Van der Waals two-color infrared photodetector显示文摘With the increasing demand for multispectral information acquisition, infrared multispectral imaging technology that is inexpensive and can be miniaturized and integrated into other devices has received extensive attention. However, the widespread usage of such photodetectors is still limited by the high cost of epitaxial semiconductors and complex cryogenic cooling systems. Here,we demonstrate a noncooled two-color infrared photodetector that can provide temporal-spatial coexisting spectral blackbody detection at both near-infrared and mid-infrared wavelengths. This photodetector consists of vertically stacked back-to-back diode structures. The two-color signals can be effectively separated to achieve ultralow crosstalk of~0.05%by controlling the built-in electric field depending on the intermediate layer, which acts as an electron-collecting layer and hole-blocking barrier. The impressive performance of the two-color photodetector is verified by the specific detectivity(D^(*))of 6.4×10^(9)cm Hz^(1/2)W^(−1)at 3.5μm and room temperature,as well as the promising NIR/MWIR two-color infrared imaging and absolute temperature detection. | Peisong Wu Lei Ye Lei Tong Peng Wang Yang Wang Hailu Wang Haonan Ge Zhen Wang Yue Gu Kun Zhang Yiye Yu Meng Peng Fang Wang Min Huang Peng Zhou Weida Hu | 2022 | Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,2: | 2

A fluorescent film sensor for high-performance detection of Listeria monocytogenes via vapor sampling显示文摘Foodborne Listeria monocytogenes poses serious threats to public health.Fast and sensitive detection of the pathogen at the point of contamination is thus crucial to halt the spread of bacteria-related diseases.Herein,we report for the first time a fluorescent film sensor to detect the biomarker of L.monocytogenes,3-hydroxy-2-butanone.The sensor demonstrated unprecedented sensing performance for the analyte with a detection limit lower than 0.05 mg/m^(3),response time less than 1 s,full reversibility, and excellent selectivity.Further study showed that the sensor can be used to monitor the growth of L.monocytogenes with much-improved sensitivity. The superior performance of the sensor is ascribed to the specific binding, efficient charge transfer emission, and porous adlayer structure of the specially designed sensing fluorophore-based film. Our work paves the way to develop a portable detector to meet the needs for on-site and real-time detection of foodborne pathogens. | Rongrong Huang Meiqi Li Dehui Lin Yangtao Shao Congdi Shang Qianqian Liu Guijun Liu Nan Li Rong Miao Haonan Peng Yanli Tang Yu Fang | 2023 | Aggregate2023,4,1: | 0
Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector. Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements, such as its low-energy threshold, high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors, and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors. In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable, assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition, approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected. This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter, which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle. Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better, depending on the central value, and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 5 | Stabilizing Na_(3)SbS_(4)/Na interface by rational design via Cl doping and aqueous processing显示文摘Solution-synthesis method is attractive for solid electrolytes because it is a facile and scalable process to be used to permeate electrodes and to construct a thin electrolyte coating layer on active materials. In this work,we report Cl-doped Na_(3)SbS_(4) prepared via aqueous-solution approach.Besides decent ionic conductivity, the aqueous-solution approached electrolyte demonstrates an improved interfacial stability toward Na metal compared to the solid-state sintered one because of the residual hydrate, nanosized microstructure, and Cl incorporation.All-solid-state batteries using the solution-prepared electrolytes have enhanced cycling performance, though the performance still needs to be further improved. | Haonan Cao Meiqi Yu Long Zhang Zhaoxing Zhang Xinlin Yan Peng Li Chuang Yu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,11: | 0
High-performance violet phosphorus photodetectors with van der Waals-assisted contacts显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP) as a narrow-bandgap two-dimensional semiconductor material has been extensively studied. And the allotrope violet phosphorus(VP) exhibits wide bandgap properties extending the application in the visible light band. However, due to the Schottky barrier of metal/semiconductor contacts(M/S), further device application of VP is limited. Here, VP-based photodetectors with van der Waals-assisted contact were demonstrated, achieving quasi-Ohmic M/S contacts. The output characteristics in dark conditions show ultralow current at the pA level. And the device exhibits a high current on-off ratio of 10~5and a fast response speed of 8.4 ms. Furthermore, we constructed the first allotropic photodetector based on BP and VP heterojunction. The device maintains ultralow dark current(~ pA) while exhibiting faster carrier transport, with 945 μs response time and polarization detection capability. These results offer an effective way to study the optoelectronic properties of VP and promote the study of allotropic heterojunction devices. | Hao Wang Shuling Liu Peng Wang Haonan Ge Yue Chen Hailu Wang Tengfei Xu Jiaxiang Guo Yuanchen Zou Wenrui Wei Ruiqi Jiang Fang Wang Piotr Martyniuk Jinshui Miao Weida Hu | 2023 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,9: | 0
Identification of Novel Bartonella washoensis Sequence Type 22 in Marmota himalayana-Jiuquan City,Gansu Province,China,2021–2022显示文摘Summary What is already known about this topic? The prevalence of rodent-adapted Bartonella species has been increasing significantly. However, the specific Bartonella species carried by Marmota himalayana(M.himalayana),a large rodent species, and the potential risk it poses to human populations remain unknown. What is added by this report?Bartonella washoensis(B.washoensis),associated with human endocarditis, was initially identified in M.himalayana, exhibiting a detection rate of approximately one-third and demonstrating a predilection for the heart and lungs. The discovery of the novel Sequence Type 22 has expanded both the isolation source and genetic lineage of B.washoensis.What are the implications for public health practice?Individuals residing within the M.himalayana plague focus are at an elevated risk for B.washoensis infection.Consequently, there is a pressing need for public health warnings and efficient clinical case identification in this population. | Ran Duan Xiaojin Zheng Qun Duan Asaiti Bukai Peng Zhang Shuai Qin Xinmin Lu Dongyue Lyu Haonan Han Dan Zhang Zhaokai He Junrong Liang Deming Tang Jinxiao Xi Huaiqi Jing Xin Wang | 2023 | China CDC weekly2023,5,20: | 0
Complex Traffic Scene Image Classification Based on Sparse Optimization Boundary Semantics Deep Learning显示文摘With the rapid development of intelligent traffic information monitoring technology, accurate identification of vehicles, pedestrians and other objects on the road has become particularly important. Therefore,in order to improve the recognition and classification accuracy of image objects in complex traffic scenes, this paper proposes a segmentation method of semantic redefine segmentation using image boundary region.First,we use the Seg Net semantic segmentation model to obtain the rough classification features of the vehicle road object, then use the simple linear iterative clustering(SLIC)algorithm to obtain the over segmented area of the image, which can determine the classification of each pixel in each super pixel area, and then optimize the target segmentation of the boundary and small areas in the vehicle road image. Finally, the edge recovery ability of condition random field(CRF)is used to refine the image boundary. The experimental results show that compared with FCN-8s and Seg Net,the pixel accuracy of the proposed algorithm in this paper improves by 2.33%and 0.57%,respectively.And compared with Unet, the algorithm in this paper performs better when dealing with multi-target segmentation. | ZHOU Xiwei WANG Huifeng LI Saisai PENG Haonan WU Jianfeng | 2023 | Wuhan University Journal of Natural Sciences2023,28,2: | 0
Neighborhood diversity structure and neighborhood species richness effects differ across life stages in a subtropical natural secondary forest显示文摘Natural secondary forest has a strong capacity to regrow naturally and recover biodiversity rapidly on abandoned lands. However,at the neighborhood scale, which can truly reflect the facilitative or competitive interactions among individual plants, the local diversity spatial structure in secondary forest and the feedback effects of neighborhood diversity on natural regeneration remain unclear, and this may be the key to properly understand the mechanisms of natural secondary forest species diversity recovery. To this end, this study established a dynamic plot in a rehabilitated secondary forest after disturbance and conducted a comprehensive survey of 68,336 individual plants with repeated measurements at 5-year interval to assess the characteristics of neighborhood diversity structure across life history stages and link the neighborhood species richness(NSR)effect translated by species interactions at species diversity structure with individual trees recruitment/mortality in secondary forest regeneration. The results showed that, compared with tropical and temperate natural forests,a higher proportion of diversity accumulators and a lower proportion of repellers in subtropical secondary forests resulted in neighborhood diversity structures characterized by heterospecific or high-diversity patches, which are beneficial to the maintenance or restoration of biodiversity. As an important supplement to the research on the relationship between diversity and productivity, our findings show a positive diversity-survival relationship in subtropical secondary forests.Importantly,we observed that the neighborhood diversity structure exhibited a trend of accumulator-dominated to neutral-dominant changes with life stage from sapling to adult, which,in turn, determined the direction and strength of NSR effects on recruitment/mortality.Specifically,diverse local neighborhoods at a later successional stage characterized with‘neutral’species-species interactions can act as a‘welfare net’by offering favorable microhabitats for the most vulnerable recruitments or saplings,i.e.,the NSR effects that promoted individual recruitment/survival in our study. These results not only enrich our understanding of the biodiversity-productivity-survival relationship but also highlight the importance of retaining latesuccessional species of native trees in intensive forest production or in situ conservation policies. | Haonan Zhang Shuifei Chen Xiao Zheng Xiaomin Ge Yao Li Yanming Fang Peng Cui Hui Ding | 2022 | Forest Ecosystems2022,9,6: | 0
A Cobalt(Ⅲ)Corrole with a Tethered Imidazole for Boosted Electrocatalytic Oxygen Reduction Reaction显示文摘Developing electrocatalysts with high activity and selectivity for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)is vital to promote the performance of the next-generation energy technologies, which depend on the efficiency of the catalytic reduction of dioxygen. In the structure of cytochrome c oxidases(CcOs),a histidine imidazole residue binding to the axial position of Fe plays a crucial role in facilitating the selective reduction of O_(2)to water.Inspired by nature,we herein report on the synthesis of CoIII corrole 1 tethered with an imidazole ligand as well as its electrocatalytic ORR and O_(2)binding features. As compared to the imidazolium-free analogue, complex 1 displayed remarkably boosted activity for the selective four-electron/four-proton(4e-/4H+)ORR with a half-wave potential of E1/2=0.82 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)in 0.1 mol/L KOH solutions.Importantly,we demonstrate that the tethered axial imidazole ligand improves the O_(2)binding ability of 1 thermodynamically and dynamically, which is crucial to boost electrocatalytic ORR performance. This work presents an example to improve electrocatalytic ORR activity and selectivity of Co corroles by introducing an axial imidazole ligand to enhance the O_(2)binding and activation. | Yimei Gao Benxing Mei Yizhen Wu Qian Zhao Zijia Bao Haonan Qin Yuhan Xu Haoyuan Lv Xinyang Peng Yan He Ting Luo Ran Yao Wei Zhang Haitao Lei Rui Cao | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,21: | 0

Structural characteristics of the melon mitochondria genome显示文摘The mitochondrial genome can provide important genetic information of melon. We reported the mitochondrial genome sequence of melon in a previous study, the structural characteristics of the melon mitochondrial genome were further analyzed in the present study. The mitochondrial genome of melon is comprised of three circular DNA molecules, with a total length of about 2.9 Mb,contains 4,861 pairs of homologous repeats,439 pairs of inverted repeats,653 tandem repeats and 218 SSR sequences. The coding genes accounted for 1.54%and non-coding gene sequences accounted for 98.46%of the melon mitochondrial genome. The total repetitive sequence of mitochondrial genome of melon was the highest among Cucumis melo,Cucumis sativus,Cucurbita pepo and Citrullus lanatus. The large number of repeated sequences and nuclear genome sequences were the main reason for the increasing size and variation of melon mitochondrial genome.Melon mitochondrial genome has the highest GC content and tRNA quantity. These regions were the main source of mitochondrial genome differences among all species here analyzed. | Haonan Cui Zhuo Ding Qianglong Zhu Peng Gao | 2022 | Vegetable Research2022,2,1: | 0
Alternative splicing of a carboxyl/choline esterase gene enhances the fenpropathrin tolerance of Tetranychus cinnabarinus显示文摘Detoxification plays a crucial role in agricultural pests to withstand pesticides, and cytochrome P450s,carboxyl/choline esterases(CCEs),and glutathione-S-transferases are the main proteins responsible for their detoxification ability. The activity of CCEs can be upregulated, downregulated,or modified by mutation. However, few studies have examined the role of alternative splicing in altering the properties of CCEs.We identified 2 variants of TcCCE23 in Tetranychus cinnabarinus:a long version(CCE23-V1)and a short version that is 18 nucleotides shorter than CCE23-V1(CCE23-V2).Whether splicing affects the activity of TcCCE23 remains unclear.Overexpression of CCE23-V2 in fenpropathrin-resistant T.cinnabarinus revealed that splicing affected the detoxification of fenpropathrin by CCE23-V2.The mortality of mites was significantly higher when the expression of CCE23-V2 was knocked down(43.2%±3.3%)via injection of CCE23-dsRNA(double-stranded RNA)compared with the control group injected with green fluorescent protein-dsRNA under fenpropathrin exposure;however, the downregulation of CCE23-V1(61.3%±6.3%)by CCE23-small interfering RNA had no such effect, indicating CCE23-V2 plays a greater role in xenobiotic metabolism than CCE23-V1.The tolerance of flies overexpressing CCE23-V2 to fenpropathrin(50%lethal dose[LD_(50)]=19.47μg/g)was significantly higher than that of Gal4/UAS-CCE23-V1 transgenic flies(LD_(50)=13.11μg/g).Molecular docking analysis showed that splicing opened a“gate”that enlarges the substrate binding cavity of CCE23-V2,might enhance the ability of CCE23-V2 to harbor fenpropathrin molecules. These findings suggest that splicing might enhance the detoxifying capability of TcCCE23.Generally,our data improve the understanding of the diversity and complexity of the mechanisms underlying the regulation of CCEs. | Peng Wei Xinying Zeng Haonan Han Yiqing Yang Youjun Zhang Lin He | 2023 | Insect Science2023,30,5: | 0
