3Targeting calcium signaling in cancer therapy显示文摘The intracellular calcium ions(Ca^(2+)) act as second messenger to regulate gene transcription,cell proliferation, migration and death. Accumulating evidences have demonstrated that intracellular Ca^(2+)homeostasis is altered in cancer cells and the alteration is involved in tumor initiation, angiogenesis,progression and metastasis. Targeting derailed Ca^(2+)signaling for cancer therapy has become an emerging research area. This review summarizes some important Ca^(2+)channels, transporters and Ca^(2+)-ATPases,which have been reported to be altered in human cancer patients. It discusses the current research effort toward evaluation of the blockers, inhibitors or regulators for Ca^(2+)channels/transporters or Ca^(2+)-ATPase pumps as anti-cancer drugs. 4Postreperfusion syndrome during orthotopic liver transplantation:a single-center experience显示文摘BACKGROUND: Marked hemodynamic alteration, commonly referred to as postreperfusion syndrome (PRS), often occurs after revascularization of the donor organ during orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) and is associated with poor outcomes. This study aimed to investigate the incidence, predictive factors and clinical outcomes of PRS in Chinese patients following OLT at a liver transplantation center in China. METHODS: Over a 5-year period, 330 consecutive patients who had undergone OLT for hepatocellular carcinoma or cirrhosis were included in this retrospective study. PRS was defined as a >30% decrease in the mean arterial pressure compared with that before revascularization for more than 1 minute during the first 5 minutes of graft reperfusion. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the development of PRS: group 1 (patients with PRS, n=56) and group 2 (patients without PRS, n=274). The demographic characteristics, operative and postoperative courses, and outcomes of the patients were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0. RESULTS: Multivariate regression analysis showed that left ventricular diastolic dysfunction determined by echocardiography and prolonged cold ischemia time were the independent risk factors for PRS. More patients in group 1 showed postoperative renal dysfunction than those in group 2 (19.23% vs 8.4%). 5Time-domain analysis methodology for large-scale RLC circuits and its applications显示文摘With soaring work frequency and decreasing feature sizes, VLSI circuits with RLC parasitic components are more like analog circuits and should be carefully analyzed in physical design. However, the number of extracted RLC components is typically too large to be analyzed efficiently by using present analog circuit simulators like SPICE. In order to speedup the simulations without error penalty, this paper proposes a novel methodology to compress the time-descritized circuits resulted from numerical integration approximation at every time step. The main contribution of the methodology is the efficient structure-level compression of DC circuits containing many current sources, which is an important complement to present circuit analysis theory. The methodology consists of the following parts: 1) An approach is proposed to delete all intermediate nodes of RL branches. 2) An efficient approach is proposed to compress and back-solve parallel and serial branches so that it is error-free and of linear complexity to analyze circuits of tree topology. 3) The Y toπtransformation method is used to error-free reduce and back-solve the intermediate nodes of ladder circuits with the linear complexity. Thus, the whole simulation method is very accurate and of linear complexity to analyze circuits of chain topology. Based on the methodology, we propose several novel algorithms for efficiently solving RLC-model transient power/ground (P/G) networks. Among them, EQU-ADI algorithm of linear-complexity is proposed to solve RLC P/G networks with mesh-tree or mesh-chain topologies. 13Efficient statistical analysis method of power/ground (P/G) network显示文摘In this paper,we propose an incremental statistical analysis method with complexity reduction as a pre-process for on-chip power/ ground (P/G) networks. The new method exploits locality of P/G network analyses and aims at P/G networks with a large number of strongly connected subcircuits (called strong connects) such as trees and chains. The method consists of three steps. First it compresses P/ G circuits by removing strong connects. As a result,current variations (CVs) of nodes in strong connects are transferred to some remain-ing nodes. Then based on the locality of power grid voltage responses to its current inputs,it effciently calculates the correlative resistor (CR) matrix in a local way to directly compute the voltage variations by using small parts of the remaining circuit. Last it statistically recovers voltage variations of the suppressed nodes inside strong connects. This new method for statistically compressing and expanding strong connects in terms of current or voltage variations in a closed form is very effcient owning to its property of incremental analysis. Experimental results demonstrate that the method can effciently compute low-bounds of voltage variations for P/G networks and it has two or three orders of magnitudes speedup over the traditional Monte-Carlo-based simulation method,with only 2.0% accuracy loss.Zuying Luo Sheldon X.D. 15First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. 16First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). 17初拱变形对CRTSⅡ型板式轨道高温稳定性影响研究(英文)显示文摘目的:初拱变形是影响CRTSⅡ型板式轨道垂向稳定性的关键因素之一。通过建模分析,深入研究初拱变形的不同特征量,即矢度、弦长和线型,对其受力变形及高温稳定性的影响。方法:基于变波长变形曲线建立CRTSⅡ型板垂向稳定性分析理论,开展缩尺模型试验验证,并通过有限元法进行计算仿真。结论:有限元法、解析法与现场试验所得垂向上拱位移的变化趋势一致,有限元法与解析法结果吻合更好。轨道板初拱弦长为6.5m且初拱矢度超过15 mm时,拱顶处下缘混凝土最易发生受压破坏。在高温环境下,初拱弦长为6.5m的轨道板上拱矢跨比最大。拱顶存在折角、初拱段边界平滑的轨道板在高温环境下更容易保持原有形态,但后者于拱顶处下缘的混凝土更容易发生受压破坏。故为确保CRTS Ⅱ型板的稳定性,应避免弦长达到6.5 m且矢度超过15 mm的初始上拱,另需关注不同初拱线型对轨道板上拱的影响。Zui CHEN Jie-ling XIAO Xiao-kai LIU Xue-yi LIU Rong-shan YANG Juan-juan REN 2018Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2018,19,12:3

19Optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction of camptothecin from Camptotheca acuminata seeds显示文摘Naturally occurring camptothecin(CPT) is an important source of chemotherapeutic agents.The extraction from Camptotheca acuminata is still the main approach to obtain CPT compared with total synthesis.In the present study,ultrasound-assisted extractions(UAE) of CPT from C.acuminata seeds with alkaline solutions were investigated and CPT yield were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography.The conditions of alkaline species and concentrations,extraction time,extraction temperature and ultrasonic power were optimized.Results show that both Na3PO4 and Na2CO3 solutions gain good extraction yields,whereas Na3PO4 solution has stronger basicity and need higher concentration than Na2CO3 solution does,thus aqueous Na2CO3 is more beneficial for the extraction.The optimal condition was ultrasonically extracted with 0.5% aqueous Na2CO3 at 50°C and ultrasonic power of 400 W for 60 min.Comparing with UAE with ethanol,the extraction with 0.5% Na2CO3 solution achieves higher yield.Moreover,aqueous Na2CO3 as a solvent has various advantages including non-toxicity,inflammable,non-corrosive and low cost,which ensure this UAE method is a superior method with high utilizing prospect.JING Li-jia LI Si-yang CHANG Zui WANG Yang YAN Xiu-feng 2011Journal of Forestry Research2011,22,2:2
