Short-term Load Prediction of Integrated Energy System with Wavelet Neural Network Model Based on Improved Particle Swarm Optimization and Chaos Optimization Algorithm显示文摘To improve energy efficiency and protect the environment, the integrated energy system(IES)becomes a significant direction of energy structure adjustment. This paper innovatively proposes a wavelet neural network(WNN)model optimized by the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)and chaos optimization algorithm(COA)for short-term load prediction of IES.The proposed model overcomes the disadvantages of the slow convergence and the tendency to fall into the local optimum in traditional WNN models.First, the Pearson correlation coefficient is employed to select the key influencing factors of load prediction. Then, the traditional particle swarm optimization(PSO)is improved by the dynamic particle inertia weight. To jump out of the local optimum, the COA is employed to search for individual optimal particles in IPSO.In the iteration, the parameters of WNN are continually optimized by IPSO-COA.Meanwhile,the feedback link is added to the proposed model, where the output error is adopted to modify the prediction results. Finally, the proposed model is employed for load prediction. The experimental simulation verifies that the proposed model significantly improves the prediction accuracy and operation efficiency compared with the artificial neural network(ANN),WNN,and PSO-WNN. | Leijiao Ge Yuanliang Li Jun Yan Yuqian Wang Na Zhang | 2021 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,6: | 11
Clinical risk score for invasive fungal diseases in patients with hematological malignancies undergoing chemotherapy:China Assessment of Antifungal Therapy in Hematological Diseases (CAESAR) study显示文摘Invasive fungal disease (IFD) is a major infectious complication in patients with hematological malignancies. In this study,we examined 4889 courses of chemotherapy in patients with hematological diseases to establish a training dataset (n=3500) by simple random sampling to develop a weighted risk score for proven or probable IFD through multivariate regression, which included the following variables: male patients, induction chemotherapy for newly diagnosed or relapsed disease, neutropenia, neutropenia longer than 10 days,hypoalbuminemia,central-venous catheter, and history of IFD.The patients were classified into three groups, which had low (0-10,~1.2%),intermediate (11-15,6.4%),and high risk (> 15,17.5%) of IFD.In the validation set (n=1389),the IFD incidences of the groups were ~1.4%,5.0%,and 21.4%.In addition,we demonstrated that antifungal prophylaxis offered no benefits in low-risk patients, whereas benefits were documented in intermediate (2.1% vs.6.6%,P=0.007) and high-risk patients (8.4% vs.23.3%,P=0.007).To make the risk score applicable for clinical settings,a pre-chemo risk score that deleted all unpredictable factors before chemotherapy was established, and it confirmed that anti-fungal prophylaxis was beneficial in patients with intermediate and high risk of IFD.In conclusion,an objective, weighted risk score for IFD was developed, and it may be useful in guiding antifungal prophylaxis. | Ling Wang Ying Wang Jiong Hu Yuqian Sun He Huang Jing Chen Jianyong Li Jun Ma Juan Li Yingmin Liang Jianmin Wang Yan Li Kang Yu Jianda Hu Jie Jin Chun Wang Depei Wu Yang Xiao Xiaojun Huang | 2019 | Frontiers of Medicine2019,13,3: | 10
Genetic analysis and preimplantation genetic diagnosis of Chinese Marfan syndrome patients显示文摘Marfan syndrome (MFS)(OMIM 154700) is a relatively common autosomal dominant genetic disease that causes skeletal, ocular, and cardiovascular defects and was first described by a French pediatrician in 1896 (Bitterman and Sponseller, 2017). Its prevalence rate is 1/3000—1/5000, and more than 25% of cases are sporadic (Chiu et al., 2014). Studies have shown that about 90% of MFS is caused by variants in the fibrillin-1 gene (FBN1, OMIM 134797). FBN1, located on chromosome 15q21.1, encodes a macromolecular glycoprotein-fibrin 1, which aggregates to form microfibers in the extracellular matrix and distributes in various human connective tissues, such as periosteum, vessel wall, and crystal suspensor ligament. Variants in FNB1 have been reported in 65 exons, but the relationship between genotype and phenotype remains rather unclear (Sakai et al., 2016). Studies have also shown that patients with MFS and similar diseases may have variants in other related genes such as members of the transforming growth factor beta receptor (TGFBR) family (Mizuguchi et al., 2004;Sakai et al., 2006;Bolar et al., 2012;De Cario et al., 2018). For better prevention and treatment of MFS as well as for suspected MFS patients, there is a strong need for efficient genetic testing for early diagnosis and differential diagnoses of patients with related phenotypes (Aubart et al., 2018). | Meng Qin Xiaohui Zhu Zhe Zhang Xuemin Li Zhiqiang Yan Yuqian Wang Shuo Guan Yihua He Wenxin Zhang Liying Yan Jie Qiao Xu Zhi | 2019 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2019,46,6: | 6
COVID-19: Antiviral Agents, Antibody Development and Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘The World Health Organization(WHO) has declared coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) is the first pandemic caused by coronavirus named severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2). Currently, there is no effective anti-SARS-CoV-2 drug approved worldwide for treatment of patients with COVID-19. Therapeutic options in response to the COVID-19 outbreak are urgently needed. To facilitate the better and faster development of therapeutic COVID-19 drugs, we present an overview of the global promising therapeutic drugs, including repurposing existing antiviral agents,network-based pharmacology research, antibody development and traditional Chinese medicine. Among all these drugs,we focus on the most promising drugs(such as favipiravir, tocilizumab, SARS-CoV-2 convalescent plasma, hydroxychloroquine, Lianhua Qingwen, interferon beta-1 a, remdesivir, etc.) that have or will enter the final stage of human testing—phase Ⅲ–Ⅳ clinical trials. | Wenyi Guan Wendong Lan Jing Zhang Shan Zhao Junxian Ou Xiaowei Wu Yuqian Yan Jianguo Wu Qiwei Zhang | 2020 | Virologica Sinica2020,35,6: | 5
Genetic testing and PGD for unexplained recurrent fetal malformations with MAGEL2 gene mutation显示文摘Birth defects are caused by multiple factors, such as chromosome abnormality, environmental factors, and maternal factors. In this study,we focused on exploring the genetic causes of a non-consanguineous couple who suffered from four times of unsuccessful pregnancy due to unexplained recurrent fetal malformations with similar symptoms and normal chromosome copy number variations.Using trio-whole exome sequencing(trio-WES) for this couple and one of the affected fetuses,we found a mutation,c.1996 delC on the maternal imprinted gene MAGEL2 that was carried by the affected fetus and husband, leading to Schaaf-Yang syndrome. To screen this mutation,we further performed preimplantation genetic diagnosis(PGD) strategy followed by a gene pedigree validation and pathogenicity analysis. After the transfer of a PGD-screened embryo,a normal newborn without previous abnormal symptoms was born(February 15,2019).We present the first data that identified a pathogenic gene(MAGEL2 c.1996 delC) in a fetus with Schaaf-Yang syndrome in the EAS(East Asian) database and overcame this genetic defect by using processed PGD for this couple based on the WES results. | Wei Guo Yanli Nie Zhiqiang Yan Xiaohui Zhu Yuqian Wang Shuo Guan Ying Kuo Wenxin Zhang Xu Zhi Yuan Wei Liying Yan Jie Qiao | 2019 | Science China(Life Sciences)2019,62,7: | 4
Identifying normal embryos from reciprocal translocation carriers by whole chromosome haplotyping显示文摘Reciprocal translocation is a chromosomal structural abnormality that arises when two non-homologous chromosomes rearrange and attach with each other, an incidence that occurs in about 1/500to 1/625 newborns (Mackie and Scriven, 2002). This event typically does not lead to any significant loss of genetic material, thus reciprocal translocation carriers do not exhibit any severe | Zhiqiang Yan Yuqian Wang Yanli Nie Xu Zhi Xiaohui Zhu Meng Qin Shuo Guan Yixin Ren Ying Kuo Di Chang Wei Chen Peng Yuan Liying Yan Jie Qiao | 2018 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2018,45,9: | 4
Automatic segmentation of foveal avascular zone based on adaptive watershed algorithm in retinal optical coherence tomography angiography images显示文摘The size and shape of the foveal avascular zone(FAZ)have a strong positive correlation with several vision-threatening ret inovascular diseases. The identification, segmentation and analysis of FAZ are of great significance to clinical diagnosis and treatment. We presented an adaptive watershed algorithm to automatically extract F AZ from retinal optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)images. For the traditional watershed algorithm,'over-segmentation'is the most common problem.FAZ is often incorrectly divided into multiple regions by redundant'dams'.This paper analyzed the relationship between the'dams'length and the maximum inscribed circle radius of FAZ,and proposed an adaptive watershed algorithm to solve the problem of'over-segmentation'.Here,132 healthy retinal images and 50 diabetic retinopathy(DR)images were used to verify the accuracy and stability of the algorithm.Three ophthal-mologists were invited to make quan titative and qualitative evaluations on the segmentation results of this algorithm. The quantitative evaluation results show that the correlation coffi-cients between the automatic and manual segmentation results are 0.945(in healthy subjects)and 0.927(in DR patients),respectively. For qualitative evaluation, the percentages of'perfect segmentation'(score of 3)and'good segmentation'(score of 2)are 99.4%(in healthy subjects)and 98.7%(in DR patients),respectively. This work promotes the application of watershed algorithm in FAZ segmentation, making it a useful tool for analyzing and diagnosing eye diseases. | Jian Liu Shixin Yan Nan Lu Dongni Yang Chunhui Fan Hongyu Lv Shuanglian Wang in Zhu Yuqian Zhao Yi Wang Zhenhe Ma Yao Yu | 2022 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2022,15,1: | 3

Construction and Characterization of a Novel Recombinant Attenuated and Replication-Deficient Candidate Human Adenovirus Type 3 Vaccine:'Adenovirus Vaccine Within an Adenovirus Vector'显示文摘Human adenoviruses(HAd Vs)are highly contagious and result in large number of acute respiratory disease(ARD)cases with severe morbidity and mortality.Human adenovirus type 3(HAd V-3)is the most common type that causes ARD outbreaks in Asia,Europe, and the Americas. However, there is currently no vaccine approved for its general use.The hexon protein contains the main neutralizing epitopes, provoking strong and lasting immunogenicity. In this study,a novel recombinant and attenuated adenovirus vaccine candidate against HAd V-3 was constructed based on a commercially-available replication-defective HAd V-5 gene therapy and vaccine vector. The entire HAd V-3 hexon gene was integrated into the E1 region of the vector by homologous recombination using a bacterial system. The resultant recombinants expressing the HAd V-3 hexon protein were rescued in AD293 cells, identified and characterized by RT-PCR,Western blots, indirect immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy. This potential vaccine candidate had a similar replicative efficacy as the wild-type HAd V-3 strain. However, and importantly, the vaccine strain had been rendered replication-defective and was incapable of replication in A549 cells after more than twentygeneration passages in AD293 cells. This represents a significant safety feature. The mice immunized both intranasally and intramuscularly by this vaccine candidate raised significant neutralizing antibodies against HAd V-3.Therefore,this recombinant, attenuated, and safe adenovirus vaccine is a promising HAd V-3 vaccine candidate. The strategy of using a clinically approved and replication-defective HAd V-5 vector provides a novel approach to develop universal adenovirus vaccine candidates against all the other types of adenoviruses causing ARDs and perhaps other adenovirus-associated diseases. | Yuqian Yan Shuping Jing Liqiang Feng Jing Zhang Zhiwei Zeng Min Li Shan Zhao Junxian Ou Wendong Lan Wenyi Guan Xiaowei Wu Jianguo Wu Donald Seto Qiwei Zhang | 2021 | Virologica Sinica2021,36,3: | 1
Detection of Drug Resistance in Escherichia coli Isolated from Animals and ERIC Analysis of Multidrug-resistant Strains显示文摘The drug resistance of Escherichia coli from animals was detected in Shandong Province in 2016,the gene mapping of Enterobacterial Repetitive Intergenic Consensus-PCR (ERIC-PCR) of multidrug-resistant isolates were analyzed, and then the relationship between ERIC-PCR genotyping and drug resistance of highly-resistant E.coli with multidrug resistance was discussed.A total of 110 E.coli isolates were separated and identified from diseased swine and avian, and their resistance to 10 kinds of antimicrobials was determined by the agar dilution method.Twenty highly-resistant isolates with multidrug resistance were selected to carry on the ERIC-PCR,followed by cluster genetic analysis according to the DNA fingerprints. The swine-sourced E.coli isolates possessed serious resistance against several kinds of antimicrobial agents, for example, all isolates were tolerant to florfenicol, doxycycline and ampicillin (100%),but had a relative lower resistance rate to cefotaxime sodium (57.14%).The same situation was observed in the poultry-sourced E.coli isolates, which had a resistance rate of 95.51% against florfenicol, while the lowest rate of 61.80% appeared on ciprofloxacin.Analysis of ERTIC showed dispersive fingerprint patterns of highly-resistant and multidrug- resistant isolates which represented a multiple clone resources, and there were certain correlation between the B genotype and the drug-resistant characteristics. It indicated that the animal-sourced E.coli isolates had a high level of drug resistance and were multidrug-resistant,which meant there was severe antibiotic resistance against not only different kinds of antibiotics but also different drugs of the same kind. The highly-resistant E.coli isolates with multidrug resistance had no apparent species preference, while their spread and pervasion posed a potential threat to the development of animal husbandry and the public health security. | Xiaoxiao DUAN Yuqian HE Qizheng BING Shufeng LIU Linghong LIU Weishan CHANG Yan LI | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,3: | 1
Reductive damage induced autophagy inhibition for tumor therapy显示文摘Numerous therapeutic anti-tumor strategies have been developed in recent decades. However, their therapeutic efficacy is reduced by the intrinsic protective autophagy of tumors.Autophagy plays a key role in tumorigenesis and tumor treatment,in which the overproduction of reactive oxygen species(ROS)is recognized as the direct cause of protective autophagy.Only a few molecules have been employed as autophagy inhibitors in tumor therapy to reduce protective autophagy.Among them, hydroxychloroquine is the most commonly used autophagy inhibitor in clinics, but it is severely limited by its high therapeutic dose, significant toxicity, poor reversal efficacy, and nonspecific action.Herein,we demonstrate a reductive-damage strategy to enable tumor therapy by the inhibition of protective autophagy via the catalytic scavenging of ROS using porous nanorods of ceria(PN-CeO_(2))nanozymes as autophagy inhibitor. The antineoplastic effects of PN-CeO_(2)were mediated by its high reductive activity for intratumoral ROS degradation, thereby inhibiting protective autophagy and activating apoptosis by suppressing the activities of phosphatidylinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B and p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase pathways in human cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Further investigation highlighted PN-CeO_(2)as a safe and efficient anti-tumor autophagy inhibitor.Overall, this study presents a reductive-damage strategy as a promising anti-tumor approach that catalytically inhibits autophagy and activates the intrinsic antioxidant pathways of tumor cells and also shows its potential for the therapy of other autophagy-related diseases. | Yuqian Wang Yingjian Huang Yu Fu Zhixiong Guo Da Chen Fangxian Cao Qi Ye Qiqi Duan Meng Liu Ning Wang Dan Han Chaoyi Qu Zhimin Tian Yongquan Qu Yan Zheng | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,4: | 1
Second unmanipulated allogeneic transplantation could be used as a salvage option for patients with relapsed acute leukemia post-chemotherapy plus modified donor lymphocyte infusion显示文摘Relapse is the main problem after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(allo-HSCT).The outcome of a second allo-HSCT(HSCT2)for relapse post-HSCT has shown promising results in some previous studies. However, little is known about the efficacy of HSCT2 in patients with relapsed/refractory acute leukemia(AL)post-chemotherapy plus modified donor lymphocyte infusion(post-Chemo+m-DLI)after the first allo-HSCT(HSCT1).Therefore,we retrospectively analyzed the efficacy of HSCT2 in 28 patients with relapsed/refractory AL post-Chemo+m-DLI in our center. With a median follow-up of 918(457–1732)days,26 patients(92.9%)achieved complete remission, and 2 patients exhibited persistent disease. The probabilities of overall survival(OS)and disease-free survival(DFS)1 year after HSCT2 were 25.0%and 21.4%,respectively.The cumulative incidences of nonrelapse mortality on day 100 and at 1 year post-HSCT2 were 7.1%±4.9%and 25.0%±8.4%.The cumulative incidences of relapse were 50.0%±9.8%and 53.5%±9.9%at 1 and 2 years post-HSCT2,respectively.Risk stratification prior to HSCT1 and percentage of blasts before HSCT2 were independent risk factors for OS post-HSCT2,and relapse within 6 months post-HSCT1 was an independent risk factor for DFS and relapse post-HSCT2.Our findings suggest that HSCT2 could be a salvage option for patients with relapsed AL post-Chemo+m-DLI. | Tingting Han Yuqian Sun Yang Liu Chenhua Yan Yu Wang Lanping Xu Kaiyan Liu Xiaojun Huang Xiaohui Zhang | 2021 | Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,5: | 1
Effectiveness of quality of care for patients with type 2 diabetes in China:findings from the Shanghai Integration Model(SIM)显示文摘This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the quality of care of diabetes in Shanghai,China.A total of 173235 patients with type 2 diabetes in 2017 were included in the analysis.Profiles of risk factors and intermediate outcomes were determined. The patients had a mean age of 66.43±8.12(standard deviation(SD))years and a mean diabetes duration of 7.95±5.53(SD)years.The percentage of patients who achieved the target level for HbA_(1c)(<7.0%)was 48.6%.Patients who achieved the target levels for blood pressure(BP)<130/80 mmHg and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-c)<2.6 mmol/L reached 17.5%and 34.0%,respectively.A total of 3.8%achieved all three target levels, and the value increased to 6.8%with an adaptation of the BP target level(<140/90 mmHg)for those over 65 years.Multivariable analysis identified the factors associated with a great likelihood of achieving all three target levels:male, young age, short diabetes duration, low body mass index, macrovascular complications,no microvascular complications, prescribed with lipid-lowering medication, and no prescription of antihypertensive medication. In conclusion, nearly 50%and one-third of the patients with diabetes met the target levels for HbA_(1c)and LDL-c,respectively,with a low percentage achieving the BP target level. The percentage of patients who achieved all three target levels needs significant improvement. | Chun Cai Yuexing Liu Yanyun Li Yan Shi Haidong Zou Yuqian Bao Yun Shen Xin Cui Chen Fu Weiping Jia the SIM Study Group | 2022 | Frontiers of Medicine2022,16,1: | 1
Isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium for binary system of aniline+methyl-N-phenyl carbamate显示文摘In this study, the quasi-static ebulliometric method was used to measure both of the vapor pressures of methyl N-phenyl carbamate(MPC),and the isobaric vapor–liquid equilibrium(VLE) data of the aniline and MPC binary system. The measured vapor pressure data of MPC,at different temperature ranging from 369.60 to 389.54 K,fitted well with the Antoine equation. The VLE data for the aniline and MPC system at(2.00,4.00,6.00,7.00 and 8.00) k Pa were correlated by both of nonrandom two-liquid(NRTL) and Wilson models. The parameters of the two models were obtained by regressing the experimental data, with the absolute temperature deviations of 0.54 K and 0.53 K,respectively. The relative volatility of the binary system calculated was all far more than 1,which gives the conclusion that the high purity MPC can be separated from aniline and MPC binary system by rectification or distillation technology. | Yuqian Li Liguo Wang Peng He Kelin Huang Huiquan Li Yan Cao | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,10: | 1

Targeted gene panel provides advantages over whole-exome sequencing for diagnosing obesity and diabetes mellitus显示文摘A small fraction of patients diagnosed with obesity or diabetes mellitus has an underlying monogenic cause. Here,we constructed a targeted gene panel consisting of 83 genes reported to be causative for monogenic obesity or diabetes. We performed this panel in 481 patients to detect causative variants and compared these results with whole-exome sequencing(WES)data available for 146 of these patients. The coverage of targeted gene panel sequencing was significantly higher than that of WES.The diagnostic yield in patients sequenced by the panel was 32.9%with subsequent WES leading to three additional diagnoses with two novel genes. In total,178 variants in 83 genes were detected in 146 patients by targeted sequencing.Three of the 178 variants were missed by WES,although the WES-only approach had a similar diagnostic yield. For the 335 samples only receiving targeted sequencing, the diagnostic yield was 32.2%.In conclusion, taking into account the lower costs, shorter turnaround time, and higher quality of data, targeted sequencing is a more effective screening method for monogenic obesity and diabetes compared to WES.Therefore, this approach could be routinely established and used as a first-tier test in clinical practice for specific patients. | Hairong Yu Haoyong Yu Rong Zhang Danfeng Peng Dandan Yan Yunjuan Gu Yuqian Bao Weiping Jia Hong Zhang Cheng Hu | 2023 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2023,15,6: | 0
Detection and classification of breast lesions using multiple information on contrast-enhanced mammography by a multiprocess deep-learning system: A multicenter study显示文摘Objective: Accurate detection and classification of breast lesions in early stage is crucial to timely formulate effective treatments for patients. We aim to develop a fully automatic system to detect and classify breast lesions using multiple contrast-enhanced mammography(CEM) images. Methods: In this study, a total of 1,903 females who underwent CEM examination from three hospitals were enrolled as the training set, internal testing set, pooled external testing set and prospective testing set. Here we developed a CEM-based multiprocess detection and classification system(MDCS) to perform the task of detection and classification of breast lesions. In this system, we introduced an innovative auxiliary feature fusion(AFF)algorithm that could intelligently incorporates multiple types of information from CEM images. The average freeresponse receiver operating characteristic score(AFROC-Score) was presented to validate system’s detection performance, and the performance of classification was evaluated by area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC). Furthermore, we assessed the diagnostic value of MDCS through visual analysis of disputed cases, comparing its performance and efficiency with that of radiologists and exploring whether it could augment radiologists’ performance. Results: On the pooled external and prospective testing sets, MDCS always maintained a high standalone performance, with AFROC-Scores of 0.953 and 0.963 for detection task, and AUCs for classification were 0.909[95% confidence interval(95% CI): 0.822-0.996] and 0.912(95% CI: 0.840-0.985), respectively. It also achieved higher sensitivity than all senior radiologists and higher specificity than all junior radiologists on pooled external and prospective testing sets. Moreover, MDCS performed superior diagnostic efficiency with an average reading time of 5 seconds, compared to the radiologists’ average reading time of 3.2 min. The average performance of all radiologists was also improved to varying degrees with MDCS assistance. Conclusions: MDCS demonstrated excellent performance in the detection and classification of breast lesions, and greatly enhanced the overall performance of radiologists. | Yuqian Chen Zhen Hua Fan Lin Tiantian Zheng Heng Zhou Shijie Zhang Jing Gao Zhongyi Wang Huafei Shao Wenjuan Li Fengjie Liu Simin Wang Yan Zhang Feng Zhao Hao Liu Haizhu Xie Heng Ma Haicheng Zhang Ning Mao | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2023,35,4: | 0
Resveratrol and Sir2 Reverse Sleep and Memory Defects Induced by Amyloid Precursor Protein显示文摘Resveratrol(RES),a natural polyphenolic phytochemical, has been suggested as a putative anti-aging molecule for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)by the activation of sirtuin 1(Sirt1/Sir2).In this study,we tested the effects of RES and Sirt1/Sir2 on sleep and courtship memory in a Drosophila model by overexpression of amyloid precursor protein(APP),whose duplications and mutations cause familial AD.We found a mild but significant transcriptional increase of Drosophila Sir2(dSir2)by RES supplementation for up to 17 days in APP flies, but not for 7 days.RES and dSir2 almost completely reversed the sleep and memory deficits in APP flies. We further demonstrated that dSir2 acts as a sleep promotor in Drosophila neurons.Interestingly,RES increased sleep in the absence of dSir2 in dSir2-null mutants, and RES further enhanced sleep when dSir2 was either overexpressed or knocked down in APP flies. Finally,we showed that Aβaggregates in APP flies were reduced by RES and dSir2,probably via inhibiting Drosophilaβ-secretase(dBACE).Our data suggest that RES rescues the APP-induced behavioral deficits and Aβburden largely, but not exclusively, via dSir2. | Yuping Hao Lingzhan Shao Jianan Hou Yan Zhang Yuqian Ma Jinhao Liu Chuan Xu Fujun Chen Li-Hui Cao Yong Ping | 2023 | Neuroscience Bulletin2023,39,7: | 0

Evaporated potassium chloride for double-sided interfacial passivation in inverted planar perovskite solar cells显示文摘Defect-induced charge carrier recombination at the interfaces between perovskite and adjacent charge transport layers restricts further improvements in the device performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Defect passivation at these interfaces can reduce trap states and inhibit the induced nonradiative recombination.Herein,we report a double-sided interfacial passivation via simply evaporating potassium chloride(DIP-KCl)at both the hole transport layer(HTL)/perovskite and perovskite/electron transport layer(ETL)interfaces in inverted planar PSCs.We demonstrate that the bottom KCl layer at the HTL/perovskite interface not only reduces the interfacial defects and improves the interfacial contact, but also leads to increased perovskite crystallinity, while the top KCl layer at the perovskite/ETL interface efficiently passivates the perovskite top surface defects and facilitates electron extraction at this interface. Thus, suppressed nonradiative recombination and faster charge extraction at both interfaces close to the perovskite layer can be achieved by using our DIP-KCl strategy. As a result, inverted PSCs based on DIP-KCl present an increased efficiency from 17.1% to 19.2% and enhanced stability, retaining over 90% of their initial efficiency after aging at maximum power point tracking for 1000 h.This work provides a simple and efficient way for defect passivation to further increase the efficiency and stability of PSCs. | Shasha Zhang Xiaobo Yan Zonghao Liu Hongmei Zhu Zhichun Yang Yuqian Huang Sanwan Liu Di Wu Ming Pan Wei Chen | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3: | 0
