1Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds显示文摘Because China is becoming an aging society,the incidence of diabetes and diabetic foot have been increasing.Diabetic foot has become one of the main health-related killers due to its high disability and mortality rates.Negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)is one of the most effective techniques for the treatment of diabetic foot wounds and great progress,both in terms of research and its clinical application,has been made in the last 20 years of its development.However,due to the complex pathogenesis and management of diabetic foot,irregular application of NPWT often leads to complications,such as infection,bleeding and necrosis,that seriously affect its treatment outcomes.In 2020,under the leadership of Burns,Trauma and Tissue Repair Committee of the Cross-Straits Medicine Exchange Association,the writing group for‘Consensus on the application of negative pressure wound therapy of diabetic foot wounds’was established with the participation of scholars from the specialized areas of burns,endocrinology,vascular surgery,orthopedics and wound repair.Drawing on evidence-based practice suggested by the latest clinical research,this consensus proposes the best clinical practice guidelines for the application and prognostic evaluation of NPWT for diabetic foot.The consensus aims to support the formation of standardized treatment schemes that clinicians can refer to when treating cases of diabetic foot.Shizhao Ji Xiaobin Liu Jie Huang Junmin Bao Zhaohong Chen Chunmao Han Daifeng Hao Jingsong Hong Dahai Hu Yufeng Jiang Shang Ju Hongye Li Zongyu Li Guangping Liang Yan Liu Gaoxing Luo Guozhong Lv Xingwu Ran Zhongmin Shi Juyu Tang Aiping Wang Guangyi Wang Jiangning Wang Xin Wang Bing Wen Jun Wu Hailin Xu Maojin Xu Xiaofei Ye Liangxi Yuan Yi Zhang Shichu Xiao Zhaofan Xia 2021Burns & Trauma2021,9,1:17

3Establishment of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis for soybean protein isolate and its application显示文摘To optimize the conditions for the establishment of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis(2-DE)of soybean protein isolate(SPI),we investigated Ampholine mixture,anodic and cathodic electrolytes,loading amount of sample,acrylamide concentration,p H gradient and gel staining method in twodimensional gel electrophoresis to optimize the protein imaging conditions in two-dimensional gel.The results of mixed-level design experiments showed that Ampholine,loading amount and gel staining method had significant effect(P<0.05)on 2-DE of SPI.The optimal conditions were Ampholine mixture(pH 3–10+pH 5–7 or pH 4–6+pH 5–7),loading amount of 2 mg sample and silver staining.Although the acrylamide concentration of the gel,the p H gradient,the anodic and cathodic electrolyte solutions had significant statistical effects on the protein separation degree,the complexity of the protein composition and the visibility of the gel images were more inclined to the 12%gel,the 3–10 pH gradient and the H3PO4/NaOH electrolyte.According to the established conditions,the hydrolyzed products of SPI emulsion were determined by 2-DE,and the dynamic changes of protein in the process of enzymatic hydrolysis were described.Xinkai Lu Yaoming Cui Junjun Guan Xue Liu Hao Zhu Xuyang Ji Jianzhang Zheng Yunlong Cheng Xiaofei Fu 2020Grain & Oil Science and Technology2020,3,3:2
4MTERF3 contributes to MPP+-induced mitochondrial dysfunction in SH-SY5Y cells显示文摘Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disorder causing severe social and economic burdens.The origin of PD has been usually attributed to mitochondrial dysfunction.To this end,mitochondrial transcription regulators become attractive subjects for understanding PD pathogenesis.Previously,we found that the expression of mitochondrial transcription termination factor 3(MTERF3)was reduced in MPP+-induced mice model of PD.In the present study,we probe the function of MTERF3 and its role in MPP+-induced cellular model of PD.Initially,we observe that MTERF3 expression is also reduced in MPP+-induced cellular model of PD,which can be mainly attributed to the increase of MTERF3 degradation.Next,we examine the effect of MTERF3 knockdown and overexpression on the replication,transcription,and translation of mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA).We show that knockdown and overexpression of MTERF3 have opposite effects on mtDNA transcript level but similar effects on mtDNA expression level,in line with MTERF3’s dual roles in mtDNA transcription and translation.In addition,we examine the effect of MTERF3 knockdown and overexpression on mitochondrial function with and without MPP+treatment,and find that MTERF3 seems to play a generally protective role in MPP+-induced mitochondrial dysfunction.Together,this work suggests a regulatory role of MTERF3 in MPP+-induced cellular model of PD and may provide clues in designing novel therapeutics against PD.Shun Zhu Nan Xu Yanyan Han Xiaofei Ye Ling Yang Ji Zuo Wen Liu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,8:2
5Assessment of strong earthquake risk in the Chinese mainland from 2021 to 2030显示文摘The long-term earthquake prediction from 2021 to 2030 is carried out by researching the active tectonic block boundary zones in the Chinese mainland.Based on the strong earthquake recurrence model,the cumulative probability of each target fault in the next 10 years is given by the recurrence period and elapsed time of each fault,which are adopted from relevant studies such as seismological geology,geodesy,and historical earthquake records.Based on the long-term predictions of large earthquakes throughout the world,this paper proposes a comprehensive judgment scheme based on the fault segments with the seismic gap,motion strongly locked,sparse small-moderate earthquakes,and apparent Coulomb stress increase.This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the relative risk for strong earthquakes that may occur in the coming 10 years on the major faults in the active tectonic block boundary zones in the Chinese mainland.The present loading rate of each fault is first constrained by geodetic observations;the cumulative displacement of each fault is then estimated by the elapsed time since the most recent strong earthquake.Zhigang Shao Yanqiang Wu Lingyun Ji Faqi Diao Fuqiang Shi Yujiang Li Feng Long Hui Zhang Wuxing Wang Wenxin Wei Peng Wang Xiaoxia Liu Qi Liu Zhengyang Pan Xiaofei Yin Yue Liu Wei Feng Zhenyu Zou Jia Cheng Renqi Lu Yueren Xu Xi Li 2023Earthquake Research Advances2023,3,1:2

7Functional identification of MdSMXL8.2,the homologous gene of strigolactones pathway repressor protein gene in Malus×domestica显示文摘A homologous gene of strigolactones repressor protein gene SMXL7/D53,MdSMXL8.2(GenBank accession No.:MD07G1222400),was cloned from‘Royal Gala’apple(Malus×domestica Borkh.)in this study.The sequence analysis revealed that the length of this gene was 3243 bp,which encoded 1080 amino acids,and had a protein molecular mass of∼110 kD.The phylogenetic tree analysis indicated that the MdSMXL8.2 exhibited the highest sequence similarity with Arabidopsis AtSMXL7.The protein conserved domain analysis revealed that the MdSMXL8.2 contained two ClpA domains.The prediction of the secondary and tertiary structures of the MdSMXL8.2 indicated that it contained 34.54%αhelix,3.43%β-sheet,and 11.76%extended chain.The in-silico analysis suggested that the promoter sequence of MdSMXL8.2 contained several typical cisacting elements,including abscisic acid(ABA),gibberellin(GA),ethylene,auxin,jasmonic acid(JA),salicylic acid(SA),drought,and heat stressresponsive elements.Quantitative real-time(qRT)-PCR analyses revealed that MdSMXL8.2 was expressed in different apple tissues,with the highest transcript level found in the stem.The expression of MdSMXL8.2 was significantly induced by exogenous ABA,PEG and mannitol,while exogenous NaCl significantly inhibited MdSMXL8.2 expression.The growing status of MdSMXL8.2-overexpressed Orin apple callus was worse than the wild type(WT)after NaCl treatment and had a higher malondialdehyde(MDA)content and relative conductance(REC).Additionally,MdSMXL8.2-overexpressed Arabidopsis exhibited shorter root length and a reduction in fresh weight under salt stress,indicating that MdSMXL8.2 negatively regulated salt tolerance in apples.Weijian Sun Xinglong Ji Laiqing Song Xiaofei Wang Chunxiang You Yujin Hao 2021Horticultural Plant Journal2021,7,4:1

15Rockburst mechanism and the law of energy accumulation and release in mining roadway: a case study显示文摘The rockburst dynamic disasters in the process of deep coal mining become more and more serious.Taking the rockburst occurred in the 23130 working face of Yuejin Coal Mine as the engineering background,we study the characteristics of mining stress feld around roadway,the plastic failure morphological characteristics of surrounding rock and the accumulation/release law of elastic energy before and after burst.An analysis model quantitatively describing the physical process of rockburst in the mining roadway is established,and the calculation method of dynamic release of elastic energy in the physical process of rockburst is educed.The mechanism of rockburst in mining roadway is revealed.The results show that an“L-shaped”stress concentration zone is formed within 100 m of the 23130 working face,and the principal stress ratio of the surrounding rock of the transportation roadway is 2.59–4.26.The change of the direction of the maximum principal stress has a signifcant efect on the burst appearance characteristics.The failure strength of diferent sections of the mining roadway is characterized by the elastic energy release value.With the increase of the working face distance,the elastic energy released by burst failure and the expansion variation of failure boundary radius show a nonlinear variation law that tends to decrease steadily after sharp fuctuation.The closer to the working face,the higher the burst risk.At a distance of 10 m from the working surface,the maximum principal stress reaches its maximum value.The butterfy-shaped failure system generated by the surrounding rock of the roadway has energy self-sustainability,and the elastic energy released by the sudden expansion of the butterfy leaf is enough to cause a burst damage of 1.9 magnitude.This work could provide theoretical support for the prediction and prevention of rockburst.Feng Du Ji Ma Xiaofei Guo Tianfeng Wang Xiaohang Dong Jiashuo Li Shulei He Dilinaer Nuerjuma 2022International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,5:1

17Physical origins of ruled surfaces on the reduced density matrices geometry显示文摘The reduced density matrices(RDMs) of many-body quantum states form a convex set. The boundary of low dimensional projections of this convex set may exhibit nontrivial geometry such as ruled surfaces. In this paper, we study the physical origins of these ruled surfaces for bosonic systems. The emergence of ruled surfaces was recently proposed as signatures of symmetrybreaking phase. We show that, apart from being signatures of symmetry-breaking, ruled surfaces can also be the consequence of gapless quantum systems by demonstrating an explicit example in terms of a two-mode Ising model. Our analysis was largely simplified by the quantum de Finetti's theorem—in the limit of large system size, these RDMs are the convex set of all the symmetric separable states. To distinguish ruled surfaces originated from gapless systems from those caused by symmetrybreaking, we propose to use the finite size scaling method for the corresponding geometry. 18Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND 19Shaking table test study on performance and functionality of a typical telecommunication room after earthquakes显示文摘Large numbers of basic transceiver stations,where the telecommunication room is one of the main components,comprise an important part of the telecommunication system.After earthquakes,considerable economic loss from telecommunication systems is often associated with seismic damage and functional loss of the telecommunication room.However,research related to this has been limited.In this study,shaking table tests were conducted for a full-scale typical telecommunication room,including a light-steel house and the necessary communication and power supply equipment.The tests not only focused on the seismic damage to all the structures but also considered the functions of the communication and power supply of the equipment.The interactions between these facilities and their effects on communication function were also investigated.Compared with the damage to structures,the interruption of the power supply due to earthquakes is a weak link.Finally,the damage indexes,together with their threshold values of different damage states for the communication and power supply equipment,were derived from the test results.The results of this research can contribute to the literature gaps regarding seismic performance studies of telecommunication rooms,and can serve as a valuable reference for future research on its seismic fragility and economic losses evaluation.Li Bo Guo Endong Sun Guoliang Ji Shuqiang Mao Chenxi Wang Tao Han Di Li Xiaofei 2024Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2024,23,2:0
20Study of thermoelectric enhanced SERS and photocatalysis with ZnO-metal nanorod arrays显示文摘Herein,a thermoelectric induced surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate consisting of ZnO nanorod arrays and metal nanoparticles is proposed.The intensities of SERS signals are further enhanced by an order of magnitude and the limit of detection(LOD)for the molecules is reduced by at least one order of magnitude after the application of a thermoelectric potential.The enhancement mechanism is analyzed carefully and thoroughly based on the experimental and theoretical results,thus proving that the thermoelectric-induced enhancement of the SERS signals should be classified as a chemical contribution.Furthermore,it is proved that the electric regulation mechanism is universally applicable,and the fabricated substrate realizes enormous enhancements for various types of molecules,such as rhodamine 6G,methyl orange,crystal violet,amaranth,and biological molecules.Additionally,the proposed electric-induced SERS(E-SERS)substrate is also realized to monitor and manipulate the plasmon-activated redox reactions.We believe that this study can promote the course of the research on ESERS and plasmon-enhanced photocatalysts.Baoqiang Du Jibing Tan Chang Ji Mingrui Shao Xiaofei Zhao Jing Yu Chao Zhang Chuansong Chen Hui Pan Baoyuan Man Zhen Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0
