12018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). 3Frequency modulated weak signal detection based on stochastic resonance and genetic algorithm显示文摘Stochastic resonance system is subject to the restriction of small frequency parameter in weak signal detection,in order to solve this problem,a frequency modulated weak signal detection method based on stochastic resonance and genetic algorithm is presented in this paper. The frequency limit of stochastic resonance is eliminated by introducing carrier signal,which is multiplied with the measured signal to be injected in the stochastic resonance system,meanwhile,using genetic algorithm to optimize the carrier signal frequency,which determine the generated difference-frequency signal in the lowfrequency range,so as to achieve the stochastic resonance weak signal detection. 4Newly discovered Palaeolithic artefacts from loess deposits and their ages in Lantian,central China显示文摘Eight new Palaeolithic open-air sites were identified and 770 stone artefacts were collected from 2009 to 2011 in the Lantian area of the Bahe River valley, central China. Because the famous Homo erectus fossils were unearthed at the Gongwangling and Chenjiawo localities, and more than 30 Palaeolithic open-air sites were investigated in the 1960s in this region, the catchment of Bahe River is regarded as one of the most important hominin sites from the late early Pleistocene to the middle Pleistocene. These eight newly discovered open-air sites are located at the second(n = 6), third(n = 1) or higher terraces(n = 1) of the Bahe River. The Diaozhai section on the second terrace was sampled in detail. Two samples were collected for optically stimulated luminescence dating(OSL). The OSL results suggest that a buried lithic artefact layer at the Diaozhai site spans approximately 70–30 ka. The lithic assemblage analysis suggests that the stone artefacts were made of local pebbles/cobbles such as greywacke, quartz, sandstone and igneous rocks. The main percussion techniques that were used were direct hard hammer percussion and bi-polar techniques. The lithic artefacts comprise hammer stones, cores, flakes, retouched tools and flaking debris. Acheulian-type large cutting tools(LCTs) such as hand-axes, picks and cleavers were indentified in the Lantian region as well. This is the first time Acheulian-type LCTs from the late Pleistocene have been identified in this region. 5Adaptive stochastic resonance method for weak signal detection based on particle swarm optimization显示文摘In order to solve the parameter adjustment problems of adaptive stochastic resonance system in the areas of weak signal detection,this article presents a new method to enhance the detection efficiency and availability in the system of two-dimensional Duffing based on particle swarm optimization.First,the influence of different parameters on the detection performance is analyzed respectively.The correlation between parameter adjustment and stochastic resonance effect is also discussed and converted to the problem of multi-parameter optimization.Second,the experiments including typical system and sea clutter data are conducted to verify the effect of the proposed method.Results show that the proposed method is highly effective to detect weak signal from chaotic background,and enhance the output SNR greatly.XING Hongyan ZHANG Qiang LU Chunxia 2015Instrumentation2015,2,2:6
6Exercise promotes angiogenesis by enhancing endothelial cell fatty acid utilization via liver-derived extracellular vesicle miR-122-5p显示文摘Background:Angiogenesis constitutes a major mechanism responsible for exercise-induced beneficial effects.Our previous study identified a cluster of differentially expressed extracellular vesicle microRNAs(miRNAs)after exercise and found that some of them act as exerkines.However,whether these extracellular vesicle miRNAs mediate the exercise-induced angiogenesis remains unknown.Methods:A 9-day treadmill training was used as an exercise model in C57BL/6 mice.Liver-specific adeno-associated virus 8 was used to knock down microRNA-122-5p(miR-122-5p).Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were used in vitro.Results:Among these differentially expressed extracellular vesicle miRNAs,miR-122-5p was identified as a potent pro-angiogenic factor that activated vascular endothelial growth factor signaling and promoted angiogenesis both in vivo and in vitro.Exercise increased circulating levels of miR-122-5p,which was produced mainly by the liver and shuttled by extracellular vesicles in mice.Inhibition of circulating miR-122-5p or liver-specific knockdown of miR-122-5p significantly abolished the exercise-induced pro-angiogenic effect in skeletal muscles,and exerciseimproved muscle performance in mice.Mechanistically,miR-122-5p promoted angiogenesis through shifting substrate preference to fatty acids in endothelial cells,and miR-122-5p upregulated endothelial cell fatty-acid utilization by targeting 1-acyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase(AGPAT1).In addition,miR-122-5p increased capillary density in perilesional skin tissues and accelerated wound healing in mice.Conclusion:These findings demonstrated that exercise promotes angiogenesis through upregulation of liver-derived extracellular vesicle miR-122-5p,which enhances fatty acid utilization by targeting AGPAT1 in endothelial cells,highlighting the therapeutic potential of miR-122-5p in tissue repair.Jing Lou Jie Wu Mengya Feng Xue Dang Guiling Wu Hongyan Yang Yan Wang Jia Li Yong Zhao Changhong Shi Jiankang Liu Lin Zhao Xing Zhang Feng Gao 2022Journal of Sport and Health Science2022,11,4:4
7Hybrid inversion method for equivalent electric charge of thunder cloud based on multi-station atmospheric electric field显示文摘This article proposes the hybrid method to inverse the equivalent electric charge of thunder cloud based on the data of multi-station atmospheric electric field. Firstly,the method combines the genetic algorithm( GA) and New ton method through the mosaic hybrid structure. In addition,the thunder cloud equivalent charge is inversed based on the forw ard modeling results by giving the parameters of the thunder cloud charge structure. Then an ideal model is built to examine the performance compared to the nonlinear least squares method. Finally,a typical thunderstorms process in Nanjing is analyzed by Genetic-New ton algorithm with the help of weather radar. The results show the proposed method has the strong global searching capability so that the problem of initial value selection can be solved effectively,as well as gets the better inversion results. 8A data complementary method for thunderstorm point charge localization based on atmospheric electric field apparatus array group显示文摘Data loss or distortion causes adverse effects on the accuracy and stability of the thunderstorm point charge localization.To solve this problem,we propose a data complementary method based on the atmospheric electric field apparatus array group.The electric field component measurement model of the atmospheric electric field apparatus is established,and the orientation parameters of the thunderstorm point charge are defined.Based on the mirror method,the thunderstorm point charge coordinates are obtained by using the potential distribution formulas.To test the validity of the basic algorithm,the electric field component measurement error and the localization accuracy are studied.Besides the azimuth angle and the elevation angle,the localization parameters also include the distance from the apparatus to the thunderstorm cloud.Based on a primary electric field apparatus,we establish the array group of apparatuses.Based on this,the data measured by each apparatus is complementarily processed to regain the thunderstorm point charge position.The results show that,compared with the radar map data,this method can accurately reflect the location of the thunderstorm point charge,and has a better localization effect.Additionally,several observation results during thunderstorm weather have been presented.Xu Yang Hongyan Xing 2021Digital Communications and Networks2021,7,2:3
9Identification and characterization of the cellular subclones that contribute to the pathogenesis of mantle cell lymphoma显示文摘Mantle cell lymphoma(MCL)is a B-cell malignancy with poor clinical outcome and undefined pathogenesis.Development of clinically relevant cellular models for MCL research is an urgent need.Our preliminary observations lead the development of two novel hypotheses that we tested in this study:1.multicellular spheroid might be a unique growth mode of earlystage cells in MCL;2.MCL might be a polyclonal tumor.We made the following original observations that have not been reported:First,we have provided a new experiment method for enriching MCL early-stage cells and characterized the spheroid mode of growth as a unique feature of early-stage MCL cells in cell line as well as in clinical samples.Second,we have established a clinically relevant cellular model of MCL,the JeKo-1-spheroid cell line,that was highly enriched in early-stage sub-clones.JeKo-1-spheroid cells and the spheroid growing cells enriched from MCL patients exhibited comparably enhanced tumorigenic abilities and similar biological features.Third,Immunophenotypic analysis has revealed that MCL may be derived from precursor-B(pre-B),immature-B and mature-B cells,not only the mature-B cells as WHO classified in 2016.Fourth,MCL may be a polyclonal disease composed of CD19e/IgMe,CD19 e/IgMt,CD19t/IgMt three sub-clones,of which the CD19e/IgMt sub-clone might be the dominant sub-clone with the strongest tumorigenic ability.Fifth,CD19t/IgMe that differentiates MCL and normal B cells may represent a new marker for MCL early detection,minor residual disease monitoring after therapies and prognosis.Junling Tang Li Zhang Tiejun Zhou Zhiwei Sun Liangsheng Kong Li Jing Hongyun Xing Hongyan Wu Yongli Liu Shixia Zhou Jingyuan Li Mei Chen Fang Xu Jirui Tang Tao Ma Min Hu Dan Liu Jing Guo Xiaofeng Zhu Yan Chen Ting Ye Jianyu Wang Xiaoming Li H.Rosie Xing 2019Genes & Diseases2019,6,4:2

11Influence of Residual Stress on the Dimensional Instability of 7075 Aluminum Cone-Shaped Shells显示文摘This paper dealt with the influence of residual stress on the dimensional instability of 7075 aluminum cone-shaped shells. Finite element method was introduced to calculate residual stress distributions in 7075 aluminum cone-shaped shells during conventional heat treatment (CHT) and deep cryogenic treatment (DCT). An example was given to demonstrate effects of deep cryogenic treatment (DCT) and conventional heat treatment (CHT) on dimensional instability.
