1中国大陆肺炎发病率与死亡率:1985-2008年中英文文献的系统分析显示文摘目的肺炎是全球传染性疾病最主要的死因之一,但中国的肺炎疾病负担还知之甚少,因为很多数据资料都是以非英文文献的形式发表的。方法系统回顾了中国大陆关于肺炎发病率与死亡率的中文和英文文献,这些研究都是具有第一手数据的研究,1985-2008年有37篇论文符合纳入标准。结果各项研究的质量差异较大。5岁以下儿童肺炎发病率为(0.06~0.27)次/人年,肺炎死亡率为184/10万~1 223/10万人口。肺炎的发病率与死亡率随着时间稳定不变或者呈下降趋势,且农村高于城市。结论肺炎仍然是中国儿童的主要公共卫生问题之一。肺炎发病率与死亡率估计的变化差异大。继续降低发病率与死亡率需要可靠的监测数据和新的预防措施的实施,特别是在农村等高发地区。官旭华 Benjamin J Silk Wenkai Li Aaron T. 2Achieving over 16% efficiency for single-junction organic solar cells显示文摘To achieve high photovoltaic performance of bulk hetero-junction organic solar cells(OSCs), a range of critical factors including absorption profiles, energy level alignment, charge carrier mobility and miscibility of donor and acceptor materials should be carefully considered. For electron-donating materials, the deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level that is beneficial for high open-circuit voltage is much appreciated. However, a new issue in charge transfer emerges when matching such a donor with an acceptor that has a shallower HOMO energy level. More to this point, the chemical strategies used to enhance the absorption coefficient of acceptors may lead to increased molecular crystallinity, and thus result in less controllable phase-separation of photoactive layer. Therefore, to realize balanced photovoltaic parameters, the donor-acceptor combinations should simultaneously address the absorption spectra, energy levels, and film morphologies. Here, we selected two non-fullerene acceptors, namely BTPT-4F and BTPTT-4F, to match with a wide-bandgap polymer donor P2F-EHp consisting of an imidefunctionalized benzotriazole moiety, as these materials presented complementary absorption and well-matched energy levels. 4Gapless indica rice genome reveals synergistic contributions of active transposable elements and segmental duplications to rice genome evolution显示文摘The ultimate goal of genome assembly is a high-accuracy gapless genome.Here,we report a new assembly pipeline that is used to produce a gapless genome for the indica rice cultivar Minghui 63.The resulting 397.71-Mb final assembly is composed of 12 contigs with a contig N50 size of 31.93 Mb.Each chromosome is represented by a single contig and the genomic sequences of all chromosomes are gapless.Quality evaluation of this gapless genome assembly showed that gene regions in our assembly have the highest completeness compared with the other 15 reported high-quality rice genomes.Further comparison with the japonica rice genome revealed that the gapless indica genome assembly contains more transposable elements(TEs)and segmental duplications(SDs),the latter of which produce many duplicated genes that can affect agronomic traits through dose effect or sub-/neo-functionalization.The insertion of TEs can also affect the expression of duplicated genes,which may drive the evolution of these genes.Furthermore,we found the expansion of nucleotide-binding site with leucine-rich repeat disease-resistance genes and cis-zeatin-O-glucosyltransferase growth-related genes in SDs in the gapless indica genome assembly,suggesting that SDs contribute to the adaptive evolution of rice disease resistance and developmental processes.Collectively,our findings suggest that active TEs and SDs synergistically contribute to rice genome evolution.Kui Li Wenkai Jiang Yuanyuan Hui Mengjuan Kong Li-Ying Feng Li-Zhi Gao Pengfu Li Shan Lu 2021Molecular Plant2021,14,10:6
5Cloning, expression and protective immunity evalua-tion of the full-length cDNA encoding succinate dehydrogenase iron-sulfur protein of Schistosoma japonicum显示文摘1071-bp fragment was obtained from the Schistosoma japonicum (Chinese strain) adult cDNA library after the 3′ and 5′ ends of the incomplete expression sequence tag (EST) of succinate dehydrogenase iron-sulfur protein of Schistosoma japonicum (SjSDISP) were amplified by the anchored PCR with 2 pairs of primers designed according to the EST of SjSDISP and the sequence of multiclone sites of the library vector. Sequence analysis indicated that the fragment was a full-length cDNA with a complete open reading frame (ORF), encoding 278 amino acid residues. The fragment was cloned into prokary- otic expression vector pQE30, and subsequently sequenced and expressed in Escherichia coli. SDS-PAGE and Western-blot analyses showed that the recombinant protein was about 32 kD and could be recognized by the polyclonal antisera from rabbits immunized with Schistosoma japonicum adult worm antigen. Compared with the FCA controls, mice vaccinated with rSjSDISP (test) or rSjGST (posi- tive control) all revealed high levels of specific antibody and significant reduction in worm burden, liver eggs per gram (LEPG), fecal eggs per gram (FEPG) and intrauterine eggs. These results suggest that SjSDISP may be a novel and partially protective vaccine candidate against schistosomiasis. 6Side-chain modification of polyethylene glycol on conjugated polymers for ternary blend all-polymer solar cells with efficiency up to 9.27%显示文摘With the rapid progress achieved by all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs), wide-bandgap copolymers have attracted intensive attention for their unique advantage of constructing complementary absorption profiles with conventional narrow-bandgap copolymers. In this work, we designed and synthesized a wide bandgap ternary copolymer PEG-2% which has the benzodithiophene-alt-difluorobenzotriazole as the backbone and the polyethylene glycol(PEG) modified side chain. The PBTA-PEG-2%:N2200 can be processed with a non-chlorinated solvent of 2-methyl-tetrahydrofuran(MeTHF) for the binary all-PSC, which exhibits a moderate photovoltaic performance. In particular, the ternary all-PSCs that consisting an additional narrow bandgap polymer donor PTB7-Th can also be processed with MeTHF, resulting in an unprecedented power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 9.27%, and a high PCE of 8.05% can be achieved with active layer thickness of 240 nm, both of which are the highest values so far reported from all-PSCs. Detailed investigations revealed that the dramatically improved device performances are attributable to the well-extended absorption band in the photoactive layer. 7Growth mechanism of palladium clusters on rutile TiO_2 (110) surface显示文摘Oxide-supported transition metal systems have been the subject of enormous interest due to the improvement of catalytic properties relative to the separate metal.Thus in this paper,we embark on a systematic study for Pd n (n=1-5) clusters adsorbed on TiO2 (110) surface based on DFT-GGA calculations utilizing periodic supercell models.A single Pd adatom on the defect-free surface prefers to adsorb at a hollow site bridging a protruded oxygen and a five-fold titanium atom along the [110] direction,while Pd dimer is located on the channels with the Pd-Pd bond parallel to the surface.According to the transition states (TSs) search,the adsorbed Pd trimer tends to triangular growth mode,rather than linear mode,while the Pd4 and Pd5 clusters prefer three-dimensional (3D) models.However,the oxygen vacancy has almost no influence on the promotion of Pd n cluster nucleation.Additionally,of particular significance is that the Pd-TiO2 interaction is the main driving force at the beginning of Pd nucleation,whereas the Pd-Pd interaction gets down to control the growth process of Pd cluster as the cluster gets larger.It is hoped that our theoretical study would shed light on further designing high-performance TiO2 supported Pd-based catalysts.Weina Zhao Huaxiang Lin Yi Li Yongfan Zhang Xin Huang Wenkai Chen 2012Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2012,21,5:3
8The chromosome-level reference genome of Coptis chinensis provides insights into genomic evolution and berberine biosynthesis显示文摘Coptis chinensis Franch, a perennial herb, is mainly distributed in southeastern China. The rhizome of C. chinensis hasbeen used as a traditional medicine for more than 2000 years in China and many other Asian countries. Thepharmacological activities of C. chinensis have been validated by research. Here, we present a de novo high-qualitygenome of C. chinensis with a chromosome-level genome of ~958.20 Mb, a contig N50 of 1.58 Mb, and a scaffold N50of 4.53 Mb. We found that the relatively large genome size of C. chinensis was caused by the amplification of longterminal repeat (LTR) retrotransposons. In addition, a whole-genome duplication event in ancestral Ranunculales wasdiscovered. Comparative genomic analysis revealed that the tyrosine decarboxylase (TYDC) and (S)-norcoclaurinesynthase (NCS) genes were expanded and that the aspartate aminotransferase gene (ASP5) was positively selected inthe berberine metabolic pathway. Expression level and HPLC analyses showed that the berberine content was highestin the roots of C. chinensis in the third and fourth years. 10Efficacy of Danggui Buxue decoction(当归补血汤)on diabetic nephropathy-induced renal fibrosis in rats and possible mechanism显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy of Danggui Buxue decoction(当归补血汤,DBD) on diabetic nephropathyinduced renal fibrosis in rats,and to study the possible mechanism.METHODS:Sixty male Goto Kakizaki(GK) rats were randomly assigned to the model group,gliquidone group,astragaloside Ⅳ group,and high-,medium-and lowdoses DBD groups.After 8 weeks,changes in body weight,blood glucose,serum creatinine,serum urea nitrogen,and total cholesterol were observed.Changes in transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),Smad3,and Smad5 pathways and the expression of the fibrosisrelated proteins collagen Ⅳ(col Ⅳ),α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),and vimentin were assessed.The degree of renal fibrosis was observed by immunohistochemistry and Mason staining.The expression of interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the kidneys was assessed using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS:Our experiments showed that DBD effectively reduced blood glucose,blood urea nitrogen,and creatinine levels after 8 weeks of administration,improved renal function in diabetic rats,alleviated renal fibrosis,and reduced the renal tissue levels of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,and CRP.Furthermore,DBD decreased the expression of TGF-β1,Smad3,col IV,α-SMA,and vimentin in renal tissues and increased the expression of Smad5.CONCLUSIONS:DBD ameliorates diabetic renal interstitial fibrosis by modulating the TGF-β1/Smads pathway.ZHAO Ye WANG Xian GU Ling LI Zihang ZHU Jingtian WANG Wenkai ZHANG Liang XUE Mei 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,3:2

128.0% Efficient all-polymer solar cells based on novel starburst polymer acceptors显示文摘The polymer N2200, with its π-conjugated backbone composed of alternating naphthalene diimide(NDI) and bithiophene(DT)units, has been widely used as an acceptor for all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs) owing to its high electron mobility and suitable ionization potential and electron affinity. Here, we developed two naphthalene diimide derivatives by modifying the molecular geometry of N2200 through the incorporation of a truxene unit as the core and NDI-DTas the branches. These starburst polymers exhibited absorption spectra and molecular orbital energy levels that were comparable to N2200. These copolymers were paired with the wide-bandgap polymer donor PTz BI-O to fabricate all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs), which displayed impressive power conversion efficiencies up to 8.00%. The improved photovoltaic performances of all-PSCs based on these newly developed starburst acceptors can be ascribed to the combination of increased charge carrier mobilities, reduced bimolecular recombination, and formation of more favorable film morphology.
