| 2 | Hydrothermal Synthesis and Visible-light Photocatalytic Activities of SnS_2 Nanoflakes显示文摘SnS2 nanoflakes were successfully synthesized via a simple hydrothermal process. The as-prepared SnS2 samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms, and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS). The photocatalytic activities of the as-prepared SnS2 nanoflakes under visible light irradiation(λ>420 nm) were evaluated by the degradation of rhodamine B(Rh B). The effect of hydrothermal temperatures on the photocatalytic efficiency of as-prepared SnS2 nanoflakes was investigated. | 3 | Anti-hypertensive and endothelia protective effects of Fufang Qima capsule(复方芪麻胶囊) on primary hypertension via adiponectin/adenosine monophosphate activated protein kinase pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the potential mechanism of the vascular remodeling effect and provide additional information about anti-hypertension activity of Fufang Qima capsule(复方芪麻胶囊,QM).METHODS:Spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHRs)were used to study the underlying mechanism of the anti-hypertension activity of QM.In this study,SHRs were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group,Telmisartan group(7.2 mg/kg,p.o.),and three QM groups(0.9298,1.8596,and 3.7192 g/kg,p.o.).Wistar Kyoto rats(WKY)were used as normal control group.Blood pressure(BP),aorta,perivascular adipose tissue(PVAT)histology were investigated to evaluate the effect of QM.Nitric oxide(NO)and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)phosphorylation were measured.Adiponectin(APN)secretion,as well as APN signal pathway proteins including APN,adiponectin receptors(R1 and R2)and adenosine 5’-monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)were all analyzed.RESULTS:QM significantly reduced BP and ameliorated the vascular pathological change,i.e.intima media thicken and collagen fiber hyperplasia.Meanwhile,QM increased concentration of NO and the phosphorylation of eNOS in the aorta.The anti-hypertensive and endothelia-protective effect of QM could be attributed to activating APN/AMPK pathway by up-regulating the expression of APN in PVAT and APN Receptor 2,AMPKαand phosphorylated AMPKαin the aorta.CONCLUSION:The QM alleviation effect mechanism for primary hypertension was via modulating the APN/AMPK signal pathway. | ZHAO Zhiyue SHI Zhenyu ZHANG Zhenzhen LI Yinghong ZENG Xiaohui CHEN Yuxing YAO Nan ZHOU Min SU Hui WANG Qinghai JIN LiLi | 2021 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,6: | 2 |

| 6 | Photo-responsive shape memory polymer composites enabled by doping with biomass-derived carbon nanomaterials显示文摘As photothermal conversion agents,carbon nanomaterials are widely applied in polymers for light-triggered shape memory behaviors on account of their excellent light absorption.However,they are usually derived from non-renewable fossil resources,which go against the demand for sustainable development.Biomass-derived carbon nanomaterials are expected as alternatives if they are designed with good dispersibility as well as splendid photothermal properties.Up to date,very few researches focused on this area.Herein,we report a novel light-triggered shape memory composite by incorporating renewable biomass-derived carbon nanomaterials into acrylate polymers without deep purification and processing.These functionalized carbon nanomaterials not only have stable dispersion in polymers as fillers,but also can endow the polymers with excellent and stable thermal and photothermal responsive properties in biological friendly environment.With the introduction of biomass-derived carbon nanomaterials,the mechanical properties of the composites are also further enhanced with the formation of hydrogen bonding between the carbon nanomaterials and the polymers.Notably,the doping of 1%carbon nanomaterials endows the polymer with sufficient hydrogen bonds that not only exhibit excellent thermal and photothermal responsive properties,but also with enough space for the motion of chains.These properties make such composite a promising and safe candidate for shape memory applications,which provide a new avenue in smart fabrics or intelligent soft robotics. | Nina Yan Zhiyu Zheng Yunliang Liu Xizhi Jiang Jiamin Wu Min Feng Lei Xu Qingbao Guan Haitao Li | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,2: | 1 |
| 7 | A container-based approach for sharing environmental models as web services显示文摘As researchers globally work towards a fully digital representation of the earth and its processes-i.e.a true Digital Earth-the need grows for software and systems to link disparate computer simulation models of various parts of the earth in a reliable and highly functional way.Web services have been demonstrated as an effective way to share and reuse models as they enable communication and interoperation among applications via the Internet.However,even using well-designed software tools,it remains a daunting process to publish heterogeneous environmental models as web services and provide long-term maintenance in response to changing computational environments.We present an approach that enables environmental models to be published as long-term functional web services on the same platform regardless of execution mode,programming language,and computational environment conflicts.The approach adopts the OpenGMS Wrapper System(OGMS-WS)for service publishing and Docker containers for model isolation.A streamflow prediction service is developed using this approach and is applied to analyze historical streamflow trends in Bangladesh.We demonstrate that this approach can lower the barrier to deploying heterogeneous environmental models as long-term functional web services,contributing to the development of a Digital Earth. | Xiaohui Qiao Zhiyu Li Fengyuan Zhang Daniel P.Ames Min Chen E.James Nelsona Rohit Khattar | 2021 | International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,8: | 0 |
| 8 | Effect of polyethylene glycol on the crystallization,rheology and foamability of poly(lactic acid)containing in situ generated polyamide 6 nanofibrils显示文摘In this study,the rheological properties,crystallization and foaming behavior of poly(lactic acid)with polyamide 6 nanofibrils were examined with polyethylene glycol as a compatibilizer.Polyamide 6 particles were deformed into nanofibrils during drawing.For the 10%polyamide 6 case,polyethylene glycol addition reduced the polyamide 6 fibril diameter from 365.53 to 254.63 nm,owing to the smaller polyamide 6 particle size and enhanced interface adhesion.Rheological experiments revealed that the viscosity and storage modulus of the composites were increased,which was associated with the three-dimensional entangled network of polyamide 6 nanofibrils.The presence of higher aspect ratio polyamide 6 nanofibrils substantially enhanced the melt strength of the composites.The isothermal crystallization kinetics results suggested that the polyamide 6 nanofibrils and polyethylene glycol had a synergistic effect on accelerating poly(lactic acid)crystallization.With the polyethylene glycol,the crystallization half-time reduced from 103.6 to 62.2 s.Batch foaming results indicated that owing to higher cell nucleation efficiency,the existence of polyamide 6 nanofibrils led to a higher cell density and lower expansion ratio.Furthermore,the poly(lactic acid)/polyamide 6 foams exhibited a higher cell density and expansion ratio than that of the foams without polyethylene glycol. | Yuhui Qiao Qian Li Amirjalal Jalali Dongsheng Yu Xichan He Xiaofeng Wang Jing Jiang Zhiyu Min | 2023 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,12: | 0 |
| 9 | Enhanced electromagnetic wave absorption via optical fiber-like PMMA@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@SiO_(2) composites with improved impedance matching显示文摘Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) nanosheets have attracted significant attention for their potential in electromagnetic wave absorption(EWA).However,their inherent self-stacking and exorbitant electrical conductivity inevitably lead to serious impedance mismatch,restricting their EWA application.Therefore,the optimization of impedance matching becomes crucial.In this work,we developed polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@SiO_(2) composites with a sandwich-like core–shell structure by coating SiO_(2) on PMMA@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x).The results demonstrate that the superiority of the SiO_(2) layer in combination with PMMA@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x),outperforming other relative graded distribution structures and meeting the requirements of EWA equipment.The resulting PMMA@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@SiO_(2) composites achieved a minimum reflection loss of-58.08 dB with a thickness of 1.9 mm,and an effective absorption bandwidth of 2.88 GHz.Mechanism analysis revealed that the structural design of SiO_(2) layer not only optimized impedance matching,but also synergistically enhanced multiple loss mechanisms such as interfacial polarization and dipolar polarization.Therefore,this work provides valuable insights for the future preparation of high-performance electromagnetic wave absorbing Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-based composites. | Huanhuan Niu Xuewen Jiang Wei Li Zhiyu Min Budi Riza Putra Wulan Tri Wahyuni Hailong Wang Rui Zhang Bingbing Fan | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,3: | 0 |

| 13 | Crystalline porous ionic salts assembled from polyoxometalates and cationic capsule for the selective photocatalytic aerobic oxidation of aromatic alcohols to aldehydes显示文摘Crystalline porous ionic salts(CPISs) represent a new type of porous materials constructed by electrostatic interaction, however, synthesis of CPISs bearing pre-designed functionality while exhibiting permanent porosity is still challenging. Herein we report the facile synthesis of a series of CPISs 1-3 built from photocatalytic-active polyoxometalate(POM) clusters and cationic Zr-based capsules, which showed open porous frameworks with BET surface area up to 33 m^(2)/g and high activity and selectivity for photodriven aerobic oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes. Compared with the pristine POM cluster {W10}, 1 can promote the reaction in much higher efficiency due to the concerted catalysis of preinstalled {W10} and Zr-based capsule together with open channels.
