1Spatial variations of macrozoobenthos and sediment nutrients in Lake Yangcheng: Emphasis on effect of pen culture of Chinese mitten crab显示文摘We determined the effect of Chinese mitten crab(CMC) pen culture on the quantified spatial distribution of the macrozoobenthic community and sediment nutrients in Lake Yangcheng.Redundancy analysis indicated that water temperature, macrophyte occurrence, sediment type, and crab culture were the main environmental factors that influence the spatiotemporal macrozoobenthic distribution. Macrozoobenthic assemblages in the lake were characterized by eutrophic indicator species. In the most polluted estuaries, the abundance and diversity indices of the whole community and abundance of chironomids and oligochaetes were significantly depressed, and sediment carbon(C) and phosphorus(P) were significantly enhanced compared with those in the western, middle(MB), and eastern basin(EB). Crab culture in this lake had significant effects on the species composition of the macrozoobenthic community in one of three CMC culture pens(CP), and generally depressed the abundance of most chironomid and oligochaete species. Significantly increased diversity, evenness, sediment carbon and nitrogen content, and sediment C:P ratio in the CP were found compared with those in the three basins.However, no conspicuous difference in sediment P content between the CP and the two basins of MB and EB was detected. 2Novel synthesis of fly-ash-derived Cu-loaded SAPO-34 catalysts and their use in selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3显示文摘A combined acid–alkali hydrothermal method was used to prepare fly ash–derived SAPO-34 molecular sieves from a thermal power plant in Inner Mongolia(China).The specific surface area of the prepared fly-ash-derived SAPO-34 molecular sieves was 579 m^2 g^-1,the total pore volume was about 0.27 cm^3 g^-1,and the pore size was 0.56 nm;the molar ratios of Al2O3:P2O5:SiO2 were 1:0.86:0.45.Cu/SAPO-34 catalysts were prepared by impregnation of low-cost fly-ash-derived SAPO-34 molecular sieves as a support and tested in selective catalytic reduction with NH3(NH3-SCR).Powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption–desorption,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),H2 temperatureprogrammed reduction(H2-TPR),NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),X-ray fluorescence analysis(XRF)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM)were used for catalyst characterization and investigation of the relationships between the catalyst structure and the catalytic activity.The actual silica:alumina ratio of the molecular sieves did not increase with increasing Cu loading,indicating that increasing the Cu loading does not change the original structure of the SAPO-34 molecular sieves.The XRF and NMR results showed that replacement by Cu results in more Si islands.The molecular sieve acidity decreased because of the increased number of Si islands.The NH3-TPD results showed that for the Cu/SAPO-34 catalysts there was a low correlation between the low-temperature activity and the amount of acidic sites.SCR activity is closely related to the location of Cu.The 4.47 Cu/SAPO-34 catalyst has the highest isolated Cu2+showed the highest NH3-SCR activities(>90%)at 250–350℃.This work opens up new avenues for recycling fly ash formed in coal-fired power plants(reducing environmental pollution)and developing low-cost SCR catalysts for NOx pollution control.Ge Li Baodong Wang Qi Sun Wayne Qiang Xu Ziran Ma Hongyan Wang Daojun Zhang Jiali Zhou 2019Green Energy & Environment2019,4,4:6

5Hot deformation behavior of FGH96 superalloys显示文摘The hot deformation behavior of FGH96 superalloys at 1070-1170°C and 5×10?4-2×10?1 s?1 were investigated by means of the isothermal compression tests at a Gleeble-1500 thermal mechanical simulator. 11Effect of manganese and/or ceria loading on V_2O_5-MoO_3/TiO_2 NH_3 selective catalytic reduction catalyst显示文摘The effect of manganese and/or ceria loading of V2 O5-MoO3/TiO2 catalysts was investigated for selective catalytic reduction(SCR) of NOx by NH3.The manganese and/or ceria loaded V2 O5-MoO3/TiO2 catalysts we re prepared by the wetness impregnation method.The physicochemical characteristics of the catalysts were thoroughly characterized.The catalytic performance of 1.5 wt% V2 O5-3 wt% MoO3/TiO2(V1.5 Mo3/Ti) is greatly enhanced by addition of 2.5 wt% MnOx and 3.0 wt% CeO2(V1.5 Mo3 Mn2.5 Ce3/Ti) below450℃.Compared with the V1.5 Mo3/Ti catalyst with NOx conversion of 75% at 275 ℃,V1.5 Mo3 Mn2.5 Ce3/Ti exhibits higher NOx conversion of 84% with good resistance to SO2 and H2 O at a gas hourly space velocity value of 150000 h-1.The active manganese,cerium,molybdenum,and vanadium oxide species are highly dispersed on the catalyst surface and some synergistic effects exist among these species.Addition of MnOx significantly enhances the redox ability of the cerium,vanadium,and molybdenum species.Addition of Ce increases the acidity of the catalyst.More active oxygen species,including surface chemisorbed oxygen,form with addition of Mn and/or Ce.Because of the synergistic effects,appropriate proportions of manganese in different valence states exist in the catalysts.In summary,the good redox ability and the strong acidity contribute to the high NH3-SCR activity and N2 selectivity of the V1.5 Mo3 Mn2.5 Ce3/Ti catalyst in a wide temperature range.And the V1.5 Mo3 Mn2.5 Ce3/Ti catalyst shows good resistance to H2 O and SO2 in long-time catalytic testing,which can be ascribed to the highly sulfated species adsorbed on the catalyst.Daojun Zhang Ziran Ma Baodong Wang Tao Zhu Duan Weng Xiaodong Wu Jingyun Chen Hongyan Wang Ge Li Jiali Zhou 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,7:1

13Modularly engineered prodrug-nanoassemblies for cancer therapy:Nonpharmacological moiety dominating delivery fates显示文摘Self-engineered small-molecule prodrug-nanoassemblies have emerged as promising nanomedicines for cancer treatment.Modular design of prodrug molecules is crucial to guarantee the favorable assembly stability,tumor-specific prodrug activation,and satisfactory antitumor effect.However,too much attention has been paid to the pharmacophores and chemical linkages in prodrug molecules while neglects the vital roles of nonpharmacological moieties.Herein,we found that iso-carbon fatty acids with different number,position,and cis-trans configuration of double bonds dramatically affect the nanoassembly feature and drug delivery fates of thioether-linked paclitaxel prodrug-nanoassemblies.Particularly,the number and cis-trans configuration of double bonds in fatty acid moieties not only dominate the self-assembly ability and colloidal stability of prodrugs,but also exert significant influences on the pharmacokinetics,prodrug activation,and antitumor activity of prodrug-nanoassemblies.Finally,oleic acid with one cis double bond stands out as the optimal nonpharmacological moiety for thioether-linked paclitaxel prodrugnanoassemblies.This study elucidates the crucial roles of nonpharmacological moieties in prodrugs,and provides new insights into the modular design of prodrug-based nanomedicines for cancer therapy.Yuequan Wang Qian Qiu Rui Liao Xinhui Wang Ziran Zhou Xuanbo Zhang Haotian Zhang Zhonggui He Shenwu Zhang Cong Luo Jin Sun 2023Nano Research2023,16,1:0
14Comparing mineral weathering and elemental transport between earth's critical zone with different parent rocks in Yanshan Mountain,Hebei province,China显示文摘Bedrock weathering performs a significant influence on the evolution of Earth’s critical zone.Carbonate rock(dolostone),metamorphic rock(gneiss),and sedimentary rock(sandstone)geological formations in Yanshan Mountain,Hebei Province,are taken as objects to probe the controlling of geological formations on weathering characteristics,migration,and enrichment of elements as well as structure of Earth’s critical zone under the identical climate conditions through geological field survey,analysis on minerals component,element distribution in the weathering profile.The dolostone geological formation(DGF)is lithologically dominated by dolostone,characterized by the strongest and predominant chemical weathering.During bedrock weathering and pedogenesis,DGF is marked by significant depletion of CaO,Mg O,S,Mn,Mo and enrichment of N,K,Fe_(2)O_(3),and Zn with concentrations of P,Cu,and B keeping stable.Shortage of soil-forming materials and significant loss are driven by soil erosion,which results in thin regolith and soil.The soil thickness is less than 10 cm,and the regolith thickness is less than 30 cm.The vegetation community is predominantly rock arbor or brush,which is calcivorous and tolerant of barrenness.Plagiogneiss is a dominant rock type of gneiss geological formation(GGF),characterized by the weakest weathering and fast chemical and physical weathering rate.GGF is masked by significant depletion of P,K,CaO,MgO,Fe_(2)O_(3),Mn,Cu and enrichment of N,S,Mo,and B,with contents of Zn keeping stable.Both soil and regolith developed in GGF are relatively thick for one of the reasons that biotite expands during weathering.The soil thickness is more than 50 cm,and the regolith thickness ranges from 100 to 200 cm.The vegetation community is predominantly high-quality economic forests and various arbors because of the enrichment of nutrients in GGF.Sandstone is primarily a rock type of sandstone geological formation(SGF),characterized by moderate weathering degree and slow chemical weathering rate.SGF is marked by significant depletion of P,K,CaO,MgO,Fe_(2)O_(3),and enrichment of N,S,Mn,Cu,Zn,and Mo,with fluctuant changes of Zn and B.The thickness of soil developed in SGF varies between that of DGF and GGF.The soil thickness ranges from 30 to 50 cm,and the regolith thickness ranges from 50 to 100 cm.Chinese pines are widely spread on the shady slopes of SGF.Research provides theoretical support for screening dominant ecological resource areas,ecological industry development and ecological protection and restoration for Yanshan Mountain,Hebei Province.Zijian Sun Zhen Liao Wei Shen Daqing Fu Xiaofeng Wei Huiqiong Zhang Ziran Chen Lianghui Xiong Tianhao An Hao Wei 2022Acta Geochimica2022,41,6:0

16Establishment of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for beef and lamb contents in cooked meat显示文摘In this study,an enzyme 1linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was established to detect beef and 1amb components,and its performance was tested.Double-antibody sandwich ELISA was adopted and determined a coating concentration of capture antibody 3G5 of 1:4000,a working concentration of enzyme-labeled antibody 2E7-horseradish peroxidase(HRP)of 1:1000,a sample incubation time of 60 min and a detection antibody reaction time of 60 min.The specificity,sensitivity,repeatability and stability of this assay were detemmined.The limit of detection for beef and 1amb skeleta1 muscle troponin I was 45 mg/kg,the inter-assay and intra-assay recovery rates ranged from 80.4%to 115.7%,the coefficients of variation were below 13.6%,and the cIoss reaction rates of the tissue components of chicken,duck and fish were below 13.4%.The sandwich ELISA method established in this study is stable and has high accuracy.The test results were consistent with the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)method at 50 and 100 g/kg-Therefore,this ELISA method can be used to quantitatively detect beef and 1amb components in meat products.Yujing Li Jingjing Liu Sufang Fan Li Zhao Jing Zhang Erjing Zhang Ziran Li Yan Zhang Chunsheng Li 2024Journal of Future Foods2024,4,1:0

19Co_(3)O_(4)-ZnO/rGO catalyst preparation and rhodamine B degradation by sulfate radical photocatalysis显示文摘The development of a combined photocatalytic system with peroxymonosulfate (PMS) has great potential applications in the degradation and treatment of aqueous organic pollutants. Herein, a Co_(3)O_(4)-ZnO/rGO was prepared by a hydrothermal method using cobalt acetate, zinc acetate, and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) as the main raw materials. The physical and chemical characteristics of the obtained catalyst were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR). The photocatalytic features and capacities of the catalytic materials to activate PMS were investigated. Co_(3)O_(4)-ZnO/rGO exhibited stronger photocatalytic activity and ability to activate PMS than Co_(3)O_(4)/rGO or ZnO/rGO, and significantly improved the ability of PMS and photocatalysis to synergistically degrade rhodamine B (RhB), with a degradation rate of 90.40% within 40 min. The mechanism of RhB degradation was proposed based on characterization of materials, evaluation of RhB degradation efficiency, and analysis of the active species involved. The unique particle/sheet structure of Co_(3)O_(4)-ZnO/rGO provides a large number of active sites, and the formation of heterojunctions between Co_(3)O_(4) and ZnO improves carrier separation and transport in the reaction system.
