1Petrogenesis of Late Cretaceous Jiangla'angzong I-Type Granite in Central Lhasa Terrane, Tibet, China: Constraints from Whole-Rock Geochemistry, Zircon U-Pb Geochronology, and Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf Isotopes显示文摘The Jiangla'angzong granite in the northern part of the Central Lhasa Terrane is composed of syenogranite and adamellite. LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb analyses suggest that syenogranite has a weighted mean ^(206) Pb/^(238) U age of 86±1 Ma(mean square weighted deviation=0.37), which is in accordance with the muscovite Ar-Ar age(85±1 Ma) of Cu-Au ore-bearing skarns and the zircon U-Pb age(84±1 Ma) of adamellite. This suggests that the Jiangla'angzong magmatism and Cu–Au mineralization events took place during the Late Cretaceous. The granite contains hornblende, biotite, and pyroxene, and does not contain Al-bearing minerals, such as muscovite, cordierite, and garnet. It has high contents of SiO_2(65.10–70.91 wt%), K_2O(3.44–5.17 wt%), and total K_2O+Na_2O(7.13–8.15 wt%), and moderate contents of A_(12)O_3(14.14–16.45 wt%) and CaO(2.33–4.11 wt%), with a Reitman index(σ43) of 2.18 to 2.33, and A/CNK values of 0.88 to 1.02. The P_2O_5 contents show a negative correlation with SiO_2, whereas Pb contents show a positive correlation with SiO_2. Th and Y contents are relatively low and show a negative correlation with the Rb contents. These characteristics suggest that the Jiangla'angzong granite is a high K calc–alkaline metaluminous I–type granite. It is enriched in light rare earth elements(LREE) and large ion lithofile elements(LILE), and depleted in heavy rare earth elements(HREE) and high field strength elements(HFSE), with LREE/HREE ratios of 11.7 to 18.1. The granite has negative Eu anomalies of 0.58 to 0.94 without obvious Ce anomalies(δCe=1.00–1.04). The relatively low initial 87 Sr/86 Sr ratios of 0.7106 to 0.7179, positive εHf(t) values of 1.0 to 4.1, and two-stage Hf model ages(TDM2) ranging from 889 Ma to 1082 Ma, These geochemical features indicate that the granite derived from a juvenile crust. The(^(143) Nd/^(144) Nd)_t values from the Jiangla'angzong granite range from 0.5121 to 0.5123, its εNd(t) values range from-10.17 to-6.10, its(^(206) Pb/^(204) Pb)_t values range from 18.683 to 18.746, its(^(207) Pb/^(204) Pb)_t values range from 15.695 to 15.700, and its(^(208) Pb/^(204) Pb)_t values range from 39.012 to 39.071. These data indicate that the granite was formed by melting of the upper crust with the addition of some mantle materials. 2Origin of the Newly Discovered Zhunuo Porphyry Cu-Mo-Au Deposit in the Western Part of the Gangdese Porphyry Copper Belt in the Southern Tibetan Plateau,SW China显示文摘The newly discovered Zhunuo porphyry Cu-Mo-Au deposit is located in the western part of the Gangdese porphyry copper belt in southern Tibet, SW China. The granitoid plutons in the Zhunuo region are composed of quartz diorite porphyry, diorite porphyry, granodiorite porphyry, biotite monzogranite and quartz porphyry. The quartz diorite porphyry yielded zircon U-Pb ages of 51.9±0.7 Ma(Eocene) using LA-ICP-MS, whereas the diorite porphyry, granodiorite porphyry, biotite monzogranite and quartz porphyry yielded ages ranging from 16.2±0.2 to 14.0±0.2 Ma(Miocene). CuMo-Au mineralization is mainly hosted in the Miocene granodiorite porphyry. Samples from all granitoid plutons have geochemical compositions consistent with high-K calc-alkaline series magmatism. The samples display highly fractionated light rare-earth element(REE) distributions and heavy REE distributions with weakly negative Eu anomalies on chondrite-normalized REE patterns. The trace element distributions exhibit positive anomalies for large-ion lithophile elements(Rb, K, U, Th and Pb) and negative anomalies for high-field-strength elements(Nb and Ti) relative to primitive mantlenormalized values. The Eocene quartz diorite porphyry yielded εNd(t) values ranging from-3.6 to-5.2,(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)i values in the range 0.7046–0.7063 and initial radiogenic Pb isotopic compositions with ranges of 18.599–18.657 ^(206)Pb/^(204)Pb, 15.642–15.673 ^(207)Pb/^(204)Pb and 38.956–39.199 ^(208)Pb/^(204)Pb. In contrast, the Miocene granitoid plutons yielded ε_(Nd)(t) values ranging from-6.1 to-7.3 and(87Sr/86Sr)i values in the range 0.7071–0.7078 with similar Pb isotopic compositions to the Eocene quart diorite. The Sr-Nd-Pb isotopic compositions of the rocks are consistent with formation from magma containing a component of remelted ancient crust. Zircon grains from the Eocene quartz diorite have ε_(Hf)(t) values ranging from-5.2 to +0.9 and two-stage Hf model ages ranging from 1.07 to 1.46 Ga, while zircon grains from the Miocene granitoid plutons have ε_(Hf)(t) values from-9.9 to +4.2 and two-stage Hf model ages ranging from 1.05–1.73 Ga, indicating that the ancient crustal component likely derives from Paleo- to Mesoproterozoic basement. This source is distinct from that of most porphyry Cu-Mo-Au deposits in the eastern part of the Gangdese porphyry copper belt, which likely originated from juvenile crust. 3Role of AMPK in atherosclerosis via autophagy regulation显示文摘Atherosclerosis is characterized by the accumulation of lipids and deposition of fibrous elements in the vascular wall, which is the primary cause of cardiovascular diseases. Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK) is a metabolic sensor of energy metabolism that regulates multiple physiological processes, including lipid and glucose metabolism and the normalization of energy imbalances. Overwhelming evidence indicates that AMPK activation markedly attenuates atherosclerosis development. Autophagy inhibits cell apoptosis and inflammation and promotes cholesterol efflux and efferocytosis. Physiological autophagy is essential for maintaining normal cardiovascular function. Increasing evidence demonstrates that autophagy occurs in developing atherosclerotic plaques. Emerging evidence indicates that AMPK regulates autophagy via a downstream signaling pathway. The complex relationship between AMPK and autophagy has attracted the attention of many researchers because of this close relationship to atherosclerosis development. This review demonstrates the role of AMPK and autophagy in atherosclerosis. 5Size-Dependent Oxidation-Induced Phase Engineering for MOFs Derivatives Via Spatial Confinement Strategy Toward Enhanced Microwave Absorption显示文摘Precisely reducing the size of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)derivatives is an effective strategy to manipulate their phase engineering owing to size-dependent oxidation;however,the underlying relationship between the size of derivatives and phase engineering has not been clarified so far.Herein,a spatial confined growth strategy is proposed to encapsulate small-size MOFs derivatives into hollow carbon nanocages.It realizes that the hollow cavity shows a significant spatial confinement effect on the size of confined MOFs crystals and subsequently affects the dielectric polarization due to the phase hybridization with tunable coherent interfaces and heterojunctions owing to size-dependent oxidation motion,yielding to satisfied microwave attenuation with an optimal reflection loss of-50.6 d B and effective bandwidth of 6.6 GHz.Meanwhile,the effect of phase hybridization on dielectric polarization is deeply visualized,and the simulated calculation and electron holograms demonstrate that dielectric polarization is shown to be dominant dissipation mechanism in determining microwave absorption.This spatial confined growth strategy provides a versatile methodology for manipulating the size of MOFs derivatives and the understanding of size-dependent oxidation-induced phase hybridization offers a precise inspiration in optimizing dielectric polarization and microwave attenuation in theory.Hanxiao Xu Guozheng Zhang Yi Wang Mingqiang Ning Bo Ouyang Yang Zhao Ying Huang Panbo Liu 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,6:7
6A Historical Sedimentary Record of Mercury in a Shallow Eutrophic Lake: Impacts of Human Activities and Climate Change显示文摘Mercury and its derivatives are hazardous environmental pollutants and could affect the aquatic ecosystems and human health by biomagnification. Lake sediments can provide important historical information regarding changes in pollution levels and thus trace anthropogenic or natural influences. This research investigates the 100-year history of mercury (Hg) deposition in sediments from Chao Lake, a shallow eutrophic lake in China. The results indicate that the Hg deposition history can be separated into three stages (pre-1960s, 1960s–1980s, and post-1980s) over the last 100 years. Before the 1960s, Hg concentrations in the sediment cores varied little and had no spatial difference. Since the 1960s, the concentration of Hg began to increase gradually, and showed a higher concentration of contamination in the western half of the lake region than in the eastern half of the lake region due to all kinds of centralized human-input sources. The influences of anthropogenic factors and hydrological change are revealed by analyzing correlations between Hg and heavy metals (Fe, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Pb, and Zn), stable carbon and nitrogen isotopes (d13C and d15N), nutrients, particle sizes, and meteorological factors. The results show that Hg pollution intensified after the 1960s, mainly due to hydrological change, rapid regional development and urbanization, and the proliferation of anthropogenic Hg sources. 7Viral MIPα homologous with human MIP-1α acts on HIV co-receptor CCR5显示文摘The function and usage of vMIPα encoded by K6 gene of herpesvirus 8 (HHV8) which has homology with human macrophage protein (MIP) have not been clearly known. In the present note the K6 gene of HHV8 was cloned and transfected into NIH3T3 cells and E. coli cells. Conditional media from the 3T3-transfected cells and K6 product vMIPa from E. coli. Cells were used to perform the experiments of ligand-receptor binding and cellular adhesion with peripheral blood macrophages. The conditional media and the purified vMIPa from E. coli could compete to bind to CCR5 located on macrophages from peripheral blood with I125-hMIP-1α chemokine of human. Cellular adhesion showed that the conditional media from transfected cells and the purified vMIPa did not induce the adhesion of macrophages from peripheral blood to ICAM-1. In conclusion, vMIPα encoded by K6 gene of HHV8 can bind to CCR5 of peripheral blood macrophage cells and does not induce their adhesion. 8The m^(6)A methylome of SARS-CoV-2 in host cells显示文摘The newly identified Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has resulted in a global health emergency because of its rapid spread and high mortality.The molecular mechanism of interaction between host and viral genomic RNA is yet unclear.We demonstrate herein that SARS-CoV-2 genomic RNA,as well as the negative-sense RNA,is dynamically N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)-modified in human and monkey cells.Combined RIP-seq and miCLIP analyses identified a total of 8 m^(6)A sites at single-base resolution in the genome.Especially,epidemic strains with mutations at these identified m^(6)A sites have emerged worldwide,and formed a unique cluster in the US as indicated by phylogenetic analysis.Further functional experiments showed that m^(6)A methylation negatively regulates SARS-CoV-2 infection.SARS-CoV-2 infection also triggered a global increase in host m^(6)A methylome,exhibiting altered localization and motifs of m^(6)A methylation in mRNAs.Altogether,our results identify m^(6)A as a dynamic epitranscriptomic mark mediating the virus–host interaction.Jun’e Liu Yan-Peng Xu Kai Li Qing Ye Hang-Yu Zhou Hanxiao Sun Xiaoyu Li Liu Yu Yong-Qiang Deng Rui-Ting Li Meng-Li Cheng Bo He Jia Zhou Xiao-Feng Li Aiping Wu Chengqi Yi Cheng-Feng Qin 2021Cell Research2021,31,4:5
9Latest Wuchiapingian to Earliest Triassic Conodont Zones and δ13 Ccarb Isotope Excursions from Deep-Water Sections in Western Hubei Province, South China显示文摘Deep-water facies sections have advantages of recording complete information across the Permian-Triassic boundary(PTB). Here we present a detailed study on the conodont biostratigraphy and carbon isotope profile ranges from the Wuchiapingian-Changhsingian boundary(WCB) to the PTB of two deep-water facies sections at Zhuqiao and Shiligou in the Middle Yangtze region, western Hubei, South China. Fifteen species and three genera are identified. Eight conodont zones are recognized which in ascending order are the Clarkina orientalis, C. wangi, C. subcarinata, C. changxingensis, C. yini, C. meishanensis, Hindeodus parvus and Isarcicella isarcica zones. The onset of deposition of the deep-water siliceous strata of Dalong Formation in western Hubei began in the Late Wuchiapingian and persisted to the Late Changhsingian. Carbon isotope negative excursions occur near both the WCB and PTB in both sections. The WCB δ13 Ccarb negative excursion is in the C. orientalis and C. wangi zones. The PTB δ13 Ccarb negative excursion began in the C. yini Zone and extended to the I. isarcica Zone. The absence of several Changhsingian zones may indicate the difficulty of extracting conodonts from siliceous strata or the presence of an intra-Changhsingian hiatus.Bo Yang Hanxiao Li Paul B. 11Evaluation of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 status of breast cancer using preoperative multidetector computed tomography with deep learning and handcrafted radiomics features显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)status in patients with breast cancer using multidetector computed tomography(MDCT)-based handcrafted and deep radiomics features.Methods:This retrospective study enrolled 339 female patients(primary cohort,n=177;validation cohort,n=162)with pathologically confirmed invasive breast cancer.Handcrafted and deep radiomics features were extracted from the MDCT images during the arterial phase.After the feature selection procedures,handcrafted and deep radiomics signatures and the combined model were built using multivariate logistic regression analysis.Performance was assessed by measures of discrimination,calibration,and clinical usefulness in the primary cohort and validated in the validation cohort.Results:The handcrafted radiomics signature had a discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.739[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.661-0.818]in the primary cohort and 0.695(95%CI:0.609-0.781)in the validation cohort.The deep radiomics signature also had a discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.760(95%CI:0.690-0.831)in the primary cohort and 0.777(95%CI:0.696-0.857)in the validation cohort.The combined model,which incorporated both the handcrafted and deep radiomics signatures,showed good discriminative ability with a C-index of 0.829(95%CI:0.767-0.890)in the primary cohort and 0.809(95%CI:0.740-0.879)in the validation cohort.Conclusions:Handcrafted and deep radiomics features from MDCT images were associated with HER2 status in patients with breast cancer.Thus,these features could provide complementary aid for the radiological evaluation of HER2 status in breast cancer.Xiaojun Yang Lei Wu Ke Zhao Weitao Ye Weixiao Liu Yingyi Wang Jiao Li Hanxiao Li Xiaomei Huang Wen Zhang Yanqi Huang Xin Chen Su Yao Zaiyi Liu Changhong Liang 2020Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,2:4
12Survival difference between EGFR Del19 and L858R mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients receiving gefitinib:a propensity score matching analysis显示文摘Objective: Although superior clinical benefits of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs) in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) had been reported,the survival difference between exon 19 deletion(Del19) and exon 21 Leu858 Arg substitution(L858 R) remains controversial.The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS) between different EGFR mutant subtypes among advanced NSCLC patients receiving gefitinib.Methods: There were 204 advanced NSCLC patients with EGFR mutations treated with gefitinib were enrolled in this retrospective cohort study.Patients were divided into the EGFR Del19 group and the L858 R mutated group according to their mutant subtype.Propensity score matching(PSM) was conducted by using a nearest-neighbor algorithm(1:1) to adjust for demographical and clinical covariates.Survival curves were constructed with the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by using the log-rank test.Results: The PFS in Del19 group was similar to that in the L858 R group [before PSM 8.6 vs.7.2 months,P=0.072; after PSM 7.3 vs.7.2 months,P=0.155].No differences were detected in OS between the L858 R and the Del19 group(before PSM 17.8 vs.13.1 months,P=0.253; after PSM 16.9 vs.13.1 months,P=0.339).The Del19 group was significantly younger compared with the L858 R mutation group in age(P=0.015).Conclusions: No significant difference was found in the PFS or OS between the Del19 and L858 R mutant NSCLC patients receiving gefitinib.The age gap might contribute to the survival differences between Del19 and L858 R groups.PSM is of important value to the elimination of potential bias.Minglei Zhuo Qiwen Zheng Jun Zhao Meina Wu Tongtong An Yuyan Wang Jianjie Li Shuhang Wang Jia Zhong Xue Yang Hanxiao Chen Bo Jia Zhi Dong Emei Gao JingjingWang Ziping Wang 2017Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6:4
13Apparent relationships between anthropogenic factors and climate change indicators and POPs deposition in a lacustrine system显示文摘Climate change and anthropogenic activities are expected to impact the environmental behaviors and fates of persistent organic pollutants(POPs), however, quantitative studies on these combined factors are scarce. In this study, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane(DDTs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs), and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)were used as examples to identify how and when those factors may be related to the deposition of POPs in the sediment of Lake Chaohu, China, using generalized additive models(GAMs). Three historical trends of DDT, PAH, and PCB deposition were delineated in a dated sediment core encompassing ~100 years of historical record: a steady state or gradually increasing stage, a rapidly increasing stage, and a declining stage. The GAM results showed that aquatic total phosphorus(TP) concentrations and regional GDP(anthropogenic factors) were dominant contributors to POP accumulation rates in the lake sediment. The fitted relationships between air temperature and sedimentary DDT and PAH concentrations were linear and negative, while a positive linear relationship was found for PCBs, suggesting that Lake Chaohu may have become a net source for DDTs and PAHs, and a sink for PCBs, under a progressively warming climate.Hanxiao Zhang Shouliang Huo Kevin M. 14Source emissions and climate change impacts on the multimedia transport and fate of persistent organic pollutants,Chaohu watershed,eastern China显示文摘Emission intensity and climate change control the transport flux and fate of persistent organic pollutants(POPs)inmultiple environmental compartments.This study applied amultimedia model(BETR model)to explore alternations in the spatio-temporal trends of concentrations and transport flux of benzopyrene(BaP),phenanthrene(Phe),perfluorooctane sulfonates(PFOS)and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in the Chaohu watershed,located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River,China in response to changes in source emissions and climate.The potential historic and future risks of these pollutants also were assessed.The results suggest that current trends in concentrations and transport were similar to that of their emissions between 2005 and 2018.During the next 100 years,temporal trends and spatial patterns were not predicted to change significantly,which is consistent with climate change.Based on sensitivity and correlation analyses,climate change had significant effects on multi-media concentrations and transport fluxes of BaP,Phe,PFOS and PCBs,and rainfall intensity was the predominant controlling factor.Risk quotients(RQs)of BaP and Phe-in soil increased from 0.42 to 0.95 and 0.06 to 0.35,respectively,from 2005 to 2090,indicating potential risks.The RQs of the other examined contaminants exhibited little potential risk in soil,water,or sediment.Based on spatial patterns,it was inferred that the ecosystem around Lake Chaohu is the most at risk.The study provides insights needed for local pollution control of POPs in the Chaohu watershed.In addition,the developed approach can be applied to other watersheds world-wide.Xianghui Cao Shouliang Huo Hanxiao Zhang Jiaqi Zheng Zhuoshi He Chunzi Ma Shuai Song 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,11:3
15AI-Enhanced Constellation Design for NOMA System: A Model Driven Method显示文摘Grant-free Non-orthogonal Multiple Access(GF-NOMA)is a promising technology for massive access users and sporadic small-packet transmission for Beyond the 5th Generation mobile communication system(B5G)/the 6th Generation mobile communication system(6G).One of the key aspects in GF-NOMA system is the signature/constellation design.However,due to the channel variation and random activation of users,conventional optimization approaches seem unsuitable for such complex models.In this paper,as an initial attempt,we propose a human intelligence(HI)-guided artificial intelligence(AI)-enhanced signature/constellation design method.By separate design of modulation and power allocation inspired by prior knowledge,the proposed deep neuron network(DNN)for NOMA signature/constellation design not only has smaller size of DNN and less training data,but also has stronger interpretability.In the last section,via simulations we demonstrate that in terms of bit error rate,the proposed scheme can achieve significant performance gain over the conventional NOMA schemes.Sen Wang Hanxiao Yu Yifei Yuan Guangyi Liu Zesong Fei 2020China Communications2020,17,11:3
16Mixture Toxicities of Three Pesticides Having Different Time-Toxicity Profiles显示文摘In the environment,chemical pollutants always exist as mixtures.To evaluate mixture toxicity,we should ex-amine the concentration ratios and the concentration levels of mixture components as well as the interactive time between the components and testing organism.Selecting three pesticides,metribuzin(MET),dodine(DOD)and ri-domil(RID),as mixture components,Vibrio qinghaiensis sp.-Q67 as testing organism,and 96-well microplate as exposure experiment carrier,the luminescence inhibition toxicities of the pesticides and their binary mixtures at six exposure time points(0.25,2,4,8,12,and 16 h)were determined.The results showed that the three pesticides have different time-toxicity profiles.The toxicity of MET increases over time,and those of DOD and RID show a slight decrease or increase in the first 4 h,respectively,and then remain unchanged to 16 h.The toxicities of the binary mixtures consisting of the three pesticides depend on not only the mixture composition but also the exposure time.The time-toxicity profiles of all rays in MET-DOD mixture system are U-shaped curves,those in MET-RID system are basically monotonically increased and those in DOD-RID system are basically monotonically decreased.How-ever,our findings indicate that for the test substances,mixture toxicity can be predicted by the extended concentra-tion addition model.Mo Yu Shushen Liu Mengchao Wang Fu Chen Hanxiao Tang 2014Chinese Journal of Chemistry2014,32,6:2
17Heteroatoms-doped carbon nanocages with enhanced dipolar and defective polarization toward light-weight microwave absorbers显示文摘Light-weight and exceptional microwave absorption are two vital characteristics for microwave absorbers in practical applications,but still face challenges.Herein,we employ a sacrificial template strategy to fabricate heteroatoms-doped carbon nanocages(CNs)via chemical vapor deposition,in which heteroatoms are simultaneously doped into the carbon frameworks by bubbling flowing source liquid.Compared with CNs,doped heteroatoms,accompanied with the inevitably defective arrangements in the lattice,not only decrease the electrical conductivity and balance the impedance characteristics,but also introduce structuralchemical defects and trigger dominant dipolar/defect polarization.As a result,both the minimum reflection loss(R_(L,min))and effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)greatly increase at an ultralow filler loading of 5 wt.%owing to internal hollow void and high specific surface area.The R_(L,min) values reach−53.6,−43.2,and−50.1 dB for N-CNs,S-CNs,and N,S-CNs with the corresponding EAB of 4.9,2.5,and 3.1 GHz,respectively.Furthermore,this work provides an effective strategy for the construction of heteroatoms-doped hollow carbon frameworks in large-scale production and the obtained doped carbon nanocages can be used as light-weight and high-performance microwave absorbers.Hanxiao Xu Guozheng Zhang Yi Wang Yiruo Wang Huanlei Wang Ying Huang Panbo Liu 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:2
18Formation of the bow shock indentation: MHD simulation results显示文摘Simulation results from a global magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)model are used to examine whether the bow shock has an indentation and characterize its formation conditions,as well as its physical mechanism.The bow shock is identified by an increase in plasma density of the solar wind,and the indentation of the bow shock is determined by the shock flaring angle.It is shown that when the interplanetary magnetic field(IMF)is southward and the Alfvén Mach number(Mα)of solar wind is high(>5),the bow shock indentation can be clearly determined.The reason is that the outflow region of magnetic reconnection(MR)that occurs in the low latitude area under southward IMF blocks the original flow in the magnetosheath around the magnetopause,forming a high-speed zone and a low-speed zone that are upstream and downstream of each other.This structure hinders the surrounding flow in the magnetosheath,and the bow shock behind the structure widens and forms an indentation.When Mαis low,the magnetosheath is thicker and the disturbing effect of the MR outflow region is less obvious.Under northward IMF,MR occurs at high latitudes,and the outflow region formed by reconnection does not block the flow inside the magnetosheath,thus the indentation is harder to form.The study of the conditions and formation process of the bow shock indentation will help to improve the accuracy of bow shock models.BaoHang Qu JianYong Lu Ming Wang HuanZhi Yuan Yue Zhou HanXiao Zhang 2021Earth and Planetary Physics2021,5,3:2
19External application of a Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers显示文摘Diabetic foot ulcers are one of the most severe complications of diabetes that have imposed great financial and psychological burdens on diabetic patients.A Nocardia rubra cell wall skeleton(Nr-CWS)can be externally applied to accelerate wound healing.However,its clinical application has not yet been reported.Herein,we report two patients with diabetic foot ulcers treated with Nr-CWS.After wound debridement,the wound was covered with a sterile cotton ball infiltrated with an Nr-CWS that was diluted with 2.0 mL of saline.The covers were changed every two days until complete wound healing occurred.The two wounds healed after 3 and 12 weeks,respectively.This article aims to provide a new treatment for diabetic foot ulcers,with the hope that physicians may consider an Nr-CWS as a complementary method for the treatment of chronic wounds.Caiqi Shen Wuhan Wei Aijun Zhang Changbo Tao Xueyang Li Yanping Guo Hanxiao Wei Qiang Li Peisheng Jin 2022Chinese Journal Of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery2022,4,1:2
20Comparative population genomics dissects the genetic basis of seven domestication traits in jujube显示文摘Jujube(Ziziphus jujuba Mill.)is an important perennial fruit tree with a range of interesting horticultural traits.It was domesticated from wild jujube(Ziziphus acidojujuba),but the genomic variation dynamics and genetic changes underlying its horticultural traits during domestication are poorly understood.Here,we report a comprehensive genome variation map based on the resequencing of 350 accessions,including wild,semi-wild and cultivated jujube plants,at a>15×depth.Using the combination of a genome-wide association study(GWAS)and selective sweep analysis,we identified several candidate genes potentially involved in regulating seven domestication traits in jujube.For fruit shape and kernel shape,we integrated the GWAS approach with transcriptome profiling data,expression analysis and the transgenic validation of a candidate gene to identify a causal gene,ZjFS3,which encodes an ethyleneresponsive transcription factor.Similarly,we identified a candidate gene for bearing-shoot length and the number of leaves per bearing shoot and two candidate genes for the seed-setting rate using GWAS.In the selective sweep analysis,we also discovered several putative genes for the presence of prickles on bearing shoots and the postharvest shelf life of fleshy fruits.This study outlines the genetic basis of jujube domestication and evolution and provides a rich genomic resource for mining other horticulturally important genes in jujube.Mingxin Guo Zhongren Zhang Yanwei Cheng Sunan Li Peiyin Shao Qiang Yu Junjie Wang Gan Xu Xiaotian Zhang Jiajia Liu Linlin Hou Hanxiao Liu Xusheng Zhao 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:2
