XueFeng 2 &CAI XunYu 1 1 Southern Exploration&Production Company,Sinopec,Kunming 650200,China 2 China University of Mining and Technology,Beijing 100083,China 2008Science China Earth Sciences2008,51,S1:19
3Deep Structural Framework and Genetic Analysis of Gold Concentration Areas in the Northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula, China: A New Understanding based on High-Resolution Reflective Seismic Survey显示文摘The gold concentration areas in the northwestern Jiaodong Peninsula constituted an important gold metallogenetic region in Eastern China during the Mesozoic. The deep geological bodies' texture characteristic is important for exploring the resources thoroughly and understanding the metallogenic process. The detailed textures were revealed using high-resolution seismic profiles through the three major ore-controlling structures-Sanshandao fault zone, Jiaojia fault zone and Zhaoping fault zone. This study aims to establish a deep structural framework of this area. Based on their formation mechanism, the fault structures developed in the area can be divided into regional and local fault structures. The structural styles are characterised by superimposing their compressional, strike-slip and extensional multi-stage activities. The crust is cut by vertical structures corresponding to a left-lateral strike-slip fault system on the surface. Nearby these structures are the arc-shape structures formed by multi-stage magma intrusions into the upper crust. Bounded by the Tancheng–Lujiang and Muping–Jimo fault zones, the current Jiaodong block, developed a series of NE-trending strike-slip fault systems, was probably formed by the assemblage of several obliquely aligned blocks. The intensive magmatism and hydrothermal activity between the blocks induced large-scale mineralisation. 4Theoretical Progress and Key Technologies of Onshore Ultra-Deep Oil/Gas Exploration显示文摘Oil/gas exploration around the world has extended into deep and ultra-deep strata because it is increasingly difficult to find new large-scale oil/gas reservoirs in shallow–middle buried strata. In recent years, China has made remarkable achievements in oil/gas exploration in ultra-deep areas including carbonate and clastic reservoirs. Some (ultra) large-scale oil and gas fields have been discovered. The oil/gas accumulation mechanisms and key technologies of oil/gas reservoir exploration and development are summarized in this study in order to share China’s experiences. Ultra-deep oil/gas originates from numerous sources of hydrocarbons and multiphase charging. Liquid hydrocarbons can form in ultradeep layers due to low geothermal gradients or overpressures, and the natural gas composition in ultra-deep areas is complicated by the reactions between deep hydrocarbons, water, and rock or by the addition of mantle- or crust-sourced gases. These oils/gases are mainly stored in the original highenergy reef/shoal complexes or in sand body sediments. They usually have high original porosity. Secondary pores are often developed by dissolution, dolomitization, and fracturing in the late stage. The early pores have been preserved by retentive diageneses such as the early charging of hydrocarbons. Oil/gas accumulation in ultra-deep areas generally has the characteristics of near-source accumulation and sustained preservation. The effective exploration and development of ultra-deep oil/gas reservoirs depend on the support of key technologies. Use of the latest technologies such as seismic signal acquisition and processing, low porosity and permeability zone prediction, and gas–water identification has enabled the discovery of ultra-deep oil/gas resources. 5Simulation and test on separating cleaning process of flax threshing material based on gas-solid coupling theory显示文摘In order to further clarify and improve the working performance of separating cleaning device of flax threshing material,and study the motion law and characteristics of components of flax threshing material,in this paper,numerical simulation was carried out on the separating cleaning process of flax threshing material based on CFD-DEM method.Simulation results showed that the components of flax threshing material were separated and cleaned under the influence of airflow field,meanwhile,variation curves of quantity and mean velocity of flax seeds in the separating cleaning system were obtained.By referring to streamline distribution of gas-solid coupling,the quantity variation law of components of flax threshing material with time was explored and their motion curves and variation tendency of average velocity were studied.Verification test results showed that the cleaning rate of separating cleaning device for flax threshing material was 92.66%with 1.58%of total separation loss.Compared with simulation results,the test results were 1.34%and 0.93%lower,showing that it is feasible to apply the gas-solid coupling theory and method to simulate the separating and cleaning operation of flax threshing material.Fei Dai Xuefeng Song Wenjuan Guo Wuyun Zhao Fengwei Zhang Shilin Zhang 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,1:13

7Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. 9OsCIPK7 point-mutation leads to conformation and kinase-activity change for sensing cold response显示文摘Calcineurin B-like interacting protein kinases(CIPKs) play important roles via environmental stress.However, less is known how to sense the stress in molecular structure conformation level. Here, an Os CIPK7 mutant via TILLING procedure with a point mutation in the kinase domain showed increased chilling tolerance, which could be potentially used in the molecular breeding. 10Control strategy for an intelligent shearer height adjusting system显示文摘An intelligent shearer height adjusting system is a key technology for mining at a man-less working face. A control strategy for a shearer height adjusting system based on a mathematical model of the height adjusting mechanism is proposed. It considers the non-linearity and time variations in the control process and uses Dynamic Fuzzy Neural Networks (D-FNN). The inverse characteristics of the system are studied. An adaptive on-line learning and error compensation mechanism guarantees sys-tem real-time performance and reliability. Parameters from a German Eickhoff SL500 shearer were used with Matlab/Simulink to simulate a height adjusting control system. Simulation shows that the trace error of a D-FNN controller is smaller than that of a PID controller. 12Design and field test of crosswise belt type whole plastic-film ridging-mulching corn seeder on double ridges显示文摘In order to realize seedbed mechanization of whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges and to overcome the difficulty in crosswise belt type soil covering by whole plastic-film,a kind of crosswise belt type whole plastic-film ridging-mulching corn seeder on double ridges was designed in this study.The key components of the sample machine was designed and its working parameters of seedbed soil covering device,crosswise-belt soil covering mechanism and profiling sowing depth adjustment device were determined.After numerical simulation on the film edge and crosswise soil covering by whole plastic-film on double ridges by discrete element method,the velocity and displacement of the oscillating plate,and the variation rule of amount of covered soil with time were explored.Field test results show that,when the advancing velocity of the machine was 0.50 m/s,the qualified rate of soil width covered on film edge of the seedbed reached 96.1%,qualified rate of crosswise soil belt width was 94.5%,qualified rate of soil thickness on seedbed was 95.3%,qualified rate of sowing depth was 89.3%,qualified rate of spacing between crosswise soil belts reached 93.6%,which all met related standards in China and satisfied design requirements,and could realize seedbed mechanization of whole plastic-film mulching on double ridges.Comparison tests on working performances of practical soil covering show a basic consistence with the seedbed soil covering simulation,and verified the effectiveness of the soil covering model built by using discrete element method.Fei Dai Wenjuan Guo Xuefeng Song Ruijie Shi Wuyun Zhao Fengwei Zhang 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,4:7
13Microstructural evolution and corrosion behavior of directionally solidified FeCoNiCrAl high entropy alloy显示文摘The FeCoNiCrAl alloys have many potential applications in the fields of structural materials, but few attempts were made to characterize the directional solidification of high entropy alloys. In the present research, the microstructure and corrosion behavior of FeCoNiCrAl high entropy alloy have been investigated under directional solidification. The results show that with increasing solidification rate, the interface morphology of the alloy evolves from planar to cellular and dendritic. The electrochemical experiment results demonstrate that the corrosion products of both non-directionally and directionally solidified FeCoNiCrAl alloys appear as rectangular blocks in phases which Cr and Fe are enriched, while Al and Ni are depleted, suggesting that Al and Ni are dissolved into the NaCl solution. Comparison of the potentiodynamic polarization behaviors between the two differently solidified FeCoNiCrAl high entropy alloys in a 3.5%NaCl solution shows that the corrosion resistance of directionally solidified FeCoNiCrAl alloy is superior to that of the non-directionally solidified FeCoNiCrAl alloy.Cui Hongbao Wang Ying Wang Jinyong Guo Xuefeng Fu Hengzhi 2011China Foundry2011,8,3:7

15Microwave-assisted conversion of biomass wastes to pseudocapacitive mesoporous carbon for high-performance supercapacitor显示文摘Developing an efficient approach of transforming biomass waste to functional carbon-based electrode materials applied in supercapacitor offers an important and high value-added practical application due to the abundance and considerable low price of biomass wastes.Herein,a hierarchical carbon functionalized with electrochemical-active oxygen-containing groups was fabricated by microwave treatment from the biomass waste of camellia oleifera.The obtained mesoporous carbon(MAC)owns nanosheet morphology,rich mesoporosity,large surface area(1726 m2/g)and very high oxygenic functionalities(16.2 wt%)with pseudocapacitive activity.Prepared electrode of supercapacitor and tested in 2.0 M H2 SO4,the MAC exhibits an obvious pseudocapacitive activity and achieved a superior supercapacitive performance to that of directly activated carbon(DAC-800)including high specific capacitance(367 F/g vs.298 F/g)and better rate performance(66%vs.44%).The symmetrical supercapacitor based on MAC shows a high capacity of275 F/g,large energy density of 9.55 Wh/kg(at power density of 478 W/kg)and excellent cycling stability with 99%capacitance retention after 10000 continuous charge-discharge,endowing the obtained MAC a promising functional material for electrochemical energy storage.Xiangkun Bo Kun Xiang Yu Zhang Yu Shen Shanyong Chen Yongzheng Wang Mingjiang Xie Xuefeng Guo 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,12:6
16PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling orchestrates the phenotypic transition and chemo-resistance of small cell lung cancer显示文摘Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is a phenotypically heterogeneous disease with an extremely poor prognosis,which is mainly attributed to the rapid development of resistance to chemotherapy.However,the relation between the growth phenotypes and chemo-resistance of SCLC remains largely unclear.Through comprehensive bioinformatic analyses,we found that the heterogeneity of SCLC phenotype was significantly associated with different sensitivity to chemotherapy.Adherent or semiadherent SCLC cells were enriched with activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway and were highly chemoresistant.Mechanistically,activation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway promotes the phenotypic transition from suspension to adhesion growth pattern and confers SCLC cells with chemo-resistance.Such chemo-resistance could be largely overcome by combining chemotherapy with PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway inhibitors.Our findings support that the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway plays an important role in SCLC phenotype transition and chemo-resistance,which holds important clinical implications for improving SCLC treatment.Xuefeng Li Cheng Li Chenchen Guo Qiqi Zhao Jiayu Cao Hsin-Yi Huang Meiting Yue Yun Xue Yujuan Jin Liang Hu Hongbin Ji 2021Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,7:5

18Sulfur deposition in sour gas reservoirs:laboratory and simulation study显示文摘Sulfur deposition in the formation,induced by a reduction in the solubility of the sulfur in the gas phase,may significantly reduce the in flow performance of sour gas wells and some wells in sour gas reservoirs have even become completely plugged with deposited sulfur within several months.Accurate prediction and effective management of sulfur deposition are crucial to the economic viability of sour gas reservoirs.In this paper,a dynamic flow experiment was carried out to investigate formation damage resulting from sulfur deposition using an improved experimental method.The core sample was extracted from the producing interval of the LG2 well,LG gas field in the Sichuan Basin.The experimental temperature was 26 oC and the initial pressure was 19 MPa.The displacement pressure continuously decreased from 19 to 10 MPa,and the depletion process lasted 15 days.Then the core was removed and dried.The core mass and core permeability were measured before and after experiments.Experimental results indicated that the core mass increased from 48.372 g before experiment to 48.386 g afterwards,while the core permeability reduced from 0.726 to 0.608 md during the experiment.Then the core was analyzed with a scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray mapping.The deposition pattern and micro-distribution of elemental sulfur was observed and the deposited elemental sulfur distributed as a film around the pore surface.In addition,a preliminary three-dimensional,multi-component model was developed to evaluate the effect of sulfur deposition on production performance,and the effect of production rate on sulfur deposition was also investigated.Simulation results indicated that the stable production time would be shortened and the gas production rate would be decreased once sulfur deposited in the formation.The increase in deposited sulfur at high flow rates may be attributed to a bigger pressure drop than that at low gas flow rates.Gas production rate has a severe effect on sulfur saturation in the grid of producing well located in sour gas reservoir.The work suggests sulfur deposition should be considered to correctly predict production performance and gas production rate should be optimized in order to control or retard sulfur deposition during the development of sour gas reservoir.Xiao Guo Zhimin Du Xuefeng Yang Yong Zhang Dekui Fu 2009Petroleum Science2009,6,4:4
19A High Strength Mg-6Zn-1Y-1Ce Alloy Prepared by Hot Extrusion显示文摘Microstructures and tensile properties of Mg-6Zn-1Y-1Ce alloy extruded in a temperature range between 300 ℃ and 400 ℃ were investigated. The yield strength of the material increased as the extrusion temperature decreased due to grain refinement. The yield strengths and grain sizes of extruded samples met Hall-Petch equation. The microstructure of the alloy extruded at 300 ℃ had a bimodal grain size distribution with an average grain size of 2.7 mm and showed a yield strength of 327 MPa with an elongation of 9%. 20Ultrasensitive Detection and Binding Mechanism of Cocaine in an Aptamer-based Single-molecule Device显示文摘Aptamer serves as a potential candidate for the micro-detection of cocaine due to its high specificity,high affinity and good stability.Although cocaine aptasensors have been extensively studied,the binding mechanism of cocaine-aptamer interactions is still unknown,which limits the structural refinement in the design of an aptamer to improve the performance of cocaine aptasensors.Herein,we report a label-free,ultrasensitive detection of single-molecule cocaine-aptamer interaction by using an electrical nanocircuit based on graphene-moleculegraphene single-molecule junctions (GMG-SMJs).Real-time recordings of cocaine-aptamer interactions have exhibited distinct current oscillations before and after cocaine treatment,revealing the dynamic mechanism of the conformational changes of aptamer upon binding with cocaine.Further concentration-dependent experiments have proved that these devices can act as a single-molecule biosensor with at least a limit of detection as low as 1 nmol·L^-1.The method demonstrated in this work provides a novel strategy for shedding light on the interaction mechanism of biomolecules as well as constructing new types of aptasensors toward practical applications.Xinjiani Chen Chenguang Zhou Xuefeng Guo 2019Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,9:4
