| 1 | Clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms: a multicenter study in South China显示文摘Background: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(GEP-NENs) are a heterogeneous group of rare tumors. Many issues in terms of epidemiologic features, pathogenesis, and treatment of GEP-NENs are still under discussion. Our study aimed to analyze the clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of Chinese patients with GEP-NENs.Methods: Complete clinicopathologic data and survival information of 1183 patients with GEP-NENs treated between 2005 and 2015 were collected from five medical centers in Guangdong Province, China. Patient survival was estimated using the Kaplan–Meier method and analyzed using the log-rank test; prognostic factors were analyzed using the Cox proportional hazards model.Results: The most common tumor location was the rectum(37.4%), followed by the pancreas(28.1%), stomach(20.7%), small intestine(7.2%), appendix(3.4%), and colon(3.3%). After initial definitive diagnosis, 1016(85.9%) patients underwent surgery. The 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival(OS) rates for the entire cohort were 87.9%, 78.5%, and 72.8%, respectively. The 3-year OS rates of patients with G1, G2, and G3 tumors were 93.1%, 82.7%, and 43.1%, respectively(P < 0.001). The 3-year OS rates of patients with stage I, II, III, and IV tumors were 96.0%, 87.3%, 64.0%, and 46.8%, respectively(P < 0.001). Patients with distant metastasis who underwent palliative surgery had a longer survival than those who did not(P = 0.003). Similar survival benefits of palliative surgery were observed in patients with neuroendocrine tumor(P y, M category, and sur= 0.031) or neuroendocrine carcinoma(P gery were found to be independent prog= 0.046). In multivariate analysis, age, grade, N categornostic factors.Conclusions: Patients with GEP-NENs who are women, younger than 50 years old, have smaller tumor size, have lower tumor grade, have lower T/N/M category, and who undergo surgery can have potentially longer survival time. Our data showed that surgery can improve the prognosis of GEP-NEN patients with distant metastasis. | 2 | Hardware Design and Test of a Gear-Shifting Control System of a Multi-gear Transmission for Electric Vehicles显示文摘The performance of electric vehicles is affected by the shift quality of multi-gear transmission.The realization of dual-target tracking control requires the transmission control unit(TCU)to accurately measure and process the input signals of the gear-shifting control system and precisely control the drive motor torque and the position of shift motors.An electric-vehicle-dedicated TCU was designed to meet the above design requirements.Its function modules included a single-chip control circuit,shift position signal sampling circuit,signal conditioning circuit of the rotational speed and angle,controller area network communication circuit,and shift motor drive circuit.A hardware-in-the-loop simulation test system showed that the TCU design scheme met measurement accuracy requirements and coordinated the actions of the shift actuator and motor control unit to achieve fast and smooth shifting before the road test.The power interruption time of the shifting process was within 350 ms.The reliability of the TCU design was further verified in a 150,000-km vehicle road test. | Feng Tian Liqi Sui Yuanfan Zeng Bo Li Xingyue Zhou Lijun Wang Hongxu Chen | 2019 | Automotive Innovation2019,2,3: | 3 |
| 3 | First results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from CDEX-1 experiment显示文摘We report the first results on ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay from stage one of the China dark-matter experiment(CDEX).A p-type point-contact high-purity germanium detector with a mass of 994 g has been installed to detect neutrinoless double beta decay events, as well as to directly detect dark matter particles. An exposure of 304 kg d has been analyzed over a wide spectral band from 500 keV to 3 MeV. The average event rate obtained was about 0.012 counts per keV per kg per day over the 2.039 MeV energy range. The half-life of ^(76)Ge neutrinoless double beta decay derived based on this result is T^(0ν)1/2>6.4×10^(22) yr(90% C.L.). | 4 | GRU-Based Fault Diagnosis Method for Ball Mill显示文摘Recently, the fault diagnosis of the ball mill mostly depends on the experience of workers, which brings about a lot of uncertainty for fault diagnosis. In addition, the cost of labor is getting higher, so that the research of ball mill fault diagnosis based on machine learning has become increasingly valuable. The current fault diagnosis methods are mostly judging based on instantaneous data, which makes it difficult to reflect the ball mill indicators and the occurrence of time-related correlation(such as hysteresis effect). This paper presents a ball mill fault diagnosis method based on Gate Recursion Unit(GRU),which analyzes the fault data in the form of time series and compares with other common methods such as neural network, Autoencoder and Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM). | 5 | Mendelian randomization study to investigate the causal relationship between plasma homocysteine and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease显示文摘BACKGROUND:Several observational studies have shown an association between homocysteine(Hcy)levels and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),but causal relationships are not clear.Our study aimed to explore the causal relationship between plasma Hcy and COPD by two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR).METHODS:A two-sample MR study was performed to infer the causal link.Genetically predicted plasma Hcy was selected as an instrumental variable(Ⅳ)from published genome-wide association study(GWAS)meta-analyses.COPD with different etiologies was extracted as outcome variables from other GWAS meta-analyses.The main MR analysis was performed using the inversevariance weighted(IVW)method.Additional analyses were further performed using Cochran’s Q-test and MR-Egger regression to evaluate the heterogeneity or horizontal pleiotropy of our findings.RESULTS:MR analysis showed no significant association between plasma Hcy and COPD.The results of the groups were consistent with the sensitivity analysis and repeated analysis,without heterogeneity or horizontal pleiotropy.The IVW results showed COPD hospital admissions(odds ratio[OR]1.06,95%confidence interval[CI]0.91-1.24,P=0.42),asthma/COPD(OR 0.97,95%CI0.89-1.06,P=0.55),COPD-related chronic infection(OR 1.50,95%CI 0.57-3.99,P=0.41),COPDI asthma/interstitial lung disease(ILD)-related pneumonia or pneumonia-derived septicemia(OR 0.93,95%CI 0.86-1.02,P=0.13),and COPD-related respiratory insufficiency(OR 1.00,95%CI 0.7-1.44,P=0.99).CONCLUSION:There is no direct causal relationship between plasma Hcy and COPD in our study.As Hcy is known to have deleterious effects on endothelial function and vascular homeostasis,further studies are needed to investigate whether additional factors mediate the association between Hcy and COPD. | Yanlan Hu Ping Tan Juntao Wang Jun Zeng Quan Li Shijiao Yan Wenjie Hao Lanfen He Xingyue Song Caihong Zhang Chuanzhu Lyu | 2023 | World Journal of Emergency Medicine2023,14,5: | 0 |
| 6 | Simplified quantitative analysis method and its application in the insitu synthesized copper-based azide chips显示文摘Copper-based azide(Cu(N_(3))2 or CuN_(3),CA)chips synthesized by in-situ azide reaction and utilized in miniaturized explosive systems has become a hot research topic in recent years.However,the advantages of in-situ synthesis method,including small size and low dosage,bring about difficulties in quantitative analysis and differences in ignition capabilities of CA chips.The aim of present work is to develop a simplified quantitative analysis method for accurate and safe analysis of components in CA chips to evaluate and investigate the corresponding ignition ability.In this work,Cu(N_(3))2 and CuN_(3)components in CA chips were separated through dissolution and distillation by utilizing the difference in solubility and corresponding content was obtained by measuring N_(3)-concentration through spectrophotometry.The spectrophotometry method was optimized by studying influencing factors and the recovery rate of different separation methods was studied,ensuring the accuracy and reproducibility of test results.The optimized method is linear in range from 1.0-25.0 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9998,which meets the requirements of CA chips with a milligram-level content test.Compared with the existing ICP method,component analysis results of CA chips obtained by spectrophotometry are closer to real component content in samples and have satisfactory accuracy.Moreover,as its application in miniaturized explosive systems,the ignition ability of CA chips with different component contents for direct ink writing CL-20 and the corresponding mechanism was studied.This study provided a basis and idea for the design and performance evaluation of CA chips in miniaturized explosive systems. | Jie Ren Yunfeng Li Mingyu Li Xingyu Wu Jiabao Wang Qingxuan Zeng | 2024 | Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,32,2: | 0 |

| 10 | ICMPTend: Internet Control Message Protocol Covert Tunnel Attack Intent Detector显示文摘The Internet Control Message Protocol(ICMP)covert tunnel refers to a network attack that encapsulates malicious data in the data part of the ICMP protocol for transmission.Its concealment is stronger and it is not easy to be discovered.Most detection methods are detecting the existence of channels instead of clarifying specific attack intentions.In this paper,we propose an ICMP covert tunnel attack intent detection framework ICMPTend,which includes five steps:data collection,feature dictionary construction,data preprocessing,model construction,and attack intent prediction.ICMPTend can detect a variety of attack intentions,such as shell attacks,sensitive directory access,communication protocol traffic theft,filling tunnel reserved words,and other common network attacks.We extract features from five types of attack intent found in ICMP channels.We build a multi-dimensional dictionary of malicious features,including shell attacks,sensitive directory access,communication protocol traffic theft,filling tunnel reserved words,and other common network attack keywords.For the high-dimensional and independent characteristics of ICMP traffic,we use a support vector machine(SVM)as a multi-class classifier.The experimental results show that the average accuracy of ICMPTend is 92%,training ICMPTend only takes 55 s,and the prediction time is only 2 s,which can effectively identify the attack intention of ICMP. | Tengfei Tu Wei Yin Hua Zhang Xingyu Zeng Xiaoxiang Deng Yuchen Zhou Xu Liu | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,5: | 0 |
