| 1 | Mechanisms involved in antineuralgic effects of Paeonia Lactiflora: prediction based on network pharmacology显示文摘目的:白芍的镇痛作用已被广泛应用于中医临床,但对其潜在机制知之甚少.本研究旨在从网络药理学的角度阐明其有效成分和镇痛机制.方法:通过中药系统药理学分析平台(TCMSP)筛选出其可能的活性成分及CAS.从Pubchem 中获得其SMILES,并通过在Swiss Target Prediction 数据库中反向对接获得潜在的靶点.从GeenCards 数据库中提取疼痛相关分子,采用韦恩图筛选出芍药治疗疼痛的预测靶点.机制分析采用String 构建蛋白-蛋白相互作用,运用DAVID 平台进行靶点GO 功能富集和KEGG 信号通路富集.结果:通过GO 和KEGG 分析我们发现疼痛相关的信号通路主要涉及血清素能突触、钙信号通路、调控TRP 通道的炎症介质.利用基于网络的系统生物学和分子对接分析,我们预测了白芍中的11 种活性成分和97 个潜在的治疗靶标.PRKCA、CASP3、ALOX15、SLC6A4、PRKCG、ALOX5、PRKCB、ALOX12、 EGFR、ADRB2、RYR3、RYR1、NOS2、PTAFR、PRKCQ、PRKCD 等基因参与了白芍的镇痛作用.结论:白芍可通过调节TRP 通道炎症介质、钙信号通路和5-羟色胺受体减轻疼痛.PRKCA、PRKCB、PRKCD、 PRKCQ 和PRKCG 可能是疼痛治疗的新靶标. | Di Zhang Shengsuo Ma Jianxin Sun Bing Yang Haoming Lin Meijing Xie Meina Huang Guoping Zhao | 2019 | TMR Clinical Research2019,2,2: | 8 |
| 2 | Survival difference between EGFR Del19 and L858R mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients receiving gefitinib:a propensity score matching analysis显示文摘Objective: Although superior clinical benefits of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs) in the treatment of advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC) had been reported,the survival difference between exon 19 deletion(Del19) and exon 21 Leu858 Arg substitution(L858 R) remains controversial.The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in progression-free survival(PFS) and overall survival(OS) between different EGFR mutant subtypes among advanced NSCLC patients receiving gefitinib.Methods: There were 204 advanced NSCLC patients with EGFR mutations treated with gefitinib were enrolled in this retrospective cohort study.Patients were divided into the EGFR Del19 group and the L858 R mutated group according to their mutant subtype.Propensity score matching(PSM) was conducted by using a nearest-neighbor algorithm(1:1) to adjust for demographical and clinical covariates.Survival curves were constructed with the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by using the log-rank test.Results: The PFS in Del19 group was similar to that in the L858 R group [before PSM 8.6 vs.7.2 months,P=0.072; after PSM 7.3 vs.7.2 months,P=0.155].No differences were detected in OS between the L858 R and the Del19 group(before PSM 17.8 vs.13.1 months,P=0.253; after PSM 16.9 vs.13.1 months,P=0.339).The Del19 group was significantly younger compared with the L858 R mutation group in age(P=0.015).Conclusions: No significant difference was found in the PFS or OS between the Del19 and L858 R mutant NSCLC patients receiving gefitinib.The age gap might contribute to the survival differences between Del19 and L858 R groups.PSM is of important value to the elimination of potential bias. | Minglei Zhuo Qiwen Zheng Jun Zhao Meina Wu Tongtong An Yuyan Wang Jianjie Li Shuhang Wang Jia Zhong Xue Yang Hanxiao Chen Bo Jia Zhi Dong Emei Gao JingjingWang Ziping Wang | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6: | 4 |

| 4 | AVP(4-8) Improves Cognitive Behaviors and Hippocampal Synaptic Plasticity in the APP/PS1 Mouse Model of Alzheimer’s Disease显示文摘Memory deficits with aging are related to the neurodegeneration in the brain, including a reduction in arginine vasopressin(AVP) in the brain of patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD). AVP(4-8), different from its precursor AVP, plays memory enhancement roles in the CNS without peripheral side-effects. However, it is not clear whether AVP(4-8) can improve cognitive behaviors and synaptic plasticity in the APP/PS1 mouse model of AD. Here, we investigated for the first time the neuroprotective effects of AVP(4-8) on memory behaviors and in vivo long-term potentiation(LTP) in APP/PS1-AD mice.The results showed that:(1) APP/PS1-AD mice had lower spontaneous alternation in the Y-maze than wild-type(WT) mice, and this was significantly reversed by AVP(4-8);(2) the prolonged escape latency of APP/PS1-AD mice in the Morris water maze was significantly decreased by AVP(4-8), and the decreased swimming time in target quadrant recovered significantly after AVP(4-8) treatment;(3) in vivo hippocampal LTP induced by high-frequency stimulation had a significant deficit in the AD mice, and this was partly rescued by AVP(4-8);(4) AVP(4-8)significantly up-regulated the expression levels of postsynaptic density 95(PSD95) and nerve growth factor(NGF)in the hippocampus of AD mice. | 6 | High Expression of ERCC1 Is a Poor Prognostic Factor in Chinese Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Receiving Cisplatin-based Therapy显示文摘Objective: to determine the role of excision repair cross-complementing group 1 gene (ERCC1) and ribonucleotide reductase subunit M1 (RRM1) expression in predicting response and survival in Chinese patients with advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with platinum-based chemotherapy. Methods: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded biopsy tissues were retrospectively obtained from 160 advanced NSCLC patients. mRNA expression levels of ERCC1 and RRM1 were determined by real-time PCR. Results: Associations between mRNA expression level of ERCC1 and RRM1 and clinic-pathologic parameters were analyzed. One handred and forty two (88.75%) specimens were successfully amplified. mRNA expression level of ERCC1 and RRM1 was negatively associated with tumor response. ERCC1 expression levels ranged from 0.01 to 78.79 [median 0.63, mean 4.25 and standard deviation (SD) 9.23] and RRM1 from 0.00 to 30.91 (median 0.63, mean 0.87 and SD 3.36). By adopting cut-off values according to median expression levels, we found that MST in patients with low ERCC1 mRNA levels was significantly longer in overall population than in patients with higher levels (18.63 versus 13.69 months, log-rank 5.73, P=0.017), but we did not found the survival benefit of the patients with low expression level of RRM1. (19.07 versus 14.88, log-rank 1.66, P=0.197). Further, in the multivariable Cox regression model analysis we found that low level of ERCC1 expression, the presence of weight loss and target therapy, were significant prognostic factors for survival. | 9 | PIK3CA mutation in Chinese patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Objective: To investigate PIK3CA mutation in Chinese patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and explore their relationship with clinicopathological profiles. Methods: Tumor samples from 123 cases of LSCC were included in this study. PIK3CA mutations in exon 9 and 20 were screened by pyrosequencing and confirmed by clone sequencing or amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS). Denaturing performance liquid chromatography (DHPLC) was employed for evaluation of EGFR mutation in exon 19, 21 and KRAS mutation. Results: PIK3CA mutations were found in 3 (2.4%) patients. The mutation type included E545K, E452Q and H1047R. Of these three patients, one coupled with EGFR mutation, and the other two coupled with PIK3CA amplification. All the three patients shared the same clinicopathologic characteristics: male, less than 60 years old, had smoke history, stage III and carried wild-type KRAS. Conclusions: The frequency of PIK3CA mutation is low in Chinese patients with LSCC. | 12 | Polymer dispersed ionic liquid electrolytes with high ionic conductivity for ultrastable solid-state lithium batteries显示文摘Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for building solid-state lithium batteries due to their excellent flexibility,scalability,and interfacial compatibility with electrodes.However,the low ionic conductivity and poor cyclic stability of SPEs do not meet the requirements for practical applications of lithium batteries.Here,a novel polymer dispersed ionic liquid-based solid polymer electrolyte(PDIL-SPE)is fabricated using the in situ polymerization-induced phase separation(PIPS)method.The as-prepared PDIL-SPE possesses both outstanding ionic conductivity(0.74 mS cm^(-1) at 25℃)and a wide electrochemical window(up to 4.86 V),and the formed unique three-dimensional(3D)co-continuous structure of polymer matrix and ionic liquid in PDIL-SPE can promote the transport of lithium ions.Also,the 3D co-continuous structure of PDIL-SPE effectively accommodates the severe volume expansion for prolonged lithium plating and stripping processes over 1000 h at 0.5 mA cm^(-2) under 25℃.Moreover,the LiFePO_(4)//Li coin cell can work stably over 150 cycles at a 1 C rate under room temperature with a capacity retention of 90.6%from 111.1 to 100.7 mAh g^(-1).The PDIL-SPE composite is a promising material system for enabling the ultrastable operation of solid-state lithium-metal batteries. | Shengyu Qin Yaping Cao Jianying Zhang Yunxiao Ren Chang Sun Shuoning Zhang Lanying Zhang Wei Hu Meina Yu Huai Yang | 2023 | Carbon Energy2023,5,5: | 0 |

| 15 | Responses of ramie(Boehmeria nivea L.)to increasing rare earth element(REE)concentrations in a hydroponic system显示文摘A number of studies have focused on the effects of rare earth elements(REEs) on crop plants,while little attention has been paid on how tolerant plant species respond to increasing mixed REE concentrations.In this study,ramie(Boehmeria nivea L.) was exposed to a series of REE concentrations prepared with equimolar mixtures of 16 REEs(i.e.0,1.6,8,16,80,160,400,800 μmol/L) in order to explore REE accumulation and fractionation characteristics in ramie and the responses of this plant to mixed REEs.Results show that ramie root and shoot biomasses are unaffected under lower REE concentrations(1.6-80 μmol/L),while the growth of ramie and the uptake of nutrients especially Ca and Mn are largely inhibited under higher REE concentrations(160-800 μmol/L).The P and Mo concentrations in the roots increase with the increasing REE concentrations in the solution,suggestive of an involvement of P and Mo in dealing with the high concentrations of REEs in this plant.The preferential uptake of Ce and heavy REEs(HREEs) and the preferential transport of HREEs within the plant lead to a positive Ce anomaly and a HREE enrichment in ramie leaves.Our study suggests that ramie could be a good candidate for the phyto re mediation of heavily REE-contaminated soils(e.g.,REE mine tailings in southern China).Our results also shed light on points of taking into account phytoremediation management strategies of REEcontaminated soils(e.g.,P and Mo fertilization). | Chang Liu Wenshen Liu Hermine Huot Yiming Yang Meina Guo Jean Louis Morel Yetao Tang Rongliang Qiu | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,5: | 0 |
