2Effects of hydrogenation temperature on room-temperature compressive properties of CMHT-treated Ti6Al4V alloy显示文摘Compression tests were performed at room temperature to investigate the effects of hydrogenation temperature on compressive properties of Ti6 Al4 V alloy treated by continuous multistep hydrogenation treatment(CMHT).Pressure-composition isotherms and micro structures were also studied.Results showed that the equilibrium hydrogen pressure increased,and the hydrogen absorption rate decreased with the increase of hydrogenation temperature.The amounts ofβphase andα'martensite increased first and then decreased when Ti6 Al4 V alloy was treated by four times CMHT with the increase of hydrogenation temperature.Hydrogenation temperature played a different role on the compressive properties of CMHT-treated Ti6 Al4 V alloy.The ultimate compression of Ti6 Al4 V alloy treated by 11 times CMHT at850℃increased by 83.3%as compared to the as-received Ti6 Al4 V alloy.The compressive properties of Ti6 Al4 V alloy were dependent on the amounts of different phases and microstructures when Ti6 Al4 V alloy was treated by CMHT at different temperatures.Baoguo Yuan Xing Liu Jiangfei Du Qiang Chen Yuanyuan Wan Yunliang Xiang Yan Tang Xiaoxue Zhang Zhongyue Huang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,13:3
3A Convenient and Biosafe Replicon with Accessory Genes of SARS-CoV-2 and Its Potential Application in Antiviral Drug Discovery显示文摘SARS-CoV-2 causes the pandemic of COVID-19 and no effective drugs for this disease are available thus far.Due to the high infectivity and pathogenicity of this virus,all studies on the live virus are strictly confined in the biosafety level 3(BSL3)laboratory but this would hinder the basic research and antiviral drug development of SARS-CoV-2 because the BSL3 facility is not commonly available and the work in the containment is costly and laborious.In this study,we constructed a reverse genetics system of SARS-CoV-2 by assembling the viral cDNA in a bacterial artificial chromosome(BAC)vector with deletion of the spike(S)gene.Transfection of the cDNA into cells results in the production of an RNA replicon that keeps the capability of genome or subgenome replication but is deficient in virion assembly and infection due to the absence of S protein.Therefore,such a replicon system is not infectious and can be used in ordinary biological laboratories.We confirmed the efficient replication of the replicon by demonstrating the expression of the subgenomic RNAs which have similar profiles to the wild-type virus.By mutational analysis of nsp12 and nsp14,we showed that the RNA polymerase,exonuclease,and cap N7 methyltransferase play essential roles in genome replication and sgRNA production.We also created a SARS-CoV-2 replicon carrying a luciferase reporter gene and this system was validated by the inhibition assays with known anti-SARS-CoV-2 inhibitors.Thus,such a one-plasmid system is biosafe and convenient to use,which will benefit both fundamental research and development of antiviral drugs.Yun-Yun Jin Hanwen Lin Liu Cao Wei-Chen Wu Yanxi Ji Liubing Du Yiling Jiang Yanchun Xie Kuijie Tong Fan Xing Fuxiang Zheng Mang Shi Ji-An Pan Xiaoxue Peng Deyin Guo 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,5:2

6Visible-light driven room-temperature coupling of methane to ethane by atomically dispersed Au on WO_(3)显示文摘Gold(Au)as co-catalyst is remarkable for activating methane(CH4),especially atomically dispersed Au with maximized exposing active sites and specific electronic structure.Furthermore,singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))typically manifests a mild redox capacity with a high selectivity to attack organic substrates.Peroxomonosulfate(PMS)favors to produce oxidative species 102 during the photocatalytic reactions.Thus,combining atomic Au as co-catalyst and ^(1)O_(2) as oxidant is an effective strategy to selectively convert CH4.Herein,we synthesized atomically dispersed Au on WO_(3)(Au/WO_(3)),where Au was in the forms of single atoms and clusters.At room temperature,such Au/WO_(3) exhibited enhanced photocata lytic conversion of CH4 to CH3 CH3 with a selectivity,up to 94%,under visible light.The radicals-pathway mechanism of CH4 coupling has also been investigated through detection and trapping experiment of active species.Theoretical calculations further interpret the electronic structure of Au/WO_(3) and tip-enhanced local electric field at the Au sites for promoting CH4 conversion.Xing Yang Wu Zhiyuan Tang Xiaoxu Zhao Xin Luo Stephen John Pennycook Song Ling Wang 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,10:1
7Construction of a high-density mutant population of Chinese cabbage facilitates the genetic dissection of agronomic traits显示文摘Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa ssp.pekinensis)is an economically important vegetable crop throughout the world,especially in Asia.High-quality genome sequences are available for Chinese cabbage,but gene functional studies remain challenging.To promote functional genomic studies of Chinese cabbage,we generated an ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)mutant population of~8000 M_(2) plants using the double haploid inbred line A03 as the parent.The genome of A03 was sequenced and used as a reference for high-throughput functional characterization of gene mutations at the whole-genome level.A total of 300 M_(2) to M_(5) EMS mutants were phenotypically screened and then sequenced,revealing 750629 SNPs and 46272 InDel mutations that cover 98.27%of all predicted genes in the A03 genome.A forward-genetics approach was successfully used to identify two genes with chloroplast-related functions that are responsible for the yellow leaf mutant trait.A reverse-genetics approach was also used to identify associations between mutations in five genes of the glucosinolate biosynthetic pathway and variations in glucosinolate content of the mutant plants.In addition,we built the Chinese cabbage EMS mutation database(CCEMD,www.bioinformaticslab.cn/EMSmutation/home)to increase the usability of this mutant population resource.In summary,we performed large-scale screening of a heading Chinese cabbage EMS mutant collection at the phenotypic and genotypic levels,which will facilitate gene mining of Chinese cabbage and might also be useful for the study of other Brassica crops.Xiaoxue Sun Xing Li Yin Lu Shan Wang Xiaomeng Zhang Kang Zhang Xiangjie Su Mengyang Liu Daling Feng Shuangxia Luo Aixia Gu Yu Fu Xueping Chen Shuxin Xuan Yanhua Wang Donghui Xu Shumin Chen Wei Ma Shuxing Shen Feng Cheng Jianjun Zhao 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,5:1

9Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector.Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements,such as its low-energy threshold,high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors,and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors.In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable,assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition,approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected.This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter,which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle.Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better,depending on the central value,and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND 11不同分子亚型局部晚期乳腺癌的新辅化疗反应率的临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of different molecular subtypes defined by immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining on the response rate for patients with locally advanced breast cancer received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods: One hundred and seven breast cancer patients admitted from 2007 to 2011 who received 4 cycles of docetaxel/epirubicin-combined (TE) neoadjuvant chemotherapy were retrospectively reviewed, the patients were classified into 4 subtypes: luminal A, luminal B, HER-2 and triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) according to different combination patterns of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor-2 (HER-2) expression defined by IHC method. The correlation between response rate and the molecular subtypes were analyzed. Results: The pathological complete response (PCR), clinical complete response (CCR), clinical partial response (CPR), and clinical stable disease (CSD) rate of whole group was 15.89% (17/107), 22.43% (24/107), 63.55% (68/107), 14.02% (15/107), respectively, and the overall response rate (ORR) was 85.98% (92/107). The PCR rate and ORR of luminal A, luminal B, HER-2 and TNBC subtypes was 4.76% and 73.81%; 16.67% and 83.33%;17.65% and 100.00%; 30.00% and 96.67%, respectively. The PCR and ORR rate of HER-2/TNBC subtypes was higher than that of luminal A/B subtypes (P = 0.019, P = 0.002, respectively). 12Controllable n-type doping in WSe_(2)monolayer via construction of anion vacancies显示文摘The successful applications of two-dimensional(2 D)transition metal dichalcogenides highly rely on rational regulation of their electronic properties.The nondestructive and controllable doping strategy is of great importance to implement 2 D materials in electronic devices.Herein,we propose a straightforward and effective method to realize controllable n-type doping in WSe_(2)monolayer by electron beam irradiation.Electrical measurements and photoluminescence(PL)spectra verify the strong n-doping in electron beam-treated WSe_(2)monolayers.The n-type doping arises from the generation of Se vacancies and the doping degree is precisely controlled by irradiation fluences.Due to the n-dopinginduced narrowing of the Schottky barrier,the current of back-gated monolayer WSe_(2)is enhanced by an order of magnitude and a$8?increase in the electron filed-effect mobility is observed.Remarkably,it is a moderate method without significant reduction in electrical performance and severe damage to lattice structures even under ultra-high doses of irradiation.Mengchen Wang Wenhui Wang Yong Zhang Xing Liu Lei Gao Xiaoxue Jing Zhenliang Hu Junpeng Lu Zhenhua Ni 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10:0
13Genetic analysis of the “head top shape” quality trait of Chinese cabbage and its association with rosette leaf variation显示文摘The agricultural and consumer quality of Chinese cabbage is determined by its shape.The shape is defined by the folding of the heading leaves,which defines the head top shape(HTS).The overlapping HTS,in which the heading leaves curve inward and overlap at the top,is the shape preferred by consumers.To understand the genetic regulation of HTS,we generated a large segregating F 2 population from a cross between pak choi and Chinese cabbage,with phenotypes ranging from nonheading to heading with either outward curving or inward curving overlapping heading leaves.HTS was correlated with plant height,outer/rosette leaf length,and petiole length.A high-density genetic map was constructed.Quantitative trait locus(QTL)analysis resulted in the identification of 22 QTLs for leafy head-related traits,which included five HTS QTLs.Bulked segregant analysis(BSA)was used to confirm HTS QTLs and identify candidate genes based on informative single-nucleotide polymorphisms.Interestingly,the HTS QTLs colocalized with QTLs for plant height,outer/rosette leaf,and petiole length,consistent with the observed phenotypic correlations.Combined QTL analysis and BSA laid a foundation for molecular marker-assisted breeding of Chinese cabbage HTS and directions for further research on the genetic regulation of this trait.Xiaoxue Sun Ying Gao Yin Lu Xiaomeng Zhang Shuangxia Luo Xing Li Mengyang Liu Daling Feng Aixia Gu Xueping Chen Shuxin Xuan Yanhua Wang Shuxing Shen Guusje Bonnema Jianjun Zhao 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:0
14Shipboard bilge water treatment by electrocoagulation powered by microbial fuel cells显示文摘Ships generate large amounts of wastewater including oily bilge water, blackwater and greywater. Traditionally they are treated separately with high energy consumption. In this study we demonstrate the feasibility that these waste streams can be treated using an integrated electrocoagulation cell (ECC) and microbial fuel cell (MFC) process, which not only synergized the contaminants removal but also accomplished energy neutrality by directly powering EC with MFC electricity. Results showed that MFC stack powered ECC removed 93% of oily organics, which is comparable to the performance of an external DC voltage powered ECC. In the meantime, more than 80% of COD was removed from MFCs when fed with either acetate or municipal wastewater. 16Effects of sowing time on bolting and returning green in welsh onion显示文摘Qiyechangbai and Hadacong1 were used to study the relationship of the leaf age of overwinter to bolting and returning green by the difference of sowing time.The results showed that the earlier the seeds were sown,the older leaf age of overwinter was,the higher the rates of returning green and bolting rate were,the earlier the bolting time was.The leaf age of overwinter of Qiyechangbai sown August 31 to September 14 was 2.1-3.1 leaves and the rate of returning green was 86.5%-92.1%,while the leaf age of overwinter of Hadacong1 sown September 7 to September 14 was 2.3-2.7 leaves and the rate of returning green was 88.5%-93.8%,both varieties didn't bolt.In addition,in the same sowing time,the bolting rate of Hadacong1 was higher than that of Qiyechangbai slightly.JI Jiaojiao LIU Jing XING Xiaoxue JIANG Xinmei 2007Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2007,14,4:0
