12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 3Blocking FSH inhibits hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis and reduces serum cholesterol显示文摘Menopause is associated with dyslipidemia and an increased risk of cardio-cerebrovascular disease.The classic view assumes that the underlying mechanism of dyslipidemia is attributed to an insufficiency of estrogen.In addition to a decrease in estrogen, circulating follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH)levels become elevated at menopause.In this study,we find that blocking FSH reduces serum cholesterol via inhibiting hepatic cholesterol biosynthesis.First,epidemiological results show that the serum FSH levels are positively correlated with the serum total cholesterol levels,even after adjustment by considering the effects of serum estrogen,in addition,the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia is significantly higher in peri-menopausal women than that in premenopausal women.Furthermore,we generated a mouse model of FSH elevation by intraperitoneally injecting exogenous FSH into ovariectomized (OVX)mice,in which a normal level of estrogen (E2)was maintained by exogenous supplementation. Consistently,the results indicate that FSH,independent of estrogen,increases the serum cholesterol level in this mouse model. 4Characteristics of gaseous product from municipal solid waste gasification with hot blast furnace slag显示文摘Possibility of combustible gas production from municipal solid waste (MSW) using hot blast furnace (BF) slag has been studied.The objective of this work is to generate combustible gas from MSW using heated BF slag.In this experiment,the thermal stability of the MSW was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis,and effects of temperature,gasifying agent (air,N2,steam) and BF slag on the gas products were investigated at 600?900 ?C.The thermogravimetric analysis indicates that the weight loss of MSW includes four stages:evaporation of the moisture,combustion of volatile materials,burning of carbon residue and burnout of ash.The contents of the combustible gas increase with increasing temperature,and the lower calorific value (LCV) increases rapidly at 600?900 ?C.It is found that volume fraction of CO,H2 and CH4 at different atmospheres increases in the order N2Lumei Zhao Hua Wang Shan Qing Huili Liu 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,4:8
5Economic Value Evaluation of Wetland Service in Yeyahu Wetland Nature Reserve,Beijing显示文摘Based on multi-source data,this paper evaluated the economic value of ecological services in the Yeyahu Wetland Nature Reserve,Beijing,China.The ecological services of wetland included gas regulation,water quality im-provement,biodiversity maintenance,erosion control,water supply,recreational opportunity,raw material supply and existence value.Multiple conventional evaluation methods were used to calculate the value of eight wetland services.The results showed that significant values came from biodiversity maintenance and recreational opportunity.The main reasons were as follows.Firstly,Yeyahu Wetland Nature Reserve was the habitat for migrant birds,and government had payed more efforts to protect precious birds.Secondly,the population is large in Beijing.People enjoyed going outside and enjoyed the natural and artificial wetland scenes.At the same time,most people were prepared to pay for wetland conservation.The decline of vegetation cover made the economic value of erosion control the lowest.While the shrink of water resource and the deteriorative water quality caused the economic value of water supply lower.The evaluation results could help decision-makers understand the present status of the Yeyahu Wetland Nature Reserve and provide a scientific basis for strategic decision.ZHU Lin CHEN Yun GONG Huili JIANG Weiguo ZHAO Wenji XIAO Yanfang 2011Chinese Geographical Science2011,21,6:7
6Respective IL-17A production by γδ T and Th17 cells and its implication in host defense against chlamydial lung infection显示文摘The role of IL-17A is important in protection against lung infection with Chlamydiae,an obligate intracellular bacterial pathogen.In this study,we explored the producers of IL-17A in chlamydial lung infection and specifically tested the role of major IL-17A producers in protective immunity.We found thatγδT cells and Th17 cells are the major producers of IL-17A at the early and later stages of chlamydial infection,respectively.Depletion ofγδT cells in vivo at the early postinfection(p.i.)stage,when mostγδT cells produce IL-17A,failed to alter Th1 responses and bacterial clearance.In contrast,the blockade of IL-17A at the time when IL-17A was mainly produced by Th17(day 7 p.i.)markedly reduced the Th1 response and increased chlamydial growth.The data suggest that theγδT cell is the highest producer of IL-17A in the very early stages of infection,but the protection conferred by IL-17A is mainly mediated by Th17 cells.In addition,we found that depletion ofγδT cells reduced IL-1αproduction by dendritic cells,which was associated with a reduced Th17 response.This finding is helpful to understand the variable role of IL-17A in different infections and to develop preventive and therapeutic approaches against infectious diseases by targeting IL-17A.Hong Bai Xiaoling Gao Lei Zhao Ying Peng Jie Yang Sai Qiao Huili Zhao Shuhe Wang YiJun Fan Antony George Joyee Zhi Yao Xi Yang 2017Cellular & Molecular Immunology2017,14,10:7
7Using remote sensing to research Beijing wetlands dynamics显示文摘In Beijing, where wetlands are important to municipal freshwater conservation and biodiversity retention, three different types of wetlands were identified: riverside wetlands, wetlands surrounding lakes and reservoirs, and wetlands in municipal parks.Remote sensing technology was applied in combination with field investigations to monitor and analyze the changes in these wetlands, and a combination of fusion technologies,Landsat TM/ETM+ and IKONOS imaging, was used to investigate and map them. This study indicates that not only have wetland areas been reduced by half, but also their ecological environments have been degraded because of rapid economic development and population increase. 8A bird nest-like manganese dioxide and its application as electrode in supercapacitors显示文摘A novel bird nest-like nanostructured MnO2(BNNS-MnO2) was prepared by a facile and cost-effective strategy. Their structures and morphologies were characterized by field emission scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and powder X-ray diffraction. Capacitive behaviors were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge-discharge. The obtained nano-MnO2 possesses a well designed loose-assembled hierarchical nanoarchitecture with an appropriate crystallinity which gives rise to excellent performances as an electrode material for supercapacitors. A maximum specific capacitance of 917 F/g has been obtained at a current density of 5 mA/cm2 in 6 mol/L KOH aqueous solution, and a specific capacitance of 210 F/g has been maintained for 500 cycles. 14A dandelion-like carbon microsphere/MnO_2 nanosheets composite for supercapacitors显示文摘This article reported the electrochemical performance of a novel cabon microsphere/MnO2nanosheets(CMS/MnO2) composite prepared by a in situ self-limiting deposition method under hydrothermal condition. The results of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) revealed that MnO2nanosheets homogeneously grew onto the surface of CMS to form a loose-packed and dandelion-like core/shell microstructure. The unique microstructure plays a basic role in electrochemical accessibility of electrolyte to MnO2active material and a fast diffusion rate within the redox phase. 16Practice and theoretical and technical progress in exploration and development of Shunbei ultra-deep carbonate oil and gas field,Tarim Basin,NW China显示文摘In this review on the exploration and development process of the Shunbei ultra-deep carbonate oil and gas field in the Tarim Basin, the progress of exploration and development technologies during the National 13th Five-Year Plan of China has been summarized systematically, giving important guidance for the exploration and development of ultra-deep marine carbonate reservoirs in China and abroad. Through analyzing the primary geological factors of “hydrocarbon generation-reservoir formation-hydrocarbon accumulation” of ancient and superposed basin comprehensively and dynamically, we point out that because the Lower Cambrian Yuertusi Formation high-quality source rocks have been located in a low-temperature environment for a long time, they were capable of generating hydrocarbon continuously in late stage, providing ideal geological conditions for massive liquid hydrocarbon accumulation in ultra-deep layers. In addition, strike-slip faults developed in tectonically stable areas have strong control on reservoir formation and hydrocarbon accumulation in this region. With these understandings, the exploration focus shifted from the two paleo-uplifts located in the north and the south to the Shuntuoguole lower uplift located in between and achieved major hydrocarbon discoveries. Through continuing improvement of seismic exploration technologies for ultra-deep carbonates in desert, integrated technologies including seismic acquisition in ultra-deep carbonates,seismic imaging of strike-slip faults and the associated cavity-fracture systems, detailed structural interpretation of strike-slip faults, characterization and quantitative description of fault-controlled cavities and fractures, description of fault-controlled traps and target optimization have been established. 18A selective N,N-dithenoyl-rhodamine based fluorescent probe for Fe3+ detection in aqueous and living cells显示文摘A novel N,N-dithenoyl-rhodamine based fluorescent and colorimetric Fe3+probe 1 was designed and synthesized by only one step from Rhodamine B hydrazide and 2-thiophenecarbonyl chloride.The structure of probe 1 was characterized by 1 H NMR/13C NMR spectroscopy,IR spectroscopy,and HRMS spectrometry.Accompanying with significant changes in visual color and fluorescent spectrum,probe 1 displayed good sensitivity for Fe3+with an abroad pH span.The detection limit(3.76μmol/L,0.2 mg/L)for Fe3+was lower than WHO recommended value(0.3 mg/L)for drinking water.Using two thiophene carbonyl groups as coordinating functional recognition group,probe 1 showed excellent selectivity towards Fe3+over diverse coexistent metal ions and anions.The sensing mechanism between dithenoyl-substituted probe 1 and Fe3+was further confirmed by 1 H NMR and IR titration experiments,binding constants study,and Job’s plot analysis.Furthermore,probe 1 also exhibited good cell membrane permeability and could be used as an efficient Fe3+probe in living human cells.Yi Liu Cuixia Zhao Xiangyun Zhao Huili Liu Yibin Wang Yuguo Du Dongbin Wei 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,4:1

20Study on photoluminescence of thermally treated Bi_(12)GeO_(20) and Mo:Bi_(12)GeO_(20) crystals显示文摘Photoluminescence (PL) of Bi12GeO20 and Mo doped Bi12GeO20 (Mo: Bi12GeO20) crystals in visible and near-infrared (NIR) spectral regions were studied. X-ray diffraction analysis, absorption and Raman scattering spectra of these crystals were also measured. Pure Bi12GeO20 after annealing in N2 atmosphere at 450 oC and 550 °C show predominant emissions at about 745 and 1250 nm bands, while the emission peaks of Mo:Bi12GeO20 crystals untreated or after annealing in Ar at 300 °C are at around 538 and 1165 nm. The results suggest that annealing induces intrinsic luminescence of Bi in pure Bi12GeO20 at room temperature and Mo influences the luminescence centers of Bi12GeO20.
