1Time-frequency characteristics based motion estimation and imaging for high speed spinning targets via narrowband waveforms显示文摘This paper focuses on the motion parameters estimation and inversed synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging for the high-speed spinning targets via the time-frequency characteristics. Assuming that the translational motion is compensated with the available motion compensation techniques, then the residual part of translational motion and the spinning motion are estimated with high precision based on the timefrequency characteristics. Combining with the procedure of the motion estimation, a novel coherent timefrequency spectrum intensity redistribution method, coherent single range Doppler interferometry (CSRDI), is proposed, which provides higher resolution and sustain lower signal to noise rate (SNR) than the current approach. 2Preparation of ternary Cr_2 O_3-SiC-TiO_2 composites for the photocatalytic production of hydrogen显示文摘Novel ternary Cr 2 O 3 -SiC-TiO 2 composites were synthesized by implanting Cr 3+ into SiC-TiO 2 via sol-gel and impregnation approaches. The results from X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and trans- mission electron microscopy show that the Cr 3+ species were doped onto the surface of the SiC-TiO 2 carrier. The diffuse reflectance ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra revealed that the absorption edges of the ternary Cr 2 O 3 -SiC-TiO 2 composites were gradually shifted red with increasing chromium content. The luminescence intensities of the composites decreased with increasing doped Cr 3+ content due to the reduction in the number of recombination sites of electron-hole pairs. The ternary Cr 2 O 3 -SiC-TiO 2 com- posites showed high hydrogen-producing activities, which probably results from the formation of donor levels of the Cr 3+ species in the forbidden band of the SiC semiconductor.Yaojun Zhang Yong Xu Tuo Li Yachao Wang 2012Particuology2012,10,1:8
3Functional analysis of alternative splicing of the FLOWERING LOCUS T orthologous gene in Chrysanthemum morifolium显示文摘As the junction of floral development pathways,the FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)protein called‘florigen’plays an important role in the process of plant flowering through signal integration.We isolated four transcripts encoding different isoforms of a FT orthologous gene CmFTL1,from Chrysanthemum morifolium cultivar‘Jimba’.Sequence alignments suggested that the four transcripts are related to the intron 1.Expression analysis showed that four alternative splicing(AS)forms of CmFTL1 varied depending on the developmental stage of the flower.The functional complement experiment using an Arabidopsis mutant ft-10 revealed that the archetypal and AS forms of CmFTL1 had the function of complementing late flower phenotype in different levels.In addition,transgenic confirmation at transcript level showed CmFTL1 and CmFTL1ast coexist in the same tissue type at the same developmental stage,indicating a post-transcriptional modification of CmFTL1 in Arabidopsis.Moreover,ectopic expression of different AS forms in chrysanthemum resulted in the development of multiple altered phenotypes,varying degrees of early flowering.We found that an alternative splicing form(CmFTL1-astE134)without the exon 2 lacked the ability causing the earlier flower phenotype.The evidence in this study indicates that complex alternative processing of CmFTL1 transcripts in C.morifolium may be associated with flowering regulation and hold some potential for biotechnical engineering to create early-flowering phenotypes in ornamental cultivars.Yachao Mao Jing Sun Peipei Cao Rong Zhang Qike Fu Sumei Chen Fadi Chen Jiafu Jiang 2016Horticulture Research2016,3,1:7
4Five-wavelength optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy of blood and lymphatic vessels显示文摘Optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy(OR-PAM)has been developed for anatomical,functional,and molecular imaging but usually requires multiple scanning for different contrasts.We present five-wavelength OR-PAM for simultaneous imaging of hemoglobin concentration,oxygen saturation,blood flow speed,and lymphatic vessels in single raster scanning.We develop a five-wavelength pulsed laser via stimulated Raman scattering.The five pulsed wavelengths,i.e.,532,545,558,570,and 620∕640 nm,are temporally separated by several hundreds of nanoseconds via different optical delays in fiber.Five photoacoustic images at these wavelengths are simultaneously acquired in a single scanning.The 532-and 620∕640-nm wavelengths are used to image the blood vessels and dye-labeled lymphatic vessels.The blood flow speed is measured by a dual-pulse method.The oxygen saturation is calculated and compensated for by the Grüneisen-relaxation effect.In vivo imaging of hemoglobin concentration,oxygen saturation,blood flow speed,and lymphatic vessels is demonstrated in preclinical applications of cancer detection,lymphatic clearance monitoring,and functional brain imaging.Chao Liu Jiangbo Chen Yachao Zhang Jingyi Zhu Lidai Wang 2021Advanced Photonics2021,3,1:7
5Detection, parameter estimation and imaging of maneuvering target in wide-band signal显示文摘The signal-to-noise ratio may be increased by the cross-range coherence integration so as to detect the moving target in low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) condition. But, the radial velocity, acceleration and the change of acceleration due to the maneuvering motion of target may induce serious range migration and cross-range high-order phase terms leading to the unfocused cross-range image, the reduction of signal-noise ratio and the invalidation of target detection. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a new method based on the adjacent correlation and scale transform methods for detection, parameters estimation and imaging of maneuvering targets in wide-band signal. This method can align the range and remove the cross-range high-order phase terms induced by the radial motion of target, enabling us to detect the target and estimate its moving parameters better. 6Chemical constituents and ACE inhibitory activity of desert plant Suaeda physophora Pall.显示文摘Suaeda physophora Pall.is a kind of desert plant mostly growing in saline habitats in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.In order to have a better utilization of halophytes,a screening for ACE inhibitors from halophytes growing in Xinjiang was carried out.The result showed that the 70%EtOH extract and n-BuOH extract of S.physophora Pall.possessed significant ACE inhibitory activities.So we focused on its biochemical constituents firstly.One new quinazoline alkaloid,namely Suaedine(1),along with six known compounds(2–7)was isolated from the aerial parts of S.physophora Pall.The structure of the new quinazoline alkaloid was established by one-and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance,optical rotation and mass spectrometry analysis.The flavonoid compounds(2–4)and phenolic compound(5)exhibited significant ACE activities.It was the first time to focus on the chemical constituents and bioactivities of this plant.Ruizhi Men Ning Li Yachao Xing Yingzhan Tang Chengyu Tan Fantong Meng Juan Zhang Hui Ni Xiaoguang Jia 2013Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2013,3,5:3
7Confocal visible/NIR photoacoustic microscopy of tumors with structural, functional, and nanoprobe contrasts显示文摘Distinguishing early-stage tumors from normal tissues is of great importance in cancer diagnosis.We report fiberbased confocal visible/near-infrared(NIR)optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy that can image tumor microvasculature,oxygen saturation,and nanoprobes in a single scanning.We develop a cost-efficient single laser source that provides 532,558,and 1064 nm pulsed light with sub-microseconds wavelength switching time.Via dual-fiber illumination,we can focus the three beams to the same point.The optical and acoustic foci are confocally aligned to optimize the sensitivity.The visible and NIR wavelengths enable simultaneous tumor imaging with three different contrast modes.Results show obvious angiogenesis,significantly elevated oxygen saturation,and accumulated nanoparticles in the tumor regions,which offer comprehensive information to detect the tumor.This approach also allows us to identify feeding and draining vessels of the tumor and thus to determine local oxygen extraction fraction.In the tumor region,the oxygen extraction fraction significantly decreases along with tumor growth,which can also assist in tumor detection and staging.Fiber-based confocal visible/NIR photoacoustic microscopy offers a new tool for early detection of cancer.JIANGBO CHEN YACHAO ZHANG XIAOZHEN LI JINGYI ZHU DENGFENG LI SHENGLIANG LI CHUN-SING LEE LIDAI WANG 2020Photonics Research2020,8,12:2
8Investigation of β-Ga2O3 films and β-Ga2O3/GaN heterostructures grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition显示文摘In this work,(-201)β-Ga2O3 films are grown on GaN substrate by metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD).It is revealed that theβ-Ga2O3 film grown on GaN possesses superior crystal quality,material homogeneity and surface morphology than the results of common heteroepitaxialβ-Ga2O3 film based on sapphire substrate.Further,the relevance between the crystal quality of epitaxialβ-Ga2O3 film and theβ-Ga2O3/GaN interface behavior is investigated.Transmission electron microscopy result indicates that the interface atom refactoring phenomenon is beneficial to relieve the mismatch strain and improve the crystal quality of subsequentβ-Ga2O3 film.Moreover,the energy band structure ofβ-Ga2O3/GaN heterostructure grown by MOCVD is investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and a large conduction band offset of 0.89 eV is obtained.The results in this work not only convincingly demonstrate the advantages ofβ-Ga2O3 films grown on GaN substrate,but also show the great application potential of MOCVDβ-Ga2O3/GaN heterostructures in microelectronic applications.YaChao Zhang YiFan Li ZhiZhe Wang Rui Guo ShengRui Xu ChuanYang Liu ShengLei Zhao JinCheng Zhang Yue Hao 2020Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,11:2
9Encryption/decryption and microtarget capturing by pH-driven Janus microstructures fabricated by the same femtosecond laser printing parameters显示文摘Several natural organism can change shape under external stimuli. These natural phenomena have inspired a vast amount of research on exploration and implementation of reconfigurable shape transformation. The Janus structure is a promising approach to achieve shape transformation based on its heterogeneous chemical or physical properties on opposite sides.However, the heterogeneity is generally realized by multi-step processing, different materials,and/or different processing parameters. Here, we present a simple and flexible method of producing p H-sensitive Janus microactuators from a single material, using the same laser printing parameters. These microactuators exhibit reversible structural deformations with large bending angles of ~31°and fast response(~0.2 s) by changing the p H value of the aqueous environment. Benefited from the high flexibility of the laser printing technique and the spatial arrangements, pillar heights, and bending directions of microactuators are readily controlled,enabling a variety of switchable ordered patterns and complex petal-like structures on flat surfaces and inside microchannels. 11Photonic Hall effect and helical Zitterbewegung in a synthetic Weyl system显示文摘Systems supporting Weyl points have gained increasing attention in condensed physics,photonics and acoustics due to their rich physics,such as Fermi arcs and chiral anomalies.Acting as sources or drains of Berry curvature,Weyl points exhibit a singularity of the Berry curvature at their core.It is,therefore,expected that the induced effect of the Berry curvature can be dramatically enhanced in systems supporting Weyl points.In this work,we construct synthetic Weyl points in a photonic crystal that consists of a honeycomb array of coupled rods with slowly varying radii along the direction of propagation.The system possesses photonic Weyl points in the synthetic space of two momenta plus an additional physical parameter with an enhanced Hall effect resulting from the large Berry curvature in the vicinity of the Weyl point.Interestingly,a helical Zitterbewegung(ZB)is observed when the wave packet traverses very close to a Weyl point,which is attributed to the contribution of the non-Abelian Berry connection arising from the near degenerate eigenstates.Weimin Ye Yachao Liu Jianlong Liu Simon A.R.Horsley Shuangchun Wen Shuang Zhang 2019Light(Science & Applications)2019,8,1:1
12Multi-dimensional database design and implementation of dam safety monitoring system显示文摘To improve the effectiveness of dam safety monitoring database systems,the development process of a multi-dimensional conceptual data model was analyzed and a logic design was achieved in multi-dimensional database mode.The optimal data model was confirmed by identifying data objects,defining relations and reviewing entities.The conversion of relations among entities to external keys and entities and physical attributes to tables and fields was interpreted completely.On this basis,a multi-dimensional database that reflects the management and analysis of a dam safety monitoring system on monitoring data information has been established,for which factual tables and dimensional tables have been designed.Finally,based on service design and user interface design,the dam safety monitoring system has been developed with Delphi as the development tool.This development project shows that the multi-dimensional database can simplify the development process and minimize hidden dangers in the database structure design.It is superior to other dam safety monitoring system development models and can provide a new research direction for system developers.Zhao Erfeng Wang Yachao Jiang Yufeng Zhang Lei Yu Hong 2008Water Science and Engineering2008,1,3:1

14Regulating electronic structure of porous nickel nitride nanosheet arrays by cerium doping for energy-saving hydrogen production显示文摘Water electrolysis for energy-efficient H_(2)production coupled with hydrazine oxidation reaction(HzOR)is prevailing,while the sluggish electrocatalysts are strongly hindering its scalable application.Herein,we schemed a novel porous Ce-doped Ni3N nanosheet arrays grown on nickel foam(Ce-Ni3N/NF)as a remarkable bifunctional catalyst for both hydrogen evolution reaction and HzOR.Significantly,the overall hydrazine splitting system can achieve low cell voltages of 0.156 and 0.671 V at 10 and 400 mA·cm^(−2),and the system is remarkably stable to operate over 100 h continuous test at the high-current-density of 400 mA·cm^(−2).Various characterizations prove that the porous nanosheet arrays expose more active sites,and more excellent diffusion kinetics and lower charge-transfer resistance,therefore boosting catalytic performance.Furthermore,density functional theory calculation reveals that the incorporation of Ce can effectively optimize the free energy of hydrogen adsorption and promote intrinsic catalytic activity of Ni_(3)N.Rui-Qing Li Suyuan Zeng Bin Sang Chaozhuang Xue Konggang Qu Yu Zhang Wei Zhang Guangyu Zhang Xinghui Liu Jie Deng Olivier Fontaine Yachao Zhu 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:1
15A neural network-based production process modeling and variable importance analysis approach in corn to sugar factory显示文摘Corn to sugar process has long faced the risks of high energy consumption and thin profits.However,it’s hard to upgrade or optimize the process based on mechanism unit operation models due to the high complexity of the related processes.Big data technology provides a promising solution as its ability to turn huge amounts of data into insights for operational decisions.In this paper,a neural network-based production process modeling and variable importance analysis approach is proposed for corn to sugar processes,which contains data preprocessing,dimensionality reduction,multilayer perceptron/convolutional neural network/recurrent neural network based modeling and extended weights connection method.In the established model,dextrose equivalent value is selected as the output,and 654 sites from the DCS system are selected as the inputs.LASSO analysis is first applied to reduce the data dimension to 155,then the inputs are dimensionalized to 50 by means of genetic algorithm optimization.Ultimately,variable importance analysis is carried out by the extended weight connection method,and 20 of the most important sites are selected for each neural network.The results indicate that the multilayer perceptron and recurrent neural network models have a relative error of less than 0.1%,which have a better prediction result than other models,and the 20 most important sites selected have better explicable performance.The major contributions derived from this work are of significant aid in process simulation model with high accuracy and process optimization based on the selected most important sites to maintain high quality and stable production for corn to sugar processes.Yi Tong Mou Shu Mingxin Li Yingwei Liu Ran Tao Congcong Zhou You Zhao Guoxing Zhao Yi Li Yachao Dong Lei Zhang Linlin Liu Jian Du 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,3:1

171.7 kV normally-off p-GaN gate high-electron-mobility transistors on a semi-insulating SiC substrate显示文摘A study of 1.7 kV normally-off p-GaN gate high-electron-mobility transistors(HEMTs)on SiC substrates is presented.The fabricated p-GaN HEMT with a gate-drain spacing LGD=5μm exhibited a threshold voltage of 1.10 V,a maximum drain current of 235 mA/mm,an ON/OFF ratio of 10^(8),and a breakdown voltage of 440 V.Benefiting from the semi-insulating and high-critical-electric-field substrate,the p-GaN HEMT with LGD=23μm achieved the remarkably high breakdown voltage of 1740 V with substrate grounded.This breakdown voltage is very high compared with the reported values for p-GaN HEMTs on silicon substrates with substrate grounded.The vertical breakdown voltage for the p-GaN-on-SiC material exceeded 3 kV with substrate grounded.In addition,the maximum drain current at 500 K was 48%of that at 300 K with a negligible threshold voltage shift.These results indicate the substantial potential of p-GaN gate HEMTs on SiC substrates for high-voltage power applications.Shenglei ZHAO Jincheng ZHANG Yachao ZHANG Lansheng FENG Shuang LIU Xiufeng SONG Yixin YAO Jun LUO Zhihong LIU Shengrui XU Yue HAO 2023Science China(Information Sciences)2023,66,2:1
