| 1 | Interpretation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine portion of the diagnosis and treatment protocol for corona virus disease 2019(Trial Version 7)显示文摘The TCM protocol in the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)(Trial Version 7) has been updated from previous versions. The protocol was formulated under the direct leadership of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, based on the experience of a panel of experts, supported by evidence from fever clinics and from the outcomes of emergency(EM) observation rooms and inpatients throughout China(especially in Wuhan, Hubei Province) in combination with the latest scientific research results and data. | 2 | Progress in hole-transporting materials for perovskite solar cells显示文摘In recent years the photovoltaic community has witnessed the unprecedented development of perovskite solar cells(PSCs) as they have taken the lead in emergent photovoltaic technologies. The power conversion efficiency of this new class of solar cells has been increased to a point where they are beginning to compete with more established technologies. Although PSCs have evolved a variety of structures, the use of hole-transporting materials(HTMs) remains indispensable. Here, an overview of the various types of available HTMs is presented. This includes organic and inorganic HTMs and is presented alongside recent progress in associated aspects of PSCs, including device architectures and fabrication techniques to produce high-quality perovskite films. | 3 | First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. | 7 | Isotoosendanin exerts inhibition on triple-negative breast cancer through abrogating TGF-β-induced epithelial—mesenchymal transition via directly targeting TGFβR1显示文摘As the most aggressive breast cancer,triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) is still incurable and very prone to metastasis.The transform growth factor β(TGF-β)-induced epithelial—mesenchymal transition(EMT) is crucially involved in the growth and metastasis of TNBC.This study reported that a natural compound isotoosendanin(ITSN) reduced TNBC metastasis by inhibiting TGF-β-induced EMT and the formation of invadopodia.ITSN can directly interact with TGF-β receptor type-1(TGFβR1) and abrogated the kinase activity of TGFβR1,thereby blocking the TGF-β-initiated downstream signaling pathway.Moreover,the ITSN-provided inhibition on metastasis obviously disappeared in TGFβR1-overexpressed TNBC cells in vitro as well as in mice bearing TNBC cells overexpressed TGFβR1.Furthermore,Lys232 and Asp351 residues in the kinase domain of TGFβR1 were found to be crucial for the interaction of ITSN with TGFβR1.Additionally,ITSN also improved the inhibitory efficacy of programmed cell death 1 ligand 1(PD-L1) antibody for TNBC in vivo via inhibiting the TGF-β-mediated EMT in the tumor microenvironment.Our findings not only highlight the key role of TGFβR1 in TNBC metastasis,but also provide a leading compound targeting TGFβR1 for the treatment of TNBC metastasis.Moreover,this study also points out a potential strategy for TNBC treatment by using the combined application of anti-PD-L1 with a TGFβR1 inhibitor. | Jingnan Zhang Ze Zhang Zhenlin Huang Manlin Li Fan Yang Zeqi Wu Qian Guo Xiyu Mei Bin Lu Changhong Wang Zhengtao Wang Lili Ji | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,7: | 1 |
| 8 | Investigation and numerical simulation of summer sedimentation in Jiaozhou Bay, China显示文摘In recent years,development activities have had a significant impact on the environment of the Jiaozhou Bay,China.To ensure the sustainable economic and social development of the Jiaozhou Bay area,it is necessary to strengthen corresponding control measures.The important prerequisite is to properly understand the environmental conditions laws of natural change,especially the dynamic processes of sediment and the characteristics of landform evolution.Based on the data of continuous observation at 6 stations in Jiaozhou Bay for 25 hours,the Hydrodynamic Eutrophication Model(HEM-3D)was used to simulate the sediment erosion and deposition.The results show that the maximum suspended sediment concentration in the sea area of Jiaozhou Bay is about 40 mg/L,which appears in the northwestern area of the bay top and the Cangkou watercourse area,and the low concentration is located in the area of the central Jiaozhou Bay towards the bay mouth.The suspended sediment is 6?10 mg/L.Affected by a decrease in seawater material,the direction of the prevailing current in the Jiaozhou Bay area is different from that of the sediment transport.The velocity of the flood current is higher than that of the ebb current.However,during flood tide,the flux of resuspended seafloor sediment outside and at the mouth of the bay is limited and cannot contribute significantly to the suspended sediment in the bay.During ebb tide,the resuspended sediment at the shallow-water bay head and the east and west sides spreads toward the bay mouth with the ebb current,although it extends beyond the bay through the bay mouth.The research results can provide scientific support for the Jiaozhou Bay project construction and environmental protection. | Yong Zhang Bin Chen Ze Ning Yun-fan Yang Gang Hu Xiao-bo Zhang Hou-jie Wang | 2019 | China Geology2019,2,4: | 1 |
