1GC-MS, GC-O and OAV analyses of key aroma compounds in Jiaozi Steamed Bread显示文摘Jiaozi Steamed Bread(JSB)has a unique aroma as a traditional staple food in China.The volatile compounds in JSBwere extracted by simultaneous distillation and extraction(SDE)and headspace solid-phasemicroextraction(HS-SPME).These volatile substances were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and gas chromatographyolfactometry-mass spectrometry(GC-O-MS).The results demonstrated that 61 volatile compounds were identified totally in samples,of which 15 were confirmed as potent aroma compounds with odor active values(OAVs)>1.The 15 potent aroma compounds were ethanol,1-butanol,1-pentanol,1-hexanol,heptanol,1-octen-3-ol,3-methyl-1-butanol,hexanal,heptanal,nonanal,(E)-2-heptenal,benzaldehyde,(E,E)-2,4-decadienal,2-pentylfuran and naphthalene.The SDEmethod had better linearity with coefficients of determination(R2)equal to or higher than 0.9991.Furthermore,the SDE method also achieved lower sensitivity and better repeatability and recovery than HS-SPME.This work provides reference method and parameters for future research on the flavor of JSB for commercial products.Yuanhui Wang Jingwen Zhao Fei Xu Xiaoyun Wu Wenxuan Hu Yongfeng Chang Lanlan Zhang Jie Chen Changhong Liu 2020Grain & Oil Science and Technology2020,3,1:17
2Accumulation and Reformation of Silurian Reservoir in the Northern Tarim Basin显示文摘Silurian sandstone in Tarim Basin has good reservoir properties and active oil and gas shows,especially thick widely-distributed bituminous sandstone.Currently,the Silurian was found containing both bitumen and conventional reservoirs,with petroleum originating from terrestrial and marine source rocks.The diversity of their distribution was the result of 'three sources,three stages' accumulation and adjustment processes.'Three sources' refers to two sets of marine rocks in Cambrian and Middle-Upper Ordovician,and a set of terrestrial rock formed in Triassic in the Kuqa depression.'Three stages' represents three stages of accumulation,adjustment and reformation occurring in Late Caledonian,Late Hercynian and Late Himalayan,respectively.The study suggests that the Silurian bitumen is remnants of oil generated from Cambrian and Ordovician source rocks and accumulated in the sandstone reservoir during Late Caledonian-Early Hercynian and Late Hercynian stages,and then damaged by the subsequent two stages of tectonic uplift movements in Early Hercynian and Pre-Triassic.The authors presumed that the primary paleo-reservoirs formed during these two stages might be preserved in the Silurian in the southern deep part of the Tabei area.Except for the Yingmaili area where the Triassic terrestrial oil was from the Kuqa Depression during Late Himalayan Stage,all movable oil reservoirs originated from marine sources.They were secondary accumulations from underlying Ordovician after structure reverse during the Yanshan-Himalayan stage.Oil/gas shows mixed-source characteristics,and was mainly from Middle-Upper Ordovician.The complexity and diversity of the Silurian marine primary properties were just defined by these three stages of oil-gas charging and tectonic movements in the Tabei area.ZHU Guangyou CUI Jie SU Jin YANG Haijun ZHANG Bin HU Jianfeng ZHU Yongfeng 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,1:13

4微尺度重金属土壤化学研究进展与展望显示文摘土壤重金属污染是我国面临的重要生态环境问题,有效管控与修复重金属污染土壤有必要弄清重金属与土壤固相组分的作用机制。土壤组成多样、结构复杂、空间异质,加之土壤团聚体粒径大小不一,形成微观结构和表面性质各异的土壤微域,控制着重金属的形态转化及生物有效性。因此,深入认识微尺度的重金属土壤化学对于预测和管控土壤重金属环境化学行为至关重要。同步辐射X射线微探针(Microprobe)、X射线扫描透射显微术(STXM)及纳米二次离子质谱技术(Nano SIMS)等技术具有微纳米级空间分辨率,为在环境意义尺度上探究微尺度重金属土壤化学提供了独特的支撑平台。本文从环境土壤化学发展历程及当前发展瓶颈、现代微尺度分析技术及其在微尺度重金属土壤化学中的应用进展等方面综述,并对该领域未来的发展进行了展望。杨建军 王艺皓 Wang Jian Hu Yongfeng 2020土壤学报2020,57,3:7
5Speciation and thermal transformation of sulfur forms in high-sulfur coal and its utilization in coal-blending coking process:A review显示文摘The utilization of high-sulfur coal is becoming more urgent due to the excessive utilization of low-sulfur,high-quality coal resources,and sulfur removal from high-sulfur coal is the most important issue.This paper reviews the speciation,forms and distribution of sulfur in coal,the sulfur removal from raw coal,the thermal transformation of sulfur during coal pyrolysis,and the sulfur regulation during coal-blending coking of high organic-sulfur coals.It was suggested that the proper characterization of sulfur in coal cannot be obtained only by either chemical method or instrumental characterization,which raises the need of a combination of current or newly adopted characterization methods.Different from the removal of inorganic sulfur from coal,the organic sulfur can only be partly removed by chemical technologies;and the coal structure and property,particularly high-sulfur coking coals which have caking ability,may be altered and affected by the pretreatment processes.Based on the interactions among the sulfur radicals,sulfur-containing and hydrogen-containing fragments during coal pyrolysis and the reactions with minerals or nascent char,regulating the sulfur transformation behavior in the process of thermal conversion is the most effective way to utilize high organic-sulfur coals in the coke-making industry.An in-situ regulation approach of sulfur transformation during coal-blending coking has been suggested.That is,the high volatile coals with an appropriate releasing temperature range of CH4 overlapping well with that of H2 S from high organic-sulfur coals is blended with high organic-sulfur coals,and the C–S/C–C bonds in some sulfur forms are catalytically broken and immediately hydrogenated by the hydrogencontaining radicals generated from high volatile coals.Wherein,the effect of mass transfer on sulfur regulation during the coking process should be considered for the larger-scale coking tests through optimizing the ratios of different coals in the coal blend.Yanfeng Shen Yongfeng Hu Meijun Wang Weiren Bao Liping Chang Kechang Xie 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,7:5

7Up-regulation of glycolipid transfer protein by bicyclol causes spontaneous restriction of hepatitis C virus replication显示文摘Bicyclol is a synthetic drug for hepatoprotection in clinic since 2004. Preliminary clinical observations suggest that bicyclol might be active against hepatitis C virus(HCV) with unknown mechanism. Here, we showed that bicyclol significantly inhibited HCV replication in vitro and in hepatitis C patients. Using bicyclol as a probe, we identified glycolipid transfer protein(GLTP) to be a novel restrictive factor for HCV replication. The GLTP preferentially bound host vesicle-associated membrane protein-associated protein-A(VAP-A) in competition with the HCV NS5 A, causing an interruption of the complex formation between VAP-A and HCV NS5 A. As the formation of VAP-A/NS5 A complex is essential for viral RNA replication, up-regulation of GLTP by bicyclol reduced the level of VAP-A/NS5 A complex and thus inhibited HCV replication. Bicyclol also exhibited an inhibition on HCV variants resistant to direct-acting antiviral agents(DAAs) with an efficacy identical to that on wild type HCV. In combination with bicyclol, DAAs inhibited HCV replication in a synergistic fashion. 8一种高效有机结合态磷肥的多谱学分子形态表征显示文摘当前,磷肥不合理施用引发的资源危机和环境问题日益凸显,创制新型磷肥、提高磷肥利用率是保障农业生产、环境安全及可持续发展的关键。鉴于有机结合态磷肥不易被土壤组分固定,在土壤中移动性强,作物有效性高,研发新型有机结合态磷肥有望从根本上突破并解决无机磷肥利用率低的问题。新近,新型有机结合态磷肥的研发方兴未艾,而有机结合态磷肥的赋存形态及其高效机理尚不清楚。基于多种有机结合态磷肥研制及肥效方面的研究成果,选取价格低廉、肥效稳定的淀粉基磷肥,采用液相磷-31核磁共振(P-NMR)技术、同步辐射X射线吸收近边结构谱(XANES)技术在分子层面上对其磷形态进行表征。将供试淀粉基磷肥酶解制成α-极限淀粉糊精,溶解于45%的二甲亚砜,通过液相P-NMR分析发现该磷肥中总磷含量约为5 218mg·kg^(-1),与灼烧-比色法测得的结果一致;其中磷主要以有机形态赋存,正磷酸单酯占总磷比例达75.8%。正磷酸二酯含量为17.3%,而无机磷仅占总磷含量的6.9%。另外,通过指纹图谱比对,供试样品磷的K-边XANES谱与植酸磷的谱图极为相似。以上研究结果表明该淀粉基磷肥中磷以正磷酸单酯为主,为深入揭示有机结合态磷肥的高效机制提供了重要依据。刘瑾 杨建军 Yongfeng Hu 李菊梅 张秀 马义兵 2018光谱学与光谱分析2018,38,3:3

10Performance of common buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum M.) supplied with selenite or selenate for selenium biofortification in northeastern China显示文摘Selenium(Se)deficiency commonly occurs in soils of northeastern China and leads to insufficient Se intake by humans.A two-year field study of Se biofortification of common buckwheat supplied with 40 g Se ha^(-1)as selenite(Se(IV)),selenate(Se(VI)),or a combination(1/2 Se(IV+VI))was performed to investigate Se accumulation and translocation in plants and determine the effects of different forms of Se on the grain yield,biomass production,and Se use efficiency of plants and seeds.Se application increased seed Se concentrations to 47.1–265.1μg kg^(-1).Seed Se concentrations following Se(VI)or 1/2 Se(IV+VI)treatment exceeded 100μg kg^(-1),an amount suitable for crop Se biofortification.Se concentration in shoots and roots decreased with plant development,and Se translocation from root to shoot in Se(IV)-treated plants was lower than that in plants treated with 1/2 Se(IV+VI)and Se(VI).Both grain yield and biomass production increased under 1/2 Se(IV+VI)treatment,with grain yields reaching 1663.8 and 1558.5 kg ha^(-1)in 2015 and 2016,respectively,reflecting increases of 11.0% and 10.3% over those without Se application.The Se use efficiency of seeds and plants under Se(VI)treatment was significantly higher than those under 1/2 Se(IV+VI)and Se(IV)treatments.Thus,application of selenate could result in higher Se accumulation in buckwheat seeds than application of the other Se sources,but the combined application of selenate and selenite might be an alternative approach for improving buckwheat grain yield by Se biofortification in northeastern China.Ying Jiang Xiaomin Feng Yadong Yang Xiangxue Qi Yongfeng Ren Youhui Gao Weidong Liu Yuegao Hu Zhaohai Zeng 2018The Crop Journal2018,6,4:3
11Highly active multivalent multielement catalysts derived from hierarchical porous TiNb_(2)O_(7) nanospheres for the reversible hydrogen storage of MgH_(2)显示文摘Critical limitations in applying MgH_(2) as a hydrogen-storage medium include the high H_(2) desorption temperature and slow reaction kinetics.In this study,we synthesized hierarchical porous TiNb_(2)O_(7) spheres in micrometer scale built with 20-50 nm nanospheres,which showed stable activity to catalyze hydrogen storage in MgH_(2) as precursors.The addition of 7 wt.%TiNb_(2)O_(7) in MgH_(2) reduced the dehydrogenation onset temperature from 300 to 177℃.At 250℃,approximately 5.5 wt.%H_(2) was rapidly released in 10 min.Hydrogen uptake was detected even at room temperature under 50 bar hydrogen;4.5 wt.%H_(2) was absorbed in 3 min at 150℃,exhibiting a superior low-temperature hydrogenation performance.Moreover,nearly constant capacity was observed from the second cycle onward,demonstrating stable cyclability.During the ball milling and initial de/hydrogenation process,the high-valent Ti and Nb of TiNb_(2)O_(7) were reduced to the lower-valent species or even zero-valent metal,which in situ created multivalent multielement catalytic surroundings.A strong synergistic effect was obtained for hybrid oxides of Nb and Ti by density functional theory(DFT)calculations,which largely weakens the Mg-H bonding and results in a large reduction in kinetic barriers for hydrogen storage reactions of MgH_(2).Our findings may guide the further design and development of high-performance complex catalysts for the reversible hydrogen storage of hydrides.Lingchao Zhang Ke Wang Yongfeng Liu Xin Zhang Jianjiang Hu Mingxia Gao Hongge Pan 2021Nano Research2021,14,1:2

13Sirolimus combined with oseltamivir and corticosteroid treatment for a puerpera with severe pneumonia caused by 2009 pandemic H1N1:A case report显示文摘Severe pneumonia in patients infected with the 2009 pandemic H1N1(pH1N1)virus was partially attributed to excessive immune response.Anti-virus treatment for these patients was insufficient.Here we reported the therapy effect of sirolimus,an immunosuppressor,combined with oseltamivir and corticosteroid for a puerpera with severe pneumonia caused by pH1N1 virus.This patient has infected with the pH1N1 virus in late pregnancy,and antiviral therapy was not implemented timely.She developed severe pneumonia and ARDS rapidly and need receive a cesarean section on the 39th week after pregnancy.After giving birth to a healthy baby,she received a combination of oseltamivir,sirolimus and corticosteroid,and improved in the following days.Moreover,the cytokines in serum and viral loads in BALF decreased significantly.She recovered without infectious symptoms and was discharged.Sirolimus combined with oseltamivir and corticosteroid is likely responsible for lowering the viral loads,reducing the patient's cytokine level,and further improving her clinical outcomes.It provides evidence that adjuvant treatment was beneficial to patients with severe pneumonia induced by the pH1N1 virus.Lijun Suo Xiaofeng Yu Yongfeng Hu Hongyun Cao Xiaohui Zou Peiquan Wang Tao Xu Xiangzhi Zhou Yexin Wu Lili Ren Bo Liu Bin Cao 2021Biosafety and Health2021,3,6:2

16Functional isolation,culture and cryopreservation of adult human primary cardiomyocytes显示文摘Cardiovascular diseases are the most common cause of death globally.Accurately modeling cardiac homeostasis,dysfunction,and drug response lies at the heart of cardiac research.Adult human primary cardiomyocytes(hPCMs)are a promising cellular model,but unstable isolation efficiency and quality,rapid cell death in culture,and unknown response to cryopreservation prevent them from becoming a reliable and flexible in vitro cardiac model.Combing the use of a reversible inhibitor of myosinⅡATPase,(-)-blebbistatin(Bleb),and multiple optimization steps of the isolation procedure,we achieved a 2.74-fold increase in cell viability over traditional methods,accompanied by better cellular morphology,minimally perturbed gene expression,intact electrophysiology,and normal neurohormonal signaling.Further optimization of culture conditions established a method that was capable of maintaining optimal cell viability,morphology,and mitochondrial respiration for at least 7 days.Most importantly,we successfully cryopreserved hPCMs,which were structurally,molecularly,and functionally intact after undergoing the freeze-thaw cycle.hPCMs demonstrated greater sensitivity towards a set of cardiotoxic drugs,compared to human-induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes(hiPSC-CMs).Further dissection of cardiomyocyte drug response at both the population and single-cell transcriptomic level revealed that hPCM responses were more pronouncedly enriched in cardiac function,whereas hiPSC-CMs responses reflected cardiac development.Together,we established a full set of methodologies for the efficient isolation and prolonged maintenance of functional primary adult human cardiomyocytes in vitro,unlocking their potential as a cellular model for cardiovascular research,drug discovery,and safety pharmacology.Bingying Zhou Xun Shi Xiaoli Tang Quanyi Zhao Le Wang Fang Yao Yongfeng Hou Xianqiang Wang Wei Feng Liqing Wang Xiaogang Sun Li Wang Shengshou Hu 2022Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,8:1
17SHRIMP Zircon U-Pb Dating of the Tongshi Magmatic Complex in Western Shandong and Its Geological Implications显示文摘The SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating result of the Tongshi magmatic complex in western Shandong is presented in this paper. The Tongshi magmatic complex comprises fine-grained porphyritic diorite and syenitic porphyry. Eighteen analyses for fine-grained porphyritic diorite gave two concordia ages, in which ten analyses constitute the young age group, giving 206Pb/238U ages ranging from 167.9 Ma to 183 Ma with a weighted mean age of 175.7 ± 3.8 Ma, and the other eight yielded 207Pb/206Pb ages of 2502 Ma to 2554 Ma with a weighted mean 2518 ± 11 Ma. 18Probing the active sites of 2D nanosheets with Fe-N-C carbon shell encapsulated Fe_(x)C/Fe species for boosting sodium-ion storage performances显示文摘Developing stable but high active metal-nitrogen-carbon(M-N-C)-based hard carbon anode is a promising way to be the alternatives to graphene and blank hard carbon for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),requiring the precise tailoring of the electronic structure for optimizing the Na+intercalation behavior,yet is greatly challenging.Herein,Fe-N-C graphitic layer-encapsulating Fe3C species within hard carbon nanosheets(Fe-N-C/Fe3C@HCNs)are rationally engineered by pyrolysis of self-assembled polymer.Impressively,the Fe-N-C/Fe3C@HCNs exhibit outstanding rate capacity(242 mAh·g^(−1)at 2,000 mA·g^(−1)),which is 2.1 and 4.2 times higher than that of Fe-N-C and N-doped carbon(N-C),respectively,and prolonged cycling stability(176 mAh·g^(−1)at 2,000 mA·g^(−1)after 2,000 cycles).Theoretical calculations unveil that the Fe3C species enhance the electronic transfer from Na to Fe-N-C,resulting in the charge redistribution between the interfaces of Fe3C and Fe-N-C.Thus,the optimized adsorption behavior towards Na+reduces the thermodynamic energy barriers.The synergistic effect of Fe3C and Fe-N-C species maintains the structural integrity of electrode materials during the sodiation/desodiation process.The in-depth insight into the advanced Na+storage mechanisms of Fe3C@Fe-N-C offers precise guidance for the rational establishment of confinement heterostructures in SIBs.Huicong Xia Pengfei Yuan Lingxing Zan Gan Qu Yunchuan Tu Kaixin Zhu Yifan Wei Zeyu WeiFangying Zheng Mo Zhang Yongfeng Hu Dehui Deng Jianan Zhang 2022Nano Research2022,15,8:1
19Structural variation and parallel evolution of apomixis in citrus during domestication and diversification显示文摘Apomixis,or asexual seed formation,is prevalent in Citrinae via a mechanism termed nucellar or adventitious embryony.Here,multiple embryos of a maternal genotype form directly from nucellar cells in the ovule and can outcompete the developing zygotic embryo as they utilize the sexually derived endosperm for growth.Whilst nucellar embryony enables the propagation of clonal plants of maternal genetic constitution,it is also a barrier to effective breeding through hybridization.To address the genetics and evolution of apomixis in Citrinae,a chromosome-level genome of the Hongkong kumquat(Fortunella hindsii)was assembled following a genome-wide variation map including structural variants(SVs)based on 234 Citrinae accessions.This map revealed that hybrid citrus cultivars shelter genome-wide deleterious mutations and SVs into heterozygous states free from recessive selection,which may explain the capability of nucellar embryony in most cultivars during Citrinae diversification.Analyses revealed that parallel evolution may explain the repeated origin of apomixis in different genera of Citrinae.Within Fortunella,we found that apomixis of some varieties originated via introgression.In apomictic Fortunella,the locus associated with apomixis contains the FhRWP gene,encoding an RWP-RK domain-containing protein previously shown to be required for nucellar embryogenesis in Citrus.We found the heterozygous SV in the FhRWP and CitRWP promoters from apomictic Citrus and Fortunella,due to either two or three miniature inverted transposon element(MITE)insertions.A transcription factor,FhARID,encoding an AT-rich interaction domain-containing protein binds to the MITEs in the promoter of apomictic varieties,which facilitates induction of nucellar embryogenesis.This study provides evolutionary genomic and molecular insights into apomixis in Citrinae and has potential ramifications for citrus breeding.Nan Wang Xietian Song Junli Ye Siqi Zhang Zhen Cao Chenqiao Zhu Jianbing Hu Yin Zhou Yue Huang Shuo Cao Zhongjie Liu Xiaomeng Wu Lijun Chai Wenwu Guo Qiang Xu Brandon S.Gaut Anna M.G.Koltunow Yongfeng Zhou Xiuxin Deng 2022National Science Review2022,9,10:1
