1Use of ^(15)N stable isotope to quantify nitrogen transfer between mycorrhizal plants显示文摘Aims Mycorrhizas(fungal roots)play vital roles in plant nutrient acquisition,performance and productivity in terrestrial ecosystems.Arbuscular mycorrhizas(AM)and ectomycorrhizas(EM)are mostly important since soil nutrients,including NH+4,NO3 and phosphorus,are translocated from mycorrhizal fungi to plants.Individual species,genera and even families of plants could be interconnected by mycorrhizal mycelia to form common mycorrhizal networks(CMNs).The function of CMNs is to provide pathways for movement or transfer of nutrients from one plant to another.In the past four decades,both ^(15)N external labeling or enrichment(usually expressed as atom%)and ^(15)N naturally occurring abundance(d^(15)N,&)techniques have been employed to trace the direction and magnitude of N transfer between plants,with their own advantages and limitations.Important Findings The heavier stable isotope ^(15)N is discriminated against 14N during biochemical,biogeochemical and physiological processes,due to a greater atomic mass.In general,non-N2-fixing plants had greater d^(15)N values than N2-fixing(;0&)ones.Foliar d^(15)N often varied by 5 to 10&in the order:non-mycorrhizas/AMs>EMs>ericoid mycorrhizas.Differences in d^(15)N(&)or ^(15)N(atom%)values could thus provide N transfer information between plants.A range of between 0 to 80%of one-way N transfer had been observed from N2-fixing mycorrhizal to non-N2-fixing mycorrhizal plants,but generally less than or around 10%in the reverse direction.Plant-to-plant N transfer may provide practical implications for plant performance in N-limited habitats.Considering that N translocation or cycling is crucial,and the potential benefits of N transfer are great in both agricultural and natural ecosystems,more research is warranted on either oneway or two-way N transfers mediated by CMNs with different species and under field conditions.Xinhua He Minggang Xu Guo Yu Qiu Jianbin Zhou 2009Journal of Plant Ecology2009,2,3:14
2Mesozoic–Cenozoic Volcanic Cycle and Volcanic Reservoirs in East China显示文摘There are widespread Mesozoic–Cenozoic terrestrial volcanic activities in East China,and they produced favorable geologic factors for the volcanic reservoirs.To reveal the spatio-temporal evolution of regional volcanisms and their tectonic setting,we subdivide Mesozoic–Cenozoic volcanic activities into 6 volcanic cycles(Ⅰ–Ⅵ),and summarize the temporal-spatial distribution,rock association and tectonic setting of each cycle.The Cycle I forms a post-orogenic intraplate bimodal volcanic association.The cyclesⅡandⅢinclude arc volcanic associations formed in compressional and extensional subduction environments,respectively.The CycleⅣcontains a post-orogenic arc bimodal association.The CycleⅤis a basaltic association of tholeiite series under initial rift setting,and the CycleⅥis basaltic association of alkaline series under typical rift setting.The volcanic strata between each cycle are bounded by regional unconformity.The above 6 volcanic cycles correspond to 6 sequential stages of tectonic evolutions from the Early Jurassic post-orogeny,the Mid-Jurassic–Cretaceous subduction of the paleo-Pacific Plate to the Cenozoic marginal rifting.According to the geological characteristics of volcanic reservoirs in different volcanic cycles,it is put forward that the CycleⅤis the major formation period of volcanic reservoirs in East China and should be the focus of exploration,and that the volcanic reservoirs of the CycleⅣare also worthy of attention.Guangfu Xing Jianqing Li Zheng Duan Mingxuan Cao Minggang Yu Pingli Chu Rong Chen 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4:7
3Optimization of microstructures and magnetic properties of Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.227)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.023))_(7.6) magnets by sintering treatment显示文摘Magnetic properties and microstructures of Sm(Co_(bal)Fe_(0.227)Cu_(0.07)Zr_(0.023_)_(7.6) sintered magnets were optimized by sintering treatment. Results show that the knee-point magnetic field, Hknee, is twofold up and the intrinsic coercivity Hcjincreases by 40%, ranging from 21.64 to 30.39 kOe at the cost of a little decrease of Brfrom 10.84 to 10.31 kGs with sintering temperature decreasing from 1488 to 1473 K. And the average domain width is narrower and more uniform for the specimen sintered at 1473 K than that of the specimen sintered at 1488 K. It is impressive that the density of lamellar phase increases from ~0.050 to ~0.058 nm^(-1) with the sintering temperature decreasing from 1488 to 1473 K. Moreover, the average cellular size is about ~84 nm for the magnets sintered at 1473 K, which is 80% of that of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~97 nm). And the cell boundary width of the magnets sintered at 1473 K(~7 nm) is only half average width of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~14 nm). It is found that the Cu content in the cell boundaries is much higher(~17 at%) in the magnets sintered at 1473 K compared to that of the magnets sintered at 1488 K(~10 at%). 4First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 5Capability-based context ontology modeling and reasoning for C^4ISR communication显示文摘Modeling and reasoning on domain contexts play a key role for adding intelligence to communication services, and the approach of capability-based requirement engineering ensures the scientificity and accuracy of requirement elicitation. This paper presents a capability-based context ontology modeling approach for command and control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance(C4ISR) communication. Primarily, a capability-based C^4ISR communication meta-concept model and a C^4ISR communication context meta-ontology are constructed. The context ontology is established under the constraints of the C^4ISR communication context meta-ontology, and furthermore, algorithms are proposed to support context reasoning based on description logic. 6Nitric oxide-generating compound and bio-clickable peptide mimic for synergistically tailoring surface anti-thrombogenic and anti-microbial dual-functions显示文摘Application of extracorporeal circuits and indwelling medical devices has saved many lives.However,it is accompanied with two major complications:thrombosis and infection.To address this issue,we apply therapeutic nitric oxide gas(NO)and antibacterial peptide for synergistically tailoring such devices for surface anti-thrombogenic and antifouling dual functions.Such functional surface is realized by stepwise conjugation of NO-generating compound of 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid(DOTA)chelated copper ions(Cu-DOTA)and dibenzylcyclooctyne-(DBCO-)modified antimicrobial peptide based on carbodiimide and click chemistry respectively.The integration of peptide and Cu-DOTA grants the modified surface the ability to not only efficiently inhibit bacterial growth,but also catalytically generate NO from endogenous s-nitrosothiols(RSNO)to reduce adhesion and activation of platelets,preventing the formation of thrombus.We envision that the stepwise synergistic modification strategy by using anticoagulant NO and antibacterial peptide would facilitate the surface multifunctional engineering of extracorporeal circuits and indwelling medical devices,with reduced clinical complications associated with thrombosis and infection.Han Yu Shaoxing Yu Hua Qiu Peng Gao Yingzhong Chen Xin Zhao Qiufen Tu Minggang Zhou Lin Cai Nan Huang Kaiqin Xiong Zhilu Yang 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,6:3
7First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). 8The microstructure and magnetization reversal behavior of melt-spun (Nd_(1-x)Ce_x)-Fe-B ribbons显示文摘In this study,the alloy ingots with nominal compositions of(Nd_(1-x)Ce_x)_(31)Fe_(bal)Co_(0.2)Ga_(0.1)B(x=0, 0.1 wt%,0.2 wt%, 0.3 wt%, 0.4 wt%, 0.5 wt%) were prepared and then melt-spun to form nanocrystalline ribbons at the wheel speed of 20 m/s. XRD results show that all melt-spun ribbons exhibit the tetragonal structure(Nd,Ce)_2 Fe_(14)B phase with the space group P42/mmm. The Curie temperature and lattice constant decrease with the increase of Ce content. The Curie temperature decreases gradually from 306 to 247 ℃with the increase of Ce content. Those results indicate that Ce element has been incorporated into Nd_2 Fe_(14)B main crystalline phase and formed(Ce,Nd)-Fe-B hard magnetic phase. It is also found that the remanence ratio(M_r/M_s) decreases from 0.693 to 0.663 and the coercivity(H_c) decreases from 18.7 to14.2 kOe with the increase of Ce content. However, a relatively high coercivity of 18.3 kOe for(Nd_(1-x)Ce_x)_(31)Fe_(bal)Co_(0.2)Ga_(0.1)B(x = 0.2) melt-spun ribbon is achieved. The coercivity is sensitive to microstructure. The AFM patterns show the sample(x = 0.2) has the most uniform and finest microstructure. The magnetization reversal behavior(δM plots) is discussed in detail. The positive δM value is observed in every sample, which confirms the existence of exchange coupling interaction. Evidently, theδM maximum value reaches 0.9 in the sample(x = 0.2). 9Autonomous process collaboration framework for C4ISR system interoperation显示文摘Interoperability plays an important role in the joint command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance(C4 ISR) operations. Coordinating and integrating operational processes to fulfill a common mission are challenged by the ever-changing battlefield and hence requires a cross-organizational process management that produces an autonomous, flexible and adaptable architecture for collaborative process evolution. The traditional business process collaboration pattern is based on the predefined 'public-view' perspective and cannot meet the requirement of the joint task operations. This paper proposes a flexible visibility control mechanism and a dynamic collaboration framework for modeling and generating collaborative processes. The mechanism allows collaborators to define a set of visibility rules to generate different views of the private processes for different collaborations, which gives a great flexibility for the collaboration initiator to decide on an appropriate collaboration pattern. The framework supports collaborators to dynamically and recursively add a new process or even a new organization to an existing collaboration. 15Confined Pyrolysis Synthesis of Well-dispersed Cobalt Copper Bimetallic Three-dimensional N-Doped Carbon Framework as Efficient Water Splitting Electrocatalyst显示文摘Hydrogen is one of the most desirable alternatives to fossil fuels due to its renewability and large energy density.Electrochemical water splitting,as an environmental-friendly way to produce H_(2) of high-purity,is drawing more and more attention.Conductive nitrogen-doped carbon frameworks derived from metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been applied as promising electrocatalysts thanks to their superior conductivity,numerous active sites and hierarchical porous structures.However,traditional uncontrolled pyrolysis will lead to aggregation or fusion of the metal sites in MOFs or even cause collapse of the three-dimensional structures.Herein,we provide a confinement pyrolysis strategy to fabricate a CoCu bimetallic N-doped carbon framework derived from MOFs,which exhibits satisfactory catalytic performance with overpotentials of 199 mV towards hydrogen evolution reaction and 301 mV towards oxygen evolution reaction to reach 10 mA/cm^(2) in an alkaline solution.This work presents further inspirations for preserving the original skeleton of MOFs during high temperature pyrolysis in order to obtain more stable and efficient electrocatalyst.ZHANG Ziqi WANG Hanbo LI Yuxin XIE Minggang LI Chunguang LU Haiyan PENG Yu SHI Zhan 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,3:1
16Micron-scale 1:5H-based precipitated phase with the lamellar structure of sintered Sm_(2)Co_(17)-based magnets and its potential application显示文摘The excellent thermal stability of magnetic properties of Sm_(2)Co_(17)-based magnets is their most impor-tant feature.However,this stability is reduced when the maximum energy product of Sm_(2)Co_(17)-based magnets is improved,which is mainly determined by the Fe/Cu distribution of the 2:17R cell and 1:5H cell boundary phases.During the demagnetization process,the Cu-rich 1:5H cell boundary phase with a width of 2-15 nm obstructs the motion of the domain walls,yielding coercivity.Herein,we report a micron-scale Cu/Zr-rich and Fe-lean 1:5H-based precipitated phase with a lamellar structure,probably induced by Sm_(2)O_(3) doping.This structure enables the separate regulation of Fe and Cu distribution for Sm_(2)Co_(17)-based magnets with Fe-rich 2:17R cell phases and Cu-rich 1:5H cell boundary phases,consid-erably optimizing the thermal stability of magnetic properties.This discovery can be further developed to produce Sm_(2)Co_(17)-based magnets with high performance and excellent thermal stability of magnetic properties.Nengjun Yu Yingchang Li Zesong Ren Minxiang Pan Hangfu Yang Qiong Wu Hongliang Ge Minggang Zhu Wei Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,22:0
17Ridge Covering High-yield Cultivation Techniques of Jinhong Apple in Cold Region显示文摘After five years of study,it was found that compared with the conventional cultivation techniques,the average yield per plant of3-5-year-old Jinhong apple trees cultivated under the ridge covering mode was increased by 2. 12 times,the stem diameter was increased by20%,the branch number was increased by 73. 5%,and the underground root number was increased by 38. 3%. Under the ridge covering mode,the main distribution area of the underground roots of Jinhong apple trees was moved down to 15-55 cm,the temperature of soil 20 cm beneath the surface of the ridges increased by 1. 3-1. 5℃,the temperature of soil 40 cm beneath the surface of the ridges rose by 0. 9-1. 0℃,and the water content of soil 20-40 cm from the ground was maintained around 5%. Under the ridge covering mode,the Jinhong apple trees grew robustly,began to fruit 3 years later and yielded highly 5 years later. 18An executable framework for modeling and validating cooperative capability requirements in emergency response system显示文摘As the scale of current systems become larger and larger and their complexity is increasing gradually,research on executable models in the design phase becomes significantly important as it is helpful to simulate the execution process and capture defects of a system in advance.Meanwhile,the capability of a system becomes so important that stakeholders tend to emphasize their capability requirements when developing a system.To deal with the lack of official specifications and the fundamental theory basis for capability requirement,we propose a cooperative capability requirements(CCR)meta-model as a theory basis for researchers to refer to in this research domain,in which we provide detailed definition of the CCR concepts,associations and rules.Moreover,we also propose an executable framework,which may enable modelers to simulate the execution process of a system in advance and do well in filling the inconsistency and semantic gaps between stakeholders’requirements and their models.The primary working mechanism of the framework is to transform the Alf activity meta-model into the communicating sequential process(CSP)process meta-model based on some mapping rules,after which the internal communication mechanism between process nodes is designed to smooth the execution of behaviors in a CSP system.Moreover,a validation method is utilized to check the correctness and consistency of the models,and a self-fixing mechanism is used to fix the errors and warnings captured during the validation process automatically.Finally,a validation report is generated and fed back to the modelers for system optimization.CHAI Lei WANG Zhixue HE Ming HE Hongyue YU Minggang 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,4:0
19Introduction and Influence of Water in the Preparation of Crosslinked PVC Foam by Isocyanate显示文摘In the preparation process of crosslinked polyvinyl chloride(c-PVC)foam by isocyanate,the formulated mixture is generally required to be carried out under the condition of isolated water,so as to avoid the mixing difficulties caused by the reaction between the introduced water and isocyanate.In this paper,NaHCO_(3) was added to the mixture to indirectly introduce water into the system,and the effects of NaHCO_(3) on the cell structure and curing time of c-PVC foam were investigated.The results showed that NaHCO_(3) not only played a role of foaming agent,but also was a good nucleating agent for cells.At the same time,the introduction of NaHCO_(3) held back the exudation of modified diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate(MDI)on the cell wall.The effects of NaHCO_(3) on the cell structure and aggregation structure of c-PVC foam were studied by thermogravimetric analysis,infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that decomposition of NaHCO_(3) occurred during the molding stage,which made small amount of MDI react with water to form polyurea,improved the compatibility of MDI with PVC and inhibited the exudation of MDI.BI Xiang LI Minggang LU Min YOU Jiangan XUE Jian YU Haihui JIANG Zhiwei TANG Tao 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,5:0
20A Formal Method for Service Choreography Verification Based on Description Logic显示文摘Web Services Choreography Description Language lacks a formal system to accurately express the semantics of service behaviors and verify the correctness of a service choreography model.This paper presents a new approach of choreography model verification based on Description Logic.A meta model of service choreography is built to provide a conceptual framework to capture the formal syntax and semantics of service choreography.Based on the framework,a set of rules and constraints are defined in Description Logic for choreography model verification.To automate model verification,the UML-based service choreography model will be transformed,by the given algorithms,into the DL-based ontology,and thus the model properties can be verified by reasoning through the ontology with the help of a popular DL reasoned.A case study is given to demonstrate applicability of the method.Furthermore,the work will be compared with other related research.Tingting Zhang Yushi Lan Minggang Yu Changyou Zheng Kun Liu 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,2:0
