Digital mapping of soil salinization based on Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 data combined with machine learning algorithms显示文摘Soil salinization is one of the most important causes of land degradation and desertification, especially in arid and semi-arid areas. The dynamic monitoring of soil salinization is of great significance to land management, agricultural activities, water quality, and sustainable development. The remote sensing images taken by the synthetic aperture radar(SAR)Sentinel-1 and the multispectral satellite Sentinel-2 with high resolution and short revisit period have the potential to monitor the spatial distribution of soil attribute information on a large area;however, there are limited studies on the combination of Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 for digital mapping of soil salinization. Therefore,in this study,we used topography indices derived from digital elevation model(DEM),SAR indices generated by Sentinel-1,and vegetation indices generated by Sentinel-2 to map soil salinization in the Ogan-Kuqa River Oasis located in the central and northern Tarim Basin in Xinjiang of China, and evaluated the potential of multi-source sensors to predict soil salinity.Using the soil electrical conductivity(EC)values of 70 ground sampling sites as the target variable and the optimal environmental factors as the predictive variable,we constructed three soil salinity inversion models based on classification and regression tree(CART),random forest(RF),and extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost). Then,we evaluated the prediction ability of different models through the five-fold cross validation. The prediction accuracy of XGBoost model is better than those of CART and RF,and soil salinity predicted by the three models has similar spatial distribution characteristics.Compared with the combination of topography indices and vegetation indices, the addition of SAR indices effectively improves the prediction accuracy of the model. In general, the method of soil salinity prediction based on multi-source sensor combination is better than that based on a single sensor. In addition,SAR indices, vegetation indices, and topography indices are all effective variables for soil salinity prediction.Weighted Difference Vegetation Index(WDVI)is designated as the most important variable in these variables, followed by DEM.The results showed that the high-resolution radar Sentinel-1 and multispectral Sentinel-2 have the potential to develop soil salinity prediction model.Guolin Ma Jianli Ding Lijng Han Zipeng Zhang Si Ran 2021Regional Sustainability2021,2,2:4
Hydrogen Therapy Reduces Oxidative Stress-associated Risks Following Acute and Chronic Exposure to High-altitude Environment显示文摘Low pressure, low oxygen concentration, and intense ultraviolet(UV)radiation in high-altitude environments, can cause oxidative stress which can trigger mountain sickness.A recent study demonstrated that hydrogen gas with a good permeability in biological membranes can treat various disorders by exerting its selective anti-oxidation and anti-inflammatory effects, indicating that hydrogen therapy plays a roleSHI Qing Hai WEI Wei RAN Ji Hua WANG Si Yuan LIU Zheng Xiang GE Di CHEN Ping FU Jian Feng 2015Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2015,28,3:3
Experimental study on mechanical characteristics of nut rupturing under impact loading显示文摘The parameters of energy and power for nut rupturing play a key role in the design of shell-breaking equipment. However, currently, there is no scientifically accurate measuring method for these parameters.A mechanical nut testbed was developed to accurately measure the force, energy, and power and observe the generating process of nutshell cracking and breaking to reveal the shell-breaking mechanism. The system was tested with pecans and the results show that the testbed can effectively realize the determination of nuts performance and data acquisition and analysis. The methods and data can provide a theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of shell-breaking equipment and decrease kernel-breaking rate.Cao Chengmao Sun Si Ding Ran Li Bing Wang Shuo 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,1:3
Severe thrombocytopenia before liver transplantation is associated with delayed recovery of thrombocytopenia regardless of donor type显示文摘AIM: To compare the recovery of thrombocytopenia and splenomegaly during long-term follow-up after liver transplantation in patients receiving a living donor transplant or a cadaveric donor transplant. METHODS: This was a retrospective cohort study of 216 consecutive liver transplant patients who survived for > 6 mo after transplantation; 169 received a liver transplant from a living donor and 47 from a cadaveric donor. The platelet counts or spleen volumes were examined before transplant, 1, 6, and 12 mo after transplant, and then annually until 5 years after transplant. RESULTS: The mean follow-up period was 49 mo (range, 21-66). Platelet counts increased continu-ously for 5 years after orthotopic liver transplant. The restoration of platelet counts after transplant was sig-nificantly slower in patients with severe pretransplant thrombocytopenia (< 50 000/μL) until 4 years after transplant (P = 0.005). Donor type did not significantly affect the recovery of platelet count and spleen vol-ume in either patient group. In multivariate analysis, pretransplant severe thrombocytopenia (< 50 000/μL) was an independent factor associated with sustained thrombocytopenia (P < 0.001, odds ratio 6.314; con-fidence interval, 2.828-14.095). Thrombocytopenia re-appeared after transplant in seven patients with portal flow disturbance near the anastomosis site. CONCLUSION: Our study suggests that severe throm-bocytopenia before transplant is closely associated with delayed recovery of platelet count after transplant and donor type did not affect the recovery of throm-bocytopenia. The reappearance of thrombocytopenia after transplant should be considered a possible indica-tor of flow disturbance in the portal vein.Jae Hyuck Chang Jong Young Choi Hyun Young Woo Jung Hyun Kwon Chan Ran You Si Hyun Bae Seung Kew Yoon Myung-Gyu Choi In-Sik Chung Dong Goo Kim 2008World Journal of Gastroenterology2008,14,37:2
Application of silica-alumina as hydrothermally stable supports for Pt catalysts for acid-assisted soot oxidation显示文摘In this work,silica-alumina mixed oxides with different SiO_(2)contents(5%and 30%)were adopted as acidic supports for platinum catalysts for soot oxidation. The obtained catalysts were hydrothermally aged in 10%H_(2)0/air at 750℃for 20 h.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N_(2)adsorption,inductively coupled plasma(ICP),CO chemisorption,NH3temperature-programmed desorption(TPD),infrared(IR)spectroscopy of CO adsorption,temperature-programmed oxidation(TPO)of NO,and TPD of NO_(x).The surface acidity of catalyst was positive correlated with the content of SiO_(2),which kept platinum in metallic and partially oxidized states in an oxidizing atmosphere.Compared with sulfation treatment on the alumina support, the application of SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)mixed oxides does not result in the coverage of Pt active sites and the prepared catalysts exhibit excellent activity for NO oxidation. They promote NOxpreferential adsorption on soot and decomposition of surface oxygenated compounds(SOCs)as the sulfated Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst does.Shu-Ran Liu Shu-Ting Luo Xiao-Dong Wu Tao-Jin Wang Rui Ran Duan Weng Zhi-Chun Si Shuang Liu 2023Rare Metals2023,42,5:2
Flood variability in the upper Yangtze River over the last millennium——Insights from a comparison of climate-hydrological model simulated and reconstruction显示文摘Understanding hydrological responses to rising levels of greenhouse gases are essential for climate and impact research. It is,however, often limited by a lack of long record of observational data to provide a basis for understanding the longterm behavior of the climate system.Integrating reconstructed data and(global climate and hydrological)model simulations will help us to better understand the variability of climate and hydrology over timescales ranging from decades to centuries. In this study,we proposed an integrated approach to study flood variability in the upper reach of the Yangtze River over the last millennium to the end of the 21st century. To accomplish this,we first drove hydrological models using the precipitation and temperature from four Global Climate Models(GCM),BCC-CSM1.1,MIROC,MRI-CGCM3,and CCSM4,to simulate daily discharge for the upper reach of the Yangtze River during the period of the last millennium(850–1849),historical period(1850–2005),and a future period(2006–2099).Then,we evaluated whether the modeled precipitation, temperature, and extreme discharge had statistical properties similar to those shown in the documented dry-wet periods, temperature anomalies, and paleoflood records. Finally,we explored the extreme discharge variability using model simulations. The results indicate that:(1)The MIROC-ESM model, differing from the other three GCM models, revealed positive temperature changes from the warm period(Medieval Climate Anomaly;MCA)to the cold period(Little Ice Age;LIA),while the temperature variability of the other models was similar to the records.(2)The BCC-CSM1.1 model performed better than the others regarding correlations between modeled precipitation and documented dry-wet periods.(3)Over most of the subbasins in the upper Yangtze River, the magnitude of extreme discharge in the BCC-CSM1.1 model results showed that there was a decrease from the MCA to the LIA period and an increase in the historical period relative to the cold period, while a future increase was projected by the four GCMs under the influence of climate change.Ran HUO Hua CHEN Lu LI Chong-Yu XU Jingjing LI Si HONG Chesheng ZHAN Jun XIA 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,3:1
Size effect of Pt nanoparticles in acid-assisted soot oxidation in the presence of NO显示文摘Pt/Al2O3 catalysts with mean Pt particle size ranged from 2.7 to 7.1 nm were synthesized by chemical reduction method, and the sulfated counterparts were prepared by impregnation of sulfuric acid. The turnover frequency of platinum for soot oxidation under loose contact conditions in a feed flow containing NO and O2 are positively correlated with the size of platinum. The sulfated Pt/Al2O3 exhibits higher catalytic activity for soot oxidation in the presence of NO despite their reduced ability for NO2 production.Such a contradiction is more significant for those catalysts with smaller platinum particles.Herein, the catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),inductive coupled plasma(ICP)emission spectrometry,CO chemisorption, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH 3-TPD),NO temperature-programmed oxidation(TPO)and NO x temperatureprogrammed desorption(TPD).Possible effect of Pt particle size for the catalytic oxidation of soot in the presence of NO was presented based primarily on the promoted NO2 transfer efficiency onto the soot pushed by the acidic catalysts.Shuting Luo Xiaodong Wu Baofang Jin Shuang Liu Rui Ran Zhichun Si Duan Weng 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,8:1

Progress on metal-support interactions in Pd-based catalysts for automobile emission control显示文摘The interactions between metals and oxide supports,so-called metal-support interactions(MSI),are of great importance in heterogeneous catalysis.Pd-based automotive exhaust control catalysts, especially Pd-based three-way catalysts (TWCs),have received considerable research attention owing to its prominent oxidation activity of HCs/CO,as well as excellent thermal stability. For Pd-based TWCs,the dispersion, chemical state and thermal stability of Pd species, which are crucial to the catalytic performance, are closely associated with interactions between metal nanoparticles and their supporting matrix.Progress on the research about MSI and utilization of MSI in advanced Pd-based three-way catalysts are reviewed here.Along with the development of advanced synthesis approaches and engine control technology, the study on MSI would play a notable role in further development of catalysts for automobile exhaust control.Yidan Cao Rui Ran Xiaodong Wu Zhichun Si Feiyu Kang Duan Weng 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,3:1
Deactivation of Cu-SAPO-34 by urea-related deposits at low temperatures and the regeneration显示文摘Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) with urea catalyzed by Cu-SAPO-34 is an effective method to eliminate NO_x from diesel exhaust. However, urea-related deposits may form during cold-start and urban driving due to low exhaust temperatures. The activity of CuSAPO-34 at 175°C is significantly degraded by urea exposure, and 300°C is required for regeneration. Through in-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DRIFTS) and temperature-programmed hydrolysis studies, the dominant stable deposit at 175°C is identified as biuret, which can be eliminated at 300°C. The urea-derived deactivation and regeneration mechanisms of Cu-SAPO-34 were compared with those of anatase-supported catalysts.Yue Ma Xiaodong Wu Junyu Zhang Rui Ran Zhichun Si Duan Weng 2019Journal of Environmental Sciences2019,31,7:1

PLEK2 promotes cancer stemness and tumorigenesis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma via the c-Myc-mediated positive feedback loop显示文摘Background:Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)is one of the most frequent malignancies worldwide and is characterized by unfavorable prognosis, high lymph node metastasis and early recurrence. However, the molecular events regulating HNSCC tumorigenesis remain poorly understood. Therefore, uncovering the underlying mechanisms is urgently needed to identify novel and promising therapeutic targets for HNSCC.In this study,we aimed to explore the role of pleckstrin-2(PLEK2)in regulating HNSCC tumorigenesis. Methods:The expression pattern of PLEK2 and its clinical significance in HNSCC were determined by analyzing publicly assessable datasets and our own independent HNSCC cohort. In vitro and in vivo experiments, including cell proliferation, colony formation,Matrigel invasion, tumor sphere formation,ALDEFLUOR,Western blotting assays and xenograft mouse models, were used to investigate the role of PLEK2 in regulating the malignant behaviors of HNSCC cells. The underlying molecular mechanisms for the tumor-promoting role of PLEK2 were elucidated using co-immunoprecipitation,cycloheximide chase analysis, ubiquitination assays, chromatin immunoprecipitation-quantitative polymerase chain reaction, luciferase reporter assays and rescue experiments. Results:The expression levels of PLEK2 mRNA and protein were significantly increased in HNSCC tissues, and PLEK2 overexpression was strongly associated with poor overall survival and therapeutic resistance.Additionally,PLEK2 was important for maintaining the proliferation,invasion,epithelial-mesenchymal transition, cancer stemness and tumorigenesis of HNSCC cells and could alter the cellular metabolism of the cancer cells.Mechanistically,PLEK2 interacted with c-Myc and reduced the association of F-box and WD repeat domain containing 7(FBXW7)with c-Myc,thereby avoiding ubiquitination and subsequent proteasome-mediated degradation of c-Myc.Moreover,the c-Myc signaling activated by PLEK2 was important for sustaining the aggressive malignant phenotypes and tumorigenesis of HNSCC cells.c-Myc also directly bounded to the PLEK2 promoter and activated its transcription, forming a positive feedback loop. Conclusions:Collectively, these findings uncover a previously unknown molecular basis of PLEK2-enhanced c-Myc signaling in HNSCC,suggesting that PLEK2 may represent a promising therapeutic target for treating HNSCC.Xinyuan Zhao Dalong Shu Wenjuan Sun Shanshan Si Wei Ran Bing Guo Li Cui 2022Cancer Communications2022,42,10:1

An isolation strategy to anchor atomic Ni or Co cocatalysts on TiO_(2)(A)for photocatalytic hydrogen production显示文摘TiO_(2) has been considered as an ideal photocatalyst for water splitting. However, narrow light absorbance, low charge separation efficiency, and rare surface active sites lead to the low photocatalytic efficiency of TiO_(2).Although extensive research attempted to improve the situation, there is still lack of method for constructing high active and noble-metal-free TiO_(2) photocatalyst for H_(2) evolution reactions(HER).In this work,we loaded single atomic(SA)Ni(or Co)on the surface of anatase TiO_(2)(TiO_(2)(A))nanosheets by an isolation strategy.Ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and ethylene glycol(EDTA-EG)compounds were used to chelate metal ions in solution and form carbon quantum dots in the following thermal treatment to isolate the metal ions on surface of TiO_(2)(A).The prepared Ni SA/TiO_(2)(A)catalyst owned a“skin wrapped body”structure with in-situ formed twodimensional(2D)heterojunction facilitating the fast electron transfer. As a result, the Ni SA/TiO_(2)(A)catalyst showed a high H_(2) evolution rate of 2,900μmol·g−1·h−1.This work provides an isolation strategy for constructing promising single-atom metal catalyst for photocatalysis and beyond.Shangchun Lv Mengxi Pei Yuxiang Liu Zhichun Si Xiaodong Wu Rui Ran Duan Weng Feiyu Kang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0
Psychological impact of COVID-19 on medical care workers in China显示文摘Background Medical care workers experienced unprecedented levels of workload and pressure since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Little is known about its exact impact on medical care workers and related factors in China. This study aims to identify the psychological impact of COVID-19 on medical care workers in China. Methods From February 23 to March 5,2020,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among 863 medical care workers from seven provinces in China using standard questionnaires measuring adverse psychological outcomes including Impact of Event Scale-6(IES-6),Depression,Anxiety and Stress Scale(DASS)and related psychosocial factors like perceived threat, social support and coping strategies.Exploratory Factor analysis was performed to identify the dimensions of perceived threat by study participants.Multivariate regression was used to examine the determinants of adverse psychological outcomes. Results Posttraumatic stress(PTS)were prevalent in this sample of health care professionals, and 40.2%indicated positive screens for significant posttraumatic stress disorder symptoms. The proportion of having mild to extremely severe symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress were 13.6,13.9 and 8.6%,respectively.Perceived threat and passive coping strategies were positively correlated to PTS and DASS scores, while perceived social support and active coping strategies were negatively correlated to DASS scores.Nurses were more likely to be anxious than others among medical care workers during the COVID-19 epidemic. Conclusions Adverse psychological symptoms were prevalent among medical care workers in China during the COVID-19 epidemic.Screening for adverse psychological outcomes and developing corresponding preventive measures would be beneficial in decreasing negative psychological outcomes.Ming-Yu Si Xiao-You Su Yu Jiang Wen-Jun Wang Xiao-Fen Gu Li Ma Jing Li Shao-Kai Zhang Ze-Fang Ren Ran Ren Yuan-Li Liu You-Lin Qiao 2020Infectious Diseases of Poverty2020,9,4:0
Constraining self-interacting dark matter with the full dataset of PandaX-II显示文摘Self-interacting dark matter(SIDM)is a leading candidate proposed to solve discrepancies between predictions of the prevailing cold dark matter theory and observations of galaxies. Many SIDM models predict the existence of a light force carrier that mediates strong dark matter self-interactions.If the mediator couples to the standard model particles,it could produce characteristic signals in dark matter direct detection experiments. We report searches for signals of SIDM models with a light mediator using the full dataset of the PandaX-II experiment, basing on a total exposure of 132 tonne-days.No significant excess over background is found, and our likelihood analysis leads to a strong upper limit on the dark matter-nucleon coupling strength. We further combine the PandaX-II constraints and those from observations of the light element abundances in the early universe, and show that direct detection and cosmological probes can provide complementary constraints on dark matter models with a light mediator.Jijun Yang Abdusalam Abdukerim Wei Chen Xun Chen Yunhua Chen Chen Cheng Xiangyi Cui Yingjie Fan Deqing Fang Changbo Fu Mengting Fu Lisheng Geng Karl Giboni Linhui Gu Xuyuan Guo Ke Han Changda He Shengming He Di Huang Yan Huang Ran Huo Yanlin Huang Zhou Huang Xiangdong Ji Yonglin Ju Shuaijie Li Qing Lin Huaxuan Liu Jianglai Liu Xiaoying Lu Wenbo Ma Yugang Ma Yajun Mao Yue Meng Nasir Shaheed Kaixiang Ni Jinhua Ning Xuyang Ning Xiangxiang Ren Changsong Shang Guofang Shen Lin Si Andi Tan Anqing Wang Hongwei Wang Meng Wang QiuHong Wang Siguang Wang Wei Wang Xiuli Wang Zhou Wang Mengmeng Wu Shiyong Wu Weihao Wu Jingkai Xia Mengjiao Xiao Xiang Xiao Pengwei Xie Binbin Yan Yong Yang Chunxu Yu Hai-Bo Yu Jumin Yuan Ying Yuan Xinning Zeng Dan Zhang Tao Zhang Li Zhao Qibin Zheng Jifang Zhou Ning Zhou Xiaopeng Zhou 2021Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,11:0
Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector. Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements, such as its low-energy threshold, high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors, and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors. In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable, assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition, approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected. This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter, which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle. Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better, depending on the central value, and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment.Angel Abusleme Thomas Adam Shakeel Ahmad Sebastiano Aiello Muhammad Akram Nawab Ali Fengpeng An Guangpeng An Qi An Giuseppe Andronico Nikolay Anfimov Vito Antonelli Tatiana Antoshkina Burin 18Comparative study of La(1-x)CexMnO(3+δ) perovskites and Mn-Ce mixed oxides for NO catalytic oxidation显示文摘A series of La1-xCexMnO3+δ(x=D,0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3)perovskites and Mn-Ce mixed oxides were prepared.Their physico-chemical properties were systematically characterized and the NO oxidation activities of the catalysts were investigated. The La0.9Ce0.1MnO3+δhas the best activity among all of the catalysts, with a maximum NO conversion of 85%at 300℃.The characterization results indicate that the doping of Ce improves the properties of the perovsidtes in terms of the specific surface area, the average valence state of Mn ions, the number of reactive oxygen species and the NOx desorption behaviors. The Mn-Ce mixed oxide calcined at 500℃shows a similar NO oxidation activity with La0.9Ce0.1MnO3+δ.However,the activity of the mixed oxide obtained at 750℃decreases a lot, which results from the loss of active sites and active oxygen species.Baohuai Zhao Rui Ran Liu Yang Xiaodong Wu Zhichun Si Duan Weng 2020Journal of Rare Earths2020,38,8:0
An Efficient Plant Regeneration System of Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp via Stem Segments as Explants显示文摘Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp is a highly popular ornamental plant for garden decoration.Genetic engineering technology has been successfully used in many plant species, but it is limited in Hydrangea. Here we established an efficient regeneration system by using stem segments as explants for the first time.In our study, the plant growth regulators(PGRs)were evaluated at the different regeneration processes, including axillary shoots regeneration and root induction. We found that the optimal concentration for axillary buds’induction was 2.0 mgL^(-1)6-BA and 0.5 mgL^(-1)1 IAA,its highest induction rate was 70%.Moreover,the highest axillary shoots proliferation coefficient was 10.7 on the Murashige and Skoog(MS)medium with 2.0 mgL^(-1)6-benzyladenine(BA),0.2 mgL^(-1)indole-3-butyric acid(IBA),and 1.0 mgL^(-1)gibberellin A3(GA3).The highest frequency of root induction was 80.0±0.06%by culturing the elongated shoots in 1/2 MS medium containing 0.1 mgL^(-1)IBA.In summary, our study will provide an effective technology for large-scale propagation and important pathway for promoting the popularization and application of Hydrangea bretschneideri Dipp.Si ran Wang Jia Yan Bu er Ha Yu’e Bai 2021Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2021,90,2:0
Anti-inflammatory effects of amarogentin on 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis-like mice and in HaCat cells显示文摘Background:Amarogentin(AMA)is a secoiridoid glycoside extracted from Swertia and Gentiana roots and exhibits many biological effects such as antioxidative, antiinflammatory, and antitumor activities.Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease caused by disorders in the regulation of multiple inflammatory cytokines. No effective cure has been found for AD now. Methods:We constructed the HaCat and splenocyte model and tested the inhibitory effect of AMA on IL-4,IL-6,and IL-13 secretions using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The AD mouse model was constructed and treated with AMA,the severity of skin lesions was observed, epidermal tissue was collected, and epidermal thickness and mast cell infiltration were observed using hematoxylin and eosin and toluidine blue staining, respectively. The expression of kallikrein-related peptidase 7(KLK7)and filaggrin(FLG)was detected using immunostaining and Western blot analysis. The mRNA expression of KLK7 and FLG was detected using quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR).Blood immunoglobulin E(IgE)secretion was detected. Results:AMA inhibited IL-6 secreted by tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α-induced HaCaT cells and reduced IL-4 and IL-13 secreted by phytohemagglutinin(PHA)-induced primary cells in the mice spleen. It was found that the treatment of AMA with 2,4-din itrochlorobenzene-induced AD-like mice could promote the recovery of dermatitis, reduce the score of dermatitis severity and the scratching frequency, treat the skin lesions, reduce the epidermal thickness, decrease the infiltration of mast cells, reduce the IgE level in serum, decrease the expression levels of AD-related cytokines, increase protein and mRNA expression of FLG,and reduce the protein and mRNA expression of KLK7 in the skin tissues of AD-like mice. Conclusion:In conclusion,AMA inhibits inflammatory response at the cellular level, and AMA reduces the validation response of specific dermatitis mice, relieves pruritus, and repairs the damaged skin barrier.Qian Zhang Hanlin Wang Cheng Ran Yansi Lyu Fei Li Yihang Yao Shaojun Xing Li Wang Si Chen 2023Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2023,6,3:0
