| 2 | Two-dimensional metal-organic-framework as a unique theranostic nano-platform for nuclear imaging and chemo-photodynamic cancer therapy显示文摘Nanoscale metal organic frameworks (NMOFs) with porous structure and inherent biodegradability are attractive nanomedicine platforms.In addition to conventional particulate NMOFs,two-dimensional (2D) NMOFs are emerging as a unique type of NMOFs which however have been relatively less explored for nanomedicine applications.Herein,2D NMOFs composed of Zn2+ and tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl) porphyrin (TCPP) are fabricated and functionalized with polyethylene glycol (PEG).Compared to their particulate counterpart,such 2D NMOFs show greatly increased drug loading capacity and enhanced light-triggered singlet oxygen production,promising for chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy (PDT),respectively.Utilizing the porphyrin structure of TCPP,our 2D NMOFs could be labeled with a diagnostic radioisotope,99mTc,for single photon emission computer tomography (SPECT) imaging,which reveals efficient tumor homing of those 2D NMOFs upon intravenous injection.While offering a remarkable synergistic in vivo antitumor effect for the combined chemo-PDT,such 2D NMOFs show efficient biodegradation and rapid renal clearance.Our work presents the great promise of 2D NMOFs for nanomedicine applications. | Wenjun Zhu Yu Yang Qiutong Jin Yu Chao Longlong Tian Jingjing Liu Ziliang Dong Zhuang Liu | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,6: | 9 |

| 4 | CaCO3-Assisted Preparation of pH-Responsive Immune-Modulating Nanoparticles for Augmented Chemo-Immunotherapy显示文摘Due to the negative roles of tumor microenvironment(TME)in compromising therapeutic responses of various cancer therapies,it is expected that modulation of TME may be able to enhance the therapeutic responses during cancer treatment.Herein,we develop a concise strategy to prepare pH-responsive nanoparticles via the CaCO3-assisted double emulsion method,thereby enabling effective co-encapsulation of both doxorubicin(DOX),an immunogenic cell death(ICD)inducer,and alkylated NLG919(aNLG919),an inhibitor of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1(IDO1).The obtained DOX/aNLG919-loaded CaCO3 nanoparticles(DNCaNPs)are able to cause effective ICD of cancer cells and at the same time restrict the production of immunosuppressive kynurenine by inhibiting IDO1.Upon intravenous injection,such DNCaNPs show efficient tumor accumulation,improved tumor penetration of therapeutics and neutralization of acidic TME.As a result,those DNCaNPs can elicit effective anti-tumor immune responses featured in increased density of tumor-infiltrating CD8+cytotoxic T cells as well as depletion of immunosuppressive regulatory T cells(Tregs),thus effectively suppressing the growth of subcutaneous CT26 and orthotopic 4T1 tumors on the Balb/c mice through combined chemotherapy&immunotherapy.This study presents a compendious strategy for construction of pH-responsive nanoparticles,endowing significantly enhanced chemo-immunotherapy of cancer by overcoming the immunosuppressive TME. | Yujie Zhu Zhijuan Yang Ziliang Dong Yimou Gong Yu Hao Longlong Tian Xianzhu Yang Zhuang Liu Liangzhu Feng | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,2: | 3 |

| 8 | Application of EEG multipole model in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease显示文摘In order to find the electroencephalogram (EEG) characteristic parameters typical of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and explore an effec- tive diagnostic method, a new mobile current multipole model was proposed to simulate the AD patient’s cortical dipole source activities. The indicators of goodness of fit (GOF) and DtononD (DD) were calculated from EEG samples to evaluate the performance of this model. Relevant results showed that this multipole model with higher GOF values and larger DD change well fitted the pathological elec- trical activities of cortical neurons aroused by AD’s extended sulcus and gyrus in the cerebral cortex. Meanwhile, the products of DD mean & standard variance were found in a clear linear correlation with the diagnostic data of mini-mental state examination (MMSE) used in AD clinics. | 10 | Rapid fatty acids detection of vegetable oils by Raman spectroscopy based on competitive adaptive reweighted sampling coupled with support vector regression显示文摘Objectives:The composition and content of fatty acids are critical indicators of vegetable oil quality.To overcome the drawbacks of traditional detection methods,Raman spectroscopy was investigated for the fast determination of the fatty acids composition of oil.Materials and Methods:Rapeseed and soybean oil at different depths of the oil tank at different storage times were collected and an eighth-degree polynomial function was used to fit the Raman spectrum.Then,the multivariate scattering correction,standard normal variable transformation(SNV),and Savitzky–Golay convolution smoothing methods were compared.Results:Polynomial fitting combined with SNV was found to be the optimal pretreatment method.Characteristic wavelengths were selected by competitive adaptive reweighted sampling.For monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFAs),polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),and saturated fatty acids(SFAs),44,75,and 92 characteristic wavelengths of rapeseed oil,and 60,114,and 60 characteristic wavelengths of soybean oil were extracted.Support vector regression was used to establish the prediction model.The R^(2)values of the prediction results of MUFAs,PUFAs,and SFAs for rapeseed oil were 0.9670,0.9568,and 0.9553,and the root mean square error(RMSE)values were 0.0273,0.0326,and 0.0340,respectively.The R^(2)values of the prediction results of fatty acids for soybean oil were respectively 0.9414,0.9562,and 0.9422,and RMSE values were 0.0460,0.0378,and 0.0548,respectively.A good correlation coefficient and small RMSE value were obtained,indicating the results to be highly accurate and reliable.Conclusions:Raman spectroscopy,based on competitive adaptive reweighted sampling coupled with support vector regression,can rapidly and accurately analyze the fatty acid composition of vegetable oil. | Linjiang Pang Hui Chen Liqing Yin Jiyu Cheng Jiande Jin Honghui Zhao Zhihao Liu Longlong Dong Huichun Yu Xinghua Lu | 2022 | Food Quality and Safety2022,6,4: | 0 |
| 11 | Influence of V/P Ratio on the Catalytic Performance of VPO/SiO_2 Catalysts for Ammoxidation of Chloro-Substituted Toluenes显示文摘A series of vanadium phosphate oxide(VPO) catalysts supported on silica(VPO/Si O2) with various mole ratios of V/P(nV:nP=1:0.8-1:3) were prepared through impregnation method. The catalytic activity was evaluated by ammoxidation reactions of several kinds of chloro-substituted toluenes(CT) in a fixed-bed reactor. The catalyst presented the best performance when nV:nP is 1:1.6. The prepared catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption, hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(TPR) and ammonia temperature programmed desorption(TPD) and etc. The results reveal that P can decrease the bonding energy of V=O and increase the mobility of lattice oxygen which was beneficial for the improvement of the catalysts, while too much P can greatly decrease the average oxidation number of V which leads to deactivation of the catalysts. The surface acidity of the VPO/Si O2 catalysts is affected by nV:nP and the catalyst had the highest surface acidity when nV:nP is 1:1.6. | 12 | A 70%-power transmission efficiency, 3.39 Mbps power and data telemetry over a single 13.56 MHz inductive link for biomedical implants显示文摘The application of wireless power and data telemetry to implantable medical devices(IMDs)has grown dramatically in recent decades. Achieving a high data rate and high-power transmission efficiency(PTE) over the same inductive link remains challenging. This paper presents a power and data telemetry circuit over a single 13.56 MHz inductive link. On the transmitter(TX) side, a binary-phase-shift keying(BPSK) modulation based on a Class-E amplifier that features a high modulation rate and a high quality(Q)-factor is proposed. A digital-assisted phase-locked-loop(PLL) is proposed on the receiver(RX) side as a BPSK demodulator to handle the long settling process. The maximum data rate can be extended to 1/4 of the carrier frequency. The prototype has been fabricated with a 180 nm BCD(Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS)process. The measurement shows that up to 31.25 mW of power can be delivered simultaneously with 3.39-Mbps of data transmission, while a 2×10^(-7)bit-error-rate(BER) can be ensured over a transmission distance of 5 mm. The peak PTE is 70%, whereas the RX energy efficiency is 183 p J/bit.
