1A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. 2Frequency-modulated continuous waves controlled by space-time-coding metasurface with nonlinearly periodic phases显示文摘The rapid development of space-time-coding metasurfaces(STCMs)offers a new avenue to manipulate spatial electromagnetic beams,waveforms,and frequency spectra simultaneously with high efficiency.To date,most studies are primarily focused on harmonic generations and independent controls of finite-order harmonics and their spatial waves,but the manipulations of continuously temporal waveforms that include much rich frequency spectral components are still limited in both theory and experiment based on STCM.Here,we propose a theoretical framework and method to generate frequency-modulated continuous waves(FMCWs)and control their spatial propagation behaviors simultaneously via a novel STCM with nonlinearly periodic phases.Since the carrier frequency of FMCW changes with time rapidly,we can produce customized time-varying reflection phases at will by the required FMCW under the illumination of a monochromatic wave.More importantly,the propagation directions of the time-varying beams can be controlled by encoding the metasurface with different initial phase gradients.A programmable STCM prototype with a full-phase range is designed and fabricated to realize reprogrammable FMCW functions,and experimental results show good agreement with the theoretical analyses.Jun Chen Ke Jun Yan Dai Jun Wei Zhang Zhanye Chen Ming Zheng Chen Yunfeng Lu Lei Zhang Li Wang Qun Yan Zhou Long Li Jin Shan Ding Qiang Cheng Tie Jun Cui 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,10:4
3Study on Diffusion of Hydrocarbons in FAU and MFI Zeolites by Molecular Simulation and Related Experiments显示文摘The diffusion of C4—C24 alkanes, aromatics and cycloalkanes in FAU and MFI zeolites were studied systematically by molecular simulation. The basic data on diffusion energy barriers and the diffusion characteristics of alkanes, cycloalkanes and aromatics in FAU and MFI zeolites were obtained. It was found out that the 12-member-ring openings between the two adjacent super cages limited the diffusion of hydrocarbons in FAU zeolites, and the hydrocarbon molecules diffused more easily in the intersections of MFI zeolite channels than in the straight channels between the intersections. It was more difficult for the molecules to diffuse in the sinusoidal channel of the MFI zeolite than in the straight channel because of the atoms at the corner of sinusoidal channel. The diffusion of three kinds of C6 alkanes was studied by gravity sorption method. 6Composite silicone rubber of high piezoresistance repeatability filled with nanoparticles显示文摘The ruthenium oxide nanoparticles with size less than 20 nm were fabricated by annealing the metallic ruthenium nanoparticles in air,which were synthesized by using the thermal reduction in the polyol solution.The rutile structure of the ruthenium oxide was proved by using transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The oxide has good electron conductivity. The surface of the ruthenium oxide was modified by a vinyl silane coupling agent.The assembling of the silane to the oxide surface was proved by Infrared(IR)absorption spectroscopy.By mixing the nanoparticles with poly(methylvinylsiloxane)(PMVS)silicone rubber,a composite filled with dispersive conducting phase was fabricated.The temperature dependent conductivity shows that the electron transportation through composite is mainly dominated by tunneling.The measurement of piezoresistance shows that the composite at low strain has high piezoresistance repeatability.The 3D reconstruction images of the composite filled with carbon black or ruthenium oxide show that the aggregation of the nanoparticles differs much for two composites.The narrow distribution range of the particle size was thought to be the main factor for the high piezoresistance recurrence.WU JuYing ZHOU ChengXi ZHU QingWen LI EnRong DAI Ge BA Long HUANG YuHong Mei Jun 2009Science China(Technological Sciences)2009,52,12:1

8GLUT3 induced by AMPK/CREB1 axis is key for withstanding energy stress and augments the efficacy of current colorectal cancer therapies显示文摘Cancer cells are usually characterized by hyperactive glucose metabolism,which can often lead to glucose scarcity;thus,alternative pathways to rewire cancer metabolism are required.Here,we demonstrated that GLUT3 was highly expressed in colorectal cancer(CRC)and negatively linked to CRC patient outcomes,whereas GLUT1 was not associated with CRC prognosis.Under glucoselimiting conditions,GLUT3 expedited CRC cell growth by accelerating glucose input and fuelling nucleotide synthesis.Notably,GLUT3 had a greater impact on cell growth than GLUT1 under glucose-limiting stress.Mechanistically,low-glucose stress dramatically upregulated GLUT3 via the AMPK/CREB1 pathway.Furthermore,high GLUT3 expression remarkably increased the sensitivity of CRC cells to treatment with vitamin C and vitamin C-containing regimens.Together,the results of this study highlight the importance of the AMPK/CREB1/GLUT3 pathway for CRC cells to withstand glucose-limiting stress and underscore the therapeutic potential of vitamin C in CRC with high GLUT3 expression.Weixing Dai Ye Xu Shaobo Mo Qingguo Li Jun Yu Renjie Wang Yanlei Ma Yan Ni Wenqiang Xiang Lingyu Han Long Zhang Sanjun Cai Jun Qin Wen-Lian Chen Wei Jia Guoxiang Cai 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:1

13Molecular Simulation of Competitive Adsorption on Fe(110)Between Gasoline Detergent and Deposit:I.Physical Adsorption显示文摘Using molecular dynamics simulations based on classical mechanic method, the mechanism of competitive adsorption between gasoline detergent and deposit on Fe(110) surface was investigated. The representative simulation relating to the deposit molecule and the gasoline detergent molecule with high market share were selected as the model compound. It was found that when the detergent and deposit molecules exist at the same time, the detergent molecules would compete with the deposit molecules to reduce the adsorption of the deposit on Fe(110) so as to protect the metal surface. In addition, the ESP distribution is further confirmed that the detergent molecule has higher adsorption ability than the deposit molecule with the DFT theory. 14Different Influences of Lanthanum and Cerium on Stability of Y Zeolite and Their DFT Calculations显示文摘In this paper,the different influences of lanthanum (La) and cerium (Ce) species on the stability of Y zeolite were studied by X-ray diffractometry (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),and multinuclear (27Al,29Si) solidstate nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR).It was found that the stability of Y zeolite could be enhanced by the introduction of La or Ce species;however,the former effect was more remarkable than the latter.These results were also confirmed theoretically by density functional calculations.There was a strong interaction between the rare earth (La or Ce) species and Y zeolite clusters,which restrained the formation of extra-framework aluminum and enhanced evidently the stability of Y zeolite.Furthermore,the interaction between La species and Y zeolite was stronger than that of Ce species with Y zeolite.Yu Shanqing Tian Huiping Dai Zhenyu Zhu Yuxia Long Jun (Research Institute of Petroleum Processing,SINOPEC,Beijing 100083) 2011China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2011,13,1:1

17Quantum Chemical Calculations of the Structure,Property and Stability of Penta-coordinated Carbonium Ions Derived from Normal Butane显示文摘The structure and energy of the carbonium ions formed upon protonation of butane were studied by the DFT methods. Four stable structures are identified for the protonated form of n-butane,the energy increases in the following order:C2HC3C1HC2>C2HH>C1HH. The stability of the penta-coordinated carbonium ions may be explained by the electron distribution in the three-center-two-electron bonds. 18Analysis of Temperature Rise Characteristics and Fatigue Damage Degree of ACSR Broken Strand显示文摘In this paper,the research on ACSR temperature of broken strand and fatigue damage after broken strand is carried out.Conduct modeling and Analysis on the conductor through AnsoftMaxwell software.The distribution of magnetic force lines in the cross section of the conductor after strand breaking and the temperature change law of the conductor with the number of broken strands are analyzed.A model based on electromagnetic theory is established to analyze the distribution of magnetic lines of force in the cross section of the conductor after strand breaking and the temperature variation law of the conductor with the number of broken strands.The finite element analysis results show that with the increase in the number of broken strands,the cross-sectional area of the conductor decreases,the magnetic line of force of the inner conductor at the broken strand becomes denser and denser,and the electromagnetic loss of the conductor becomes larger and larger.Therefore,the temperature of the conductor at the broken strand becomes higher and higher.Then,the current carrying experiment of conductor is carried out for LGJ-240/30 conductor.It is found that the temperature rise at the junction of inner and outer layers at the broken strand is particularly obvious,and the temperature of inner aluminumconductor at the broken strand also increases with the increase of broken strand.According to the analysis of experimental data,with the increase of broken strands,the antivibration ability and service life of the conductor decrease.At the same time,under certain conditions of broken strand,the fatigue life of conductor increases with the increase of temperature.Jun Zhang Xiaobin Li Long Zhao Zixin Li Shuo Wang Pan Yao Pengfei Dai 2023Energy Engineering2023,120,3:0
