| 1 | Kinematics and Dynamics of Deployable Structures with Scissor-Like-Elements Based on Screw Theory显示文摘Because the deployable structures are complex multi-loop structures and methods of derivation which lead to simpler kinematic and dynamic equations of motion are the subject of research effort, the kinematics and dynamics of deployable structures with scissor-like-elements are presented based on screw theory and the principle of virtual work respectively. According to the geometric characteristic of the deployable structure examined, the basic structural unit is the common scissor-like-element(SLE). First, a spatial deployable structure, comprised of three SLEs, is defined, and the constraint topology graph is obtained. The equations of motion are then derived based on screw theory and the geometric nature of scissor elements. Second, to develop the dynamics of the whole deployable structure, the local coordinates of the SLEs and the Jacobian matrices of the center of mass of the deployable structure are derived. Then, the equivalent forces are assembled and added in the equations of motion based on the principle of virtual work. Finally, dynamic behavior and unfolded process of the deployable structure are simulated. Its figures of velocity, acceleration and input torque are obtained based on the simulate results. Screw theory not only provides an efficient solution formulation and theory guidance for complex multi-closed loop deployable structures, but also extends the method to solve dynamics of deployable structures. | 2 | Mobility Analysis of the Deployable Structure of SLE Based on Screw Theory显示文摘Scissor-like element has a number of applications in deployable structures such as planar deployable structure (PDS) and ring deployable structure(RDS). However, the mobility analysis of the multi-loop deployable structures is made more difficulty by the traditional mobility formula, because the deployable structure is a very complex structure with multi-loop. Therefore, On the basis of screw theory, the calculation method of mobility of deployable structures of SLE is thoroughly discussed. In order to investigate the mobility, decomposing and composing structures(DCS) are developed, and the basic units are able to be obtained. On the basis of the deployable structures' geometrical characteristics, there exists a closed-loop quadrilateral structure and some non-closed-loop quadrilateral structures in PDS. Also, a six legs parallel structure is present in RDS. The basic units' mobility can be solved by both the methods of screw theory and topology constraint graphs. Then, composing the related basic units, the formula of planar deployable structures' mobility can be built and solves the mobility of ring deployable structure. | 4 | Al_2O_3-TiO_2 composite oxide films on etched aluminum foil fabricated by electrodeposition and anodization显示文摘Ti species have been deposited on low-voltage etched aluminum foils by a simple electrochemical method using a Ti anode as Ti source in a Ti-free I2-dissolved acetone solution. After annealing at 500-600℃ in air, an Al2O3-TiO2 composite oxide film was formed on the surface of the etched aluminum foil by anodizing galvanostatically in an ammonium adipate solution. The effects of I2 concentration in the acetone solution, applied anode voltage, electrolysis time, and annealing temperature on the specific capacitance of the aluminum anode foils were investigated. The TiO2-deposited specimens prepared by applying a po-tential of 50V for 3 min in 2.5m MI2-added acetone solution followed by annealing at 550℃ after anodization exhibited the highest specific capacitance, with an enhancement of 22% compared with pure etched aluminum foil specimens. | 6 | Kinematic and Dynamic Characteristics Analysis of Bennett's Linkage显示文摘Bennett's linkage is a spatial fourlink linkage,and has an extensive application prospect in the deployable linkages.Its kinematic and dynamic characteristics analysis has a great significance in its synthesis and application. According to the geometrical conditions of Bennett 's linkage,the motion equations are established,and the expressions of angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration of the followers and the displacement,velocity and acceleration of mass center of link are shown. Based on Lagrange's equation,the multi-rigid-body dynamic model of Bennett's linkage is established. In order to solve the reaction forces and moments of joint,screw theory and reciprocal screw method are combined to establish the computing method.The number of equations and unknown reaction forces and moments of joint are equal through adding link deformation equations. The influence of the included angle of adjacent axes on Bennett 's linkage 's kinematic characteristics,the dynamic characteristics and the reaction forces and moments of joint are analyzed.Results show that the included angle of adjacent axes has a great effect on velocity,acceleration,the reaction forces and moments of Bennett's linkage. | 7 | Microstructure evolution of an Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr magnesium alloy during recrystallization and partial remelting process显示文摘To obtain a spheroidal microstructure of a semi-solid Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr alloy,which is favorable for the subsequent thixocasting process,the recrystallization and partial remelting(RAP)method was used in this study,and the microstructure evolution of the alloy and the mechanism of the shape factor change during the RAP process were invesigated.The as-cast Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr alloy was prepared in a metal mold and then extruded into bars with an extrusion ratio of 16:1.Partial remelting was carried out on the extruded samples at 589℃(at a heating rate of 0.5℃·s-1)for different holding times ranging from 0 to 90 min.To examine the effect of heating rate,partial remelting of samples at the heating rate of 2℃·s-1was also performed.Results show that the extruded microstructure rapidly evolutes into recrystallized grains in the semi-solid state;the liquid f ilm initially forms at grain boundaries during the partial remelting,and then gradually changes from continuous into discontinuous state with the increase of holding time;this results in the agglomeration of adjacent grains and the decrease in shape factor.The value of shape factor increases continuously with holding time at f irst and reaches the maximum 0.62 when holding for 60 min,while decreases rapidly after a prolonged holding time.Moreover,local melting,mainly due to the inhomogeneous deformation during extrusion,becomes more signif icant and less uniformly distributed at a relatively higher reheating rate.The Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr magnesium alloy components have been thixo-cast successfully using the RAP method,which strongly proves the feasibility of RAP process in Mg-Zn-Nd-Zr alloy. | Tao Jianquan Wan Yuanyuan Sun Changjian Su Zhiquan Deng Tianquan Huang Jing | 2013 | China Foundry2013,10,4: | 4 |
| 8 | First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. | 10 | Performances of a prototype point-contact germanium detector immersed in liquid nitrogen for light dark matter search显示文摘The CDEX-10 experiment searches for light weakly interacting massive particles, a form of dark matter, at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory, where approximately 10 kg of germanium detectors are arranged in an array and immersed in liquid nitrogen. Herein, we report on the experimental apparatus, detector characterization, and spectrum analysis of one prototype detector. Owing to the higher rise-time resolution of the CDEX-10 prototype detector as compared with CDEX-1 B, we identified the origin of an observed category of extremely fast events. For data analysis of the CDEX-10 prototype detector, we introduced and applied an improved bulk/surface event discrimination method. The results of the new method were compared to those of the CDEX-1 B spectrum.
