2参麦注射液防治晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗不良反应的临床观察(英文)显示文摘Objective: To observe the efficacy of Shenmai injection in the treatment for adverse reactions of chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: 45 NSCLC patients with stages IIIb-IV were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (treated by chemotherapy combined with Shenmai injection) and the control group (treated by chemotherapy only). The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after 3 cycles of treatment. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the recent curative effects (P > 0.05), while there were significant differences between them in Karnofsky score and weight (P < 0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group in preventing leucopenia and decreased hemoglobin, and significant differences were found between them (P < 0.05). The incidence of thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting, hepatic and renal dysfunction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but no significant differences were found between them (P > 0.05). 3Unbiased subgenome evolution following a recent whole-genome duplication in pear(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.)显示文摘Genome fractionation(also known as diploidization)frequently occurs following paleopolyploidization events.Biased fractionation between subgenomes has been found in some paleo-allopolyploids,while this phenomenon is absent in paleo-autopolyploids.Pear(Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.)experienced a recent whole-genome duplication(WGD,~30 million years ago);however,the evolutionary fate of the two subgenomes derived from this WGD event is not clear.In this study,we identified the two paleo-subgenomes in pear using peach(Prunus persica)as an outgroup and investigated differences in the gene loss rate,evolutionary rate,gene expression level,and DNA methylation level between these two subgenomes.Fractionation bias was not found between the two pear subgenomes,which evolved at similar evolutionary rates.The DNA methylation level of the two subgenomes showed little bias,and we found no expression dominance between the subgenomes.However,we found that singleton genes and homeologous genes within each subgenome showed divergent evolutionary patterns of selective constraints,expression and epigenetic modification.These results provide insights into subgenome evolution following paleopolyploidization in pear.Qionghou Li Xin Qiao Hao Yin Yuhang Zhou Huizhen Dong Kaijie Qi Leiting Li Shaoling Zhang 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:4
4The Variation of Stone Cell Content in 236 Germplasms of Sand Pear(Pyrus pyrifolia)and Identification of Related Candidate Genes显示文摘Stone cells have been described to substantially influence pear fruit quality,as lignin and cellulose are the main components of stone cells.However,there are limited studies on the relationship between the variation and molecular basis of stone cells,lignin and cellulose content among different pear varieties.Here,to reveal the variation of stone cell content within different cultivated species,we collected 236 germplasms of sand pear(Pyrus pyrifolia)at 50 days after flower blooming(DAFB),the key stage of stone cell formation.In our results,we measured the content of stone cells,lignin and cellulose and found that these contents ranged from2.82%to 29.00%,8.84%to 55.30%and 11.52%to 30.55%,respectively.Further analysis showed that the variation coefficient of stone cell,lignin and cellulose content was 39.10%,28.03%and 16.71%,respectively.Additionally,a significant correlation between stone cell,lignin and cellulose content were detected,and the correlation coefficient between the contents of stone cell and lignin(0.912)was higher than between the contents of stone cell and cellulose(0.796).Moreover,the average lignin content(29.73%)was higher than the average cellulose content(18.03%)in stone cells in pear fruits,indicating that lignin is the main component of stone cell in pears.Finally,on the basic of the transcriptome data,we identified 10 transcription factors belonging to bHLH,ERF,MYB,and NAC transcript families,which might be involved in lignin formation in stone cells.qRT-PCR experiments verified coincident trends between expression of candidate genes and stone cell content.This research laid foundation for future studies on genetic variation of stone cells in pear fruits and provided important gene resources for stone cell regulation.Jiaying Zhang Jiaming Li Cheng Xue Runze Wang Mingyue Zhang Kaijie Qi Jing Fan Hongju Hu Shaoling Zhang Jun Wu 2021Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,2:3

8Real-world emission characteristics of carbonyl compounds from agricultural machines based on a portable emission measurement system显示文摘Emissions of carbonyl compounds from agricultural machines cannot be ignored.Carbonyl compounds can cause the formation of ozone(O3)and secondary organic aerosols,which can cause photochemical smog to form.In this study,20 agricultural machines were tested using portable emission measurement system(PEMS)under real-world tillage processes.The exhaust gases were sampled using 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine cartridges,and 15 carbonyl compounds were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography.Carbonyl compound emission factors for agricultural machines were 51.14–3315.62 mg/(kg-fuel),and were 2.58±2.05,0.86±1.07 and 0.29±0.20 g/(kg-fuel)for China 0,China II and China III emission standards,respectively.Carbonyl compound emission factor for sowing seeds of China 0 agricultural machines was 3.32±1.73 g/(kg-fuel).Formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and acrolein were the dominant carbonyl compounds emitted.Differences in emission standards and tillage processes impact ozone formation potential(OFP).The mean OFP was 20.15±16.15 g O3/(kg-fuel)for the China 0 emission standard.The OFP values decreased by 66.9% from China 0 to China II,and 67.4%from China II to China III.The mean OFP for sowing seeds of China 0 agricultural machines was 25.92±13.84 g O3/(kg-fuel).Between 1.75 and 24.22 times more ozone was found to be formed during sowing seeds than during other processes for China 0 and China II agricultural machines.Total carbonyl compound emissions from agricultural machines in China was 19.23 Gg in 2019.The results improve our understanding of carbonyl compound emissions from agricultural machines in China.Wenhan Yu Xianbao Shen BoboWu Lei Kong Kaijie Xuan Cheng Zhao Xinyue Cao Xuewei Hao Xin Li Hanyu Zhang Zhiliang Yao 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:1
9Design and analysis of a novel hinged boom based on cable drive显示文摘Hinged booms are widely used in astrophysics missions;however,the trajectory and deployment velocity are difficult to control because they are usually driven by springs,which limits their application in narrow spaces.Thus,a novel hinged boom is highly required to achieve motion controllability.Through an equivalent substitution between the cable drive loop and the binary link in topology,a type synthesis method for the cable-driven single-degree-of-freedom chain is proposed based on the single-open-chain(SOC)adding method.According to the configuration design,a novel cable-driven hinged boom is proposed,aiming to achieve boom synchronism.Then,to preload easily,a method that preload is applied and measured at the cable ends is adopted and the relationship between the initial preload and the target preload is deduced.By analyzing the distribution of cable tension,a new stiffness model is proposed thus a stiffness equation is obtained.Finally,the dynamic simulation analysis and zero-gravity deployment experiment of the hinged boom is carried out to verify its reliability.This research provides a new way for the type synthesis of cable-driven single-degree-of-freedom chain and a new model for analyzing cable-driven stiffness.Moreover,the novel cable-driven hinged boom obtained in this study can be well-applied in the field of aerospace.Kaijie DONG Duanling LI Qiuhong LIN Hui QIU Qiang CONG Xiao LI 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3:1

11212-kHz-linewidth,transform-limited pulses from a single-frequency Q-switched fiber laser based on a few-layer Bi_2Se_3 saturable absorber显示文摘Conventional Q-switched fiber lasers operating at multi-longitudinal-mode oscillation usually suffer from selfmode-locking-induced temporal instability, relatively strong noise, and low coherence. Here, we address the challenge through demonstrating, for the first time, to the best of our knowledge, a single-longitudinal-mode(SLM)Er-doped fiber(EDF) laser passively Q-switched by a few-layer Bi_2Se_3 saturable absorber(SA). The Bi_2Se_3 SA prepared by the liquid-phase exfoliation method shows a modulation depth of ~5% and saturation optical intensity of 1.8 MW∕cm^2. A section of 1-m unpumped EDF together with a 0.06-nm-bandwidth fiber Bragg grating is used as an ultra-narrow autotracking filter to realize SLM oscillation. Stable SLM Q-switching operation at 1.55 μm is successfully achieved with the spectral linewidth as narrow as 212 kHz and the pulse duration of2.54 μs, manifesting near-transform-limited pulses with a time-bandwidth product of 0.53. In particular, we found that the SLM Q-switching possesses the higher signal-to-noise ratios of 62 dB(optical) and 48 dB(radio frequency), exhibiting its advantages of low noise and high stability. 13Large-scale fabrication of decoupling coatings with promising robustness and superhydrophobicity for antifouling,drag reduction,and organic photodegradation显示文摘It is still a challenge to achieve large-area preparation of robust superhydrophobic surfaces with strong mechanical stability.Here,a simple and low-cost method to prepare robust decoupling superhydrophobic coatings on aluminum(Al)alloys substrate has been presented.The superhydrophobicity and robustness of decoupling coatings are realized by structuring surfaces at two different length scales,with nanostructures for superhydrophobicity and microstructures for robustness.This prepared decoupling coating shows promising superhydrophobicity,with water contact angle(CA)of~158.4°and roll off angle(RA)of~3°.It also exhibits high repellency for impacting water droplets.Notably,the decoupling coating processes outstanding adhesion strength on the substrate after tape-peeling and cross-cut tests,also with promising wear resistantance after sandpaper abrasion and wear test.The friction coefficient of this decoupling coating is only~0.2.In addition,the robust decoupling superhydrophobic coating is applied to underwater buoyancy enhancement and fluid resistance reduction(drag reduction rate~30.09%).This decoupling superhydrophobic coating also displays promising self-cleaning and antifouling properties.Moreover,benefitting from the photocatalytic property of TiO2,this decoupling coating is also exploited for degrading organics to achieve seawater purification.This obtained decoupling superhydrophobic coating is expected to apply on other solids in marine fields,and the simple and eco-friendly method develops the potential practical application.Lei XIN Hao LI Jian GAO Zhongwei WANG KaiJie ZHOU Sirong YU 2023Friction2023,11,5:1
14Cr-MCM-41 Molecular Sieves Crystallized at Room Temperature for Reaction of Ethane with CO_(2)显示文摘A series of Cr-containing MCM-41 molecular sieves crystallized at room temperature with a hexagonal and well-ordered structure were synthesized. XRD, FT-IR and DRS UV-Vis techniques were used to characterize the samp.es. The results indicate incorporation of Cr into the MCM-41 framework, and dispersion of some Cr2O3 on the surface or/and in the bulk of the MCM-41. Test of catalytic properties of the series of samples for the topic reaction was carried out using a continuous-flow fixed-bed quartz reactor. Factors influencing the catalytic performance for this title reaction, such as Cr/Si ratio in MCM- 41 and reaction temperature were investigated. The experimental results indicate that over the 5%Cr- MCM-41 a 43.27% conversion of ethane and a 86.70% selectivity for ethylene were achieved in the ethane dehydrogenation with CO2 to ethylene at 973 K. 16Genomic selection of eight fruit traits in pear显示文摘Genomic selection (GS) has the potential to improve selection efficiency and shorten the breeding cycle in fruit tree breeding. In this study,we evaluated the effect of prediction methods, marker density and the training population (TP) size on pear GS for improving its performance and reducing cost. We evaluated GS under two scenarios:(1) five-fold cross-validation in an interspecific pear family;(2) independent validation. Based on the cross-validation scheme, the prediction accuracy (PA) of eight fruit traits varied between 0.33 (fruit core vertical diameter)and 0.65 (stone cell content). Except for single fruit weight, a slightly better prediction accuracy (PA) was observed for the five parametrical methods compared with the two non-parametrical methods. In our TP of 310 individuals, 2 000 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were sufficient to make reasonably accurate predictions. PAs for different traits increased by 18.21%-46.98%when the TP size increased from 50to 100, but the increment was smaller (-4.13%-33.91%) when the TP size increased from 200 to 250. For independent validation, the PAs ranged from 0.11 to 0.45 using rrBLUP method. In summary, our results showed that the TP size and SNP numbers had a greater impact on the PA than prediction methods. 17Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND 18PbrChiA:a key chitinase of pear in response to Botryosphaeria dothidea infection by interacting with PbrLYK1b2 and down-regulating ROS accumulation显示文摘Pear ring rot,caused by the pathogenic fungi Botryosphaeria dothidea,seriously affects pear production.While the infection-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)burst of infected plants limits the proliferation of B.dothidea during the early infection stage,high ROS levels can also contribute to their growth during the later necrotrophic infection stage.Therefore,it is important to understand how plants balance ROS levels and resistance to pathogenic B.dothidea during the later stage.In this study,we identified PbrChiA,a glycosyl hydrolases 18(GH18)chitinase-encoding gene with high infection-induced expression,through a comparative transcriptome analysis.Artificial substitution,stable overexpression,and virus induced gene silencing(VIGS)experiments demonstrated that PbrChiA can positively regulate pear resistance as a secreted chitinase to break down B.dothidea mycelium in vitro and that overexpression of PbrChiA suppressed infection-induced ROS accumulation.Further analysis revealed that PbrChiA can bind to the ectodomain of PbrLYK1b2,and this interaction suppressed PbrLYK1b2-mediated chitin-induced ROS accumulation.Collectively,we propose that the combination of higher antifungal activity from abundant PbrChiA and lower ROS levels during later necrotrophic infection stage confer resistance of pear against B.dothidea.Qiming Chen Huizhen Dong Qionghou Li Xun Sun Xin Qiao Hao Yin Zhihua Xie Kaijie Qi Xiaosan Huang Shaoling Zhang 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,10:0

20Diagnostic accuracy of cystoscopic biopsy for tumour grade in outpatients with urothelial carcinoma of the bladder and the risk factors of upgrading显示文摘Objective:To assess the concordance of tumour grade in specimens obtained from diagnostic cystoscopic biopsy and transurethral resection of bladder tumour(TURBT)and explore the risk factors of upgrading.Methods:The medical records of 205 outpatients who underwent diagnostic cystoscopic biopsy before initial TURBT were retrospectively reviewed.Comparative analysis of the tumour grade of biopsy and operation specimens was performed.Tumour grade changing from low-grade to high-grade with or without variant histology was defined as upgrading.Logistic regression an-alyses were performed to identify the risk factors of upgrading.Results:For the 205 patients,the concordance of tumour grade between specimens obtained from biopsy and operation was 0.639.The concordance for patients who were preoperatively diagnosed with low-grade and high-grade was 0.504 and 0.912,respectively.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that older age,tumour multifocality,high neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and low lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio(LMR)were significantly associated with upgrading(odds ratio ranging from 0.412 to 4.364).The area under the curve of the different multivariate models was improved from 0.752 to 0.821,and decision curve analysis demonstrated a high net benefit when NLR,LMR,and PLR were added.Conclusion:Diagnostic cystoscopic biopsy may not accurately represent the true grade of primary bladder cancer,especially for outpatients with low-grade bladder cancer.Moreover,older age,tumour multifocality,high NLR,PLR,and low LMR are risk factors of upgrading,and systemic inflammatory markers improve the predictive ability.Junjie Fan Hua Liang Jinhai Fan Lei Li Guanjun Zhang Xinqi Pei Tao Yang Dalin He Kaijie Wu 2023Asian Journal of Urology2023,10,1:0
