| 1 | HPLC–MS and HPLC–MS/MS analysis of seven active constituents of Xiao-Xu-Ming decoction and application to a pharmacokinetic study after oral administration to rat显示文摘Xiao-xu-ming decoction(XXMD)is a traditional Chinese medicine that has been widely used to treat theoplegia and its sequelae.This paper reports the development of three separate assays based on reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry(HPLC–MS)and HPLC–MS/MS for the determination of seven active constituents of XXMD viz oroxylin A-7-O-glucuronide,wogonoside,liquiritigenin,cimifugin,5-O-methylvisammiol,glycyrrhizic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid in rat plasma.All calibration curves were linear(r >0.99)with lower limits of quantitation(LLOQs)<12.4 ng/mL.Intra-and inter-day precisions(as relative standard deviation)were all <10.7% with recoveries in the range of 88.7–113%.In addition,the seven analytes were shown to be stable in rat plasma samples under relevant storage conditions.The validated methods were successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study in rat after oral administration of XXMD. | Yilin Wang Chunguang Ding Caisheng Wu Kehe Du Jinlan Zhangn Hailin Qin Jinfeng Hou Guanhua Du | 2012 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2012,2,2: | 6 |
| 2 | Timing and structural controls on skarn-type and vein-type mineralization at the Xitian tin-polymetallic deposit, Hunan Province, SE China显示文摘Xitian tin-polymetallic deposit, located in the eastern Hunan Province, SE China, hosts quartz vein and skarn in the contact zone between carbonate and two stages granites. Critical geodynamic questions for South China are whether different types of mineralization form in the same time and how the magmatism–tectonic system controls the ore-forming process. Based on the distribution of the orebodies, six cassiterite samples from different types of mineralization are collected for dating. In-situ LA-MCICP-MS U–Pb isotopic data yielded concordia low intercept ages between 154 and 157 Ma, indicating that different types of mineralization belong to the same magmatism–mineralization system. Coupled with the study of the kinematic indicators, it suggests that the structural control of the wall rocks constrain the types of mineralization. These results provide further evidence of a close temporal link between the structure and the tin-polymetallic mineralization in Xitian deposit. Considering the structure in the district, granite dome plays an important role in the ore-forming process. | 3 | Identification of a novel seed size associated locus SW9-1 in soybean显示文摘Seed size is one of the vital traits determining seed appearance, quality, and yield. Untangling the genetic mechanisms regulating soybean 100-seed weight (100-SW), seed length and seed width across environments may provide a theoretical basis for improving seed yield. However, there are few reports related to QTL mapping of 100-SW across multiple ecological regions. In this study, 21 loci associated with seed size traits were identified using a genome-wide association of 5361 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) across three ecoregions in China, which could explain 8.12%–14.25% of the phenotypic variance respectively. A new locus, named as SW9-1 on chromosome 9 that explained 10.05%–10.93% of the seed weight variance was found significantly related to seed size traits, and was not previously reported. The selection effect analysis showed that SW9-1 locus has a relatively high phenotypic effect (13.67) on 100-SW, with a greater contribution by the accessions with bigger seeds (3.69) than the accessions with small seeds (1.66). Increases in seed weight were accompanied by increases in the frequency of SW9-1T allele, with >90% of the bred varieties with a 100-SW >30 g carrying SW9-1T. Analysis of SW9-1 allelic variation in additional soybean accessions showed that SW9-1T allele accounting for 13.83% of the wild accessions, while in 46.55% and 51.57% of the landraces and bred accessions, respectively, this results indicating that the SW9-1 locus has been subjected to artificial selection during the early stages of soybean breeding, especially the utilization of SW9-1T in edamame for big seed. These results suggest that SW9-1 is a novel and reliable locus associated with seed size traits, and might have an important implication for increasing soybean seed weight in molecular design breeding. | 5 | Contrasting Thermoelectric Transport Behaviors of p-Type PbS Caused by Doping Alkali Metals (Li and Na)显示文摘PbS is a latent substitute of PbTe thermoelectric materials,which is on account of its superiority in low cost and earth abundance.Here,the thermoelectric transport properties of p-type PbS by doping alkali metals(Na and Li)are investigated and it is verified that Li is a more effective dopant than Na.By introducing Li,the electrical and thermal transport properties were optimized collectively.The electrical transport properties were boosted remarkably via adjusting carrier concentration,and the maximum power factor(PF_(max))of~11.5μW/cmK^(2) and average power factor(PFave)~9.9μW/cmK^(2) between 423 and 730 K in Pb_(0.99)Li_(0.01)S were achieved,which are much higher than those(~9.5 and~7.7μW/cmK^(2))of Pb0.99Na0.01S.Doping Li and Na can weaken the lattice thermal conductivity effectively.Combining the enlarged PF with suppressed total thermal conductivity,a maximum ZT~0.5 at 730 K and a large average ZT~0.4 at 423-730K were obtained in p-type Pb_(0.99)Li_(0.01)S,which are higher than~0.4 and~0.3 in p-type Pb0.99Na0.01S,respectively. | Zhenghao Hou Dongyang Wang Jinfeng Wang Guangtao Wang Zhiwei Huang Li-Dong Zhao | 2020 | Research2020,,1: | 1 |

| 7 | Conductive metal-organic frameworks: Recent advances in electrochemical energy-related applications and perspectives显示文摘Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),typically constructed with metallic nodes and organic linkers,have influenced the development of modular solid materials.Their adjustable molecular structure provides a remarkable variety of MOF-based solid-state structures towards diverse applications.However,the low conductivity of traditional MOFs extremely hinders their applications in electronic and electrochemical devices.The emerging conductive MOFs,generally possessing twodimensional layered structures,are endowed with both the structural merits of common MOFs and exceptional electronic/ionic conductivities.Besides,the selection and optimization of ligands and metal centers,as well as synthetic methods enormously affects the intrinsic conductivity of conductive MOFs.The distinctive crystal structures and superb conductivity promise their appealing applications in electrochemical energy-related fields.In the review,we mainly summarize representative crystal features,conducting mechanisms and recent advances in rational design and synthesis of conductive MOFs,along with their versatile applications as electrodes for electrochemical capacitors and rechargeable batteries,and as catalysts towards electrocatalysis.Finally,the involved challenges and future trends/prospects of the conductive MOFs for electrochemical energyrelated applications are further proposed. | Lingzhi Guo Jinfeng Sun Jingxuan Wei Yang Liu Linrui Hou Changzhou Yuan | 2020 | Carbon Energy2020,2,2: | 1 |
| 8 | Doping profile modification approach of the optimization of HfO_x based resistive switching device by inserting AlO_x layer显示文摘Hf Ox based resistive switching devices with thin Al Ox layer inserted between Hf Ox and Ti N top electrode(TE) and Pt bottom electrode(BE) were fabricated respectively. Both devices show robust bipolar resistive switching phenomenon. Experimental result reveals that Ti N/Al Ox/Hf Ox/Pt device with appropriately thick Hf Ox film shows significant enhancement in performance as compared with other samples, having lower voltage and excellent uniformity. The role of inserted Al Ox layer and thickness of Hf Ox film on resistive switching properties are discussed and clarified through comparative experiments, which is considered to be a doping effect. The experimental result is consistent with the model where resistive switching happens near Ti N top electrode(TE) due to partial rupture and reconstruction of conducting filaments(CFs) assisted by the doping.
