Sequencing of Cultivated Peanut, Arachis hypogaea, Yields Insights into Genome Evolution and Oil Improvement显示文摘Cultivated peanut (Arachis hypogaea) is an allotetraploid crop planted in Asia, Africa, and America for edible oil and protein. To explore the origins and consequences of tetraploidy, we sequenced the allotetraploid A. hypogaea genome and compared it with the related diploid Arachis duranensis and Arachis ipaensis genomes. We annotated 39 888 A-subgenome genes and 41 526 B-subgenome genes in allotetraploid peanut. The A. hypogaea subgenomes have evolved asymmetrically, with the B subgenome resembling the ancestral state and the A subgenome undergoing more gene disruption, loss, conversion, and transposable element proliferation, and having reduced gene expression during seed development despite lacking genome-wide expression dominance. Genomic and transcriptomic analyses identified more than 2 500 oil metabolism-related genes and revealed that most of them show altered expression early in seed development while their expression ceases during desiccation, presenting a comprehensive map of peanut lipid biosynthesis. The availability of these genomic resources will facilitate a better understanding of the complex genome architecture, agronomically and economically important genes, and genetic improvement of peanut.Xiaoping Chen Qing Lu Hao Liu Jianan Zhang Yanbin Hong Haofa Lan Haifen Li Jinpeng Wang Haiyan Liu Shaoxiong Li Manish K.Pandey Zhikang Zhang Guiyuan Zhou Jigao Yu Guoqiang Zhang Jiaqing Yuan Xingyu Li Shijie Wen Fanbo Meng Shanlin Yu Xiyin Wang Kadambot H.M.Siddique Zhong-Jian Liu Andrew H.Paterson Rajeev K.Varshney Xuanqiang Liang 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,7:23
Biocompatibility of bio-Mg-Zn alloy within bone with heart, liver, kidney and spleen显示文摘A magnesium-zinc alloy rod was implanted into the marrow cavity of the distal femur in New Zealand rabbits. The femur with the implanted alloy was compared with the contralateral femur in which a bone tunnel without implant was formed as a control. Degradation of the magnesium-zinc alloy was analyzed via X-ray, scanning electron microscopy, and element energy spectrum analysis. Serum magnesium, liver and kidney function tests, and myocardial enzymes were measured. Heart, liver, kidney and spleen were sectioned for pathological analysis, and the effects of the implanted material on the histology and function of important organs were analyzed. Magnesium-zinc alloy was resorbed from the bone marrow cavity of the femur; 87% of the alloy was degraded within 14 weeks after the surgery. There were no significant differences in serum magnesium, liver or kidney function tests, or myocardial enzymes be- fore the surgery and after degradation of the magnesium-zinc alloy. Histology of the heart, liver, kidney, and spleen did not change. This study demonstrated that magnesium-zinc alloy can be resorbed in bone, and that the degradation products have good biocompatibility with heart, liver, kidney, and spleen.HE YaoHua TAO HaiRong ZHANG Yan JIANG Yao ZHANG ShaoXiang ZHAO ChangLi LI JiaNan ZHANG BeiLei SONG Yang ZHANG XiaoNong 2009Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,3:18
Sintilimab versus docetaxel as second-line treatment in advanced or metastatic squamous non-small-cell lung cancer:an open-label,randomized controlled phase 3 trial(ORIENT-3)显示文摘Background:Treatment options for Chinese patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous-cell non-small-cell lung cancer(sqNSCLC)after failure of first-line chemotherapy are limited. This study(ORIENT-3)aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sintilimab versus docetaxel as second-line treatment in patients with locally advanced or metastatic sqNSCLC.Methods:ORIENT-3 was an open-label,multicenter,randomized controlled phase 3 trial that recruited patients with stage IIIB/IIIC/IV sqNSCLC after failure with first-line platinum-based chemotherapy.Patients were randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive either 200 mg of sintilimab or 75 mg/m^(2) of docetaxel intravenously every 3 weeks, stratified by the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status. The primary endpoint was overall survival(OS)in the full analysis set(FAS).Secondary endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS),objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),duration of response(DoR)and safety. Results:Between August 25,2017,and November 7,2018,290 patients were randomized. For FAS,10 patients fromthe docetaxel armwere excluded.Themedian OS was 11.79(n=145;95%confidence interval[CI],10.28-15.57)months with sintilimab versus 8.25(n=135;95%CI,6.47-9.82)months with docetaxel(hazard ratio[HR]:0.74;95%CI,0.56-0.96;P=0.025).Sintilimab treatment significantly prolonged PFS(median 4.30 vs.2.79 months;HR:0.52;95%CI,0.39-0.68;P<0.001)and showed higher ORR(25.50%vs.2.20%,P<0.001)and DCR(65.50%vs.37.80%,P<0.001)than the docetaxel arm.The median DoRwas 12.45(95%CI,4.86-25.33)months in the sintilimab arm and 4.14(95%CI,1.41-7.23)months in the docetaxel arm(P=0.045).Treatment-related adverse events of grade≥3were reported in 26(18.1%)patients in the sintilimab arm and 47(36.2%)patients in the docetaxel arm.Exploratory biomarker analysis showed potential predictive values of expression levels of two transcription factors, including OVOL2(HR:0.35;P<0.001)and CTCF(HR:3.50;P<0.001),for sintilimab treatment. Conclusions:Compared with docetaxel, sintilimab significantly improved the OS,PFS,and ORR of Chinese patients with previously treated locally advanced or metastatic sqNSCLC.Yuankai Shi Lin Wu Xinmin Yu Puyuan Xing Yan Wang Jianying Zhou Airong Wang Jianhua Shi Yi Hu Ziping Wang Guangyu An Yong Fang Sanyuan Sun Caicun Zhou Changli Wang Feng Ye Xingya Li Junye Wang Mengzhao Wang Yunpeng Liu Yanqiu Zhao Ying Yuan Jifeng Feng Zhendong Chen Jindong Shi Tao Sun Gang Wu Yongqian Shu Qisen Guo Yi Zhang Yong Song Shucai Zhang Yuan Chen Wei Li Hongrui Niu Wenwei Hu Lijun Wang Jianan Huang Yang Zhang Ying Cheng Zhengdong Wu Bo Peng Jiya Sun Christoph Mancao Yanqi Wang Luyao Sun 2022Cancer Communications2022,42,12:8

Since 1990s, two lineages of H9N2 virus, A/Duck/HK/Y280/97 (Y280-like)and A/Quail/HK/G1/97 (G1) have established in domestic poultry in China and are now widespread in theJianan Xu Shuang Li Yong Yang Bing Liu Huiping Yang Tiansu Li Lin Zhang Wei Li Xiaohu Luo Liquan Zhang Ming Pan 2018Science China(Life Sciences)2018,61,5:7
Smart breeding driven by big data, artificial intelligence, and integrated genomic-enviromic prediction显示文摘The first paradigm of plant breeding involves direct selection-based phenotypic observation, followed by predictive breeding using statistical models for quantitative traits constructed based on genetic experimental design and, more recently,by incorporation of molecular marker genotypes. However, plant performance or phenotype(P)is determined by the combined effects of genotype(G),envirotype(E),and genotype by environment interaction(GEI).Phenotypes can be predicted more precisely by training a model using data collected from multiple sources, including spatiotemporal omics(genomics, phenomics, and enviromics across time and space).Integration of 3D information profiles(G-P-E),each with multidimensionality, provides predictive breeding with both tremendous opportunities and great challenges. Here,we first review innovative technologies for predictive breeding. We then evaluate multidimensional information profiles that can be integrated with a predictive breeding strategy, particularly envirotypic data, which have largely been neglected in data collection and are nearly untouched in model construction. We propose a smart breeding scheme, integrated genomic-enviromic prediction(iGEP),as an extension of genomic prediction, using integrated multiomics information, big data technology, and artificial intelligence(mainly focused on machine and deep learning). We discuss how to implement iGEP,including spatiotemporal models, environmental indices, factorial and spatiotemporal structure of plant breeding data, and cross-species prediction.A strategy is then proposed for prediction-based crop redesign at both the macro(individual, population, and species)and micro(gene, metabolism, and network)scales. Finally,we provide perspectives on translating smart breeding into genetic gain through integrative breeding platforms and open-source breeding initiatives. We call for coordinated efforts in smart breeding through iGEP,institutional partnerships, and innovative technological support.Yunbi Xu Xingping Zhang Huihui Li Hongjian Zheng Jianan Zhang Michael S.Olsen Rajeev K.Varshney Boddupalli M.Prasanna Qian Qian 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,11:7

Large-scale blow spinning of heat-resistant nanofibrous air filters显示文摘Particulate matter(PM)pollution has become a serious problem worldwide and various kinds of nanofibrous filters aiming to solve the problem have been developed. It is urgent to remove PM from high-temperature pollution sources, such as industrial emissions, coal furnaces, and automobile exhaust gases. However, filtration at pollution sources remains challenging because most existing air filters are not resistant to high temperature.Herein,heat-resistant polyimide(PI)nanofibrous air filters are fabricated via a simple and scalable solution blow-spinning method. These air filters show excellent thermal stability at high temperature up to 420℃.They exhibit a filtration efficiency as high as 99.73%at ambient temperature and over 97%at 300℃.In addition,a field test shows that the filters remove>97%of PM from the car exhaust fumes.Hence, the blow-spun PI nanofibrous membranes combined with the facile preparation strategy have great potential in high temperature air filtration fields and other similar applications such as water purification and protein separation.Ziwei Li Jianan Song Yuanzheng Long Chao Jia Zhenglian Liu Lei Li Cheng Yang Junchen Liu Sen Lin Haiyang Wang Yibo Liu Minghao Fang Hui Wu 2020Nano Research2020,13,3:6
Quasi-phase-matching-division multiplexing holography in a three-dimensional nonlinear photonic crystal显示文摘Nonlinear holography has recently emerged as a novel tool to reconstruct the encoded information at a new wavelength, which has important applications in optical display and optical encryption. However, this scheme still struggles with low conversion efficiency and ineffective multiplexing. In this work,we demonstrate a quasi-phasematching(QPM)-division multiplexing holography in a three-dimensional(3D)nonlinear photonic crystal(NPC).3D NPC works as a nonlinear hologram,in which multiple images are distributed into different Ewald spheres in reciprocal space. The reciprocal vectors locating in a given Ewald sphere are capable of fulfilling the complete QPM conditions for the high-efficiency reconstruction of the target image at the second-harmonic(SH)wave.One can easily switch the reconstructed SH images by changing the QPM condition. The multiplexing capacity is scalable with the period number of 3D NPC.Our work provides a promising strategy to achieve highly efficient nonlinear multiplexing holography for high-security and high-density storage of optical information.Pengcheng Chen Chaowei Wang Dunzhao Wei Yanlei Hu Xiaoyi Xu Jiawen Li Dong Wu Jianan Ma Shengyun Ji Leran Zhang Liqun Xu Tianxin Wang Chuan Xu Jiaru Chu Shining Zhu Min Xiao Yong Zhang 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,8:5

New possible silver lining for pancreatic cancer therapy:Hydrogen sulfide and its donors显示文摘As one of the most lethal diseases, pancreatic cancer shows a dismal overall prognosis and high resistance to most treatment modalities.Furthermore, pancreatic cancer escapes early detection during the curable period because early symptoms rarely emerge and specific markers for this disease have not been found.Although combinations of new drugs, multimodal therapies, and adjuvants prolong survival, most patients still relapse after surgery and eventually die.Consequently, the search for more effective treatments for pancreatic cancer is highly relevant and justified. As a newly re-discovered mediator of gasotransmission, hydrogen sulfide(H2S)undertakes essential functions, encompassing various signaling complexes that occupy key processes in human biology.Accumulating evidence indicates that H2S exhibits bimodal modulation of cancer development. Thus, endogenous or low levels of exogenous H2S are thought to promote cancer, whereas high doses of exogenous H2S suppress tumor proliferation.Similarly, inhibition of endogenous H2S production also suppresses tumor proliferation.Accordingly,H2S biosynthesis inhibitors and H2S supplementation(H2S donors)are two distinct strategies for the treatment of cancer.Unfortunately, modulation of endogenous H2S on pancreatic cancer has not been studied so far.However,H2S donors and their derivatives have been extensively studied as potential therapeutic agents for pancreatic cancer therapy by inhibiting cell proliferation, inducing apoptosis, arresting cell cycle, and suppressing invasion and migration through exploiting multiple signaling pathways. As far as we know, there is no review of the effects of H2S donors on pancreatic cancer.Based on these concerns, the therapeutic effects of some H2S donors and NO-H2S dual donors on pancreatic cancer were summarized in this paper.Exogenous H2S donors may be promising compounds for pancreatic cancer treatment.Xu Hua Yan Xiao Jianan Sun Bao Ji Shanshan Luo Bo Wu Chao Zheng Peng Wang Fanxing Xu Keguang Cheng Huiming Hua Dahong Li 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,5:4
Room-temperature production of silver-nanofiber film for large-area, transparent and flexible surface electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘A kind of pollution known as electromagnetic interference(EMI),which results from ubiquitous usage of various electronic communication and military radar equipment, has been receiving increasing attention recently.However,large-area EMI shielding on transparent and/or curved surfaces, including building windows, curved glass wall, and special requirements spaces(SRSs),remains hard to achieve. In this paper,a silver nanofiber(AgNF)based flexible and transparent EMI shielding film was successfully assembled via a room-temperature roll-to-roll production method. For transparent application scenario,AgNF with 89%transmittance in visible range and 1μm thickness shows~20 dB shielding efficiency(EMI SE).On the other hand, total shielding(>50 dB)is obtained when the thickness of AgNF increases to 10μm,while its transmittance in visible range remains higher than 75%.Considering the facile and scale-free production technology, this material can be readily applied in large-scale,transparent,and/or SRSs EMI shielding.Sen Lin Haiyang Wang Fan Wu Qingmin Wang Xiaopeng Bai Di Zu Jianan Song Dong Wang Zhenglian Liu Ziwei Li Nian Tao Kai Huang Ming Lei Bo Li Hui Wu 2019npj Flexible Electronics2019,3,1:4
Efficient base editing in G/C-rich regions to model androgen insensitivity syndrome显示文摘Dear Editor, Most disease-associated genomic mutations are base substitutions and approximately half of pathogenic human single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)are related to C-to-T substitutions in the ClinVar database.Base editors (BEs),which combine Casg-DIOA nickase and APOBEC (apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme, catalytic polypeptide-like)or AID (activation-induced deaminase)cytidine deaminase family members, have been successfully applied to mediate C-to-T conversion in vitro and in vivo, providing a powerful tool to model or repair diseaserelated human SNPs.Jianan Li Zhen Liu Shisheng Huang Xiao Wang Guanglei Li Yuting Xu Wenxia Yu Shanshan Chen Yu Zhang Hanhui Ma Zunfu Ke Jia Chen Qiang Sun Xingxu Huang 2019Cell Research2019,29,2:3
Progress and trends in hydrate based desalination(HBD) technology:A review显示文摘The shortage of freshwater boosts the development of seawater desalination technology. As a novel method, the hydrate based desalination technology has been put forward for decades and achieved considerable development in the past years. This review focuses on the experimental progress at the aspects of the hydrate former choice, formation promotion and ion removal efficiency and conceptive innovation of hydrate separation and energy utilization. It should be noted that gaseous hydrate former with low formation pressure and insoluble liquid hydrate former are worthy for further study. Besides, the water migration caused by propane deserves to be investigated much more deeply for the potential value of wide application. Moreover, the utilization proposal of LNG cold energy brings more possibility of commercial application. In a word, the hydrate based desalination technology is hopefully an environment friendly, low-cost and widely used desalination technology in the near future.Jianan Zheng Fanbao Cheng Yuanping Li Xin Lü Mingjun Yang 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,9:3
Modified halloysite nanotubes reduce the toxic effects of zearalenone in gestating sows on growth and muscle development of their offsprings显示文摘Background: Zearalenone(ZEN) is an estrogenic mycotoxin that is primarily produced by Fusarium fungi and has been proven to affect the reproductive capacity of many species to varying degrees. The present experiment was designed to study the maternal persistent effects of zearalenone toxicity in gestating sows on growth and muscle development of their offsprings, and the alleviation of zearalenone toxicity by modified halloysite nanotubes(MHNTs).Methods: Eighteen sows were fed with one of three dietary treatments that included the following:(1) a control diet,(2) a contaminated grain diet(with 50 % moldy corn, 2.77 mg/kg ZEN), and(3) a contaminated grain diet(with 50 %moldy corn, 2.76 mg/kg ZEN) + 1 % MHNTs. Each sow was exclusively fed its experimental diets from 35 to 70 d of gestation at a total of 2 kg daily. Muscle samples were collected from six piglets per treatment at birth, weaning and finishing. Results: The results showed that feeding the sows with the ZEN-contaminated diets from 35 to 70 d of gestation decreased the ADG, ADFI and G:F of their offsprings(P < 0.05). The muscle fiber numbers in the newborn, weaning and growing-finishing pigs and the muscle fiber diameters at birth and weaning were also decreased by maternal ZEN exposure(P < 0.05). The expressions of IGF-I, IGF-II, Myf-5 and Mstn at birth and IGF-II, Pax7, Myf-5 and Myo D1 at weaning were altered by feeding gestating sows with ZEN-contaminated diets(P < 0.05). The MHNTs reduced most of the ZEN-induced toxic effects: the ADG and ADFI on growth performance, the muscle fiber numbers at weaning and finishing and the muscle fiber diameters at weaning(P < 0.05). The expression levels of IGF-II and Mstn in newborn piglets and IGF-II and Myf-5 in weaning piglets were also prevented by adding 1 % MHNTs(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The present study demonstrated that the offsprings of sows fed with ZEN-contaminated diets from 35 to 70 day of gestation exhibited weakening on growth performance, physiological changes in their muscle fibers and alterations of m RNA expression in their muscle tissues, and also indicated that MHNTs prevented most of the ZENinduced weakening in the muscle tissues.Rui Gao Qingwei Meng Jianan Li Min Liu Yuanyuan Zhang Chongpeng Bi Anshan Shan 2016Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2016,7,4:3
Periodic Variation in the Effect of Switching Frequency on the Harmonics of Power Electronic Converters显示文摘Switching frequency is an important factor in the performance control of power electronic converters. It can help optimize switching losses, switching ripples and electromagnetic interference, especially for newly developed high-switching-frequency silicon carbide converters.Periodic variation in the switching-frequency methods has been developed for this purpose, especially the model-predictive variable switching-frequency pulse width modulation(VSFPWM)method. The effect of periodic switching-frequency variation on the harmonics of a converter using double Fourier analysis and simulations are investigated. This work verifies that the switching harmonics can be reduced by periodic variation in the switching frequency, and the low-frequency(baseband)harmonics only incur a slight change. The analysis provides a theoretical foundation for the application of VSFPWM in power electronic converters.Qiao Li Jianan Chen Dong Jiang 2020Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2020,6,3:3
M3SC:A Generic Dataset for Mixed Multi-Modal(MMM)Sensing and Communication Integration显示文摘The sixth generation(6G)of mobile communication system is witnessing a new paradigm shift,i.e.,integrated sensing-communication system.A comprehensive dataset is a prerequisite for 6G integrated sensing-communication research. This paper develops a novel simulation dataset, named M3SC,for mixed multi-modal(MMM)sensing-communication integration, and the generation framework of the M3SC dataset is further given. To obtain multimodal sensory data in physical space and communication data in electromagnetic space,we utilize Air-Sim and WaveFarer to collect multi-modal sensory data and exploit Wireless InSite to collect communication data.Furthermore, the in-depth integration and precise alignment of AirSim,WaveFarer, andWireless InSite are achieved. The M3SC dataset covers various weather conditions, multiplex frequency bands, and different times of the day.Currently, the M3SC dataset contains 1500 snapshots, including 80 RGB images,160 depth maps,80 LiDAR point clouds,256 sets of mmWave waveforms with 8 radar point clouds, and 72 channel impulse response(CIR)matrices per snapshot, thus totaling 120,000 RGB images,240,000 depth maps,120,000 LiDAR point clouds,384,000 sets of mmWave waveforms with 12,000 radar point clouds, and 108,000 CIR matrices. The data processing result presents the multi-modal sensory information and communication channel statistical properties. Finally, the MMM sensing-communication application, which can be supported by the M3SC dataset,is discussed.Xiang Cheng Ziwei Huang Lu Bai Haotian Zhang Mingran Sun Boxun Liu Sijiang Li Jianan Zhang Minson Lee 2023China Communications2023,20,11:3
The Diversity of Four Anti—nutritional Factors in Common Bean显示文摘Anti-nutritional factors such as lectins, saponin, trypsin inhibitor and phytic acid are endogenous substances in the common bean(Phaseolus vulgaris L.). In this study, the contents or activities of these anti-nutritional factors in fresh pods were detected in 56 selected cultivars. The results revealed significant difference within each factor in the tested cultivar population. The mean value of lectin content and the activity of trypsin inhibitor were 1.743 mg · g^(-1)and 1.680 mg · g^(-1)respectively. Their coefficients of variation(CV) were both more than 100% and each of the cultivar frequency distribution curve showed a main peak, but the discontinuous distributions in the extremely high and low areas indicate hierarchic cultivars. However, the mean contents of saponin and phytic acid were 3.730 mg · g^(-1)and 3.102 mg · g^(-1), respectively, with CV less than 41%.Each showed a main peak in its normal distribution curve and low frequency continuous distribution in dual tails. Meanwhile, statistic analysis demonstrated a positive correlation between the lectin content and trypsin inhibitor activity in fresh pods. Furthermore, all 56 tested cultivars were clustered into three groups based on their four anti-nutritional factor levels: 80% of them into medium level group, and 12% of them into low level group. The endogenous edible toxic compounds, such as lectin and trypsin inhibitor, are closely related to insect resistance in the field. This study suggests that it is possible to screen the cultivars containing less lectin and other factors but with reduced pest resistance in the field.SHANG Rui WU Hua GUO Rui LIU Qin PAN Lei LI Jianan HU Zhihui CHEN Chanyou 2016Horticultural Plant Journal2016,2,2:3
Behavior and strength of headed stud shear connectors in ultra-high performance concrete of composite bridges显示文摘This study presents an experimental and numerical investigation on the static behavior of headed stud shear connectors in ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) of composite bridges. Four push-out specimens were tested. It was found that no cracking, crushing or splitting was observed on the concrete slab, indicating that UHPC slab exhibited good performance and could resist the high force transferred from the headed studs. The numerical and experimental results indicated that the shear capacity is supposed to be composed of two parts stud shank shear contribution and concrete wedge block shear contribution. The stiffness increment of a stud in UHPC was at least 60% higher than that in normal strength concrete. Even if the stud height was reduced from 6d to 2d, there was no reduction in the shear strength of a stud. Short stud shear connectors with an aspect ratio as small as 2 could develop full strength in UHPC slabs. An empirical load-slip equation taking into account stud diameter was proposed to predict the load-slip response of a stud. The reliability and accuracy of the proposed load-slip equation was verified by the experimental and numerical load-slip curves.Jianan QI Yuqing HU Jingquan WANG Wenchao LI 2019Frontiers of Structural and Civil Engineering2019,13,5:3
A Case Study of Applying Metagenomic Sequencing in Precise Epidemiology for the COVID-19 Pandemic-Sichuan Province, China, 2020显示文摘Introduction:Determining the transmission chain of a virus in its incipient stages is extremely time consuming in traditional approaches that rely mainly on case incidence and interview-based contact data. With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology,genome-based epidemiology approach is showing promise in detecting viral transmission. However, there is still insufficient evidence for the relationship between the viral genetic variations and real viral transmission. Methods:To explore the possible relationship between transmission chains and viral genetic variations,we combined both epidemiological data and viral genomes of COVID-19 virus collected from Sichuan Province.A phylogenetic approach was used to infer the transmission chain, which was then compared to the transmission chain that came from epidemiological data. Results:We found that the putative transmission chains were highly concordant to the true transmission chains from epidemiological data, suggesting a strong correlation between viral genetic variations and the viral transmission chain.Discussion:Our results showed advantages of viral genomic sequencing in tracking and perceiving pathogen transmission, which allowed for potential improvements in the design and implementation of population-level public health interventions.Jianan Xu Ye Wang You Li Huiping Yang Ming Pan Jian Liu Lina Shi Yuliang Feng Li Liu Jin Li Li Zhang Shusen He 2020China CDC weekly2020,2,47:2
