Towards 6G wireless communication networks:vision, enabling technologies, and new paradigm shifts显示文摘The fifth generation(5G)wireless communication networks are being deployed worldwide from 2020 and more capabilities are in the process of being standardized, such as mass connectivity,ultra-reliability,and guaranteed low latency.However,5G will not meet all requirements of the future in 2030 and beyond, and sixth generation(6G)wireless communication networks are expected to provide global coverage, enhanced spectral/energy/cost efficiency, better intelligence level and security, etc. To meet these requirements,6G networks will rely on new enabling technologies,i.e.,air interface and transmission technologies and novel network architecture, such as waveform design, multiple access, channel coding schemes,multi-antenna technologies, network slicing,cell-free architecture, and cloud/fog/edge computing. Our vision on 6G is that it will have four new paradigm shifts.First,to satisfy the requirement of global coverage,6G will not be limited to terrestrial communication networks, which will need to be complemented with non-terrestrial networks such as satellite and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)communication networks, thus achieving a space-airground-sea integrated communication network.Second, all spectra will be fully explored to further increase data rates and connection density, including the sub-6GHz,millimeter wave(mmWave),terahertz(THz),and optical frequency bands.Third, facing the big datasets generated by the use of extremely heterogeneous networks, diverse communication scenarios, large numbers of antennas, wide bandwidths, and new service requirements,6G networks will enable a new range of smart applications with the aid of artificial intelligence(AI)and big data technologies.Fourth, network security will have to be strengthened when developing 6G networks. This article provides a comprehensive survey of recent advances and future trends in these four aspects.Clearly,6G with additional technical requirements beyond those of 5G will enable faster and further communications to the extent that the boundary between physical and cyber worlds disappears. | Xiaohu YOU Cheng-Xiang WANG Jie HUANG Xiqi GAO Zaichen ZHANG Mao WANG Yongming HUANG Chuan ZHANG Yanxiang JIANG Jiaheng WANG Min ZHU Bin SHENG Dongming WANG Zhiwen PAN Pengcheng ZHU Yang YANG Zening LIU Ping ZHANG Xiaofeng TAO Shaoqian LI Zhi CHEN Xinying MA Chih-Lin I Shuangfeng HAN Ke LI Chengkang PAN Zhimin ZHENG Lajos HANZO Xuemin(Sherman)SHEN Yingjie Jay GUO Zhiguo DING Harald HAAS Wen TONG Peiying ZHU Ganghua YANG Jun WANG Erik GLARSSON Hien Quoc NGO Wei HONG Haiming WANG Debin HOU Jixin CHEN Zhe CHEN Zhangcheng HAO Geoffrey Ye LI Rahim TAFAZOLLI Yue GAO HVincent POOR Gerhard P.FETTWEIS Ying-Chang LIANG | 2021 | Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,1: | 122

Association of Overlapped and Un-overlapped Comorbidities with COVID-19 Severity and Treatment Outcomes: A Retrospective Cohort Study from Nine Provinces in China显示文摘Objective Several COVID-19 patients have overlapping comorbidities. The independent role of each component contributing to the risk of COVID-19 is unknown, and how some non-cardiometabolic comorbidities affect the risk of COVID-19 remains unclear. Methods A retrospective follow-up design was adopted. A total of 1,160 laboratory-confirmed patients were enrolled from nine provinces in China. Data on comorbidities were obtained from the patients’ medical records. Multivariable logistic regression models were used to estimate the odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(95% CI) of the associations between comorbidities(cardiometabolic or non-cardiometabolic diseases), clinical severity, and treatment outcomes of COVID-19.Results Overall, 158(13.6%) patients were diagnosed with severe illness and 32(2.7%) had unfavorable outcomes. Hypertension(2.87, 1.30–6.32), type 2 diabetes(T2 DM)(3.57, 2.32–5.49),cardiovascular disease(CVD)(3.78, 1.81–7.89), fatty liver disease(7.53, 1.96–28.96), hyperlipidemia(2.15, 1.26–3.67), other lung diseases(6.00, 3.01–11.96), and electrolyte imbalance(10.40, 3.00–26.10)were independently linked to increased odds of being severely ill. T2 DM(6.07, 2.89–12.75), CVD(8.47,6.03–11.89), and electrolyte imbalance(19.44, 11.47–32.96) were also strong predictors of unfavorable outcomes. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease on admission(5.46,3.25–9.19), while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes(6.58, 1.46–29.64) within two weeks. Conclusion Besides hypertension, diabetes, and CVD, fatty liver disease, hyperlipidemia, other lung diseases, and electrolyte imbalance were independent risk factors for COVID-19 severity and poor treatment outcome. Women with comorbidities were more likely to have severe disease, while men with comorbidities were more likely to have unfavorable treatment outcomes. | MA Yan ZHU Dong Shan CHEN Ren Bo SHI Nan Nan LIU Si Hong FAN Yi Pin WU Gui Hui YANG Pu Ye BAI Jiang Feng CHEN Hong CHEN Li Ying FENG Qiao GUO Tuan Mao HOU Yong HU Gui Fen HU Xiao Mei HU Yun Hong HUANG Jin HUANG Qiu Hua HUANG Shao Zhen JI Liang JIN Hai Hao LEI Xiao LI Chun Yan LI Min Qing LI Qun Tang LI Xian Yong LIU Hong De LIU Jin Ping LIU Zhang MA Yu Ting MAO Ya MO Liu Fen NA Hui WANG Jing Wei SONG Fang Li SUN Sheng WANG Dong Ting WANG Ming Xuan WANG Xiao Yan WANG Yin Zhen WANG Yu Dong WU Wei WU Lan Ping XIAO Yan Hua XIE Hai Jun XU Hong Ming XU Shou Fang XUE Rui Xia YANG Chun YANG Kai Jun YUAN Sheng Li ZHANG Gong Qi ZHANG Jin Bo ZHANG Lin Song ZHAO Shu Sen ZHAO Wan Ying ZHENG Kai ZHOU Ying Chun ZHU Jun Teng ZHU Tian Qing ZHANG Hua Min WANG Yan Ping WANG Yong Yan 无 | 2020 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2020,33,12: | 8
Effects of Niaoduqing Particles(尿毒清颗粒)on Delaying Progression of Renal Dysfunction:A Post-trial,Open-Label,Follow-up Study显示文摘Objective: To follow up the participants of the randomized clinical trial 'Efficacy and Safety of Niaoduqing Particles(尿毒清颗粒) for Delaying Moderate-to-Severe Renal Dysfunction', and assess the long-term effects of Niaoduqing Particles on delaying the progression of renal dysfunction. Methods: Participants, who had previously been randomly assigned to receive Niaoduqing Particles or placebo for 24 weeks(146 cases in each group), were invited to follow-up and all were administered Niaoduqing Particles 5 g thrice daily and 10 g before bedtime for 24 weeks. The primary endpoints were changes in baseline serum creatinine(Scr) and estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR) after completion of the open-label treatment period. Results: After the double-blind period, the median(interquartile range) changes in Scr were 1.1(–13.0–24.1) and 11.7(–2.6–42.9) μmol/L for the Niaoduqing Particle and placebo groups, respectively(P=0.008), and the median changes in e GFRs were –0.2(–4.3–2.7) and –2.21(–5.7–0.8) mL·min^(-1)·1.73 m^(-2), respectively(P=0.016). There were significant differences in the double-blind period changes in renal function between groups. After the open-label period, the median changes in Scr were 9.0(–10.0–41.9) and 17.5(–6.0–50.0) μmol/L for the Niaoduqing Particle and placebo groups according to baseline grouping, respectively(P=0.214), and the median changes in eGFRs were –2.3(–6.4–1.9) and –3.7(–7.5–1.1) mL·min^(-1)·1.73 m^(-2), respectively(P=0.134). There were no statistical differences in the open-label period changes in renal function between groups. The eGFR reduction of participants who accepted Niaoduqing Particle treatment for 48 weeks was projected to 2.5 m L·min^(-1)·1.73 m(-2) per year. Conclusions: Niaoduqing Particles appear to have long-term efficacy for patients with moderate-to-severe renal dysfunction. Although there was no statistical difference, the early use of Niaoduqing Paticles seems to ameliorate the worsening of renal function. | ZHENG Ying WANG Nian-song LIU Yu-ning HE Li-qun JIAN Gui-hua LIU Xu-sheng NI Zhao-hui CHENG Xiao-hong LIN Hong-li ZHOU Wen-hua WANG Ya-ping FANG Jing-ai HE Ya-ni YANG Hong-tao ZHAO Li-juan DING Han-lu WANG Li-hua YU Ren-huan LI Wen-ge YE Zhi-ming GUO Wang ZHAN Yong-li MAO Hui-juan HU Zhao YAO Chen CAI Guang-yan CHEN Xiang-mei | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2019,25,3: | 7

Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). With an exposure of 5.6 ton-years, the sensitivity of Panda X-4 T could reach a minimum spin-independent dark matter-nucleon cross section of 6 × 10^(-48) cm^2 at a dark matter mass of 40 Ge V/c^2. | HongGuang Zhang Abdusalam Abdukerim Wei Chen Xun Chen YunHua Chen XiangYi Cui BinBin Dong DeQing Fang ChangBo Fu Karl Giboni Franco Giuliani LinHui Gu XuYuan Guo ZhiFan Guo Ke Han ChangDa He ShengMing He Di Huang XingTao Huang Zhou Huang Peng Ji XiangDong Ji YongLin Ju ShaoLi Li Yao Li Heng Lin HuaXuan Liu JiangLai Liu YuGang Ma YaJun Mao KaiXiang Ni JinHua Ning XiangXiang Ren Fang Shi AnDi Tan AnQing Wang Cheng Wang HongWei Wang Meng Wang QiuHong Wang SiGuang Wang XiuLi Wang XuMing Wang Zhou Wang MengMeng Wu ShiYong Wu JingKai Xia MengJiao Xiao PengWei Xie BinBin Yan JiJun Yang Yong Yang ChunXu Yu JuMin Yuan JianFeng Yue Dan Zhang Tao Zhang Li Zhao QiBin Zheng JiFang Zhou Ning Zhou XiaoPeng Zhou | 2019 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2019,62,3: | 6

Chinese expert consensus on conversion therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma(2021 edition)显示文摘Recent advances in systemic and locoregional treatments for patients with unresectable or advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)have resulted in improved response rates. This has provided an opportunity for selected patients with initially unresectable HCC to achieve adequate tumor downstaging to undergo surgical resection,a‘conversion therapy’strategy. However, conversion therapy is a new approach to the treatment of HCC and its practice and treatment protocols are still being developed.Review the evidence for conversion therapy in HCC and develop consensus statements to guide clinical practice.Evidence review:Many research centers in China have accumulated significant experience implementing HCC conversion therapy.Preliminary findings and data have shown that conversion therapy represents an important strategy to maximize the survival of selected patients with intermediate stage to advanced HCC;however, there are still many urgent clinical and scientific challenges for this therapeutic strategy and its related fields. In order to summarize and learn from past experience and review current challenges, the Chinese Expert Consensus on Conversion Therapy for Hepatocellular Carcinoma(2021 Edition)was developed based on a review of preliminary experience and clinical data from Chinese and non-Chinese studies in this field and combined with recommendations for clinical practice.Sixteen consensus statements on the implementation of conversion therapy for HCC were developed. The statements generated in this review are based on a review of clinical evidence and real clinical experience and will help guide future progress in conversion therapy for patients with HCC. | Hui-Chuan Sun Jian Zhou Zheng Wang Xiufeng Liu Qing Xie Weidong Jia Ming Zhao Xinyu Bi Gong Li Xueli Bai Yuan Ji Li Xu Xiao-Dong Zhu Dousheng Bai Yajin Chen Yongjun Chen Chaoliu Dai Rongping Guo Wenzhi Guo Chunyi Hao Tao Huang Zhiyong Huang Deyu Li Gang Li Tao Li Xiangcheng Li Guangming Li Xiao Liang Jingfeng Liu Fubao Liu Shichun Lu Zheng Lu Weifu Lv Yilei Mao Guoliang Shao Yinghong Shi Tianqiang Song Guang Tan Yunqiang Tang Kaishan Tao Chidan Wan Guangyi Wang Lu Wang Shunxiang Wang Tianfu Wen Baocai Xing Bangde Xiang Sheng Yan Dinghua Yang Guowen Yin Tao Yin Zhenyu Yin Zhengping Yu Bixiang Zhang Jialin Zhang Shuijun Zhang Ti Zhang Yamin Zhang Yubao Zhang Aibin Zhang Haitao Zhao Ledu Zhou Wu Zhang Zhenyu Zhu Shukui Qin Feng Shen Xiujun Cai Gaojun Teng Jianqiang Cai Minshan Chen Qiang Li Lianxin Liu Weilin Wang Tingbo Liang Jiahong Dong Xiaoping Chen Xuehao Wang Shusen Zheng Jia Fan 无 | 2022 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2022,11,2: | 4
Synthesis of layered double hydroxides/graphene oxide nanocomposite as a novel high-temperature CO_2 adsorbent显示文摘In this contribution, a novel high-temperature CO2 adsorbent consisting of Mg-Al layered double hydroxide(LDH) and graphene oxide(GO)nanosheets was prepared and evaluated. The nanocomposite-type adsorbent was synthesized based on the electrostatically driven self-assembly between positively charged Mg-Al LDH single sheet and negatively charged GO monolayer. The characteristics of this novel adsorbent were investigated using XRD, FE-SEM, HRTEM, FT-IR, BET and TGA. The results showed that both the CO2 adsorption capacity and the multicycle stability of LDH were increased with the addition of GO owing to the enhanced particle dispersion and stabilization. In particular, the absolute CO2 capture capacity of LDH was increased by more than twice by adding 6.54 wt% GO as support. GO appeared to be especially effective for supporting LDH sheets. Moreover, the CO2 capture capacity of the adsorbent could be further increased by doping with 15 wt%K2CO3. This work demonstrated a new approach for the preparation of LDH-based hybrid-type adsorbents for CO2 capture. | Junya Wang Xueyi Mei Liang Huang Qianwen Zheng Yaqian Qiao Ketao Zang Shengcheng Mao Ruoyan Yang Zhang Zhang Yanshan Gao Zhanhu Guo Zhanggen Huang Qiang Wang | 2015 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2015,24,2: | 4
Stable Lithium-Carbon Composite Enabled by Dual-Salt Additives显示文摘Lithium metal is regarded as the ultimate negative electrode material for secondary batteries due to its high energy density. However,it suffers from poor cycling stability because of its high reactivity with liquid electrolytes. Therefore, continuous efforts have been put into improving the cycling Coulombic efficiency(CE)to extend the lifespan of the lithium metal negative electrode.Herein,we report that using dual-salt additives of LiPF_(6) and LiNO_(3) in an ether solvent-based electrolyte can significantly improve the cycling stability and rate capability of a Li-carbon(Li-CNT)composite.As a result,an average cycling CE as high as 99.30% was obtained for the Li-CNT at a current density of 2.5 mA cm^(-2) and an negative electrode to positive electrode capacity(N/P)ratio of 2.The cycling stability and rate capability enhancement of the Li-CNT negative electrode could be attributed to the formation of a better solid electrolyte interphase layer that contains both inorganic components and organic polyether. The former component mainly originates from the decomposition of the LiNO_(3) additive, while the latter comes from the LiPF_(6)-induced ring-opening polymerization of the ether solvent. This novel surface chemistry significantly improves the CE of Li negative electrode, revealing its importance for the practical application of lithium metal batteries. | Lei Zheng Feng Guo Tuo Kang Yingzhu Fan Wei Gu Yayun Mao Ya Liu Rong Huang Zhiyun Li Yanbin Shen Wei Lu Liwei Chen | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,7: | 3

Cartilage oligomeric matrix protein is an endogenous β-arrestin-2-selective allosteric modulator of AT1 receptor counteracting vascular injury显示文摘Compelling evidence has revealed that biased activation of G protein-coupled receptor(GPCR)signaling, including angiotensin II(AngII)receptor type 1(AT1)signaling,plays pivotal roles in vascular homeostasis and injury, but whether a clinically relevant endogenous biased antagonism of AT1 signaling exists under physiological and pathophysiological conditions has not been clearly elucidated. Here,we show that an extracellular matrix protein, cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP),acts as an endogenous allosteric biased modulator of the AT1 receptor and its deficiency is clinically associated with abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)development.COMP directly interacts with the extracellular N-terminus of the AT1 via its EGF domain and inhibits AT1-β-arrestin-2 signaling, but not Gq or Gi signaling,in a selective manner through allosteric regulation of AT1 intracellular conformational states.COMP deficiency results in activation of AT1a-β-arrestin-2 signaling and subsequent exclusive AAA formation in response to AngII infusion.AAAs in COMP–/–or ApoE–/–mice are rescued by AT1a orβ-arrestin-2 deficiency,or the application of a peptidomimetic mimicking the AT1-binding motif of COMP.Explorations of the endogenous biased antagonism of AT1 receptor or other GPCRs may reveal novel therapeutic strategies for cardiovascular diseases. | Yi Fu Yaqian Huang Zhao Yang Yufei Chen Jingang Zheng Chenfeng Mao Zhiqing Li Zhixin Liu Bing Yu Tuoyi Li Meili Wang Chanjuan Xu Yiwei Zhou Guizhen Zhao Yiting Jia Wei Guo Xin Jia Tao Zhang Li Li Ziyi Liu Shengchao Guo Mingliang Ma Heng Zhang Bo Liu Junbao Du Wengong Wang Chaoshu Tang Pei Gao Qingbo Xu Xian Wang Jianfeng Liu Jinpeng Sun Wei Kong | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,7: | 2
The Characterization of a Class of Quantum Markov Semigroups and the Associated Operator-Valued Dirichlet Forms Based on Hilbert W*-Module显示文摘In this paper, we introduce the concept of operator-valued quadratic form based on Hilbert W*-module l2 A, and give a one to one correspondence between the set of positive self-adjoint regular module operators on l2A and the set of regular quadratic forms, where A is a finite and σ-finite von Neumann algebra. Furthermore, we obtain that a strict continuous symmetric regular module operator semigroup {Tt }t∈R + L(l2A) is Markovian if and only if the associated A-valued quadratic form is a Dirichlet form, where L(l2A) is the von Neumann algebra of all adjointable module maps on l2A. | Lun Chuan ZHANG Mao Zheng GUO | 2013 | Acta Mathematica Sinica,English Series2013,29,5: | 1
